The resort was great, the staff friendly and helpful. It is within walking distance of a small shopping strip that includes a great little market affiliated with ABC stores. The food and clothes were reasonably priced compared to the resort stores. The beach lagoon was great as well as the pool areas. Longhi's was a nice spot to eat. Most activities outside the resort were about 40 minutes away.

We loved staying at the Marriott vacation club! Outstanding service. Room was nicer than the pictures showed. The only problem with the listing was that the host didn’t honor his advertised price. With us and our friends who booked with Ken. Felt kind of like a bait and switch.

Ko Olina is THE place to stay on Oahu. I have stayed at this location a few times and it never disappoints. The Marriott Vacation Club knows how to do vacations. The resort anticipates your needs and has you completely set up, which is especially important when vacationing at a beach far from home when you can't bring much on the plane. As for the location, you cannot beat it. You know its a good spot when the locals sneak in to use the pools and private beaches. Ko Olina is away from the high-volume Waikiki area and offers a relaxing environment. The beaches are lagoons so there is no surfing but it is worth the drive to the North Shore. The marina and Paradise Cove are within walking distance so there is a lot to do in your immediate vicinity while being in a more secluded area with guaranteed parking and no long lines for food and drinks. From someone who used to live in Hawaii and has been back several times, don't hesitate - you will love this place.

At check in, they did not tell us we would be switching to another room on the last night we were here. We came back from breakfast and the key card would not work. We went to the front desk and they told us we were supposed to check in to another room because we had 2 reservations. We had to rush and pack all our things and move to another room in another building! No compensation for moving us and not telling us either so a little disappointed we wasted a couple hours of our vacation for this.

We had an amazing time at the Marriott in Ko olina. It was our first time to the island and I did a lot of research before deciding this was where we wanted to stay. The grounds exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful resort but the room we were assigned was floor 4 overlooking the parking lot and the smoking area. The room itself was dark with no overhead lighting. Just wish it had had even a mountain view.

I stayed for 3 nights with my mom and sister. The hotel was perfect and having free parking was great. The other Ko Olina hotels were within walking distance as were restaurants and shopping. Overall 10/10 stay, we’ll be back!

Everything was wonderful The Marriott Ko Olina studio was a good size unit. Bed was very comfortable my daughter slept on the sleeper sofa with no complaints 😴 The pools were beautiful and grounds were gorgeous. Would love to come back!

Beautifully maintained landscaped property but no mention when booking that the main pool is unavailable due to ongoing renovation.
Pool users drape beach towels over loungers and head out elsewhere leaving the loungers unavailable to others. Security is reluctant to enforce rules disallowing that practice due to concerns about offending guests.
Excellent food at both restaurants but a bit pricey.

I think I picked a restrictive room through VRBO, therefore we couldn't upgrade when we got there. All my siblings got moved to an ocean view and slightly larger rooms. Our room was small and our view was the parking lot on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, fabulous resort with great service, activities, and not too crowded.

The Marriott Ko'Alina is breathtaking! One of the best luxury resorts at which I've stayed. I will definitely be back and will be recommending to my friends and family as well. They even have laundry rooms on several floors where you can do your wash without a charge! The resort was breathtakingly beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, the whole property immaculately clean. Booking with this owner was very easy, and he was very responsive. 5 stars to be sure!

The Vrbo experience was great for our stay at the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. Beautiful room and view, great beach and pools. The only negatives were on the hotel's side, no room service and no maid service for a stay of 6 days. But those are problems with the Marriot not the the room, or Vrbo, or the owner. We had a great stay and would happily book this again.

This property is safe, beautiful, and filled with daily activities that you can do or just relax at the pool or beach. The king size bed is very comfortable. My husband and I deal with extreme body pains due to health issues, and we were very comfortable. You don't get housekeeping every day. This was not a problem as I didn't want someone in my room daily. One thing to be aware of is if you plan to eat at the restaurants at the Marriott, they are expensive. This unit only has a microwave, toaster, and small Instapot. If you plan to cook to save money, make sure to reserve a unit with a full kitchen. This room is very comfortable for a couple.

Great time at ko olina. A little confusing figuring out where to check in, and the price shown of approximately 1200 ended up being over 1500 in the end. But the resort was worth it.

We were thoroughly impressed with the Marriott property at Ko Olina. The amenities were wonderful and we appreciated the dining options being within walking distance. We also enjoyed the pools and towel service, and the shaved ice and cocktails were delicious. We frequented the property store each day to either get Starbucks or shop for items we forgot to bring on the trip. The store also had a decent assortment of souvenirs which were not priced that much more than other ABC or gift stores around the island. We also enjoyed the lagoon and walking to the next lagoon...both lagoons had decent snorkeling. The hotel was also near the "secret lagoon" just past the Four Seasons/Aulani where turtles would swim up to you in waist deep water. As for the condo size, we would opt to get a larger unit on the next trip as the studio was a bit crowded for a family of 4. Also, the pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable for the kids, but Marriott provided us with an egg crate to add more cushion on the bed. Overall, we were very satisfied and saddened to leave. We will definitely look to stay at the same site in the future.

All the amenities were amazing, our kids had a blast. The area of Ko’olina is absolutely one of the best areas on the entire island. Beautiful lagoons that are safe for even the smallest swimmers. 10 stars. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at this Resort. The room is a good size and quiet. We did have some issues with the TV that wouldn’t work sometimes, but nothing that would make us unsatisfied .

We booked the ocean view and it was so worth the extra $300. We were right over the Hot tub and pool area and the views were 11/10. The resort provided a guest key for free parking, pool towel cards and pool wrist bands to by son and his family for when they visited us during the day. That took a lot of stress off of us. You are also checking in under “owner” so you get 10% off meals on the resort which was nice. All the staff is top notch, friendly and helpful. We called for additional soap, coffee and creamer and fresh towels and all were promptly brought within 15 minutes. I saw a lot of people grilling out which I thought was a great idea. We even ordered papa John’s pizza delivery one day. The entire resort was luxurious and we all went for long walks on the walking path every morning. Planned activities every day and a luau every Tuesday and it sells out so if interested you need to book at least a month out. Highly recommend this !

Beautiful! Plants, flowers and koi lagoon. Multiple pools, including one with a water slide , and plenty of jacuzzies. Hotel sits directly in front of ocean lagoon. I spent the day going from the ocean to the pool, and back again. Nice shop on site with plenty of choices of snacks, pool supplies , clothes etc.. Two restaurants and pool bar on site. A short walk to other restaurants and a ABC market. If you do have a car, Kapolei town is five minutes down the road. There you will find everything from Target and Walmart to foodland grocery store and more. The staff at the resort are wonderful!!! From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well. I highly recommend this VRBO listing.

Our family, two adults and an 8 year old, enjoyed our stay here very much. The check-in process took about five minutes. Our room overlooked one of the three pools. The room was just the right size for our family and very clean. The only negative was that there is a connecting door to the room next door. This was not an issue our first couple of nights. On our last night an extremely loud and disrespectful crew moved in next door. Yelling, cursing, door slamming until 1 in the morning. We called the front desk and security came up twice, very promptly, to attempt to quiet them. Other than that, it is perfect here and we didn’t want to leave! Longboard’s was our dinner spot more than once, their keiki cheeseburger was outstanding. The property was clean, the slide was fun, and the pools were gorgeous. Nice beach area, plenty of chairs, the lagoons are nice as far as being kid friendly, but the water was murky when we were there. Definitely not for snorkeling. Shop on the main level had good treats, essentials, and some cute souvenirs. We already want to come back!
