What a lovely and well taken care of studio condo. Better than renting a hotel suite! Perfect ocean views and easy access to Turtle Bay beaches and restaurants. Easy parking, safe, quiet. Kitchen is perfect for cooking simple meals. We enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast on the lanai every morning watching and listening to the ocean.

This was a beautiful location and property. The only thing that isn't mentioned is the fact that you will have neighbors next to you and for the most part it was ok. We did have a few different parties that came in and left sooner than we did and some of them were loud and had small children that were noisy on the balconies. Also, this unit has an adjoining door and when one family was next to us, this adjoining door is not soundproof so again, it was loud at times. Other than that, beautiful place.

So enjoyed my time in this beautiful studio. All the best appointments… towels were great, plenty or beach chairs and gear, full sized dish soap and laundry detergent compared to many villas who give you tiny little samples that don’t last the full stay. The property manager was super responsive and accommodating.
The Nespresso was a HUGE plus! Thank you. Thank you. And an added bonus was the gorgeous, male peacock who came and spent an entire morning with me on the lanai in full plume. So stunning!

The villa was absolutely beautiful. Communication with Emily was quick even though I had a few questions and updates along the way. Emily was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in instructions were very thorough and check in was a breeze. Parking was great and close by which was nice for unpacking things. It was nice to have a gated secure entrance that was not part of the main hotel parking lot. The A/C was always nice and cold and kept the villa just right temperature. The villa was nice and clean with all the necessities you will need on your vacation. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! It was also nice to be the end building so you don't have other guests constantly walking by - we didn't see any of our neighbors the entire time. We are already planning our next vacation and would love to come back and stay here if available. Thank you Emily we had a wonderful stay!!

Excellent location: quiet and private but still close to pool and beach access, enjoyed the main level access through the patio- very convenient.
Amenities: High end appliances, kitchen was well equipped although we didn't use much of it. Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas were all conveniently provided and readily accessible. The villa was clean, however the shower glass could have used an extra cleaning touch and most of the wooden furniture/cabinetry in the suite is showing wear and tear, the walk-in closet was missing its door which was a bit inconvenient when trying to get dressed in the morning without waking up my partner. Having a washer and drier available in the room was a huge bonus. The shared pool/hot tub area was beautiful and a quiet place to relax during our stay.
Overall it was a wonderful stay, it was hard to leave and I would love to return asap!

We spent two nights at this villa, and found the location to be stunning, the accommodations to be excellent. The ocean vista throughout the day was amazing. Staff were pleasant and accommodating in the hotel and restaurants. The villa’s furnishings were ample and well maintained. We had dinner twice in Roy’s Beach House, and breakfast in Aleia; both were on par with top-notch restaurants in Chicago, our hometown. I took a walk down the trails and found just stunning photo opportunities everywhere I looked.
Go see the turtles at Laniakea, and have shrimp and shave ice in Haleiwa!

Was very impressed by Emily's responsiveness to our request to update our date of travel 3X times. We were visiting family on Oahu and she was VERY easy to work with. The property was furnished well and like everyone else it is a HUGE plus that we you are close to Turtle Bay Resort where you can share all the amenities except pool and gym. We found the supplies (towels and linens) to be luxurious and the kitchen well stocked. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this play and could brag for about 3 more paragraphs about this place.

We stayed on a longer layover with our 18 month old and 5 year old for 2 nights and it was perfect. Great location with beach and pool option for them to constantly go back and forth between. Had a ton of beach toys. Protected water so didn’t knock my 18 month over too much. Loved hearing the ocean roar when we woke up in the morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

One look out the patio door, seeing nothing but unlimited ocean, and you know you’re on an island. The condominium, while not large, is well laid out and totally equipped for “staying home.” Splitting time among the beach, Turtle Bay resort facilities, and our condo, all within easy walking distance, meant that our rental car got zero use. Very relaxing few days before heading to Waikiki’s fast paced life.

This condo was immaculate. The set up was perfect for a romantic trip. Very private. Even closer to the beach than the pictures show. Walkable to turtle bay resort and all their amenities. Our best of three places while on this trip. The bath and kitchen are high end and roomy. The furnishings were comfy and clean. Very beachy vibe. Nice to walk in to chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Overall the place was exactly what we wanted. And because it is on the ocean far side we had no one walking by which made it so nice to sit in pjs and have coffee or leave the curtains open and watch the waves. Great place.

we were able to get into our room without issue. After moving into the room, we went to the pool for a little relaxation. On returning to the room you can imagine our shock and dismay to find our code didn’t work. We were panicked 😱 as our phone, car keys and wallets were locked in the room and we were in wet swim suits. Patrick was a hero,but it took long time to get a new code. The entry security was cumbersome to use and not very confidence inspiring.

The apartment is finished to a high standard and you can see the sea from your bed. Daughter thought the sofa bed was quite comfortable too. The beach is great for swimming and enjoyed going for a cocktail and watching the surfers at sunset, nice little pool too. Only slightly marked down as some of the soft furnishings were looking a little tired and it is very expensive for a studio apartment but that just seems to be the going rate.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay, very clean and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer we used more often than we thought and were happy to find and use the beach equipment (especially the chairs) which we used every day. The bed was very comfortable and the area was the perfect location to have access to family staying at the resort and golf course area.
The only downside to these condos (which is at no way fault of the owner) is the backyard area is not fully private. I saw other reviews saying that they basically had the lanai to themselves, but this was not the case for us, we had the family from h*ll in 118 next door… there were about 10 people staying there and the father took loud work conference calls at 5am on his lanai every morning, then the entire family treated the backyard area like it was strictly their own all day and evening, kids running around screaming, crying, climbing all over our stuff, even using our lanai to kick their soccer balls into. I spent the week politely asking them to quiet down every day at sunset when I was trying to enjoy the lanai before dinner, but every day it was the same. Like I said, not anyones fault, and the lanai area is a community area, but I wanted to mention it in case anyone else doesn’t want to risk not having access to quiet use of the area. I would definitely stay here again as long as I knew that family was not next door lol.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a studio, but a spacious one. It was plenty of room for a family of four (two younger kids). There's no dishwasher, but that was not a problem at all. What we loved most about the unit was the ocean view from the lanai, and the ability to just walk out onto what almost felt like a private lawn. We'd absolutely book this unit again in the future.

Coffee machine with pods was a nice touch. Being able to enjoy the Turtle Bay amenities and then retreating to this oasis was perfect!

From beginning to end this place was a dream. We've stayed at TB before and this location is the best one. I loved that the patio space was sectioned off and there were no other guests walking past. The space works great for two people. We enjoyed eating at all the TB locations that were open, and driving 10 minutes to some of the best food trucks. We would definitely stay again.

This property was the best we’ve stayed at through VRBO to date! The instructions to get there, getting in, parking, and parking were a breeze! Not a ton of rules or hoops you had to jump through! Just pure relaxation. The location was ideal! They of everything. There was an Apple TV, and easy to use electronics. The home was cozy and felt luxurious. Nexpresso coffee was stocked so guy didn’t have to run to the store and chocolates set out were a great touch! The scene from your patio is to die for! You can watch the ocean waves rolling in from the bed! The unit is secluded and quiet. Parking is close to the room which is nice and the pool is less than a minute's walk away. The restaurants on site are delicious. Turtle bay is an hour drive from the airport but is is a gorgeous drive if you take the coastline. It is a 10 minute to from sunset beach or sharks cove, and 20 min from Haleiwa. Great location to stay!

Specials thanks to Diego, Emily, and Renata for the awesome experience. There was a hiccup in the beginning but was quickly fixed by the team. I will definitely have this property favorited for future stays. Fully furnished, fully stocked kitchen. Everything but the meal you’re cooking. Amazing separate bath tub and shower. The tub was my favorite, me being 6ft, it fit me perfectly and is deep as well. Washer/dryer, the works in the bathroom. Very comfy king size bed, walk in closet w/ safe and drawers everywhere. Pull out couch in the entertainment area, big screen smart tv /bose system. Free high speed wifi throughout the stay is awesome. The double doors to the lanai with amazing views of the ocean. Such is my luck in the North Shore, rained again but the experience is worth it to have your own beach to yourselves. To the right of the property has a wading pool protected by a natural reef to block most of the incoming waves. Just having that to ourselves rain/shine makes the property worth it. Parking is included and also gated within Ocean Villas. Can’t wait to come back again!

This is a fantastic place to come and relax in a very beautiful setting. The cottage has everything you need. A gorgeous beach and a couple restaurants options are just a few minutes walk away. You can hear and see the ocean from inside or from your private patio. The check in process was super easy and didn't require talking to anyone in person. The place and was clean and well stocked. I highly recommend a stay!

If your looking to stay at the North Shore/Turtle Bay, this is the place! Peace and Tranquility should be the name of this rental! We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It gets you away from the hustle and hassle of the real world. You immediately become absorbed into the view and relaxation of the North Shore! The unit had every thing you needed to have a relaxing day at the beach-chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels, etc. Having Turtle Bay a 5 min walk away was great! All the amenities of TB, without the price! Roy's Restaurant and Lei Lei's were great! If you get time, go to the pool bar at TB and look for Eddie and ask him for his recipe for Mai Tai's. They are the Best!!!

Beautiful area to stay on the North Shore. Stayed in a walk-out unit and it was, in my opinion, the best one. Ocean view, ground floor, "back yard" semi-private. Very quite location. Close to wonderful restaurants at Turtle Bay and the beach. Only thing I can think of for an improvement...bigger coffee cups. That's all I can think of :-).
