Reviewer Comments: We have nothing but good things to say about our rental experience!James, our property manager was a pleasure to work with, as were Byron and Hanna!James got us new beach chairs when we told him the ones in our unit were broken. We had a red eye flight out of Honolulu and Hanna made sure housekeeping knew we would be checking out late. James gave us the new door code for that day after it changed because it was our last day.Someone always answered the phone and was helpful when we called, which was really appreciated.The unit was super clean. We have stayed in the building many times before and have had issues with cockroaches in the past but there was not a single one to be found this time! Not that it bothers us too much anyways, but still it was nice to not have to deal with them!There were renovations and upgrades ongoing in the building which caused some delays at the elevators, but everyone was polite and respectful, so it was no big deal.The front desk security people were phenomenal...found us a wheelchair for my wife's mom free of charge! They helped us out with some bus tips when we were planning a lighthouse trail hike.They showed us exactly where our parking spot was for our rental car, which actually used a separate entry than the main parkade because it was the ground level parking area. Saved us from driving around the other five levels and ultimately not finding our spot! All in all I would say it was an excellent 31 days in Hawaii!!

The location was good and close to many restaurants and Waikiki attractions. Really enjoyed how clean and well stocked the condo is. The stove could use another fry pan that works better on the glass surface. The mountain breezes are wonderful. The bed is comfortable. We did learn 2 things while staying in this condo. We thought we could live without a stove for a month. Not so much. The second is when staying in a high rise condo ask whether or not there is major construction going on. For 3 of the 4 weeks there were 3 major projects going on. Replacing water pipes through the building, resurfacing all of the parking area, retiling the entire roof deck. Much of the area closed off. All of these workers and their equipment caused many elevator delays through the day. And only 2 of the 3 elevators were working. We felt strongly that we should have been notified of the construction when we called about renting. Rented the unit only 3 weeks prior to move in. Lesson learned! Prop mgr was very helpful & friendly

The noise was not their fault. It was just some construction. The workers were very polite. We so loved the view of the canal which was entertaining watching the rowing club go by. Bike rentals were a step out the door. You couldn't of asked for a better parking spot in their garage. There was everything you could of thought of in the kitchen. If you stay here, don't miss the pool on the roof where you can see many rainbows. What else can I say?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was life saver for us. We had to evacuate from Airbnb where limitless roaches flow in the room from the sink pipe. We were saved by this place for the whole month.The location is great -- walking distance to waikiki beach, any convenience stores available in less than 5 minute walking distance.* There were too many furniture for us given the size of the unit. We had to reorganize the place to use it efficiently.* The home was moderately clean -- we noticed a lot of tiny roaches all over the kitchen so spent a day bleach cleaning everything. We also purchased a lot of cleaning products.* The wash machine was moldy and yucky. We bleach cleaned between rubber gaps and everywhere for a whole day.* This unit locates next to the elevator so you do hear them running all the time. * The view from the balcony down to canal is pretty neat. * Hawaii has weird windows that's designed to let bugs in. despite installing all the baits, we did see a huge roach before check out.James, was helpful to address any issues we had to deal with. Overall pleasant stay.One thing to note, the neighbor next door is pretty much a psycho; expect to hear from her yelling if you ever run garbage disposal.

Checkin process- waited 20 minutes for James to come although we called from airport and taxi as requested. James said he was sending someone to clean smell from bathroom sink, no one came, although he had someone there to fix sliding door on lanai. The vacuum cleaner was filthy, and needed cleaning and very poor suction and brush would not revolve. You need a new broom to sweep condo. the remote on the TV was almost inoperable. Very good washer and dryer. All amenities needed were in the condo. Great barbecues. Overall had a fabulous time.

Condo has been very nicely remodeled. Everything was just perfect. We've stayed in that area many times, this condo is the nicest we've ever had! Thank you.
