My family and I loved our stay, the apartment is very well-stocked, clean, and has a beautiful view. We spent every morning having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean and evenings enjoying the sunset. The kitchen is well-stocked with condiments/ cooking utensils/ tableware, the balcony has pool toys/ boogie boards/ chairs, and the TV even had the Disney subscription which was great for my daughter. Highly recommend this property, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Oahu.

This was the perfect location and space for our stay. Our family of 5 (all adults) was here for a wedding at a nearby location. The condo is beautiful and very clean - comfortable beds, nice linens and plenty of towels. The views from the balcony are stunning, and we enjoyed breakfast out there every morning. Ron has a huge supply of beach toys, snorkel items, boogie boards and chairs. There are also beach towels and coolers. The kitchen is well appointed with utensils and the appliances are top notch. We chose beach over pool area, but the pools and surrounding area are beautiful. We loved the little pool bar - Leo was our fav bartender! Check in/out and parking were easy. Ron was quick in responding and very helpful in restaurant suggestions and Waikiki parking. Overall it was a perfect stay and we hope to be back sometime soon!

This unit is absolutely stunning and well worth the price. The views are amazing and the location is perfect for your Hawaii getaway trip. The unit is very well equipped with lots of places to sit in and out (we sat on the lanai as much as possible). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and high-end appliances. The bedrooms were nice and the bathrooms were spacious. We also enjoyed the other amenities that Ron made available to us, including the snorkeling gear, paddleboards, beach chairs, and cooler. The grounds are also amazing and we enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The beach cove was amazing to snorkel in and we saw hundreds of different fish and the protected cove was very easy to swim in without fighting the waves. If this unit is available you HAVE TO BOOK IT RIGHT NOW! You will thank us later. P.S. Go back and look at the photos of the unit and that multi-million dollar penthouse view!!!!!

From the minute we pulled in to the property we were overwhelmed by how beautiful it was. The grounds are lovely and tropical with a beautiful koi pond . There is a lagoon salt pool that is pretty and fun to swim in. It ends at a little tiki bar where you can listen to live music and watch the sunset while you have a swim or soak in a hot tub. The beach lagoon was awesome and I was surprised at how good the snorkeling was. We saw butterfly fish, tangs, box fish, wrasse and a baby octopus and so so much more just in the little lagoon. The unit itself is beautiful, spacious and so well kept and the lanai is awesome with a view aof the beach and the most spectacular sunsets. This place avsolutelycexceeded expecatations. We were in Hawaii with other family that stayed in Waikiki and they all said they wished they had stayed here instead.

We had a fantastic stay at Ko'Olina. Property was beautiful and exactly as described. If anything, resort area was undersold in the description. Walking trail along the ocean between condo and neighboring hotels is a wonderful resource, as are walkable restaurants and shops. There were six of us (4 adults and 2 children) and sleeping arrangements really better for 5 (sofa bed is tight for two), but kids are flexible and we made due with a bed of sofa cushions. Lanai opens up and makes condo feel very spacious. It's a stunning place and we'd go back in a heartbeat. If you're planning to spend a lot of time in Waikiki/Honolulu, it is about a 30-45 min drive with parking and traffic, but we were more than happy to retreat back to the beauty and relaxation of Ko'Olina after spending time in the city. Can't recommend highly enough!

This property was exactly as advertised. The unit was quiet, the amenities were superb, the views were magnificent. We rented a vehicle and appreciated the covered parking available. We drove to all locations on Oahu and consider this area to be the best place to stay on the entire Island. The quiet pool was quiet and if you wanted some entertainment within walking distance, there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and golf nearby. If we ever return to Oahu, we would choose this property as our number one choice. Thank you Ron and Seiko for sharing your home with us!

This was my second stay in this condo at this complex. Last year the towers were half covered because they were painting. It was nice to see the fruits of the repaint.
The condo was as I remembered. Everything I used worked except for the mechanical plugs for the tubs. I picked up a plastic one from Home Depot and that worked fine.
One new feature was a company called Royal Hawaiian provided chaise lounges and umbrellas on the beach. This was perfect since I just wanted to read in the shade on the beach all day with an occasional dip in the lagoon. Rob was friendly, courteous and professional. There is a rate for those staying at the Beach Villas. NOTE the condo provides chairs and a vast array of beach paraphenalia but the chaise lounges Rob offered are much more comfortable.
The other change is that you need to pay for parking at the shopping center across from the Four Seasons. I believe it was 2.50/hour + tax. I actually support this as it might discourage those who would park there all day to go to the beach.
I picked up groceries from Foodland Farms in nearby Kapolei. There they have an amazing poke selection. I ended up making dinner but went out for lunch at Monkeypod and Roy’s. Monkeypod service was hit or miss. Roy’s just seemed a bit dated but their mai tais are very generous!
The sunsets are still unparalleled.
I have already booked this condo for the same time next year.

This was the perfect location for a relaxing and fun filled getaway. The property is on the top floor and from the balcony, you are able to enjoy a clear view of the the sunset. The host provided everything you would need to enjoy yourself while out on the beach which is just a few steps away… toys, towels, chairs, a football (!!). The pool offers tons of seating. You couldn’t ask for a better location! The property itself was clean and had enough room for our family of five. The kitchen was fully stocked. The washer and dryer is an added bonus. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this home.

We had the best time here in Ko Olina. The views from our condo were beautiful. The resort was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. They koi pond was a highlight for my kids. The lagoons were beautiful and we loved the wide walkways connecting all of them together. Also, great lighting at night for evening walks. Great shopping and dining less then a 10 minute walk away. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again someday.

This property is amazing! We have stayed on the other side of beach tower and really loved the view toward the Aulani and the beautiful sunsets in this unit. Very well equipped. We were thankful for the pack and play for our granddaughter as it was not listed on the amenities. Had everything we needed. The lanai was my favorite place! Thank you for sharing your paradise!

Ko Olina is such a beautiful location, and Ron and Seiko's condo is in an absolutely ideal location. We have stayed at the beach villas before, overlooking other condos and the pools, which is still very nice; but sitting on the Lanai in this condo, you feel secluded, with an uninterrupted view of the ocean and sunsets. The condo has everything you may need for your stay. Lagoon 2 has always been so much quieter and more peaceful than the other lagoons, which have beach chairs and loungers all over them. The lagoon is such a relaxing place to hang out for the day. (Take the public beach access path when carrying beach stuff, rather than winding through the pools). If you prefer the bustle, the Marriott and Aulani are a short walk away. You cannot go wrong in choosing this Condo. The only problem is that you have to eventually leave to go home...

The photos don’t lie. The view is fantastic. Sunsets were amazing.
There were some foibles such as the loud drilling and hammering the first full day as part of the painters’ prep on a different side of the unit’s “stack.” Also, the plug for the main bathroom was pulled out all of the way when I arrived so I had to snake it back in to use it. Because the mechanism wasn’t connected, however, I couldn’t drain the tub afterward. I had to call the front desk to have maintenance take a look. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get it to seal so the tub didn’t hold water. Since there was a tub in the other bathroom, I was able to use it instead when I wanted to soak.
I suggest renting a car so you can skip the ABC Store across from the Four Seasons since it is pricier than the local stores like Foodland.
The food at MonkeyPod, Roy’s, Mina’s and Noe were okay but definitely overpriced. There were other options a couple miles inland that were decent.
The property is well kept but is definitely showing its age. I guess that is why they are painting. The fitness center had weights and treadmills but there were no mats. When I inquired at the front desk they got a little huffy with me and said that they couldn’t “track them down.”
One thing you should know is that the Lagoon in front of the Villas is a public beach. As a result, there is no seating or umbrellas available on the beach itself. The unit, however, has lounge chairs you can use but just know you need to badge in and out of the compound to get to the beach. This is on contrast to the Four Seasons which has lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach.
All in all this is great option for those who want the most flexibility. All of the appliances I used worked fine. Having a washer/dryer/full size fridge/dishwasher was super convenient.

Perfect stay for my family of 5. We vacationed here for Spring Break
4/1/22 - 4/7/22. The Villa was very nice, it was clean and the view was absolutely amazing! Ron was very responsive and accommodating. Louie was wonderful in helping us with whatever we needed. The resort staff were all so friendly and helpful as well. The entire villa came very well stocked with all of the necessary amenities and then some! There are coffee shops, restaurants, and stores nearby within walking distance, and major stores such as Target and Costco a short drive away. This place offers the peace and serenity you’d want in a true relaxing vacation and it’s in the perfect location. I enjoyed waking up, opening the balcony doors and taking in the morning breeze with the birds chirping. My 10 y/o son was able to feed the Koi in the mornings, and then we would walk down to the coffee shop for breakfast. The grounds are so safe and well kept, everyone is friendly, and overall this was one of our best vacations. There is so much to do if you want to do it or, you can sit back and relax if you want to. The place is so peaceful that we even saw a seal basking in the lagoon next door. We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back, hopefully securing a spot at Ron’s villa again! Thank you!!!

We loved staying here! We have stayed in some of the top resorts in the world and the Beach Villas met the expectations set by the photos and description. We had originally booked the Disney Aulani but there was an issue with our reservation and we had to find a new place just a few weeks before our trip. During our stay here at Beach Villas we visited the Aulani and are so glad we didn't stay there. It was SO crowded - no chairs at the pool, kids shrieking and running all over, 5 rows of chairs deep at the beach. Our lagoon right next door never had more than 20 people on it! And it's every bit as beautiful of the lagoon in front of Disney. Our pool always had available chairs and we always got a seat at the beach bar palapa to watch the sunset. We had a front row seat for the live music and cocktails and we never had to fight crowds.
Beach Villas does not have a restaurant or store, but we knew that and it was no problem to go across the street to the ABC store and to head out to area restaurants. Ko Olina is a beautiful area and with a rental car you can quickly and easily get to other areas of the island.
The unit itself has a gorgeous view and each night we slept with the windows and doors open so we could hear the gentle waves. It was so peaceful. The villa has state of the art appliances and nice furnishings. I do think that the linens could be refreshed and a few more blankets in the unit would be nice. But other than that it has everything that you need - a fully stocked kitchen, umbrellas, rafts, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, snorkel equipment and fins, hair dryers, iron, fans, plenty of hangers and closet space, and I think I even saw a pack and play for a baby in the closet.
We soaked in the large tub each evening after a post sunset jacuzzi. Ron was wonderful to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

The first morning we rose to watch the sunrise from the lanai and spotted a whale off the coast, every evening our teens insisted we wait to watch the sunset from the lanai before heading out for dinner, and every night we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was perfect for a family. Beautiful views of beach and sunset. We particularly enjoyed having a dining table on the lanai as we ate every meal out there. It makes this unit stand out as most units just have a seating group. Why would you have such a beautiful view and ever want to eat inside? The owner was able to arrange an early check-in for us, which we really appreciated. He was very responsive and answered all our questions before arrival. This unit was super quiet being on the top floor. Even over a holiday week, we had the whole floor to ourselves!
If I had to make a suggestion, a beach wagon would have been very useful. We noticed many of the units had them. It's a bit of a windy path to the beach with several gates and trying to wrangle all the gear plus kids was a handful without a wagon. But having all the gear available was a huge plus! The kids loved the boogie boards, sand toys, snorkel gear, etc.
Also a tip for anyone staying here: plan to bring your own toiletries as the ones provided are quite basic - "conditioning shampoo" and bar soap.
But these are just minor suggestions and do not take away from our wonderful stay. We hope to be back!

First of all, the pictures do not do the view justice. You can see way out into the ocean plus look down at the lagoons. The unit has everything you need but groceries. We were so happy to see all the snorkeling gear, beach chairs, sand toys, even life jackets and pool noodles! We were two adults, and 11&12 yo girls. We discovered that if you are a decent swimmer, you don’t need the fins in the lagoon, just snorkels. The little tiki hit by the pool served drinks plus hot dogs and mini pizzas but we went back to the condo for lunch. We recommend doing the lagoon first to get the shade from the palm trees and then enjoy the lagoon pool which is amazing. We had an okay meal at Roy’s but the kids menu was not great. We enjoyed Mina’s Fish House at the Four Seasons. I heard Disney Aulani was crazy crowded but at the Beach Villas we never had a problem with crowds. And renting from Ron was great—his condo is well appointed with amazing views PLUS he was very accommodating. We had a snafu with school quarantines due to covid and he was so kind in helping us adjust our stay. Thanks, Ron! If we come back it would be to THIS unit.

This condo was incredibly perfect for our family of 4. Our two large teen sons stayed in the secondary half and my husband and I occupied the master half. We basically had the entire top floor of the building to ourselves, the parking was handy, easy access to pools & lagoons. That lanai was everything, the sunsets were incredible, the beds were comfortable, the WiFi was responsive, the kitchen was stocked, the location was perfect to zip to Costco, Target, Foodland or any of a number of delicious local restaurants. THE VIEWS, THOUGH- so panoramic from both lagoons over to the mountains. We have stayed in another condo over in the Ocean tower in the past, but I truly believe this has one of the best views in all of Ko Olina. There was a good variety of floats, masks, boogie boards, snorkels etc. We loved every moment and this home away from home truly made all the difference. Thank you, Ron, for sharing your slice of paradise and being quickly responsive whenever I had a question! We will be back (if I can get in after recommending this place to everyone I know).

The owner Ron was immediately responsive even while he was traveling on a multi city itinerary. He answered all of our questions before we booked very last minute and the check in process was seamless with Louie at the front desk. Ko Olina is beautifully manicured and the beaches are perfect. The unit on the top floor felt secluded and was spacious with every amenity needed. The views cannot be beat with rainbows over the bays and whales off the coast. In December the sunset was perfectly visible from the lanai. Oahu is a busier/more populated island than the others. As such, if you are used to the stillness of Kauai or Big Island you may find Ko Olina area to feel busy, but this unit itself was perfect and we were very happy with our 7 night stay. This is the loveliest stay we've ever had on Oahu.

This place is fantastic! If anything, the description does not do this condo justice. It is immaculate, nicely furnished, spacious and has just about every amenity you could imagine. In addition the pool was quiet, not crowded, and just a few steps from the beach. We grabbed a cocktail in the evening and watched the sunset from the bar area on the property. Seiko could not have been more accessible and responsive to our questions. This was truly one of the best experiences we have had with VRBO.

If You want to make a Vacation, which You will remember for the Rest of Your Live, than this is the
Place for it. The Owners are very friendly and the perfect Hosts. All Questions were answered immediately, they helped us instantly in every Manner with our Concerns.
The Appartment itself is a Dream. It starts with the beautiful View from the Lanaii out of every Room. Because it is situated in the Top Level, nobody else can take a Look on You when sitting outside.
The Appartment itself was very clean and perfectly maintained. The Photos give You a really good Impression of the Appartment, but in real it is more spacious than You expect. We stayed there with 2 Adults and 2 Children, and we have felt Home there after 10 Minutes. After our Stay the Owners asked us for any Suggestions. Honestly we have to answer "No", we have no Ideas for Improvement.

Could not imagine a more perfect spot to vacation! The first time you open the Villa door and see the panoramic view from the unit, your jaw drops at the surrounding beauty. The listing description and photos don't do justice to the "real thing". The property has it all.....ocean and sunset views, restaurant options, sandy lagoons, a beautiful swimming pool, koi pond, tiki torches, beach bar, luxurious accommodations, nearby grocery stores and shopping. It's a short drive to nearby tourist destinations such as Pearl Harbor and Waikiki (if you can pull yourself away from the resort). One of the best aspects of the trip was working with Seiko. She was so delightful and always helpful and responsive to our questions. She made you feel like a special guest in her home. What a fabulous place to build special memories! A return trip is a sure thing.

We have just returned to winter in Australia and sure wish that we were still enjoying this beautiful condo in Ko Olina. What a fantastic holiday!!
We have rented several different properties thru VRBO and have always had great experiences - this one was no exception. We had actually booked a room at the nearby JW Marriott and changed our mind the week before leaving. What a gift that this property was available! Seiko (owner) responded almost immediately to our last minute request and she was extremely pleasant to work. She offered suggestions on places to eat, things to do, etc. and very promptly answered any questions we had.
The condo is equipped exactly as described and was very clean. The views from the lanai are fantastic - any time of the day!
We had great intentions to make day trips to other areas of Oahu (North Shore, Diamond Head, a day at Waikiki, etc) but only ventured to Pearl Harbor. The condo/beach/lagoon/nearby restaurants & markets were just too comfortable to leave......
I would highly recommend this property!! When our travel plans allow us to return to Oahu, hopefully Seiko's property is available - this would be our first choice.

Pictures do not do this condo justice - it is more beautiful than that. The patio doors completely open up to reveal the amazing view of the beach and incredible sunsets. When we weren't at the beach or pool, we were on the patio enjoying the view. In our opinion, it is the best rental on Ko Olina.
We went to Ko Olina for a wedding. The bridal party's family stayed in the JW Marriott Beach Club and the bridal party stayed in the JW Marriott Resort. Everyone agreed that we had the best rental. The kitchen is all state of the art and the condo is beautifully decorated. Because of the patio, everyone wanted Happy Hour at our place, and there were six families that went. All of the necessities are included. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Beach necessities are included as well; beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, sand castle toys, etc.
The beaches are beautiful with a walkway that extends down to Paradise Cove on one end and the Marina at the other. My husband and I loved walking it every morning before breakfast. There are four protected bays to swim, snorkel, paddle board or kayaking. You will enjoy seeing the sea turtles in the bay, as well as the tropical fish when snorkeling. The beaches are almost private in that they do not host the volume of people on the beaches of Waikiki, which is especially nice for a family. The freeways make it easily accessible to all of the sites and with the GPS on our phones, was easy to get around.
We all agreed that we would love to come back again, but will only stay in this rental. Seiko responded quickly and was helpful when making the decision and throughout the process. Gordon (the host that greated us) was pleasant and helpful when we arrived. This was a fabulous vacation. Thank you.

We had the PERFECT family vacation here at this condo to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation! We have rented several nice homes in Oahu, both in the North Shore and Lanikai and this was by far our very favorite. The view is incredible…as other reviews stated, the website pictures do not do it justice. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset every night. Seiko was very nice to work with – always responded quickly to emails and all questions. The condo itself is beautiful…everything is first-class with high-end furniture and appliances and VERY CLEAN. Love the open doors onto the expansive lanai. There are only 3 villas on the entire 11th floor and we never saw one other person the entire week. All the grounds are immaculate & beautiful, very clean pools & grounds. The beach lagoons are to die for…perfect swimming and snorkeling water. All the amenities around the Beach Villas are great too…many choices of restaurants and bars if you want to go out for the night, all within walking distance! This worked great for our family, as we could eat together some nights in the condo and then other nights we would split up with our daughter and her friend choosing to hit some of the night life. We all loved to walk along the gorgeous beach boardwalk that wraps around the entire Ko Olina resort & beach lagoons (with neighboring properties Disney & Marriott’s). We were pleasantly surprised with the Disney property –unique in that it seems to honor Hawaiian culture and tradition rather than over-the-top Disney characters everywhere. Be sure to visit Chuck’s bar at the Marriott Beach Club – "happy hour" every day 4-6pm with $4 drinks including amazing Mai Tai’s! And don’t forget to visit Marci at the Beach Villa Tiki Bar – so nice! I have already told Seiko we will be back next year, only next time plan to stay 2 weeks instead of 8 nights. We hated to leave this fabulous property!

We spend eight days at Ko Olina with three generations of our family (five people total) in Seiko's condo. It is very well appointed and stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels and beach toys for kids. Ko Olina is a very nice, quiet area that I think is great for families or people just looking to get away from Waikiki. Costco and all the shops you need are five minutes away. We really loved the penthouse: watching the sunset every night, perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning, a glass of wine as the stars come out... It is very classy but still perfect for families.

Our trip to Ko Olina was perfect. It was our first trip to Hawaii. Our family of 4 ( kids ages 7, 10) arrived to the condo at about 9pm where we were met by Ron. After a full day of travelling, we were exhausted and looking forward to getting to the condo and relaxing. Unit B1103 was perfect!
The location of the condo is so private and quiet (unlike some of the units that would overlook the pool area). We could have the doors to the lanai open and hardly hear a thing except the waves of the ocean. That is exactly what I was looking for when I booked. We enjoyed our time sitting on the lanai and watching the sunset.
The boys loved swimming at the lagoon every morning. We would head to the pool in the afternoon. I enjoyed running along the boardwalk in the mornings.
This was our first time to Hawaii and I will say Ko Olina was in a perfect location on the island. It was an easy drive everywhere. We took a trip to the North Shore, to Pearl Harbor, to Kailua Beach Park, the outlet mall and Waikiki.
We figured that we should head to Waikiki one day just to say we had been there. The beach was PACKED (probably due to spring break) and the sand was so coarse. I was more than happy to get back to the quiet beaches in Ko Olina. The boys even made a comment that they liked Ko Olina beach better then Waikiki!!
We did some grocery shopping in Kapolei. There is a Costco, Safeway, and a Target. Don't forget to try Menchies for the frozen Yogart (next to the Target).
Seiko (owner) was a dream to work with which made renting through VRBO a very positive experience. We are already looking forward to returning again. We highly recommend this property.

If you are looking for the most amazing ocean view penthouse condo in perfect like-new condition within easy walking distance to the beach, the pool, restaurants, this is it! All the previous reviews are accurate, the truth, right-on! Breathtaking views of the ocean, lagoons, beaches, even the mountains and golf course - 180 degrees plus! Great lanai for all times of the day - especially gorgeous sunsets. Seiko and Ron (owners) were great to work with, were most helpful, and provided all the information and answers we needed. Ron (on-site manager) showed us around the property, the unit, answered all our questions, gave suggestions, ideas, restaurants, where to go and what to do - a real gem of help and information. Ko Olina is a nicer and quieter area than Honolulu or Waikiki; and, much nicer and easier to get around. Kapolei is a newer cleaner town with anything and everything you would ever want - excellent shopping. This is a great location with easy access to highways to the West end and North end of the island. The non-traffic side of Pearl Harbor, the Arizona and Missouri. The poolside bar is a plus, a secure building with its own on-site security, nearby golf, restaurants, the beach walkways are new, nice and wide; private lagoons with sand and grass areas.
When we return to Oahu; we are going to Ko Olina, Beach Villas.! Thank you again Seiko and Ron.
