Our Villa is Located on the Turtle Bay Resort! You can use the Ocean Villas pool and Jacuzzi, park for free, and pay no resort fees! You can also use most of the Turtle Bay Resort Amenities for a fee. You have FREE access to the 12 miles of hiking and biking trails, the beach volleyball court, and the luau shows located at the Resort’s pool bar! *(Amenities subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort; you can rent a cabana or daybed to use the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's pool, and you can purchase gym access. The Ocean Villas have their own Heated Pool and Jacuzzi.)

This 4-bedroom Ocean Villa at Turtle Bay is located on the beach level with dramatic ocean views from just about everywhere! You can walk right out your living room sliding glass doors to the beach, pool and BBQ’s! This villa has spectacular ocean views from the lanai, living room, dining room, Kitchen and both master bedrooms. The ocean is 40 yards in front, the pool and BBQs are about 40 yards to the right and the hotel is about 150 yards to your left! It has a serene lanai where you can see the ocean, pool and all the tiki torches lighting the grounds at night!

Possibly the best place to stay on Oahu! This unit is spacious and located at beach level. The setting is spectacular--don't miss a sunrise walk on the beach out to the right. Fun tennis and pickleball courts right there, and you can get the famous brunch at the Turtle Bay hotel next door. If conditions are good, there's almost no better place to learn to surf than the Jamie O'Brien school. Also good for intermediate/advance surfers depending on conditions.

It's been years since we visited the Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. We were so excited to come again, and bring our Adult Kids and Grandkids. I pictured the condo development to be much larger. I was so happy to see that it's more small/medium. The people in the other units were friendly and respectful. This unit was perfect for us. Each couple had their own room and bathroom, and there was also a room for our two small grandsons. The view from the great room looks out on the water. Being a first-floor unit, we were steps to the beach and the pool. The private lawn area behind the condos was perfect for the kids, too. The beautiful Turtle Bay Resort is super close, too. We pictured that being a little farther. We enjoyed a few meals, cocktails, and the retail there. We cooked several meals. We had a large grocery order ready at Foodland near Haleiwa when we arrived. Incidentals were available at the resort. One small request - I was surprised that there wasn't filtered water through the refrigerator. It would be nice to have a filtered fixture at the sink or maybe a britta pitcher available. The tap water left an aftertaste for coffee, and it was a little hard to drink as our primary water source. We couldn't keep enough bottled water available with so many people. We loved our stay. It was a perfect week. Thank you!!

The kitchen is adequately furnished as is the beach equipment, but personal care items like shampoo are lower quality and in limited supply. There are better rentals available for better prices and better cancellation terms.

The property was clean and well maintained. Our friends remarked how clean it was as they have used VRBO many times and were super impressed. We had 3 couples, our elderly mom (slept on couch), and mom with 9 yr old. (9 people total). We fit perfectly. The view from the master bedrooms was Amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai. Check out instructions were simple. The beach chairs and beach equipment were useful. We enjoyed 2 days at the Polynesian center and traveled back n forth between Honolulu a couple of times. This is one of the best sides of the island. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your Villa. Book this villa,you will not be disappointed! Hope to stay again!

The convenience of the pool, green space and approachable beach right out the door was awesome. BBQ's on site worked out really well for a few dinners at home. Loved walking right from the condo for daily exercise. There is a surfing beach for those qualified for the bigger winter surf located just in front of the nearby Turtle Bay Resort Hotel.Because we had a variety of flight arrivals and departures, as well as different activity interests amongst the group, we "SPLURGED" for 3 rental cars. This seemed key for the success of our family vacation...allowing groups to come and go for the daily hikes, surfing and meeting up for exploring other beaches/meeting up for lunches etc each day. Gina, Lea and Kimberly were extremely responsive to questions we sent their way. Truly worth every penny! One of our best family vacations ever. You'll love it!

Parking spot close to front door and super easy access to the beach/pool/restaurants etc. Staff/management quick to answer questions. Snorkeling right outside the door never disappointed !! Location was great for all the wonderful places to explore on the north shore. It was nice to be away from the busyness of the city. Close to great eats like the food trucks, Ted’s bakery and grocery store. We loved our time there and were sad to leave.

Beach area is nice but has a lot of small coral and rocks always present. The restaurants at Tiurtle Bay Resort next store are ridiculously expensive but there are plenty of food trucks within just a few minutes drive. About our only suggestion is that the living room furniture is not very comfortable and is showing it’s she, as are the area rugs. Overall it was a good place for our group to stay.

We were 8 adults and a 2.5 yr old and 6 month old.There were two master suites and two regular bedrooms. The master suite was able to accommodate a crib we had rented(outside baby delivery company)in the closet. The baby was able to sleep next to the parents in the Pack-In-Play provided by the condo. One of the hinges in the kitchen was broken but that wasn't a big problem as they offered to come and fix it. The dryer was broken but we didn't realize this until the night before we were going to leave, as we hadn't used it! We told housekeeping about it.The unit was a nice layout and the patio area and direct access to the lawn and beach was awesome.

We have been to the islands multiple times but never stayed in the North Shore. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday with our kids and grandkids and needed accommodations that would work for 9 of us. This condo was perfect! Ocean view, beach front, first floor, grass area in front for the little ones to run around. I would recommend this condo for families. Hope to come back again.

We loved the large kitchen, large bedrooms and large ensuites. Having a high chair and pack and play in the villa were terrific. The beach locker was well stocked with beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys for the kids, snorkel sets and pool noodles. All in all Gina thankyou for a wonderful stay with our family in Villa 104. The location of this place was ideal especially with three kids who were able to go back to the our place to take a nap or have a bite to eat after playing in the sand, the beach, and even after the pool. Roy’s is also wishing a 1 minute walking distance and it’s right next to the newly remodeled turtle beach. The host let us check in early which was nice. It was kid friendly as well, had extra pack and plays, high chairs, bath Tub for babies, etc. The only negative thing we had to say about this place was that we had to reset the AC unit once or twice and the dishwasher was not working. Overall a great experience.

If you are looking for a peaceful beach full of nature, you will be happy. The villa provides a beautiful view. This villa is roomy, comfortable, and well appointed. A locker filled with beach chairs, toys, and snorkel equipment was very helpful. We arrived to find the villa clean and management responded quickly to most of the problems we found when we arrived. Specifically, the coffee maker did not work and was quickly replaced. The televisions and sound bar were not working and were made better but still faulty. The dishwasher did not work and was not repaired. It is obvious that the original appliances and furniture were of good quality but the villa could benefit from a good repairman and some updates. In addition, since there is no housekeeping service, a more effective vacuum cleaner, and basic cleaning supplies would have been helpful. Cushions on the outside patio furniture would have made the patio more comfortable.Overall, a lovely place to stay. The villa just needs a little TLC to make it perfect.

The beach and pool are steps away and ownership is responsive and very explicit in their contract (i.e. AC was down which they stated was a 10% nightly rate refund). It was near the beach, the pool and Roy’s. We have rented before they had strict riles, so we weren’t allowed to use the hotel pools. This worked out well as the one pool made it very relaxing for us parents. They also let us use the golf carts for transportation to the restaurants, as the grandparents are in their 90’s and aren’t very mobile. We made sure to tip them well each time! Having a bedroom for the grandparents was key, as they couldn’t really enjoy the beach or pool but we had happy hour and played games every night! We love how low key and casual this place was. We had great meals out, horseback riding, went on the helicopter and the snorkeling was awesome. Great family vacation and we’ll be coming back! Beds were comfy, kitchen lacked some utensils but otherwise clean and perfect location!

With the beach and pool both within steps from the unit, the kids could go whatever direction they wanted with their friends and they were easy to find! The unit was large, clean and the owners/manager were great at getting us set up for a perfect stay with all the info we would need before our arrival. The unit is great for sharing with another family as the bedrooms are big and separated from each other. The unit also has an end parking spot, is near the spot for easy unloading and is on the ground floor to run right out to the beach!

The comfortably furnished, air conditioned, living room was perfect for relaxing with family or just gazing out the glass sliding doors to view the garden and tiki torches. The kitchen had everything we could ask for plus some ideas for home. Be careful of the steps down to the master bedrooms, especially if you’re not accustomed to stepping down went entering a bedroom or if the room is not lighted. Enjoy the soaking tub.

We originally booked Villa 104 for a March 2020 stay but had to postpone for two years ... Gina and crew were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Arrival instructions email was spot on, but I believe this will eventually be replaced by their new web portal and mobile app. Property was exactly as described. Beach, swimming pool and BBQ are all just a hop, skip, and jump off the front patio. Our group made good use of all of them and the items in the beach locker were put to good use. Note that there are two air conditioning units in the Villa which is nice. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary gadgets and amenities.Highly recommended restaurants include Maya's Tapas and Wine in Haleiwa and the Beach House by Roy at the resort. The Toa Luau in Waimea Valley was also a great experience. Matsumoto Shave Ice is also a must for the kids.

We loved the Polynesian Culture Center VIP treatment. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We had a memorable Family Thanksgiving Vacation at Turtle Bay Villas.

Villa is nice and accommodating, very clean and stocked with good linens, towels, kitchen/dining utensils. Villas are very family oriented so expect a lot of children but that was our mode so we didn’t mind at all. Thanks for sharing your lovely property!

First off I spent over $6k to stay there for this Memorial Day weekend. I tried to contact the host to let them know we fly in late. After calling numerous time me & my party arrive not knowing which unit or being able to contact the host after hours. It’s was 2am and I had 8 other people with me ready to go to bed. It was dark & couldn’t find the property since the address didn’t take us directly there. I lucked up & found a security guard & I showed him my booking details & he showed us where the property was. We had to call VRBO because their was no corresponds or check in instructions through this app. VRBO told me to check my email & finally I found one address under Ocean Front Properties not VRBO. Once in the unit it was nice & spacious but the sound bar in the front room couldn’t turn on & a few of the TVs in the rooms wasn’t connecting to the cable. So check out was list for Monday at 11am. We had a 8:36pm flight & we asked the host for a late check out & they were unable to accommodate us because the maid service was set to come at 12.
