Condo was loaded with extras including all beach and pool toys needed. Management and staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to a problem we had with an appliance.

Loved the property. Very well stocked, beach toys and misc were plentiful. Property was beautiful. Only minor complaint was noise from pool at night but it died down around 10. Also, pool was pretty small for all those units. Would definitely book again!

We had such a beautiful time in Turtle Bay! We had all age groups in our family and everyone enjoyed not only the beaches, pools but also the nearby hiking. The unit was clean and had all of the amenities!

We were able to make ourselves at home and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and beach nearby. We also prepared our meals with the well stocked kitchen items including spices, cooking oil and prep bowls. We had 6 adults and 2 pre teens in our group. Sleeping arrangements worked great with one bedroom offering two queen beds for the grandkids and the grandparents. The storage closet was handy and well stocked with lawn chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles. The beds were comfy and bath linens were plentiful and of good quality. As well there were eight beach towels for us to use. There was a safe in the suite however we were unable to utilize it due to it being locked. The owner was unable to resolve this issue during our short 3 day stay. The pool was closed one day for disinfection without prior notice to the owner or us the tenants. This was a bit of an inconvenience. We feel a high quality walk off mat in the entrance would be effective for limiting sand in the suite in order to meet the owners request of not bringing sand into this beach front property. Eg. Chilewich brand.
Overall we would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful setting in Turtle Bay Resort area. Property was perfect for our family, pool right downstairs and restaurants to walk to. Dinner at Alaia was excellent!
We saw 2 sea turtles on the Laniakea beach. Surf and blue waters of the North Island was a perfect setting for walks and just relaxing.

The Ocean Villa property was just as advertised on VRBO and the whole family was pleased with the amenities. Our corner unit was a convenient walk to the pool (for the kids) and the beach was a less than 5 minute walk. It is also a short walkable distance from the Turtle Bay Resort which was a perk. Emily was great about responding to my questions any time I messaged her and gave helpful tips about local spots. I would definitely return!

We stayed at Emily & Diego’s villa with our family of 4. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived! It was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our family - lots of kitchenware, laundry detergent, beach gear, towels, toiletries, pack n play for baby, everything! The beds were super comfortable which we appreciated after a long day of traveling. Pool and beach were steps away which made it super convenient for our young children. Couldn’t recommend this place more and will definitely stay here again in the future!

This is a fantastic place to stay, beautiful inside and with gorgeously landscaped grounds, and well equipped with everything you might need. We booked the hotel's horseback ride, and free lei making and hula lessons and they were awesome too. The hotel restaurants are very expensive (it's quite a posh place!) but there are other options nearby. We swam with a turtle off the beach in front of the villas and saw a monk seal resting on the beach further east.

Fantastic location with beautiful sunsets right from your balcony! We loved that you are only steps away from the ocean and the pool. Enjoyed an afternoon horseback ride with my girls booked through the Turtle Bay Resort. Great location to begin our day trips to the Polynesian Cultural Center, surfing lessons, and paddleboarding in Haleiwa.

3 generations of our family were fortunate enough to stay in Emily and Diego's villa. It is totally stunning and we truly enjoyed our 2 night stay there. The pool and beach were just footsteps away and the kids had a blast! The beds were so comfortable, tons of beach and bath towels, the storage shed had chairs, boogie boards and beach toys, the beautiful kitchen had everything we needed. In short, perfect!
Emily is a gem. So sweet and accommodating and Diego's is wonderful too. Can't wait to stay at the villa again!
We walked over to Lei Lei's to watch the July 3rd fireworks. That was a treat!

This was absolutely the most wonderful place I have ever stayed on any trip. The villa was immaculate, not a speck of dust, dirt or even sand anywhere. The owner used high-end linens, from the towels to the bedding. Tons of amenities including a really nice Mac computer, coffee maker, instant pot, all the kitchenware you would need, and even nice beach towels to use. We never looked in the storage room for other beach supplies, but the keys were given to us if needed.
The views were amazing and the location was perfect, just steps from the beach and snorkeling lagoon at Turtle Bay. We also went to the main resort daily to the shops, restaurants and coffee shop. We also used the villa pool and it was great!
The only complaint in the villa we had was that the furniture in the living room, like the couch and chairs, were not very comfortable. I also felt like the communication leading up to check-in could have been a little better. It was concerning as a first time VRBO user to not receive any info until the day of check-in. I do understand the safety reasons for this, but it wasn't communicated well to reassure us we would indeed receive the info.
Other than those minor things, everything was fantastic! We can't wait to come back!!

We loved the entire property and it’s proximity to the beach. All the beds were comfortable and it was the perfect size for 9 adults.
The check-in process was strict and we were understanding of that, however, we thought the property manager was a bit rude when we asked about early check in / the ability to at least drop off our bags for safe keeping. House rules regarding sand, trash, and wet feet were a bit strict as well considering this is a beachfront condo. Probably not a great fit for kids. That said, the property was very well maintained.

Here for a family wedding. Loved having a nice, clean comfortable place to relax during our downtime. Personally, it was the ocean and the beach I needed and it was nice that it wasn’t crowded. I could run out the door and be on the beach in less than 30 seconds which was a big reason for staying here. A lot of places we considered were not on the beach and that was important to me as it’s my therapy to hear the waves and to plant my feet in the sand. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!!!

Floats, cooler, and snorkels! So glad we stayed here and had a wonderful time at Turtle Bay resort! Even saw a Monk seal on the beach!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo. After much research we decided on this location and specific condo. We were 2 families with kids ranging from 7-14, and grandparents. The condo was spacious and despite having only 2 bathrooms we never felt cramped. The location to easy pool and beach access is amazing. Honestly better location than staying at turtle bay as the beach is just steps away. The pool was busy on and off but never too busy: the bedrooms were spacious. The oldest teenager slept on the couch. It was a pull out and not working well but the owners had a repair person out the next day. The condo as well equipped; the storage locker has plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and even snorkel masks!
We loved north shore and ate at many local food Trucks, teds bakery and stopped often at foodland near sharks cove for drinks snacks etc. overall an amazing stay. We would highly recommend this condo and will plan to come again!

My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! This condo was absolutely beautiful inside and out. We traveled with a large group and never felt like we were on top of one another when staying here. Everyone had their own space, with plenty of room to hang together in the living area or on the spacious balcony. 10/10 would recommend, and we hope to return for a longer stay next time!

We had the opportunity to stay here as part of our trip to Hawaii for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We choose this property because it had some of the best views of the Ocean and was also an end unit for additional privacy. It did not disappoint! First off, the property was VERY clean and much bigger than the pictures make it look. Everything in the unit is so nicely updated, and is sure to impress. We brought our 2 small kids with us and we were so surprised to find out the owners had a whole supply of beach equipment for us to use and pool/beach toys for the kids. They were in heaven! The units themselves are very quiet and we did not hear others while in our room. The balcony is one of the best parts, and we enjoyed most of our meals on their spacious patio. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay and experience!

This condo was so incredibly perfect for our family of 9 to all stay together and make wonderful memories. We were there for a wedding. The bride and groom came to see the condo and eat dinner with us. They wished they had booked one of these condos instead of the hotel at Turtle Bay. Having the fully stocked kitchen was the best for us to be able to cook and save money. The beds were very comfy with great sheets and pillows. We would absolutely stay there again. I highly recommend this condo.

This was a wonderful property!! The pages of house rules in all caps were a bit much but everything made sense and were not hard to follow.. We did not open the beach closet until the last day. That was our mistake as it is full of useful things. The property is bigger and even nicer than it appears in pictures. The view from the balcony is postcard worthy. I appreciated the high quality linens. My husband enjoyed golfing and we hiked, zip- lined and surfed. It was perfect to be at Turtle Bay without really being in the middle of the crowd. It is a special place.

Two Oahu families (9 total) shared this unit for a short stay-cation. Unit was clean and as described in the listing. Check in was easy. We had a brief issue with an alarm going off and the property manager responded quickly and we were able to get it resolved quickly.
We enjoyed our stay on the north shore and will definitely stay here again!

My family was celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and this was our first time in Oahu. The first thing we noticed upon walking into the villa was just how clean the space is. Everything is top notch. Diego and Emily made our stay amazing. Emily went out of her way to make sure our week was perfect. She called to make sure the check in process went smoothly and touched base during the week just to make sure everything was going well. I cannot say enough positive comments for our stay; my family and I did not want to leave. We hope to someday return again. Thank you for making this trip so memorable for my family.
