Didn’t need a/c during Waikiki days and bedroom cooled really fast in the evening. A little sanding and paint here and there would be nice. But we would definitely stay there again.

This is an older building but it has been maintained throughout the years. The views are spectacular. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the parking is a great bonus. I’ve stayed in this building several times and hope to come again.

This place was really great, near the main street and a 8 min walk to the beach, and with all the facilities (everything you need for a stay is there: product for dishes and laundry, towels, all dishes you need, the rooft top pool, chairs for the beach, even hairdryer, etc.). Everything was great including the nice touches of extra linens, beach chairs and toys, washer and dryer, vacuum and broom for the sand! My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. Other than that it was fantastic and check in/out was a breeze and James was great to work with.

Our experience staying here was amazing! The check in process was very easy and we had no issues accessing the unit. Parking is included which is a huge plus in Waikiki. We were amazed at how close everything was and that we were waking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach! By far the best part about this property is the view. It is the corner unit so there is an incredible view of both the city and the ocean. Great place to stay!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! Bed was comfy, enough towels for our stay and the washer and dryer was great! Had everything we needed, umbrella and chairs were excellent! A couple callouts, major construction while we were staying, not sure if that was the cause of the water pressure being so low? But the shower dripped water out and we had a tricky time showering. Because of construction, 2 out of 3 elevators for the entire building, took a while getting up and down but not that big of a deal. Other than that, we really loved staying here and would definitely stay again at this unit! Mahalo!

We stayed for 5 nights in Room 2502 which was a corner location. Great views from the 25th floor, even better from the rooftop area that contains a pool, bbqs for grilling, tables and lounge chairs. They were remodeling the roof lounge area (actually the entire building) so it will look very nice in the future I'm sure. Condo itself was clean, with full amenities, including a Washer and Dryer (very helpful!). Parking space included in the garage. Secure building as you need a fob to enter. Location is fantastic on Ala Wai as you are only a block from Kuhio St. and the International Market, 3 Blocks from the beach. Only negative is only 2 of the 3 elevators are working and as mentioned, they are doing a lot of work and renovations so one of the elevators was allocated to the workers for limited periods in the morning leaving only 1 eleveator for guests. This made waiting for the elevators a long time during these periods. Otherwise, a great stay and would stay again. Mahalo!

All the restaurants and stores are nearby. The suite was spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we need to make our meals. We were provided a vacuum to clean up all the sand we tracked from the beach. The bedroom was comfortable we slept great in the bed. The bedroom also had a second tv which was great for our daughter! We were also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, a boogie board, a cooler for our drinks and of course beach towels. We had everything we need. Byron was very helpful and answered our questions immediately. He was very professional and provided all the instructions for the suite as soon as we arrived. We highly recommend this place if you are planning to stay near Waikiki Beach.

Very convenient to walk everywhere in Waikiki. Included parking spot adds value to rental, although garage is a little tight and tricky to enter and exit due to the sharp incline driveway. Th unit is supplied with all necessities. The building itself is dated and undergoing some major updates. Our property manager, James, was always accessible. We would stay here again when we return to Honolulu.

We have stayed in a dozen different units at Fairway Villa over the last 25 years and this one by far was the best. Great location in the building (corner unit) on a high floor, with great views of Waikiki and the ocean. Comfortable furniture, nice open space, good kitchen. Unit has beach chairs and boards for use and free parking downstairs. Have already reserved return trip next year. Mahalo!

The location of this unit was perfect for our visit, with parking and within 2 blocks walking distance to the beach. The apartment was updated and clean. We generally made breakfast everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed. The sofa should probably be replaced soon -- that's my only critical comment. There's a lot of maintenance work going on in the building, but we were unaffected by it. All in all, a great place to stay.

Unfortunately, the building is undergoing major renovations (which we were not told about in advance), which also included some asbestos removal. We were planning to hold a gathering BBQ with local friends and family for my daughter's birthday at the rooftop pool area, but this was also closed due to renovations. If I would have known in advance that the renovations were taking place, I would not have rented the space. Captain Cook did provide a discount because of the renovations, but it was a damper on our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this condo. My husband, son and I stayed here for nine days. It looks exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed. We have stayed in this every area several times before and I love how close it is to everything. Two huge benefits is that it has a free parking space and they don’t charge extra fees at the end of our stay. Usually hotels/condos charge $50 a night for a space and we get hit up with massive resort fees at the end. Also, having a washer/dryer in the condo is so convenient. There was construction going on in the building, but I feel like most cities are always under construction. It really didn’t bother us. Our stay was pretty magical and I would 100% stay here again.

Had a good time in Honolulu. 5 minutes walk to Waikiki beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy, right in the garage. Thank you for the stay. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 2 weeks in unit 2502. This was our second stay and we enjoyed it as much as our first. The condo is in an excellent location. Views from the sliders and lanai are really nice especially when there is a rainbow. Parking is included and convenient. We love having a nice kitchen, washer and dryer. A few unit accessories need updates (bedroom lamp is missing a harp and some improved pillows) otherwise a perfect unit. We will definitely consider a 3rd stay in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is excellent. A few short blocks to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. The building residents are very nice & quiet. There is a building under construction nearby but we didn’t find it disruptive because your usually not in the condo during their work hours. We bought groceries & cooked in, used the provided chairs, umbrellas & cooler at the beach & parked a car in the very conveniently located free covered parking space. At first glance the building lobby & hallways don’t look like much but condo, the location & quiet far exceeds those things.
