These villas are wonderful to stay at on the north shore. This is our second time staying at these condos and the first time staying in a three bedroom. The layout is good and you can’t beat the location to the beach, pool, and Turtle Bay Resort amenities. All the staff was very responsive to my text and phone calls which I appreciated. I have stayed in a lot of high end, VRBO rentals and if you are looking to stay an amazing location, this is a good choice. If you’re looking for a rental that has “extras” included like beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc) and kitchen items (spices, condiments, etc) speakers, games, etc, this would not be the condo unit to rent. I bought some of these items for our stay but many of my past rentals that cost 1000/night include these thoughtful extras. We enjoyed our stay but giving a little extra TLC to the condo I know would be much appreciated to future renters. Thank you!

This is our second year in a row staying at Turtle Bay Villas. This year we picked a ground floor unit which worked out beautifully with two toddlers. Love the condo, grounds, pool and easy access to the beach and hotel restaurants and stores.

We loved the location and all the amenities. Everything was so well stocked and clean. Really glad to be on the first floor, especially with tiny children. It's just a short walk to the pool area. Can't wait to come back!

We loved the beautiful villa for our family of 5. We have stayed in the Turtle Bay Villas for years and this villa exceeded our expectations for easy check in/out, cleanliness, and kitchen and beach amenities!

We made reservations in March for our anniversary in July. The day after our deadline to cancel had passed this property sent us an email cancelling our reservation stating double booking... we then found this property being rented for 2 times as much as we had reserved it for... very shady practice and we scrambled last minute for other housing and ended up paying double due to the last minute scramble.
