The condo was an excellent home away from home for our 30-day stay in August 2025. Located in Ko Olina, you have Secret Beach 100 yards away and the lagoons and restaurants within a short walk. More restaurants, shops and grocery stores are just a 10 min drive away in Kapolei.The kitchen was well equipped for preparing just about any meal you desire. The lanai is perfect for breakfast in the morning and sunset drinks in the evening. The layout as two masters is really conducive to two couples. Richard has provided so many beach chairs, snorkeling gear and boogie boards - even a wagon to get it all to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We, a family of 4 adults, had a great time at Ocean View Condo. The location is excellent, within walking distance of 4 lagoons, and there is a little shopping/restaurant precinct nearby, also within walking distance. There is easy access to Hawaii Interstate 1, so ideally placed for exploring all of Oahu. The condo is beutifully furnished, uncluttered and very practical, with plenty of space for 4 adults. The views from the lanai (patio) are stunning. The kitchen is very modern and has everything you could wish for. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in O’ahu at Kai Lani Estates from July 1-July 31. The condo was wonderful! The kitchen was so much fun to cook. There were spices and seasonings to choose from. Lots of pots and pans. The two master bedrooms were great with a powder room as well. Restaurants and shops close by. Not to mention the restaurants and bars in the hotels. Ask about the Beach and Sports Club where you can work out at the fitness center, paddle board, and so many activities! The rest of the island was complete magic! Make your magic by enjoying the culture, the activities around the island, Waikiki, north shore, and so much more!

Our family had an amazing time at Vicki’s condo. It was well prepared for our month stay. Vicki was extremely easy to communicate with! Out of the 5 of us I worked a couple of weeks of the stay. I was able to stay connected to my team in NY and hold meetings via Microsoft TEAMS with no interruptions. Ko Olina is a beautiful location and being so close to everything Kapolei has to offer made this a perfect location for an extended stay! The condo is situated so you enjoy coffee in the morning looking out over the ocean and end everyday taking in the sunset! The condo was clean and everyone had their own space.

The pictures dont begin show how beautiful the locations is. We enjoyed the sunsets every evening while listening to the waves. Conveniently locationed to the sighs. We could even walk to several restaurants and shops.. a lagoon was within walking distance too. In the morning when the tide was out we went tide pooling. Even saw turtles. The sand is beautiful with trees to sit under too..Ingrid was so kind and inviting. My 8 year old felt like she was his grandma. Frequently hed go visit her and her dog. Thank you again Ingrid.

Clean comfortable property within a 25 min drive from the airport. Owner provides detailed helpful information and responds quickly to inquiries. Compared to TN, Hawaii drivers are aggressive and that took a couple of days to adjust to. Before long you too will be burning the road as you cruise east and west on H1. Beautiful water view from the porch. The nearby Paradise Cove is not much of a beach when compared to the miles of white sand along the Gulf Coast. If that’s what you are accustomed to, you may be a tad disappointed. Swimming was not high on our priority list, so that didn’t matter to us. Short drive to Pearl Harbor, the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet, Bishop Museum, Byodo In Temple and several Luaus. At nearby restaurants, reservations are highly recommended. Overall it was a good stay and fun experience.

We spent a week at this location. The owner was responsive and very helpful. We would stay there again. The location is not too far from Paradise Cove, which was the best lagoon for us. It wasn't too packed and we got to see Sea Turtles and Monk Seals. The owner provided beach towels, beach chairs, toys for the kids and an umbrella. The pool at the condo was also very nice and quiet. At around 5:30pm, the Luau begins next door, which was so nice to hear while sitting on the porch. It ended at around 8:30pm and made for the best surrounding each and every night. Our kids loved it. If you have a child 5 and under, I would recommend bringing a stroller or a wagon as it is about a 15 minute walk to Monkeypod and to Island Country Markets which has everything you need for your stay. You will need to pick up groceries or anything you need because you cannot get them delivered to the condo as it is gated, you cannot remote access the gate or provide a code. But, not to worry, Country Island has most of what you might need.

Our third stay at Richard’s condo in Kai Lani was nothing short of fantastic. The complex is beautifully landscaped and thoughtfully designed, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The pool and hot tub are pristine—a perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach.Just a short walk away is Paradise Cove, a small, picturesque beach ideal for snorkeling and safe for kids to enjoy the waves. Several other stunning coves are just minutes down the road. The location is also incredibly convenient, with restaurants, coffee shops, an ice cream shop, and various stores within a five-minute walk. Plus, a quick drive takes you to multiple grocery stores, including Costco.Richard’s condo itself is a dream. The spacious, open-concept kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Both master suites feature comfortable king-sized beds, and the tasteful decor makes the space feel like a true home away from home. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay! Highlights include: the listing being as advertised, a setup / location that worked well for us, having the amenities that we were looking for (e.g., ample ceiling fans, washer / dryer, window screens), not ever needing to use AC (temperature / comfort was easily controlled with wonderful breezes, fans, and window coverings). The only unfortunate circumstances we encountered were out of the hosts' direct control (and we did not mention them during the visit) - they included a smoker on our last evening (somewhere from the building next door) and an elderly dog from a neighboring lower unit that barked loudly outside for hours every evening (we learned to filter it out fairly well - the dog owners ignored the noise and seem to have learned to filter it well themselves). All in all, the stay was positive and we are glad to have chosen this listing!

Loved this property for our two week stay in Oahu! Very spacious with lovely sunset views every night. Complex is quiet and has a relaxing pool and spa area. The closest lagoon (Paradise Cove) is in walking distance which is nice because parking can be challenging at the main lagoons. Easy access to the freeway to go exploring around the island. Shopping & restaurants are available at resorts and in nearby Kapolei. The home had everything we could have needed for enjoying in the beach and for an extended stay at the condo. Kai Lani is such a beautiful property and Unit 15D is fabulous. Monica was incredibly easy to communicate with and the condo amenities are wonderful - very well stocked with everything a family could want in terms of beach/snorkling gear. The pool is top notch and the ocean is in full view and less than a five minute stroll away. Shops and restaurants are a short walking distance as well. We explored the island and were never more than 40 minutes from our destination. We look forward to returning to this beautiful home away from home. All in all, this condo is perfection!

The unit has beautiful, unobstructed ocean views. It is located in the Kai Lani complex, a peaceful gated development in the Ko Olina resort area, yet a short walk to beaches, restaurants, and stores.
I found the unit in very clean condition, equipped with modern appliances and high-quality furniture, towels, and bed linens. The internet connection was fast and reliable. The owner provided clear check-in/check-out instructions and quickly answered my questions.
I previously stayed several times at the Four Seasons in Ko Olina and enjoyed a similar luxury experience at this property. Overall, I found that the property's location, amenities, and condition justify the rental cost. I would stay there again.

This property is in a pristine location away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and nestled in Ko'Olina which has restaurants, shopping and beaches. The condo itself was bigger than expected and the sunset views are a chef's kiss as it's on the west side of the island. It's also about 3 minutes from electric beach for some good beach/snorkel days. I lovedy stay here for my wedding and honeymoon. Would stay here forever if I could!

Our stay at this VRBO was truly a home away from home in paradise! The location was perfect, tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house had everything we needed, including towels, a collapsible cooler, ice packs, and handy hygiene items left by previous guests. The garage, stocked full of beach items courtesy of Ingrid, was a wonderful surprise! We had access to beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties for the kids, a wagon, and more, making our beach trips effortless and fun.
Ingrid, our host, was simply amazing. She was so nice and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. It felt like having a family member nearby, ready to assist whenever necessary. During our stay, we had car troubles, and Ingrid helped us out tremendously. Our van had a flat tire, and we had a wedding to get to within the next hour and a half. Since the home is in a gated community, we needed someone to open the gate for the tow truck and give them the key to the rental vehicle. Ingrid and her friend jumped to the rescue and offered to watch for the tow truck and provide the necessary information while we were out. Without their help, I didn't know what we would have done.
We cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, clean getaway with a fantastic host, this is the place to be! Thank you, Ingrid, for making our stay so wonderful. We can't wait to return!

Overall a GREAT place to stay: view, close to activities & shopping, nice neighbors & workers, rooms, beds, and parking. Negatives were: we couldn't get very hot water, kitchen appliances need replacement (fridge & dishwasher), and living room furniture needs replacement (uncomfortable to sit in, no ottomans, we were vacuuming a couple of times daily due to feathers shedding, and we ended up putting sheets on them to avoid their scratching us). We WILL still be recommending this place to others, with the expectation that some of the items noted will be taken care of. A big thanks to the owner for all of the water gear and for buying a beach wagon for us to haul it all on. As a handicapped person, this made a HUGE difference in the amount of things I could take part in!

The condos are beautiful and well equipped. Lagoons are nearby walkable distance. The groundskeeper was very helpful at the pool when my husband lost an item in the pool. The barbecues were always clean and ready to use. There was a little trouble with the AC our first two days, but it was quickly fixed. Communication with the host was great and very helpful. Getting in and out of the gate was a little difficult with the key fob. We enjoyed our stay.

Every time it was windy, cloudy or chilly anywhere on the island, it was perfect sunshine, warmth and a gentle breeze in Ko Olina. This is the place you want to stay!
The condo is perfectly located to access small beaches where you can snorkel and relax, Paradise Cove’s Luau and even treats from Disney Aulani like a Dole Whip at the Ulu Café. Walking distance too from the souvenir and convenience store Island Country Markets (by ABC stores).
Pool and hot tub were perfect, everyone is so nice and respectful.
The condo is clean, has a nice hawaiian vibe, all the basics in the kitchen are available, same for the beach gear we needed. Prepare to be amazed by the sunsets.

We loved the property and the location. We walked to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. The sidewalk is wide and it’s a relatively short walk. I loved that it was a gated community. We had a little hiccup checking in and trying to open the gate as the owner was traveling during that time and no one was answering the number when we were ringing at the gate to let us in. Also, GoogleMaps is not accurate so please follow the owner instructions once you are past the gate. We had another issue with the AC but we were in communications with the owner, who was extremely responsive, so that issue was resolved. Overall, we would absolutely stay again. Gorgeous condo, reserved parking spot, and walking distance to everything. Do get purple malasadas at the Island Country Markets store. They are absolutely the best.

The condo was very comfortable. It has a view of the ocean, and beautiful palm trees surround the area. Not far from the condo is a very nice pool and hot tub. The condo didn’t have very many supplies. I had to buy a lot of extras. I did stay for a month, so I needed quite a bit. The condo needs some repairs and maintenance.

Close to the small shops in Ko Olina being a 10-15 minute walk. There’s a lovely boardwalk not too far away and you can stroll along the 4 lagoons near other resorts like Disney Aulani.

It’s always Location, Location, Location! Kai Lani is literally a stone’s throw from the freeway entrance, making travel to anywhere on the island easy. It’s a very quiet condo complex with flowering plants and greenery as well as an ocean view. It’s a short walking distance to a shopping area, restaurants, shops, 4 lagoons, and Paradise Cove for snorkeling with tropical fish and sea turtles. Costco and a major shopping center are only 3.5 miles away in Kapolei. You will even find a movie theater there. The owner’s condo is well appointed! The kitchen is stocked like a gourmet kitchen: large refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, slow cooker, rice steamer and ample cookware, dishes and utensils. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and the lanai seats 4. There are 3 tvs, ceiling fans in every room plus AC. The main tv has Roku. Each bathroom has a full tub and shower. There are ample bath towels and beach towels. The main bedroom is a king and the secondary bedroom has a queen bed with ample linens for each. There is a large capacity washer/dryer ! The condo is so inviting and full of amenities that your vacation literally starts as you open the door. You will be thankful for making this condo your vacation choice!

This beautiful spacious condo was perfect for my husband and I and his sister and husband. It overlooks a cove on the ocean where we enjoyed every stunning sunset possible. The cove also seems to be a feeding ground for sea turtles and we even saw a few dolphins. It's walking distance to beaches, shops, grocery stores, restaurants a major resorts. We even found the secret beach and spotted a Monk Seal on two separate occasions. I would highly recommend this anyone looking for a vacation with a little more privacy than a resort can offer.
