Our Villa is Located on the Turtle Bay Resort! You can use the Ocean Villas pool and Jacuzzi, park for free, and pay no resort fees! You can also use most of the Turtle Bay Resort Amenities for a fee. You have FREE access to the 12 miles of hiking and biking trails, the beach volleyball court, and the luau shows located at the Resort’s pool bar! *(Amenities subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort; you can rent a cabana or daybed to use the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's pool, and you can purchase gym access. The Ocean Villas have their own Heated Pool and Jacuzzi.)

This Ocean Villa at Turtle Bay has just 20 yards of lawn before the sandy beach, and has dramatic ocean views from just about everywhere! This villa is in the most desirable location in the complex. You can walk right out your living room sliding doors to the beach, pool and BBQ’s! It has a serene lanai where you can see the beach, ocean and tiki torches lighting the grounds!

This villa is great for families or couples looking to get away! If you need additional space, you can rent both this villa and its adjoined villa 102 making this a large 4-bedroom villa. Photographs are of the actual villa.

Awesome condos, team and process then and our returning trips about every couple years! The finish quality of the condos and high end appliances and thoughtfully stocked and outfitted are the best. Gina and Team have thought of everything and maintained the quality for over 15 years + that we know of. One of our favorite trips/travel. Highly recommended.

The 3-bed, 2-bath space was clean and well maintained aside from minimal normal wear and very livable! The villa is located directly in the path of the beach access gate from the rear lanai door. The common-use shower is right outside the unit on the lawn. We had a family of 5 including a baby for 4 nights. Our extended family previously stayed in villa #104 (next door) and loved the location. Turtle Bay Resort uses the area adjacent to the beach for events but this was not an issue for us. Thank you to the management company for making this a relaxing family stay!

Perfect setting for adults. Lots of fun stuff for the kids to play with in the locker. The beach was super safe for kids. Very comfortable for our family of 7. All appliances worked perfectly. The restaurant and bar had a great vibe. My family surfed on the left side of the resort and had a ball. Security was awesome!

Where do I start? First of all, I had the best customer service from Gina, Kimberly and Lea prior to arrival. Communication was so prompt and friendly, I seriously thought I might want to ask for a job so I could work with them! Mahalo! From the moment we opened the door (easy to follow instructions for parking and entry), it was WOW this and WOW that! I think this might be the BEST unit on the entire Ocean Villas property! Fabulous Turtle Bay view, beautiful kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a fabulous patio with easy access to beach and pool (which was never crowded, lounge chairs always available)! We celebrated our 60ths with our two adult kids and their significants, who by the way, want to reserve this very same unit when they come back with their friends! We woke up daily with coffee on the patio, a little informal exercise on the lawn, breakfasts made in our gourmet kitchen, a daily hike, then a full day of beach>pool>beach>pool>rinse>repeat! We had cocktails & 2 dinners at resort next door, a few trips to food trucks (you must try Ry's Poke!), and the rest of the time we ate from our well-stocked kitchen with easy in/out throughout the day. We did need to call the on-site property manager once, but it was not an emergency, and we got a prompt response. It was easy to find Hagen's number within the detailed instructions we received prior to trip and he could not have been nicer! Everything was PERFECTION! A hui hou kākou!

We never went in a pool as the sea was so calm and perfect and steps from our door - you could even book nighttime snorkelling. Having snorkels, beachchairs etc was an added bonus.

Villas 102 & 103 were steps from the beach and pool and only minutes from Roys and the Turtle Bay Resort. It was so peaceful to sit on the shaded lanai any time of the day and view a perfect horizon of ocean and sky. Our grand daughter had a beachfront seat for all her meals. The faucet in front of villa 103 used for rinsing off the sand turned out to be the perfect "beach" with a little sand and water to play in. The layout of the complex made for a relaxing stay and we never felt on top of the other guests. I was concerned about a steady stream of families going to and from the beach past our lanai. Instead, we saw few people and felt the set back gave us enough space and privacy. The evenings were quiet, restful and the A/C comfortable. Everyone was friendly. The beach locker is a plus not all villas provide.The furnishings are tired, but functional. You do have to always be aware of the step down. It might be time to replace the kitchen faucet. However, the view and location are what makes villas 102 & 103 worth it!Kudos go to Gina, Kimberly and Lea managers of Oceanfront Vacation Villas. You were patient and available to answer all my many questions. I appreciated that you added a sound bar just days before our arrival. Thank you for quickly responding to my request for an early checkin and late checkout. Being focused on our grand daughter, I wasn't as organized as I usually am. Your enthusiasm for this magical place is contagious!If you want more space, a place to cook, an unforgettable view, the best location and friendly, helpful people, this is the place to stay on the North Shore!

This would be great for families who want plenty of space, and want to use the kitchen facilities to cook. The location was good if you want peace and quiet, away from the crowds, as it is on the NorthShore side. The only complaint I have is that the villas need major updating and renovation. The shower leaked, one of the faucets didn't work, the decor/colors was outdated, furniture needed updating and caulking around the tub and shower was old, mostly missing. If I were to stay again, I would stay at the hotel, which is beautiful and updated. On the plus side, it was nice to sit on the patio and see the beautiful birds, including a couple of peacocks, roaming the grounds.

We loved everything about this stay. Villa 103 was the perfect location…just steps away from the beach, pool, Roy’s beach house and the resort next door which was fun to walk through. We could not have chosen a better place. The locker with beach gear was convenient, kitchen was equipped and the primary suite was roomy and luxurious. Highly recommend staying here.

When you walk into the villa you are greeted with the most amazing view of the spectacular ocean. Just steps out of your sliding door to the beach. Oh and don’t forget the “owner’s storage closet” that has beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella. Beautiful kitchen and BBQs on site! Can’t wait to return!

The only thing I would ask to change is accessibility to the Turtle Bay gym. There was no one in there and we were not able to use it. We would have paid an additional gym fee to do so.

It had every appliance we could possibly have needed. If we come back to the North Shore again we will certainly stay at Turtle Bay and with Oceanfront. All aspects of dealing with the Oceanfront team were easy.We had a wonderful dinner at Roy's restaurant.

So for the last 3 days we were not comfortable with our stay and felt extremely violated. And stressed and still having 2 weeks later to deal with this mess... A year long planed trip and this is what I had to have happen .my rental car and my purse were stolen . All things are replaceable BUT YOUR VACATION is not ! Do I want to go back? Absolutely, get better security literally through the night with cameras

We also rented the adjoining (had a pass thru door) studio next store #102 to accommodate our large party. Unit # 102 was just as fabulous. Both units were impeccable and extremely comfortable and spacious inside. The Master suite is huge and all the bedrooms are very private from the rest of the unit. THE VIEWS ARE AMAZING! The pool, beach and Roy’s restaurant are literally steps away. The units are as beautiful as the pictures depict. Helicopter rides, bike rentals, golf club are all within walking distance. The Turtle Bay Resort is also a short walk away for restaurants and booking excursions. The beach lockers are full of items for your convenience. Assigned parking was conveniently close to the unit. The complex itself is really quiet. We had 6 adults and a 9 month old. There was a pack and play and high chair in each unit which were like brand new. We were all so impressed with this property and so happy we decided to rent these villas.

Sixteen of us were set to go when the Covid lockdown occurred and our trip had to be postponed a year!! Kimberly worked with us and ALWAYS responded to our calls and questions. We knew that we were in good hands after our first conversation with her! In May 2021, we finally got to take this remarkable trip and stayed in a "perfect" place!! We had rented three villas to accommodate all 16 of us, and we couldn't have been more comfortable. Everything you would ever want in a home away from home was in our villas. The villas were so clean and set up so beautifully for our stay. Everyone in our group was comfortable and happy!! When advertising, sometimes pictures are touched up, but the pictures of these villas and the surrounding grounds don't do the property justice. The location is perfect - close to the pool and close to the gate right out to the gorgeous grounds and beach. We loved going right out of our sliding glass door and sitting on the porch and watching the peacocks wander by. The location couldn't have been more perfect!! When we had a little trouble with the AC, Vince was right on it! He returned our call and stayed in touch with us until it was fixed. If you want to work with the nicest, most responsive and helpful people, then this is your place! We had a most wonderful and memorable time!! We can't wait to go back, except the next time, we won't be taking OUR kids!!

The management company was fantastic working with us during COVID in getting everything rescheduled from 2020. We had a couple of issues when we checked in but Gina worked with us to get everything resolved. You could not ask for a better location. Turtle Bay Resort opened a couple of days after we arrived and we enjoyed eating there and having cocktails. Also would recommend the Spa.. Having dinner at Beach House by Roy’s was amazing as always. It is a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend it.

I loved that it was spacious and had plenty of seating in the living and dining areas. Views were wonderful. I spent every morning sitting out on the patio just enjoying the ocean view. I can only speak for the bed in the master bedroom, and it was very comfortable. The bathroom had lot of room to move about. The bathtub... wow! It's huge! the only challenge is that the water heater isn't... so you really can't make use of such a big tub. The kitchen is a nice size, with everything you could need for cooking and eating. They have lots of glasses and dishes. We did very little cooking, but it wouldn't have been a problem at all. Extra bonus for having a good blender. The storage locker with boogie boards and snorkel gear etc is a fantastic perk. Very nice to have easy access to those things - the locker is practically across the hall, so it's very convenient. The resort itself is nice. We ate at most of the restaurants. I highly recommend Roy's next door. Great food! Lei Lei's was my least favorite. Everything is in very short walking distance. So my only negatives on the place are the AC and the beach. Obviously the latter has nothing to do with the villa, but I found the sand very coarse and squishy. Just not something I enjoyed. It's beautiful though. My issue with the AC is that the temperature is regulated to what I consider fairly high temperatures. The rules are that you can't go below 74. For anyone who sleeps warm, this can be a challenge. I never have my house that warm, so it was a problem for me.All in all, a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful views, plenty of room for a family. Everything in very good condition. We enjoyed staying there.

We were so concerned about the delicacy of the sofa bed that we didn't even try it. But the sofa and chairs were vary comfortable. Bedrooms, while small, were adequate for our needs. Beautifully maintained property. The only thing this area could use are more nearby restaurants that are affordable.

One of the best things were the boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear for all 12 of us. Even beach toys for the younger ones. We couldn’t have asked for a better time for our 50th Anniversary.

This villa is on the ground floor, had a lawn for our toddler to play on, and is one of the closest to the beach entrance. The beach is maintained by Turtle Bay and is immaculate. The condo pool and hot tub were spotless, large, not crowded. The two propane grills on the condo were first come so grab one early if you are planning to grill. The villa itself could use new furniture but everything was functional, generally well maintained, and was supplied with everything we needed, including snorkel equipment, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We were a large group and rented villa 102 as well which has connecting doors.The stovetop malfunctioned-during COVID, eating in was important. The management company responded promptly and got a repairman out the next morning. Turtle Bay itself is ideally located. It is quiet, uncrowded, and is near to Kahuku and all of their food trucks. Roys restaurant, steps away from the condo, had superb food.Would highly recommend Waimea Valley. It is a beautiful, curated botanical garden that is easy walking and ends at a waterfall and deep pool that is suitable for swimming.

The only thing I would ask to change is accessibility to the Turtle Bay gym. There was no one in there and we were not able to use it. We would have paid an additional gym fee to do so.

The location was perfect, if you want to stay north shore, which we did. It was nice to have the swimming options of both pool and beach right out your door. Very well-equipped condo. We did have a bedroom fan that didn’t work. We called and were told that a guy would be out to fix it the next day. But that didn’t happen. That was the only problem we had.
