This unit was perfect for our family of five. The lagoon beach was just steps from our property and we spent much of our time there. The resort and area around the resort was very nice. There are a few restaurants when we wanted to go out for lunch or dinner, but the condo was also nice to cook meals or snacks in. We all loved spending time on our lanai. Very relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely book this condo again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Ko’Olina Beach Villas on Oahu! The location was excellent as we wanted to stay away from the overcrowded Waikiki area but still have beautiful views of the ocean and be on the beach. Ko’Olina had it all! Our villa had gorgeous views and we were just steps from the beach. We stayed in a three bedroom, three bath villa which was perfect for all of us to have our own space and still be together. The property also has a beautiful pool and hot tubs. The landscaping is picture perfect and we were able to either cook on the grills by the pool or in the villa or go to our choice of fine dining near by.
We were also able to drive to the North Shore and to Waikiki and Diamond Head for sight seeing, shopping and hiking. I highly recommend visiting the Polynesian Cultural Center and staying for the Luau and their evening show, Ha, Breath of Life, which was absolutely incredible! We have learned a great deal about Polynesia on this trip.
Another amazing experience was visiting the Kuoloa Ranch which is a 4000 acre working ranch and reserve as well as the location for some well known movies. The people there are very knowledgeable and interesting to talk with.
This was a truly incredible experience! Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Ko Olina at the Villas. The Villa was beautiful with a beautiful ocean view and the lagoons were so fun and very clean. I would totally stay there again. Our contact there was so nice and even called when the unit was clean and allowed us to check in early and I really appreciate that. It makes the trip so much easier if you can get that done. I also appreciate that once you were in the and the rules were explained, you were left alone to enjoy your vacation. My only problem was that the beds were so hard and the pull out couch in the main room is broken and so you sink to the floor if you try to sleep on it. We had a small issue with the air bed but the property manager responded very quickly and provided us with another one which was awesome. Super impressed with the place. It was beautiful. Only problem was the beds but that can be resolved.

Only negative was the TV in the master bedroom wouldn’t work and wasn’t able to be fixed while we were here. The villa managers were very responsive. We will definitely rent this same unit again. Upon arriving we treated great. Quick check in and escorted to our room. We had a guide walk us through everything about the Condo from blinds to the microwave. The view is amazing for whale watching from the lanai. For sunsets a short walk to the lagoon and heaven on earth is yours. Please have an amazing stay in this beautiful condo.

This was our first trip to Hawaii and we are so glad we chose to stay here instead of in a high rise hotel downtown. The condo was exactly like it was listed and we felt at home. Beautiful inside and the property was amazing, short walk to pool and beach, assigned parking. Felt very safe walking around in the evening. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at Ko Olina Beach Villas! Our condo was perfect for our family and we absolutely loved the location. The kids had so much fun swimming in the pool and feeding the Koi fish. We were also able to use the wagon to get all of our stuff down to the lagoons to swim and snorkel. We will definitely stay here in the future if we visit Oahu again!

Resort and condo were outstanding. It’s next to Aulani and The Marriott which are crowded. This resort is much less crowded and enjoyable. Pools and bar are beautiful. If you want to relax and enjoy on your vacation with a family this is the place.

I stayed at this property with daughter (age 12) and my niece (age 20). We all enjoyed the location - walking distance to the market and restaurants in Ko Olina - and the property itself. The pools are large enough that they don't seem too crowded, and the koi fish are crazy fish and fun to watch. My daughter enjoyed feeding them at the designated times. Ko Olina is located within easy driving distance of anything you might want to see on Oahu, and this is a fantastic place to stay there!

Pros: quick response from site manager for any issues, great view, clean unit, extra appliances were keurig machine, rice cooker, crockpot. Very close to elevator and garbage shoot, week supply of toiletries items, avail beach supplies, walking distance to market and couple of restaurant, short drive distance to walmrt, target,, costco, lagoon walkway to visit other villas and enjoy sunset
Cons: No starter coffee bag, some tiles had holes or cracked, dryer takes SEVERAL hours to dry.

Pools are beautiful. One adult quiet pool with a lane for laps as well as a hot tub. Kids pool is very cool. Two hot tubs and one area has sand. The little ones love this area.
Lagoon out front of the resort is beautiful! Special spot to watch the sunset each evening.

It was pretty great. Just a few little things. We heard from the “greeter” by phone before we got to Hawaii. We never heard from him again but we didn’t try to reach out.
It was obvious the sofa bed had not been made. The old sheets were still on the couch with some papers and plenty of sand when we opened it up.
The dryer is terrible. After running it twice we took the clothes out and hung them to dry.
The rest was as listed. The closet of beach gear was awesome.
We had a busy schedule all week and didn’t call to correct anything since we didn’t want to be waiting around for a repair man.
Painting the lanai was happening while we were there but no big deal. They also revolted the walkways on the ground level with an epoxy of some kind. The fumes were pretty bad. We were happy we were wearing masks!

Loved the layout of the condo; gardens and water features avail. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and such. Only drawback was the dryer would only run for 2 minutes and then shut off. We ended up having to hang towels and clothing to dry. Otherwise, we will definitely look to stay here again.

This was beautiful property and easy to find. Away from all the downtown area but very accessible when you wanted to go there. Rooms were spacious and I liked that 2 rooms are on one side and master on other. We gave the parents and two kids the master which worked great for other adults on the other side. Controlled any noise. Tubs are extremely deep but there is one bathroom with walk in shower. Kids loved that they got to feed the Koi fish twice a day. Beach area is protected so not large waves but fun to be in. Great for families. We would stay there again.

This is such a wonderful place! Very comfortable for the three families and toddlers. All requests were met with a fast response and everyone was so courteous and helpful. The lagoon was awesome for the toddlers and watching the sunsets. We enjoyed the bar and being able to grill. Would stay here again!!

Booked this three-bedroom villa for me and my family for my son‘s first birthday celebration. There was literally everything we needed here at this property only thing we needed to bring was our food and clothes - other than that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We all enjoyed ourselves so much that we want to make this a yearly thing.. this villa was so spacious, it didn’t feel crowded at all. There were kitchen utensils, pots, pans, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, beach toys, towels, coolers - you name it.. they do you have a washer and dryer - only thing it’s super tiny and takes a long time to dry, but it did help having it there or else we would had a lot of laundry to do when we got home .. they had one assigned parking for me under ground and my mom and sister parked in the visitor parking…
The kids really enjoyed themselves there were three pools and three Jacuzzis and of course the beach. There even was a koi pond that has daily feedings in the morning at 800am and in the afternoon at 400pm which the kids really enjoyed.. we got to grill a couple nights on the outdoor grills and watch the sunset it was perfect!
This property is very well-maintained and feels luxurious…. It really was a great staycation 😁
All I can say is can’t wait till next year!

We stayed at the residence for 8 days. We were supplied with enough of everything for the whole stay (laundry detergent, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc.) The area was quite, clean and perfect for my family of 3 adults and 3 children. The beach was a short walk and with the wagon supplied it made taking chairs and beach toys easy. The kids really loved the pool also! All in all it was a great experience!

This property had everything we needed for a perfect stay on Oahu! They proved all our water toys, chairs, towels and cooking utensils. This unit is well stocked with anything and everything you may need. There was also plenty of room for our whole family of 7 people. Everyone had a great experience here. The view was incredible and very close to the Lagoon which was perfect for great grandma and the kids. We can not wait to come back and stay here again.

Overall the stay was great. The place was clean and had a beautiful view. The location was good so you can sit on the patio any time of the day without the hot sun blaring on you. All the staff at the facility were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again. All supplies were available to us that we needed (toilet paper, soap, towels, laundry soap, even some essentials needed for cooking, with the exception of food which is obvious. Several appliances made food preparation easy. We had the benefit of a large group with several rooms and so if we didn’t have what we needed then the others did. 3 bedroom unit layout is perfect for 2 families to share this unit. The floor plan and solid doors made it nice that you couldn’t hear anyone else.
Here are a few suggestions:
Please fix the dishwashers. Or replace. The top one was broken and the bottom one doesn’t clean well at all. The sink faucet in the kitchen was repaired after I called maintenance. The washer and dryer combo need replaced or fixed. It took 6 hours to dry towels and they were not completely dry.

We had a great time in the 3 bedroom spacious condo and will come again the next time we have a family vacation in Oahu. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Added feature, the Owners Lounge which is a available at no charge for groups up to 40 for no additional charge but must be reserved ahead of time. We had other friends and family staying at the complex as well so getting together for an outdoor dinner was great in the lounge. Overall, great value!

Our family of four rented this condo so we could spread out and enjoy a long stay in paradise (mom, dad, 9 year old and 15 year old; our teen loved having his own wing of the condo!). The condo is clean, beautifully furnished, quiet, it was well-stocked and easy to maintain. The Ko Olina property and staff were polite and helpful; we enjoyed the pools, fitness center, and walking boardwalk. The big hit was the lagoon - the properties on either side (Marriott and Disney) were crowded, while this lagoon was always family-friendly and room to spread out. We celebrated the 4th of July at the lagoon with fireworks right overhead! It was a memorable and relaxing stay and we look forward to returning soon.

If you're planning a trip to Oahu ... look no further! Ko Olina Beach Villas is the ONLY place to stay. My family and I stayed on Waikiki for two nights and spent the balance of our vacation in this 9th floor unit. We had given up on the Hawaiian "experience" until we arrived at this place. When we pulled up our jaws dropped. This is a five star luxury experience for the whole family. We traveled with another family of four (total 8 people) and this condo was absolutely perfect; plenty of room, comfortable, elegant, very clean and well appointed with everything the listing mentioned and more. Everything you need for a day on the beach and in the water was provided in the utility closet. There were even spices in the kitchen and well stocked first aid supplies in the master bath. The grounds, fitness center, pools and the crowning jewel - Tiki Bar - were astounding! The private lagoon was perfect for swimming and snorkeling without the crowds. Easy walking distance to restaurants in Disney's Aulani and JW Marriott properties (highly recommend Longboard's). Easy drive to convenience stores, Costco, Target and other restaurants. The experience we had was made all the better by the owner's attention to detail, responsiveness and wonderful communication and instructions - truly stress free! I was initially apprehensive about sending our deposit check and subsequent balance via mail, but the owner was absolutely awesome!! Our deposit refund was actually in our hands the day after we arrived back home! We will DEFINITELY stay in this condo again. If you don't contact this owner and/or stay at Ko Olina while vacationing on Oahu .... the loss is yours. Can't say enough great things about the location, condo and owner ... made our first trip to Hawaii most memorable!

We love Hawaii, but get tired of the hustle and bustle of Wakiki and find Ko Olina as a peaceful alternative. The owner is very easy to deal with and our family will be a frequent visitor. We stayed at the Beach Villas 2 years ago but this particular villa was very nice. It had all the amenities that we needed in the kitchen and a very comfortable and nice round dining table that was perfect for the 6 of us.
Not all the villas has a table and chairs to eat breakfast on the Lanai but this villa does. We would wake up in the morning and sit on the Lanai eating our breakfast while watching the lagoon from our view. It was perfect!
The beds were heavenly! All the beds in the rooms felt new because they were very comfortable and the bed sheets were modern.
Our kids are 4 and 7 so they didn't need a playpen or highchair but those were available in the closet for use if families needed them. However, we did use the boogie boards as we surfed on the waves in Kailua Beach and brought the beach chairs to the lagoons as we sat enjoying the sunset.
Khanh, the owner was very helpful and made sure the accomodations were to our comfort. I came back and within 3 days, the deposit check was sent back to me. She's very organized, pleasant and easy to work with. We plan to come back and when we do, our family would definitely want to come back to this villa.

We stayed at this Villa for a week during April. We had 3 different couples and it was perfect for our situation because each room has at least a queen size bed along with 3 bathrooms. There are great views of the ocean and the unit is stocked with all of amenities you would look for. Khanh was especially great to work with. His responses were timely and he was very proactive with his communication. I would highly recommend staying in this unit.

I recently came back from a 10 day vacation at this beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, 5 star villa and resort with my family. We loved the laid back island feel at this resort and area and I would definitely stay here again in a future trip to Oahu. We all felt like this was a second home...this villa had all the amenities we needed for cooking and for our day at the beach and pools. Shopping for basic food and neccessities were also a short, convenient drive to neighboring Kapolei. We could easily walk to a few shops and restaurants from the Beach Villas and golf across the street was great too. The staff too were very accommodating, helpful and courteous. Thank you Khanh for accommodating us at your wonderful villa and look forward to returning back soon! Wish we didn't have to leave!

We just returned from a week long stay at this beautiful villa. There were seven of us, including my three very small children. This was absolutely the perfect place for us. The villa is clean, decorated beautifully, and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us. Beautiful views, quiet atmosphere and very helpful staff... The owner of this unit was very helpful and responsive - she was very pleasant to work with. There is a closet full of beach toys (shovels, pails, boogie boards, etc.) as well as pack-n-plays and a high chair.
The property is also beautiful and well maintained with several nice pools and hot tubs. The beach is perfect for small children. The entire property is non-smoking and they are very strict about this. It is within walking distance to Roy's (great restaurant), Paradise Cove (great luau) and the Island Country markets (few cute stores/eating places).
I will continue to recommend this villa to friends and family and hope to return next year!

Your unit was perfect. We try to go to a Hawaiian island every year with my family, and I'm very tempted to return to Oahu again next year just to stay at your wonderful villa. It really was perfect and beautiful. We have a 4 YO and 2 YO, and the pools and lagoons were perfect for swimming and snorkeling (even saw turtles in lagoon 3). All the details were great -- the sheets and towels were so nice that I'm thinking about shopping for some myself! We rent from owners often, but this was by far one of the best experiences - thank you so much for your hospitality, responsiveness, and wonderful service.

My family and I take a trip every year for my son's birthday. Every thing about our trip was fantastic. The owner provided all the amenities that you could want and need in the unit.
The attention to detail was unlike any other. The views were fantastic and after long days out, it was great to come back to a place that felt like home.
Make sure you check the inventory in the kitchen before doing any extra shopping. Many basic items were already there, and we made the mistake of buying more.
We are looking forward to our next trip to Ko' Olina and we will definitely rent from Khahn again.
