Our family, including our three young adult kids, enjoyed our stay at the Turtle Bay Villas. The villa was fully stocked with everything we needed and was in a wonderful location on a beautiful sandy beach. We even had a surprise visit from a Hawaiian monk seal on the beach! We could easily drive to Honolulu and enjoyed being in the quieter North Shore area. There were many beautiful beaches and wonderful local cuisine and shops. Great location in Turtle Bay! We stocked up on groceries when we arrived and wouldn’t have needed to leave the resort except for a few excursions on our parts of the island. We had a wonderful time and this villa had the perfect location to watch sunrise and sunset. The pool was right outside and so was the beach. The kids loved it. We saw so many animals, on land and in the water. On our last day, a seal was sunbathing right on the beach and staff was there to make sure no one disturbed it…We had an issue with the shower head but got a phone call and a maintenance response quite quickly! If we ever make it back from Maryland to Hawai’i again, we will be sure to stay here again! We wish we didn’t have to leave!

Incredible in everyway! What a perfect location. It has it all. Views, pool, hot tub, beach, restaurants, bar, security, walking paths, next to the Ritz and the ocean. Our family and friends joined us for our sons wedding and it worked out great! The hosts were very gracious and attentive as well. If we have the privilege of coming back it will be here.

Great corner location with water views. The unit comes fully stocked (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.), and everything - from the kitchen appliances and HVAC to the furniture and bathrooms - is high quality. It felt like home and we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts and property management team were also very responsive and easy to work with. Hope to be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this nice condo. It was a perfect respite after 6 days in Waikiki for our daughter's wedding. The unit is quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with quality cookware as well as a few cooking necessities. But we did treat ourselves to a dinner at Roy's, and ordered lunch from the restaurant one day while on the beach. The kalua pork sandwich was the best thing I had on the island! So delicious! I would be happy to stay here again someday.

The property was even better than we expected based on the on-line description. It is very close to the beach with a terrific view. The place itself is clean and modern. Perfect for 3 couples. The price is relatively high, but then again everything in Hawaii is expensive, so this is not out of the ordinary. Overall we would go back anytime.

We were a family of 6 that stayed here in April. Good size for 6 of us, great location because we had an amazing view and it was away from the pool. We saw whales most every day from the balcony and listened to the waves at night. The beach is very close with decent swimming and snorkeling. Plenty of chairs for us to use in the locker and umbrellas too. It was nice to be close to the Ritz to dine there and use their amenities- tennis, yoga, gym and a cabana for the day(for a fee, of course!). Surfing was nearby which was nice for the surfer in our group. We got very lucky with the weather as it only rained the first full day we were there. We would stay here again. We had one need from the property management company (we had the incorrect storage locker key) and they were very quick to respond!

Great place for families with young kids. We were right on the beach and near the pool. There were plenty of beach accessories and snorkels and boogie boards. The pool was heated to a great temp. The place was clean but the towels were thin and the bath products were sparse and sub par. The hvac was too cold in 1/2 the bedrooms and hot and humid in the other. The tv and internet never worked properly and the management didn’t respond after the second request to fix it. Management also didn’t respond to our request for a late checkout until my second request.

We had a remarkable stay, at this beautiful resort. Our host was very responsive when we needed to ask a few questions. The kitchen was set up with everything needed, for our meals. Beds were very comfortable and one of our granddaughters loved sleeping on the foldout couch every night! The proximity to the beach, the resort, and pool were all so wonderful. Our family of 8 had a perfect stay at Jan’s Ocean Villa! All was as described and we truly enjoyed the beauty and convenience of the location at Turtle Bay! The pool and hot tub were steps away (safe though thanks to coded gate entry) and our 2 youngest grandchildren enjoyed that the most. The beach was ideal for both swimming and snorkeling- we saw all sorts of tropical fish and even a sea turtle! Jan was super responsive to all our questions! We hope to be return guests again soon!

Fabulous accommodation with breathtaking views on the North Shore of Oahu. We loved villa 307! It was a spacious 3 bedroom apartment so that parents had their own wing, teenagers had their own bedrooms and bathroom and we all shared a large kitchen, lounge and dining room. Beautiful views from the balcony. We loved walking the beach every morning for coffee at the Ritz Carlton and then back to the Ritz for sunset cocktails :) We played golf, tennis, pickleball, took surfing lessons and rode horses along the beach. But mostly we loved just lying by the pool at the villas or on the beach in front of our apartment. The gardens and grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartments, although dated, are spacious and well stocked. There are plenty of food options nearby and a grocery store if you prefer to cook in the aparment or on the outdoor BBQ. We would definitely recommend and hope to return here one day.

Our stay here was fabulous. Beautiful views (saw whales breaching from our balcony). The room was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Multiple times in the pool and hot tub with nobody else, had it all to ourselves. Miles of beach to walk with breath taking views and plenty of amenities near by. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with our family. Definitely a 10/10 and would stay here again.

The villas have a great location, next to the bay for good snorkeling, hanging out on the beach, walks along the coast. Villa inside was clean, comfortable bed, sofa, dining table, usual amenities for high-end room and fully stocked kitchen. Shared bbqs available to use. The pool was good for families with kids.Not so nice was how noisy the AC was and its closeness to the bed meant that it would repeatedly wake us up during the night.Also no dishwasher which meant if you are cooking or using anything in the kitchen then you have to clean manually also.

The villa(s) worked out perfectly for our family of 2. We had 2 units. I couldn't give a 5 rating since we arrived towards the end of the storms, had heavy rains, were without power for 2 days, the water was contaminated and not drinkable, and the ocean was brown and not safe. None of these were the fault of the villa owner (obviously), but it would have been nice to have had some communication from them with information about what was going on. But we loved our view of the garden and oceans. We'll have to go back one day when Hawaii is not going through a once in 20 years storm.

A wonderful experience. The unit was beautiful and well-appointed. The lanai overlooking the beach and ocean was such a treat. We walked over to the hotel most mornings to order coffee and a light breakfast (though the kitchen had everything we needed had we wanted to cook our own). Truly appreciate the special touches from our host- beach towels, amazing linens (seriously, the master bed was lovely), beach gear, coffee, chocolates, only to name a few. We can’t wait to visit again!
