Love the location our villa. The view from the deck was excellent. So close to the beach! There are two very good restaurants (Roy’s and The Point Sunset and Pool Bar) within walking distance. The Poke Bowl and Mai Tai’s, as well as the view, at The Point were outstanding. The villa was well furnished so no inconveniences. Being in a warm, humid environment, the villa had a musty odor upon arrival. Had to get some fresh air in quickly. Picture in bathroom above toilet appears to have mold growing on it. Regardless of what it was, it didn’t look good. Would I come back? Yes.

We loved our time on Turtle Bay at this villa! Jan was incredible, very communicative. The pool was better than we expected and the nearby resort was super helpful. It’s great being away from Honolulu and relaxing at the pool or the beach!

Villa 317 was perfect for me and my husband to celebrate our anniversary in April. The property is beautifully landscaped and Turtle Bay Resort is easily walkable from these villas. The interior photos do a great job showcasing the unit, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a walk-in closet! The view is unmatched - basically an unobstructed view of the ocean and no sound but crashing waves. There was very little foot traffic down on the shore in front of the unit and The pool area was great for us, maybe not the most kid-friendly, but it was never very crowded. This is the Hawaii I love, away from the hustle of the big city, surrounded by natural beauty! The only comments I have is that I would prefer a king size bed and the couch was starting to show some wear. Otherwise, the unit was in great shape and satisfied all our needs!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villas! The property was clean, tastefully decorated, had comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen. Access to the hotel (with its restaurants, coffee shop and little market) and beach was wonderful. The 8 miles of well-maintained trails with gorgeous views surrounding the Turtle Bay property was a bonus that we weren’t aware of when booking! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

A very pleasant experience all around. The staff was very professional when we needed to reschedule due to the fires in August 2023. We found the resort and unit we rented to be clean and as described. Kitchen area was stocked with basics. The unit locker was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, snorkel gear and plenty of pool/ kids toys. Resort well was quiet with great view of the beach. If ever we go back to Oahu, we would definitely stay here again.

You can’t beat the view from this unit. This was our first time to Oahu and the turtle bay location while beautiful is a bit limiting and expensive compared to other North Shore locations. Would recommend finding dinner locations off the resort which require at least 15 minute drive but worth it for variety and better pricing. Otherwise we loved the unit

This was our first trip to Hawaii. I have always wanted to go but it never worked out. This year we decided we were going. From the minute we arrived it was amazing. I couldn’t figure out how to access the property. It was Saturday, so I reached out to Natalie & she called right away. She had already emailed the instructions. The condo was beautiful, well stocked. When we opened the drapes the view was amazing! It was exactly what we wanted. The furniture was comfortable, the furniture on the deck was great. Everything about the condo exceeded our expectations.

This is our 3rd visit to the turtle bay villas. When we're traveling with our family or just as a couple, these villas are perfect every time. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located to Dole pineapple plantation, Polynesian cultural center, zipline, Waimea falls and snorkeling right out the back door! Being able to cook meals in the well equipped kitchen was so helpful during busy adventure days. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Oahu! Can't wait to return in the fall. Aloha!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this Ocean Villas property. It comfortably fit our family with the only downside being that the space to cook and eat was not large. The property was clean, comfortable and had beautiful views of the ocean. We fell asleep each night and woke up each morning listening to the sound of the ocean waves. Having a lower-level location made coming and going easy. We would come back here in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property!

We had such a great vacation at turtle bay! The partition dividing the studio made it feel like a separate bedroom vs studio. The trails and beaches were pristine. Shaved ice down the road for the kids as well. Can’t wait to return!

Turtle Bay and this property were awesome! The only critique I'd have is that it's advertised as a 1 bedroom and it's really a (very nice) studio. It would be nice if there were a few more things in the kitchen, but it worked. Overall and amazing experience!

We rented a ground floor four bedroom unit. The gated parking was handy and easily accessed. The unit we stayed in had four bedrooms, three full baths, and one restroom. All rooms were modern and well furnished, were very clean, and were well supplied with essentials. We had east access thru a sliding door to the Villa common area and easy gated access to the private pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, clean, and well furnished. The common area walkways led to gated access to a stunning beach and ocean breakers. Everyone enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the ocean. We dined at the Beach House and at the Turtle Bay resort pool/beach area, and enjoyed great food! Overall, we recommend staying at OceanFront Villas over Honolulu and even the Turtle Bay Resort. Access to surfing, Polynesian Cultural Center, Sea Life Park, Bonzai Beach, shrimp trucks, surf shops, and more made the stay a great time! P.S. This was a perfect unit for our family of 6 adults and one 2-year old. The unit was clean and really spacious, and had great access to the Turtle Bay resort, where we attended a wedding. The home was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking in for a few meals while there. Emily was very communicative by phone and text when needed. We only wish we could've stayed longer! Highly recommend for families or other groups looking for a relaxing and communal space.

This one bedroom villa was perfect for our stay. It is right next to the Turtle Bay hotel. You are able to use all the turtle bay facilities and activities except their pools. That’s not a problem though because the villas have their own private pool and hot tub.
Our Villa was fully equipped with a stove, fridge, washer/dryer. It also has snorkel equipment, beach chairs and boogie boards. It is very quiet and safe
We plan on booking a three bedroom in this complex in December and bring our teenage children with.

Our stay at Ocean Villa 110 was absolutely perfect! We got to experience the best of Oahu from a beautiful home and community! The beach was within yards, the facilities and staff were beyond anything we expected. We had groceries and used he kitchen and grills by the pool as well as restaurants at the resort and around the area. We loved being able to access the resort and restaurants. A once in a lifetime adventure for all 8 of us. Perfect for teens and adults, all having their own space. Great, safe snorkeling and most saw octopus as well as recognizable fish. Endless beautiful walks and beaches. A zipline near by. Great restaurants both on the site and next door. Honestly, just the perfect beach place.

The condo is in a great location if you want to be in the North Shore. Roy's Beach House is steps away and the kids enjoyed playing on the beach while the adults could hang at the Beach House. It is also nice to be able to walk and enjoy the dining at Turtle Bay Resort. Property manager was responsive. We all enjoyed the massage chair at the house after a long day. We didn't have the greatest weather but still enjoyed our stay. You are a short drive to all the food trucks.

Our stay in this villa was very nice except for a couple of limitations. This villa had a sleeper sofa that was broken and could not be used. A note about using a blow up mattress was left. The blow up mattress would not hold air even though we spend quite a bit of time working with it. First time it was used, my grandson ended up on the floor by morning. The other disappointment was that the coffee maker was broken. Would not grain coffee into a cup below. Wanted to overflow after repeated tries. Had to go to resort hotel every morning just for coffee.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The place was so clean and well taken care of, the view from the balcony was excellent, and it was only steps to one of the nicest beaches on Oahu. The property was very well stocked and had everything we needed, from pots/pans to beach towels and beach chairs to plastic glasses for the pool. The property managers were so kind and very responsive, communication was very easy. There was tons of space and the balcony is huge, amazing for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. There was a luggage cart and elevator which made getting all our luggage in and out a breeze. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again!

We were a family of 6 adults (3 couples: parents and kids with partners) and the condo was very spacious and well equipped. It was clean and the property was beautiful. We also had lots of beach equipment available. We were in a ground level suite across from the pool and steps away from the cove beach. Communication and checkin was very convenient. There is a restaurant right on the beach but we did not try it as it was quite expensive and we opted to cook our meals. Grocery stores were relatively close. I would highly recommend this for a large group.

This home is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are a paradise. The home is so quite from outside noise such as neighbors it makes it incredibly peaceful. At night you can open the windows and sleep to the sounds of the ocean and wind. We were blessed to see a whale breaching while having breakfast in the porch with an incredible view of the ocean. As a former chef the kitchen met all of my needs to cook for my family at night and in the mornings. The complimentary coffee they set out from a local farm is now our new favorite coffee and we will be keeping it in stock. The host was an absolute delight and they were quick with there responses and were amazing themselves. I would recommend this property to anyone it was an absolute treat and I felt reconnected with an island I fell in love with 20 years ago.
