Located right on the beach in the Turtle Bay Resort Area. Designated parking behind a gate located extremely close to the unit. Unit was well appointed and very comfortable for a family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen, laundry, and baths. Private pool area with great hot tub. Snorkels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. It was great! Would happily book again!

Absolutely had the best time in this home. It is on the 2nd floor, however it all went smooth. We stayed only 1 night and used the kitchen well. They were missing salt- a staple, but thankfully I had purchased seasoning for our meats. The beach was wonderful. We definitely want to go back, thankyou!

The entire resort property has so much to offer and the unit is conveniently located to easily access all options. Very relaxing and the oceanfront adds to the enjoyment. A king bed upgrade is only suggestion to make the unit perfect.

My only concern is that we were not informed there was a 3 day music festival very close by. This resulted in long delays getting in and out of the area. I would have not booked this place had I known in advance since we were driving back and forth from Mānoa.

My friends and I were able to book this beautiful place for the Palm Tree Festival. The location was right next to the hotel and walking distance to the festival. We wished we had more time just to relax on the balcony and enjoy the view. THANK THE STARS, they provided a substantial amount of towels which was desperately needed when we got drenched walking home. Management was fantastic in responding to any requests or questions!

The home was well equipped, everything we needed in the kitchen, the storage locker had plenty of options for enjoying the pool and beach- boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkels and pool floats. This place was hard to leave. It had everything we could ever ask for from a rental in the north shore. Amazing ocean views and access to beaches. Completely stocked kitchen, bathroom, washing supplies, and beach gear. Convenient parking and in a gated community. This place has it all. We will be looking forward to staying here again on a return trip someday.

We loved our vacation spot. The information provided prior to our trip was detailed and extremely helpful. For two young children, three adults and two seniors, it was a perfect family vacation. The ground floor made for easy and convenient access to the beach and pool, as well as grass areas. Everything was just the right scale. The lockers full of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys was impressive. The kitchens were well-stocked with cooking implements, as well as plates and glasses and bowls. The refrigerator/freezer in the 3 bedroom villa was not working well, but maintenance staff were already aware and alternative smaller fridge/fridge was already in place before we arrived. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the LeiLeis on the golf course and an amazing dinner at Roys Beach House. It was also convenient to go to the stores at Turtle Bay Resort, as well as the Ho-olana Fresh Food to Go. use. Great surfing spots were within an easy drive. Visits to Sunshine Shack at Sunset Beach and take-out at Giovanni's Shrimp Truck were great fun too. We loved every moment!

We brought our whole family including our two grandsons. The pool and spa were great and access to the beach is separate (gated) but extremely close. We used the hotel spa and golf course as well as the restaurants and retail store. It was perfect for a multigenerational family vacation.

Location, location, location. Quiet 3rd floor with great ocean views and sounds of the waves. Bed was comfortable. Couch had some tears in the fabric but it was fine to sit on. Outdoor patio was perfect. There was no dishwasher so we had to wash our dishes by hand and that affected how much we cooked, which was a little unfortunate. The washing machine didn't work either but we were accommodated by the onsite maintenance man who let us use another unit. He was very helpful and responded right away to text.

We stayed with our daughter and her family. Everything was so comfortable for all nine of us. We were close to the beach and in the perfect location to explore both sides of the North Shore. The turtle bay property is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this property and hope to visit again.

Great parking, very good for meals for large family and lawn for todler, great access to north shore breaks, quiet clean, no bugs, good sleeping arrangements and room separation. Nice frigging unit. Not one problem. If there was a manager I never saw them. I didn't even think there was a check in process Lease stressful VRBO I have ever done.

There is so much to do at this property, there are few reasons to leave the Turtle Bay area! Much of what you really need/want to leave for is within 10-20 minutes.
The beach and pool/hot tub are steps away. The view is just as in the photos. It's important to note that this property is part of Turtle Bay Resort but you will need to pay/pay more for many of the Turtle Bay Hotel amenities (golf, bikes, pickle ball, spa/wellness classes, etc.). The concierge is extremely helpful at setting things up.
Plenty of beach towels are in bathrooms. Shampoo and Conditioner are bigger than hotel size. Only two beach chairs. Needs a larger frying pan but other than that the kitchen is well equipped.
Getting 205 & 206 was fabulous so that grandparents could have their own space!
Overall experience was well worth the money!

Love the location our villa. The view from the deck was excellent. So close to the beach! There are two very good restaurants (Roy’s and The Point Sunset and Pool Bar) within walking distance. The Poke Bowl and Mai Tai’s, as well as the view, at The Point were outstanding. The villa was well furnished so no inconveniences. Being in a warm, humid environment, the villa had a musty odor upon arrival. Had to get some fresh air in quickly. Picture in bathroom above toilet appears to have mold growing on it. Regardless of what it was, it didn’t look good. Would I come back? Yes.
