The apartment has a privileged view and accommodated my son, husband and me very well. The only thing that bothered us a little is that the AC is a little noisy, the building's pool doesn't have a bar or restaurant, but there is a restaurant around it. I will definitely be back! Thanks! š

Like the overall location because everything you need and want is in walkable distant. Safe area to be in since itās mostly tourists there and that itās beachfront. Easy access to ride share pick up and drop off.

This property was a real gem. It's convenient to many local activities plus a large shopping center, it's very well-equipped, and there were lots of little extras like toiletries and beach gear.
It's a short ride or 10-minute walk to the main marina where the scuba and other boats leave from, and next door to the Atlantis sub dock.
There is some noise from the main street outside, but nothing major.
Plus, there's an amazing local ice cream shop on-premises and occasional live entertainment.

Wonderful time. Unit was lovely and accommodated 6 people. I am a many time visitor to Oahu. Thought Iād stay at north end of Waikiki, near Ala Moana shopping center. However we liked mid Waikiki better, where convenient to activity.. If you are younger than 76, the walking is wonderful. Thank goodness for buses

Title quite misleading, this is NOT the Hilton! Itās an older building called the Ilikai. This was our first trip to Hawaii and are here b/c military family.
Prosās: clean and comfortable beds! Clean towels! Maki, who works for the management co. was very kind. Has functional kitchen.
Conās: The drains smell like sewage: mainly noticed in the bathrooms. The place needs attention: chipped paint, old fixtures, grimy couch-it was very dirty and old-would not sit on it without a towel. Upon arrival, no internet. Called the management company around 3pm and was angrily told that I received the āafter hoursā line. They sounded gruff & reluctant to get someone there for the internet and running toilet but, thankfully, they did. The internet was fixed the next morning, thank you! The ā2nd bedroomā is really a sleeping area, need to close the track slated doors..maintenance came to fix those doors as they didnāt work but they didnāt check all of them (3 tracks) so they needed to come back to complete job. They were unfriendly & put out. The property manager did solve the internet issue but not thrilled. After interaction with him and maintenance crew to fix the ābedroom doorsā I hesitated to call them about anything elseā¦donāt need negativity. The cups in the kitchen were cheap and old. For the $ that we paid, we would expect that someone would pay a little attention to this unit.
Only 4 working main elevators for 24 fls and 3 wings at Ilikai are so busy & packed.

We spent 16 nights in this condo and just loved it. The view is great and we canāt wait to return. The location worked well for us at the edge of Waikiki Beach and right near the Alamoana shopping center. Thereās a bus stop right out front that was convenient to take a quick trip downtown or to the mall to eat.

The owner thought of everything. Beach towels, bag, lunchbox for the beach, umbrella and beach blanket and chairs. Left us chocolate and had a britta for water. So many little things that made it so nice. Very pleased and would use them again. Our two daughters who are 11 and 13 were with us and it was perfect. Bed was confortable and the shower pressure was awesome. 2 pools at the property and you can Uber everywhere within minutes and quickly. Loved the coffee and ice cream shop downstairs. Had ice cream every big hot and coffee and breakfast at the coffee shops every morning. Our family needed this vacation. Had not taken one in a long time. Thank you for the attention to detail. The view is amazing. Getting in was easy with clear instructions from owner. The parking pass was so valuable. The room is well stocked with a few games, books, beach towels and chairs. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking but it looked like it had lots of helpful utensils etc. However, if you're looking for updated spacious kitchen area, though this might be functional, this isn't updated or spacious. Because we didn't plan on cooking meals, it was fine for us. I found the lockbox for the parking fob difficult to open, but then I'm old. Nice hotel/resort area as well. I gave this a 4 for cleanliness because I'm a neat freak and always feel there is room for improvement. Overall, we had a great week here.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for two. We really enjoyed the balcony. There can be a wait for the elevators and take a while to get to the ground level, but since we werenāt in and out of the unit a lot during the day, it wasnāt an issue. We would stay here again.

The property is great, albeit old. Bathrooms were tired but thatās the ilikai, itās been around for years. All in all, everything we needed was there. Beds comfy, apartment clean. View spectacular. Had to use bath towels on the beach, as no beach towels were offered. Availability of towels at the pool was non existent. All in all, I would recommend a stay here.

Overall, the place offers good pricing, space and most of the amenities we needed. AC, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths were important. The view and location were amazing. However, parking was valet only, no washer/dryer or dishwasher. Unfortunately, the carpet is white and has some old stains, which was a bit of a turn off. Otherwise, weāve enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed staying here. The condo was very well maintained and clean. I had a wonderful view of the lagoon and ocean. I also had a vip view of the fireworks at the Hilton. The property had a few locations to grab food and your morning coffee but there is also a coffee maker available. I didn't use the beach equipment, but there was plenty to use if you need it. Checking and checking out was too easy and the company has great communication. I will definitely be booking this location again.

The studio was realy cozy and confortable, exactly like the photos. The communication with the property manager was easy. The location was great. The only things I would point out is that the AC is really loud and you can also hear a lot of street traffic despiste being on the 9th floor which is not so great for relaxing. But otherwise, a great choice of apartment!

While there were issues with cleaning, management communicated with us and eventually solved the problem in addition to refunding us a portion of the bill. The view was beautiful, and the bed was super comfy. We were happy with the location. The Hula the Ilikai offers on Fridays was better than we expected. As it ended, we could see the fireworks from the Hilton as well. We would stay here again.
As someone who cooks, I wish there had been a few more staples in the kitchen. There were coffee filters and paper towels and salt and pepper and we appreciated those. We left a small bottle of olive oil and honey for the next guests. A dish towel for the kitchen would have been helpful.

This property was perfect for 6 girls (aunts, cousins and sisters). Close proximity to Waikiki Beach and shopping.
Pool was very nice and relaxing, great restaurants within walking distance and an ABC store across the street.

Tiny little soaps to use that barely lasted during the stay. Difficulty getting the internet as the modem and router had to be reset every time the tv was turned off. Called the manager the first day and was told maintenance would come to fix it but they didnāt come til we were leaving.

Amazing view and everything you need is within this hotel. It has its own market, ice cream parlor, shops etc. or walkable to ABC stores and eateries. Beach is frontal. Easy walk to Ala Moana mall, park, Marina and Waikiki. The hotel is very nice and lounging areas are very comfy. Pool, and a restaurant on the top floor with amazing views! This unit could use a few kitchen screw tightenings and eating sets that match, but that was not important as everything worked well.
