A little about the Ko Olina Resort and Marina
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located in the World-Famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina on the 2nd of the four lagoons. You’ll enjoy the mile and a half walkway along the four lagoons as you pass the newest 4 Seasons on Oahu, the Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club and us, The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Home of Ko Olina Golf Course which has hosted the Lotte LPGA tournament and the Ko Olina Marina. You'll find plenty to do during your 6-night minimum stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.
How great are the Beach Villas at Ko Olina?
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are one of the newest privately owned ocean front luxury condominiums with hotel style accommodations on Oahu. The fully equipped kitchens and furnishings compliment the 1,200 to 1,600 square feet 2- and 3-bedroom models. The Beach Villas are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. It's an easy drive anywhere on the island to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ko Olina Resort and Marina in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are 247 individually owned, luxury resort condominiums that are legally available for 6 night or longer short-term rentals. It is hard to imagine a better place for your Hawaiian Adventure to begin from.
While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities which are all included in our resort collection villa pricing are hard to beat. These include curbside greeting with luggage assistance, personal escort to your villa, orientation of your villa, and snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest included in each of our villas. As an added service and to get quick start to your vacation, we will receive and deliver an Instacart grocery delivery to your villa on your day of arrival into your villa between 2 and 4 pm so you’re ready to start your vacation as soon as you arrive (must follow specific instructions; found on our website blog).
This 3-bedroom and 2 1/2 bath 1,500 square feet villa on the 2nd floor of the Ocean Tower faces the pool and lagoon 2. The Villa easily accommodates up to 8 people with 3 Bedrooms and maximum occupancy of 8. This villa also has a sofa bed in the living room. and easily accommodates the maximum occupancy of 8 which does not include children under 2.
The Primary Bedroom is large and includes a private bath with sliding door which opens to a small lanai with view of the golf course and mountains. (During the dates of August 23rd through December 22nd, 2021- this lanai will be subject to restricted access M-F 8am to 4;30 pm) There is a King-sized bed and a 5-piece bath with a deep tub, double sink and separate walk-in shower. The second Bedroom has a queen bed, and the third Bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king upon request. In addition to the private bath in the master bedroom, there is also a full bath and a half bath of the hallway to the bedrooms for a total of 2 full and s half bath. Don’t forget the sofa bed in the living room.
We do have Floor Futons available for children and we also have Pack N Plays, highchairs and strollers for our smaller guests. The open lanai off the front of the living area faces the lagoon pool and the lagoons with comfortable furniture. On arrivals after April 25, 2022, the lanai furniture will be in place and the painting project’s poolside lanai restrictions will no longer be in place.
Located on the 2nd floor of the Ocean Tower you'll love how close you are to the pools and grounds. The best part of the Beach Villas is the how much you will feel at home. A dining room table with chairs for 6 along with the kitchen island seating will give you a great place for gatherings and the fully equipped kitchen will let you make and enjoy whatever you feel like making from the kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
There is a large smart TV in the living room and an additional TV in each of the Bedrooms with cable and high-speed Wi-Fi to enjoy modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise with 1,500 interior square feet to spread out in.
The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street and if you want to golf while you’re out here, we can even have some golf clubs ready for you upon arrival (extra charge applies).
When selecting your escape in Hawaii, it is all about location and this villa will not disappoint you in the least. At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all of the property's amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs around the pools and a fitness center with separate men and women dressing areas. Each of the dressing rooms have a steam and sauna room as well as showers with towels, soaps and shampoos. (Including a full access shower). Massage services are available through independent contractors.
During your stay (we have a 6-night minimum stay), you'll get to know all the benefits that the Ko Olina Resort has to offer. Stop by the world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities or the Ted Robinson designed Golf Course. Browse the shops at the Disney Aulani and the Ko Olina 4 Season's resort next door on Lagoon 1. The four lagoons with their man-made lagoons are a swimming and snorkeling delight and great for folks who want a calmer setting or for parents with younger children. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina also have a front desk open 24/7 with onsite staff for security and general assistance. The Property also has on-site parking, which may require a one-time $25 parking fee per vehicle upon arrival.
You'll be greeted by us personally when you arrive, and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have when you arrive. If you have questions between your arrival time and your reservation, just let us know and we should be able to take care of those also. We live in the resort and look forward to welcoming you to the neighborhood.
A 1 1/2-mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina with lighting at night and provides a wonderful walk to along the gorgeous lagoons and to visit our prestigious neighbors with several restaurants in each of them. There is also a commercial center with an ABC store, local shops and more restaurants.
Less than 2 miles away, the center of Kapolei has all the conveniences of a large city including restaurants and lots of choices and things to do including Costco, Target, Ross, Walmart, Safeway and Foodland. Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei and Regis Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Longs Drugs and Starbucks. And that is just Kapolei.
DISCLAIMER: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina have vacant Hotel sites on each side of the property which have sold and may undergo development and construction in the coming years. Traditionally, projects are announced well in advance of the start of construction and do not impact the lagoons or beaches. This is a beautiful condo in a great location. I was here with my 2 grown children, their spouses, a 6yo, 3yo and 1yo. The floor plan is perfect for families. Bedrooms are in the back, the living room/kitchen open up to the Lanai with plenty of seating for everyone. There is a nicely stocked outdoor storage bin that has goggles, fins, umbrella, lawn chairs, two coolers and a wagon along with beach toys for the children. The facility has a very strict policy of not hanging wet towels or bathing suits anywhere outside so it was a little challenging on where to let them dry indoors. That said it does provide beautiful views everywhere! Aloha

The property was beautiful with courteous staff and relaxing vibes. The villa was impressive and worth the cost for our stay. There is a gym equipped with everything you need for a full workout, a quiet pool that opens early for lap swims, koi ponds where gueats can partake in feeding twice a day, a gorgeous lagoon pool with hot tub and even a sand bottom beach pool.
Be aware that if you plan on having a few drinks by the pool, you should use the ice chests provided in the room and take your own. The poolside bar is WAY over-priced at $17 for a rum and coke. Be sure to utilize the pool-side grills as well. The bar food is also WAY over-priced and underwhelming.
Another aspect of the lagoon pools is that you aren’t allowed to play music (at any volume).
I encourage you to enjoy the Paradise Cove Luau, as it is one of the best on the island, going into the cultures and history of Hawaii. It's located jist down the street from the property. There is also a market nearby but i would recommend only using it for essentials until you can get to the nearby walmart or safeway.
If you're a golfer, this is the perfect property for you, as the golf club is just across the street and has an immaculate course.
Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Aloha and Mahalo!

There were 8 family members staying in the condo and we all enjoyed the condo and especially the pools and access to the ocean. It was great to have snorkeling gear available for use in the ocean and it was used by many of us.

The property is in a great location, stores and small restaurants nearby. There are no restaurants or bars on the premises. The property we were in had 3 bedrooms, tons of room, full kitchen which we made several meals in. Our lanai was great, we could have 5-6 people out there looking at the pool and toward the ocean having morning coffee or drinks in the evening.

Great place but had a lot of issues. First we had requested 2 cribs for out twins and when we arrived there were no cribs and only 1 pack and play. We asked for a second and were told they may or may not be able to get us one. They found a second but no matress so it was very hard and were told we would have one the next day. Day 2 internet can't connect and this goes on for 4 days of going back and forth with manager. Day 2 I call to see about the matress and was told that target sold out.... she was giving me a song and dance about getting a mattress and then changed her story to they cant buy them at the store. After getting perturbed with the situation I requested a refund of some money and magically a matress was delivered. Back to the internet, on day 4 we finally recieved the correct log in info. Day 3 I go to take a bath and the master doesnt hold water. Again had to call to get fixed. After being fixed it held water but then wouldn't drain without completely removing the drain piece. Also when arriving went to check out our view and the pool in front of our lanai was being renovated so all we could see was a giant tent. Wish I would've known I would've booked a different villa. Gorgeous villa terrible view and lots of hiccups. Was somewhat stressful instead of relaxing with all the problems.

The property is as described. Ko'Olina is the perfect place for those wanting to experience Hawaii and not the madness of Waikiki. Everything was smooth and easy on checkin/departure. The condo is great and the lagoons and pools are also great. We would definitely go back to this property!

The location of this place is wonderful and the entire property was clean and beautiful. The beach was quiet, clean, and stunning.

This is our second time staying at the Villas and love this place the staff is amazing bend over backwards to help you out very friendly the place is very quiet peaceful and clean!! We will be back again! The view is not the greatest! But the rooms were perfect

Stayed in this condo for 7 nights in January. My wife and I and our 3 college age kids. Definitely met or exceeded our expectations based on other reviews and the pictures. Plenty of space for us. Very clean and modern. Great lanai for morning coffee and relaxing. Only hiccup was the wifi. Needed a new router that was installed half way through. The person assigned to attend to our needs was very responsive. Wonderful pool area and awesome beach and walkway to the Disney and Marriott resorts. Within walking distance of restaurants and the ABC store for groceries. Also an excellent coffee shop. Loved the whole setting. Great to just stay around and enjoy the area or drive to some other parts of the island. I would highly recommend renting from this owner. Can't say enough nice things about our experience. Helped that the weather was nice during our trip.
