Excellent property and location. Walked to the beach, food venues and shopping. Excellent view of Hilton Hawaiian village Friday night fireworks. Can walk the beach at all hours and be close to home. Also took advantage of the biki bike rentals to see honolulu and diamond head.

I would rate this condo a perfect score but for one small issue. I might suggest you put something over the front door as the outside lights keep the condo illuminated all night long. Other than that, it was perfect.

This is a fantastic place to stay! The condo was exactly as described and the fireworks on Friday evening were perfect to watch on the balcony. The owner was made aware and I’m sure it’ll be fixed, but the dryer takes 3 cycles to dry a load of laundry and the remote wouldn’t change channels so we couldn’t watch tv all week(but wasn’t a huge deal because we were out and about most of the time). We would 100% stay here again! The location is perfect.

We have stayed at Waikiki Shore many times, and this was the best! Great location - 8th floor and near the ocean end. Newly appointed and immaculate. REALLY comfy bed and bedding, well stocked kitchen, nice furnishing. Check-in was quick and friendly. Basement parking was a real bonus. Loved it all - Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this property!! Couldn't have been a better location, and the views of the sunset in the evenings were pure perfection. Access to the beach was easy, and just a short walk to all the Waikiki hot spots. After traveling the island most of the days, it was nice to hit up the Steak Shack (located beachside at base of property) for a delicious steak and chicken plate, and then make way over to the Koa Oasis (also next to beachside by property) for 2 or 6 of the famous Hale Koa Mai Tai's)!! There is no doubt that this property will continue to get more of my business!! Good times indeed and Mahalo Nui Loa!!

Great location right on the beach with private lanai to watch beautiful sunsets. Also get access to the Outrigger pool which is fantastic! Small studio apartment perfect for a couple with kitchenette and washer & dryer. Check in and out process was super easy - just read the directions provided. Super comfortable bed! Bottom of unit has the amazing Steak Shack - a must try! Friendly host who is available for any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this location! It is a bit away from the main Waikiki Beach (15 minute walk) but we actually preferred our private beach and the pool. They also provided beach chairs and an umbrella which saves you $30 a day! Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Oceanfront condo with a spectacular view. Note the building is older and the check in process is a bit awkward as you do it at another building a few blocks away (the owner was very clear about this upfront so we knew going in). There is only one working elevator for the next 5 months for the entire complex - be prepared to wait up to 10 mins+ during busy times. This is certainly not the owners fault but it’s worth mentioning as you need to factor that in your daily schedule and allow for extra time. A family of pigeons is currently living on the balcony and they like to start “cooing” very early in the AM. AC went out on last day - tried to contact owner and got no response. However, these are minor inconveniences and all fixable. Excellent location and an easy walk to beaches, shopping, Waikiki, etc. and you can’t beat that view for the price.

Nice clean small condo. Suggestions for improvements: Install a modern door lock and deadbolt, either add curtains or light blocking material to the front louvered windows-there’s a bright security light outside that keeps the room light, replace verticals blinds with proper operating curtains.

Waikiki can be very populated compared to most of the other Hawaiian Islands. This condo was our refuge from the crowds as we visited Oahu for a wedding. The extra crowds were due to a marathon being planned during our stay. The bed, the view, and everything else about the condo we're fantastic. We'd love to stay again upon visiting Oahu.

This is a great condo in a great location! It is within walking distance of a lot of great activities. Just a short walk to a great beach, though the beach the condo is on is fine too. Watching the fireworks from the balcony on Friday night was really fun.
The only recommendation I have is to bring a sleep mask if you have any trouble sleeping with lights. The lights from all the amenities like the stove, microwave, cable box, and WiFi were a bit bright. That said, those amenities were why we stayed there. Pack a sleep mask, and it’s a fabulous place to stay!

Great from start to finish. Easy (and friendly) check in nearby at Regency to pick up keys, towels, and garage door opener. Property in great location and very secure. Unit stocked with all necessities and we greatly appreciated it. Beach chairs and umbrella saved us from having to rent. Did a little grocery shopping and had breakfast and coffee on the balcony daily while watching the moon set. Perfect setting to view Friday night fireworks also. Washer a dryer very handy. Bed very large and comfortable. Access to the Outrigger’s pool was great. Drinks poolside. Celebrated my friend’s 70th birthday in style. If Oahu was a sponge, we squeezed it hard! From Hiking Diamond Head and the pillboxes, to seeing all the sites and eating like pigs. A trip we will cherish forever. Thank you Jeff and Donna !

This property has a beautiful view of the ocean, it is located on the North Shore, near places to eat with in walking distance, along with being near a gas station (the only gas station in Princeville) and there is also a small grocery store in the same area. We had access to a beach right near the water.
We really enjoyed our stay here, I recommended this location to my sister who will be visiting Kauai in January 2023.

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it had great views and was close to shopping, restaurants and beach. Unit was like a well equipped hotel room with a little kitchen and great balcony. Having the W/D was nice. Tub is only 4ft so it is more of a shower. Building is older but unit is updated and very fresh.

This place is located in a nice area of Waikiki, just a few steps away from the beach and nice restaurants. The beach itself we didn’t go cause it was too crowded and we rather drive around the empty beaches around the island.
The pool is within easy access just get in at Outrigger. The AC worked great!
Donna was so great at communicating and making sure everything was ok.
Plus if you want to watch the fireworks at Friday night the view is fantastic!
Didn’t think that the check in process was that bad.The outrigger is just 3min away walk and you can park either there or at the building. We paid for $45/day to park at the Castle Waikiki, nice private and secure parking garage!
Love it there! Thank you Donna and can’t wait to be back again.

The check-in location was a bit difficult to find. Once we found it was great. Parking fab in the assigned spot in garage.
The room was very clean and perfect for my husband and I. It was warm in the room because the split a/c unit (kind of like a window unit, but not open to the outside bc no central a/c like the mainland) was off.
As others have raved, the location is incredible. When they say right on the beach, they mean RIGHT on the beach! The beach chairs/umbrella were very nice as well and we didn't have to spend extra money renting. When we returned from our first day out the room was still warm, but we figured it would cool off in the evening, but it never really did. The first three nights we dealt with it.
On our last night the room was hot when we arrived. I contacted the front desk and they sent the maintenance man. He said the filter needed to be cleaned, which he did and it didn't work. He then said the motor wasn't working and he'd need to contact his boss. I began some laundry as we were headed out the next day. I went to put the clothes in the dryer and the dryer didn't work! I called the desk again (hadn't heard back from maintenance about the a/c). The same guy came up and said the drum was rusted out. I had a pile of wet clothes. He called his boss and we were allowed to use another unit's dryer. I asked about our a/c unit and he said he hadn't heard back from his boss, which I said you just talked to him. He said oh, there's nothing he could do. I had texted/emailed the owners during this time as well. As the clothes were drying it was so nice to be in a room that was almost cold! I called the front desk and asked if we could sleep in that room as it was vacant and we were leaving the next morning and we couldn't sleep in the heat of the other room. After a lot of different people calling different people, they agreed. Heard back from the owners who said, oh no, hope they get it fixed and never heard back from them. Overall fabulous trip and room. Need to upgrade and also check that things are working.

This condo was everything we had hoped it would be! Clean, right on the beach, had all the supplies you could need during your stay. We utilized the washer and dryer many times! We watched the Friday night fireworks right from our balcony and didn’t have to get in the big crowd on the beach! Honestly, everything about this place is perfect. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the check in process. You check in at a hotel down the road on Beachwalk and it’s a very busy street with very little parking. The garage is a little scary coming out of due to the hill you have to drive up to get out of the garage, but still thankful to have parking provided! Obviously these are things the owners have no control over. I would highly recommend this condo and will 100% stay here again the next time we travel to Oahu!

We absolutely loved staying here! The views are incredible and the location is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. It was great being able to walk right down to the beach. The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything needed. The building itself was a little noisy but I think that’s to be expected being in Waikiki. Check in was somewhat confusing having to check in at another location down the road but overall not a big deal. Would definitely stay again!

The security manager was almost creepy (coming from a guy). He would sit in his office watching the cameras and was waiting for us around each corner to engage us… seriously deterred us from returning to our room a few times. Otherwise, very nice stay. The view is incredible!

We had a lovely time in this unit, enjoying the view from the balcony. I can't speak to other times of the year but in January you can watch the sunset over the ocean right from the chairs on your own private balcony. The unit is small but more than adequate for two. The ability to cook in the unit is nice but if you choose not to, anything you might need is within walking distance. I would be happy to stay here again.

Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property.
Check-in process was off-site and therefore a little cumbersome and frustrating after a long travel day, but the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. As mentioned in the listing, there are no amenities (such as pool, jacuzzi, restaurant or bar), just the bare bones of a condo rental unit. The unit itself was nicely maintained, the only drawback was we immediately had to sweep the floors as there was sand everywhere, and we were rationed to a half roll of toilet paper for two people for a 4 night stay. Thankfully, there was an ABC store within close walking distance.
The positives of this property are the location, view and the walk-out beach access. The property provided two beach chairs in the unit, which we greatly appreciated and utilized.

Overall great! Loved our view! The surrounding area had wonderful restaurants and shops. Very clean and we felt safe to walk all over. The beach was nice, although rocky once you stepped in the water. One minor complaint, the blinds. So hard to open and close and panels fell off. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Check in confusing even after instructions given. Parking per night is $39 but you get a basement garage to park in with assigned stall. Place was clean and amazing views. Loud next to park and heard traffic. Liked the provided beach chairs. Bath towel had hole in it and they were rough. Drove to a Safeway nearby to get some groceries. Plenty of shopping and eating. Fan above bed clicked and wobbled was afraid to keep it on for fear it would fall on us. Old fashioned vertical blinds hard to open and close nor did they close all the way. Liked the provided shampoo and lotion. Overall nice but probably wouldnt return.

I stayed in this unit for 3 nights and immensely enjoyed this unit. I prefer locations that are on the edge of the crowded areas, and this was perfect in that regard. The room is in perfect order, the fridge, washer, dryer, and stove/oven are nice to have. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony and room was fantastic. I enjoyed hearing the surf each night.

We had a great time! It’s a little pricey but it’s worth it because it is steps from the beach as the description says. It’s a little confusing figuring out how to check in but no big deal. The staff in the complex and the the hotel where you check in to get your keys are lovely. Everyone was super nice. It was safe and clean. Shout out to Joe whi works in the parking garage. He was so helpful and sweet.
