Spent one month with my family in this unit and overall, was very pleased with our stay. The location is excellent, short walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants in Waikiki, while located on a low traffic street. Morning sunrise views of Ala Wai canal were gorgeous. The furniture and fixtures in the apartment are a bit dated, but everything was clean and functional. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils. Very convenient to have dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit, as well as a reserved parking space. Needs more more lighting, especially in the living room and at the dining table. Street noise is quite loud due to the location and louvered windows, but it’s to be expected given the location. A/C is noisy. Had a few issues with the ongoing construction in the building, but was very satisfied with the quick response from property management to make things right. Very nice rooftop with 360 views and swimming pool, and plenty of seating and BBQ facilities. Overall, we had a really nice visit and would stay here again!

Ok size but in need of upgraded windows (slate glass does not mitigate street noise and howling wind sounds like a howling ghost) - need replacing with updated windows. Family room glass sliding door is one opening away from falling out of its tracks and crashing to pieces - needs to be replaced. Dryer vented onto counter, now venting behind dryer onto the floor - needs a lint capture receptacle. One washlet was broken and the other one did not work adequately. Wall A/C very loud - need quieter Split Air units. Nice digital lock for main door. TV in bedroom worked sometimes. Parking space was adequate but drive up to space (six levels) was daunting as people double parked in the floor transition space making turning very difficult - a lot of evidence of cars hitting the wall trying to make turn. Location along canal was extremely noisy due to non stop EMS vehicles and traffic. Nice view of Manoa Valley, Canal, and partial view of Diamond Head. Won't stay here again due to noise level.

The unit had everything as advertised. When requested new beach chairs were provided by the manager. Check in was easy. Covered parking is convenient. However, it’s stressful parking the way garage is built. Easy to communicate with Jim Wickard the property manager. All in all a pleasant stay. Will recommend.

Had a really enjoyable stay. Lots of extras included for the beach etc. Well placed near some great places to eat and convenient for the trolley and buses. Great shopping nearby and at Ala Moana via the trolley. Awesome bargains at Waikele outlet shops to.It was great to be able do our laundry in the apartment. Everything you need to cook a great meal provided.

The whole process was simple from check in to check out , place was in good shape, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, would definitely rent again :). Only thing when I asked the guard what floor the pool was , he told us the pool is strictly for Permanent tenants, so misleading as I was told to use pool....

Great value. Location is 4 blocks from beach, but lots to see along the way so we didn't mind and actually enjoyed it. Small grocery store was very close and made it easy to purchase few items to eat in the room. Having kitchen, washer and dryer was awesome. Jessica was extremely helpful and available for any questions/concerns we had. Had a concern about roaches; I learned this is the norm for the island due to no "season" to get rid of them for a while. Even though I realize there wasn't anything to be done after speaking with Jessica, she still sent over exterminator the same day. We used the roof top pool daily. The free parking and wifi were a huge bonus, I would stay again for sure.
