Hagen was very helpful. I forgot to put the storage locker key back into the room and took it with me to the Honolulu airport. Luckily, I called Hagen and he came quickly within 15 minutes to pick it up.The property was in great location, clean. Lots of beach equipment was provided. This is the most beautiful rental I’ve ever stayed in. The unit is huge! Very spacious. There are four bedrooms total. Two of them are beach view Master bedrooms. The unit is on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the beautiful greenery of the resort and the beach. Wonderful host, easy to reach if needed. Gorgeous pool onsite just steps from the unit. There are restaurants there including the Beach House. Breakfast place and convenience store with snacks, souvenirs next door. We had everything we needed. Washer and dryer along with detergent included in the unit. The place felt very high end, was gorgeous, quiet, spacious. A few steps to the beach and the water. You have your own dedicated parking space. Elevator up to second floor. This place is very, very special and was a highlight of our Family Hawaii trip.

Property and condo were beautiful. Condo had gorgeous views and it was very comfortable. It was well stocked and we are already planning a return trip. One issue we had is that the A/C was extremely loud when it kicked on and we could hear water dripping when it turned off. Other than that the rental was perfect.

This is my second stay at turtle bay villas and was very disappointed with this villa. The entry door was peeling and had a gap between door frame. The beds were nice and comfortable, but he closets in every bedroom was stuffed with furniture so you could only use half or one third of space. the water temp. in baths was tepid and guest bath had no stopper for baths. The sofa had stain spots on both sides so we couldn't flip the cushions.If we had small children with us this might not have been an issue, but we ranged in age from low sixties to eighties. Was pleased with the abundant supply of paper products and trash bags. My opinion of the cleaning crew if that they need to do a better job and management needs to oversee better. Turtle Bay is beautiful hope this villa will match the surroundings.

Comfortable villa perfect for families with young children who wish proximity to a pool and beach. We enjoyed the beach access but found the pool noisy with screaming children beginning at 8 am, and the beach very crowded. We did not like the lack of privacy with the people all around and walking by our patio and bedroom window from morning till night. The villa was lovely and very comfortable and the resort was gorgeous.

Every aspect of this property was top notch. The kitchen was well stocked. The storage closet had boogie boards, snorkel sets, beach chairs, and sand toys. Beds and baths were luxurious. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Would love to return again!

The villa more then met our expectations for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids under 12. It was well appointed with bedding, kitchen dishes, appliances, furniture, etc. The pool and hot tub were great and at just the right temperature. The kids spent a great deal of time enjoying it. The proximity to The Ritz Carlton was close enough to visit their wonderful restaurants and bars. The beach was easy to access. The setting is ideal for a quiet get away to enjoy the beauty of Hawaii.

We really enjoyed staying here with our two young children and in-laws. We loved the location- so nice being on the bottom floor so the kids could play in the grass and it made getting to the beach and pool easy too, both very walkable even for little kids. This spot is tucked away with just a handful of other villas so it is quiet (as opposed to being right on top of the pool) and has a view of a secluded, gorgeous stretch of beach accessed via a trail on the other side of the rock wall- make sure to walk down the beach to the beautiful “keiki pool!”

10/10 wonderful stay. We had the most amazing time at Turtle Bay. Having stayed on the resort side in 2019, we came in with high expectations and this villa just blew us away. It had literally everything we could possibly need, and we didn't even use all the amenities. Our baby has a sand phobia so we never went down to the beach and thus didn't use any of the beach chairs, etc. But we were in the pool daily, which was fantastic. Turtle Bay's ground were breathtaking, perfect for daily walks. When our daughter is a bit older we look forward to doing more exploring someday. The unit itself was GORGEOUS, even more beautiful than the listing photos. It had literally everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was a chef's dream. Beds were incredibly comfortable, well appointed bathrooms with every amenity we could think of. I brought a spill mat from home to put on the floor under my daughter's chair, which was great. She loved rolling around on the folding foam mattresses in the living room. Blackout curtains were truly light-blocking making for the deepest sleep for all of us. And the views, OMG, we will be dreaming about this trip for years to come.

Our blended family, including four adults, one teenager, a seven-year-old, and a four-year-old, had a wonderful time at the Turtle Bay villa. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We took surf lessons from the Jamie O-Brian surf school out of the Ritz, and it was nice to walk over instead of having to get in the car and drive. The pool was never too busy but had enough kids, so the little ones had new friends to play with. We highly recommend this place and hope to go back.

The lanai overlooked the pool and the ocean, we spent quite a bit of time out there admiring the views! Access to the resort next door gave us great dining and shopping options. Bit of a stray cat problem on the property, but overall a great condo in a great location!

These villas are wonderful to stay at on the north shore. This is our second time staying at these condos and the first time staying in a three bedroom. The layout is good and you can’t beat the location to the beach, pool, and Turtle Bay Resort amenities. All the staff was very responsive to my text and phone calls which I appreciated. I have stayed in a lot of high end, VRBO rentals and if you are looking to stay an amazing location, this is a good choice. If you’re looking for a rental that has “extras” included like beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc) and kitchen items (spices, condiments, etc) speakers, games, etc, this would not be the condo unit to rent. I bought some of these items for our stay but many of my past rentals that cost 1000/night include these thoughtful extras. We enjoyed our stay but giving a little extra TLC to the condo I know would be much appreciated to future renters. Thank you!

Our family had a quick stay cation over the weekend and we had a really nice time just hanging out with one another either at the pool (which was heated) or on the beach. Typically, our favorite vacations are simple, which was what we were able to achieve. We had fun with food trucks in Kahuku, ate in "distinguished" luxury at Turtle Bay resort restaurants, and just a nice time in a very nice environment.

The property was very clean and well furnished. The view as spectacular. The kitchen could have more basic essentials such as salt and pepper shakers. Security was at the parking lot when we arrived and helped us with finding our unit and showing us where the elevator was located. Appreciated that so much after a long day of travel. Would stay there again!

Villa 218 is my absolute favorite! It is gorgeous inside. The location cannot be beat, steps from the ocean. The beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is a gourmet appointed kitchen and aloha. Being able to use Sonos is such a plus as well.The property manager is an absolute gem. This time I was traveling alone and felt so supported the entire time I was there. If you want a purely luxurious and relaxing stay, this is the good for you.

We are not a stranger to the Turtle Bay Villas but it was our first time staying in the 3-BR villas. In fact, we’ve stayed at the one right under this villa. Very spacious and clean. Had just about everything we needed to cook in. Love the views of the balcony. We love being close to the beach and access to their swimming pool.

Overall we had a good stay, the property location is amazing, and accommodations were good. A few things that could have been better: the A/C can’t be turned below 72, so if you like to sleep in cooler conditions that isn’t possible. Also, when the A/C turns on it is very loud, so it woke us up when it would run in the evenings. Also, the built in microwave wasn’t working so they put a small countertop unit in the kitchen which took up valuable counter space (kitchen is small), so if you like to cook during your stay it is possible but not easy to prepare food. But the view out the balcony, the snorkel/beach gear and the proximity to turtle bay made it a great stay.

This is a fantastic property:Pro's: Location is outstanding with lots of hiking trails, beach access, and beautiful views. The Ritz amenities were available for a charge. The beds were comfortable. The grounds are beautifully taken care of. The kitchen is big and mostly equipt. The beach locker was great with chairs, toys, snorkel gear ect...Cons:The microwave (wall unit) was out of working order so they had a temporary on the counter that was constantly moving around on the counter due to it's light weight, so when you pushed start or time it moved. The garbage disposal in the kitchen was not working and the sink in the main bath was leaking enough to damage things that were sitting on the counters. We called for service and they sent someone right up, however he said he could not fix the bathroom sink and he attempted to fix the disposal with no luck. The ice maker was not functioning correctly and it was often empty.
