We had a great time in the villa 109. The location was wonderful for exploring Turtle Bay and getting around Oahu as well. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked, and we loved having access to a washer/dryer for laundry and the locker with all the beach gear. Drawbacks: There was a muddy patch right at the edge of the lanai/porch that was unsightly and we had to work hard not to track mud into the house. Also, the small steps from the living room and master bedroom up to the main level were just low enough and dark enough that we had MULTIPLE close calls where people of all ages were tripping. These steps should have better lighting and a handrail to at least give better visual cues and to avoid a potentially vacation-ruining accident.

What an amazing vacation! We absolutely loved Turtle Bay and the surrounding area. The view was stunning from our balcony. Our villa was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The only negative was a small deep freezer was in the kitchen. That made it a bit crowded and was an eyesore. I am guessing the side by side freezer stopped working, so accommodations were made on the short term. (We were grateful for that!) Instructions and procedures were well communicated. We had an amazing family vacation. I would highly recommend this unit and Turtle Bay!

We stayed here 10/20-10/27. The villa is gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach was just steps away. It is a small public beach that is shared with the Ritz Carlton and can get pretty crowded as it is heavily used by the public. You are not allowed to use any of the umbrellas and lounge chairs from the Ritz and the staff will absolutely let you know. We were sitting under one of the permanent bamboo umbrellas at the end of the day and were told to find shade somewhere else. Thankfully the villa comes equipped with plenty of beach chairs and two umbrellas. It also has snorkeling equipment but make sure to clean thoroughly, as ours was full of sand. We booked a horseback ride and the Luau through the Ritz and highly enjoyed both. We also went over to watch the beautiful sunsets and the surfers as well.We had a magical time in Hawaii and would highly recommend staying at this villa in Turtle Bay.

We stayed at villa 311 in mid October 2025. Villa was exactly as advertised. Well kept up. There were several beach chairs, and boogie boards in the closet which was really nice. We had 7 people and had plenty of room. We had one of the best views of the pool/ocean being right across from it. So nice to be able to walk down to the pool or beach and come back up as needed. Much prefer the quieter slow pace of the north side of the island. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views, steps from Turtle Bay’s amenities. The beds were amazing comfortable and the kitchen fully functional. The beach locker was an absolute gem. The nonstick pans were a very scratched—would’ve preferred more stainless steel pans. The apartment was clean overall but we did have to buy a mop to give the floor a once over as we had a 1 year old crawling all over the place and the floor wasn’t up to baby standards.

had a great time the unit was very nice, well equipped, the only complaint I have was out the slider to go to pool ocean basically everywhere there was nothing but mud. there was a sprinkler head that burst so we had to go thru mud to get back in reported it the day we came on the last day they came to fix.

Our family reunion, all 8 of us (ages 7 to 76) were extremely happy we chose this Villa for our stay! It had the room for us all to enjoy being together for cooking, meals, games and watching tv in the evenings. During the day, Turtle Bay Villas and the, pool, hot tub, beaches and cove were a fantastic place to play! Everyone had a wonderful time! Thank You!!

This place was incredible. Very large 3 bedroom condo. Lots of space in all rooms. The view is beautiful. We were able to relax and enjoy the day. The patio was great for morning coffee as well as playing cards in the evening. We liked that it didn’t look out over the pool area. It was much more secluded but not out of the way. It was easy to walk to the pool and restaurants. Communication was very easy and the space was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

A few minor issues, but the property management company was great to work with, and quickly made things right.The view is amazing and the condo was very clean, with quick, easy access to the Ritz Carlton restaurants and amenities.The layout of the condo was very spacious, making it a comfortable place for all 6 of us to hangout during the day.The locker associated with condo is stocked full of anything you might need to visit the property beach, or any other beaches in the area.We will definitely stay here again

Amazing place to stay at. can't beat the location! we just love love this area. all the basic kitchen items were there. just basic coffee/sugar/salt/pepper pantry items. We mostly enjoyed the beach and made new friends cooking at the grill. house was surface clean, but could use a deep cleaning; build up in corners/vents floors etc but did not ruin the trip. communication was always quick if there was a concern or question.
