Unit was clean, modern and in an excellent location. Having a free parking stall and secure building was also a plus. You are literally a block from the new International Market Mall, and you can walk through this and you on Kalakaua which runs right on Waikiki Beach. You are in short walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. The washer and dryer were a wonderful extra that we used repeatedly. Also, having a free designated parking stall was awesome. Unit also has a stocked kitchen and extra towels and wash clothes, which is always nice! The unit has views of the Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head and the Ala Wai Canal.

This was all-around the best rental we've ever stayed in anywhere. No detail was overlooked. Fully stocked with everything you would need - really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards! You couldn't ask for a better location, steps away from shopping, food, and the beach. Communication with the owner was top notch. We loved our time in this rental - highly recommend!

The location could not be better. Stores were extremely close by so you can get groceries (Waikiki Market on the next corner) and toiletries (Target down the block) and the food choices were enormous! We were able to meet family members that were staying in nearby hotels who could not relax like we did. My girls loved the balcony, staying there for their alone time and the living room was just big enough for all of us. The free parking also helped us, freeing us from costly tours and allowing us to have some freedom of movement but there were some drawbacks since one neighbor purposely parked in a location that made it difficult to move around in and out of the garage. Overall, a great trip and we would stay again if we could.up with other fahotels.

We enjoyed our short stint here, the bathroom is pretty tiny and the AC's could use upgrading but overall we had no complaints about our stay here. No issues with checking in or out. Clean and pleasant.

Location was huge for us and this place fit the bill. Easy walk to Waikiki beach, shops and restaurants. On-site parking was also a plus.However, there were many things in the condo that need attention including bugs in the kitchen (trash can doesn’t seal which contributes to this problem), multiple tears in the sofa, peeling deck furniture, limited kitchen supplies etc. .

Traveled to Hawaii for the 1st time to meet up with family and friends. This condo was nothing short of amazing. Photos were exact. Host, Shirley was responsive and even met us when we arrived to meet us and personally let us in the building and welcome us to Hawaii. We didn’t have any issues. Condo is in the heart of Waikiki and within a mile walking distance to everything you need. We only got an uber if we went to excursions. Love this condo and I 100% recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great spot. Oh and it was very affordable compared to the hotels and resorts in the area. .

The property was clean and well maintained. Location is prime in Waikiki and includes free parking! Jane was an amazing host and very responsive to a couple of minor issues. The condo was fully equipped with appliances and all cooking items. They also had beach chairs and boogie boards that were in great shape. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Wonderful location on the 25th floor at Fairway Villa. It is an easy walking distance to Waikiki Beach as well as the International Marketplace and restaurants. The unit is decorated beautifully and has wonderful amenities which include washer/dryer (laundry pacs included), coffee maker (filters included), full-size oven, as well as beach chairs, cooler, many beach towels, umbrella (okay for non-wind day). The complimentary parking space is on Level 2, where there is no elevator. It's pricey but really nice since it is a corner unit.Unfortunately the toilet didn't work properly and the floor is dirty (we could not walk around in our bare feet as we do at home). An AC unit was installed while we were there but we preferred fresh ocean air and left windows open. All in all, we would stay here again!

Our trip was enjoyable and restful and our accommodation was a big part of making that happen.
Positives: as advertised, great space from the roomy kitchen to the ceiling fans & AC in each room. The shower pressure was great as is the ventilation. The patio was such a nice spot and used daily. Great place to catch morning sun.
The drying rack was a great add and used daily. There was an issue with the dryer which the owner asked if we wanted it checked out but we decided we would just use the dry rack, we normally do at home so it was not a deal breaker. Owner was receptive the whole way before and throughout the trip.
Opportunity: edit the amenities offered to remove the hot tub from photos and amenities offered, it’s not up and running.
Suggestion: provide a wagon or foldable cart for trips from the car to the flat, it would make those Costco and luggage trips so much easier. Maybe add another dry rack dues to the fact that we had our beach towels etc to dry.

US couple and theur Japan in-laws met for a week in Honolulu. Our host always responded quickly when needed. The condo was awesome. In addition to the nearby beach, we were in walking distance to Zoo, Aquarium, Target, and all pick-up spots for our chosen tours. Perfect location and even many residents gave us some assistance as well.

Due to a medical issue, we had to cut our 5 weeks to 2.5. The owner was wonderful to work with. He allowed us to have friends of ours to come and finish our stay. He was very accessible via phone and text. The unit is fantastic and went above what we expected. We already have it “saved” for the next time we go to Honolulu.

This is a great little condo. With it being on a higher floor, I never had to have the air conditioner on. The washer/dryer was so nice to have and there were plenty of pots, pans and silverware. It would be really convenient if there was an air fryer and a Keurig. This was a solo trip so making meals at home was a nice option. The bathroom could use some paint and the wall by the washer/dryer, but other than that the everything was pretty well maintained. The view from the living room and bedroom both day and night were amazing and so was the view and amenities from the rooftop! I would defiantly chose this room again in the future! Communication was a little slower than I would have hoped, but I didn't have anything pressing thankfully.

Parking is scary with big vehicle, but it was so nice to have. Everything is close enough without one. The property was nice. We had two couples and it was comfortable. Washer/Dryer and everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, toys we didn't need and a cooler.
The view from the pool upstairs is awesome. The canal is also great. All and all this is a great, convenient place to stay. I love having a balcony to sit at night and enjoy the beauty. Thank you for the use of this property.

This property is in a great location with lots of eating and shopping locations that are walkable. Only complaint we have is that the living room area gets a little hot and stuffy during the day and at night. If the ceiling fan blew harder this would have helped. Also it would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The host is great and was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries we had. We were also able to check in early!!

This was an amazing place to stay. Very close to the International Market as well as Waikīkī Beach. We walked to eating, shops and the beach every day. Very safe at night. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and looking at the mountains. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating. We appreciated that the unit had beach chairs, etc that were available for us to use. We had a rental car so the free parking spot was much appreciated. Love this unit and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our short stay very much. Check in was extremely professional and easy. The rooms are lovely and there is enough space everywhere.
The beach is amazing, turtles everywhere and a lovely sunset.
The only thing that was not 100% (but 90) was the cleanness in comparison to the fee paid and it appears that the dishwasher is a bit moody.

I stayed in this unit a year ago and reviewed it to the max. Great place, everything top notch! The photos do not lie. And the views are fantastic. There's a noise issue with all the ambulance & fire sirens coming at you down Ala Wai Blvd., but not at night, and you can get away from it with the AC. We had an issue with the refrigerator, but mgmt. replied immediately. And a very decent up-scale full grocery at the corner. Made a rez. for next year already!

Ali’i Beach Rentals: Our experience with Ali’i Beach Rentals was generally positive. The booking process, payments, and communication were all handled efficiently. However, we are rating them 4 stars due to the cleanliness issues we encountered upon arrival. The unit was not clean, and there were several maintenance issues, including a broken couch. The cable service was non-functional, the lanai door was difficult to operate, the walls and stovetop were dirty. Our first day was spent purchasing cleaning supplies and tidying the unit. After contacting Ali’i Beach Rentals, they promptly sent Mike to assist us. Mike managed to fix the couch temporarily, but it needs replacing which was not done. He also resolved the cable and lanai door issues. It was surprising that these problems had not been reported by the housekeeping staff.Fairway Villa: We are pleased to rate Fairway Villa 5 stars. The amenities, including the pool deck, barbecue, and lounge area on the 29th floor, were exceptional. The building’s security, with a guard on duty at all times, was reassuring. We would certainly consider staying at Fairway Villa again, though perhaps in a different unit.Unit Owner: We are rating the owner of this unit 3 stars. Ali’i Beach Rentals is limited by the owner’s decisions regarding replacements and upgrades. This unit is in dire need of painting, new curtains, and improved furniture.. While the lanai was a great feature, the furniture was subpar. With some effort, this unit could be significantly improved. The stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher are outdated and often required multiple cycles to clean dishes properly. Although the washer and dryer are newer, the dryer is not vented, which is concerning. Additionally, only one set of sheets was provided for our month-long stay, necessitating frequent laundry. Location, location location!
Access was seamless. Keys, parking and all instruction were perfect.
This apt is central to Waikiki Beach and the International Market, hotel resorts, tons of cafes, acai, and awesome restaurants. Also across from the canal which was great for an early morning walk/run.
The apartment was furnished well with all of the essentials and MORE. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, hot water, and well stocked with towels and extra sheets and blankets if necessary. Even had an inflatable bed.
I highly recommend this location.

The living room could use an air conditioner or screens on the sliding door and louvered windows. Not so much for flying bugs, since you're on the 25th floor, it's for the potential little birds that come up to visit the lanai. We always close the louvers till the opening is too small for the birds, when asleep and out and about.

This condo is an amazing, gorgeous, awesome, clean location. My only complaint is that there is no central AC. I came to understand that pretty much the whole island is like this, so it's normal. The small window AC in the bedroom is good, not great. It's just not super powerful. However, the breeze can become rather extreme (which is good) and at night the place cools down significantly. The nighttime breeze was awesome. The daytime was warm and humid in the unit, even with all windows open. I'm just used to central AC, that's all. Great place overall!! I would stay here again!

Our stay at this renovated condo was good. Having a washer/dryer in unit was a great amenity. As well as a nice/well stocked kitchen! The parking space was perfect. Easy instructions and easy stay! The building is a little older and elevator waits were a bit long at times but not a major inconvenience as they are under repair, so expect should be resolved soon. Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop and enjoying the Hawaiian breeze & sunsets! We did encounter an issue and the host, Jane, was very accommodating and quickly helpful. Unit is a few blocks from beach, a block from shopping, etc. and an easy commute to airport.
Recommend adding a ceiling fan for the bedroom. Overall, our stay was great and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Oahu!

This property is very centrally located near everything from food to fun or the beach in a secure building right on ehe canal. We watched rowers each morning along with joggers and golfers being right across from the golf course. The condo is in amazing condition with modern kitchen and bathrooms. We had another couple with us and found the space to be just enough especially since we were only here in ehe evenings.
We found sitting on the balcony early morning watching the sun rise to be very peaceful even in the city. The condo was clean and in full working order. We would stay here again for the convenience and value many thanks to the host for making this available!
