We had a great time. The views are amazing! Very spacious. The corner edges of coffee table are a big hazard, one of the sliding glass doors wouldn’t open, and the spare sink and shower stopped up the end of the week. The master bath toilet seat was not clean. Also, the pillows in the master bedroom need to be replaced and with “king size” pillows.

The studio was perfect for a quick staycation. There’s a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. They also provide plates, cups, and silverware. There were 6 in our party 2 of which were young children ages 6 and 10. The room has 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. We all slept comfortably. The parking garage is a little tight so keep that in mind especially if you have a big vehicle. We used a Honda odyssey which was a little scary in some parts but we managed.
If your plan is just to use the place to shower and sleep then I highly recommend booking it!

Fabulous location and accommodations. So pleased with the interior and lanai! Everything was just as the pictures depict. Great location for beach time and fireworks. Can’t wait to come back.

We didn’t have water for a period of time, which isn’t a big deal but we would have liked to know that before booking as it was scheduled water shut off. And then we didn’t have power for almost a whole day and that was super annoying.
I would probably stay there again but not longer than a few days because you do run out of things and they won’t replace them.
Just meh experience, nothing spectacular to rave about.

Ilikai location really good: close to lagoon and marina. Room was just ok. Feels run down and cleaning needs to be more thorough - left coffee grinds in the coffee maker, multiple hairs on the bedding. View is very nice - pool is basic. Bed and sofa bed and pillows not very comfortable. No sponge provided for dishes. Tiny shampoo, body wash and conditioner given for family of 4 for 6 nights? Full sized fridge and plenty of towels; laundry unit on floor is convenient but is shared and must pay 3.50 per load for wash and dryer separate.

A very nice hotel close to many shops, restaurants, and a 10 min walk to the Ala Moana mall. A nice benefit is that it is located next to the Hilton Rainbow resort and there is plenty to do on this property. We'd have to say the shock value walking into our room was probably the best surprise we could have hoped for. Both Waikiki and Marina facing walls are nothing but glass and it is stunning.

The condo itself is gorgeous!! Amazing location to the lagoon and beach. The property itself offered a warm pool, good coffee shop and restaurant. The only downside of our trip was that the power was out for 9hrs and we weren’t able to use any amenities but that wasn’t the hosts fault. Would stay again!

Good apartment. We like the side of the building - the sun light just before noon, so it is nit so hot inside. Also good view for fireworks. The unit has signs of renewal, good quality overall. The paddle is not secured on the wall and almost hitted the baby. Mattress is soft. Not recommended for people with back problems. There was no electicity for 12 hours which killed one full day for us - were not able to cook food for baby and no work without an internet.

Location was amazing. Deck and railing were very dirtyDeck only had one chair that was semi comfortable. Hammock is useless get rid of it. Only had one beach chair Couch was very uncomfortable The listing showed pics of gym which I as misleading as we didn’t get access to it.

Communication from rental company was good. The penthouse unit we rented was tired and very dated. Curtains had missing hooks, toilet seat was broken. Beds were horrible! A/C in the living room/kitchen area could not keep up, especially if you had the curtains open to look at the view and the heat from the sun came in. Even though it was a 3 bedroom I found it overpriced for the condition.

Air con in bedroom could use updating. View was ok, not really a great ocean view but good for the price. I liked sitting outside on the lanai. The apt was very nice & clean & kitchen had all we needed to cook. Bathrooms were nice but need ventilation but just open the doors after showering. I appreciated not having to check in. The only annoyance was a beeping sound heard periodically everyday & night from down below, sounded like a busy signal. The parking was very expensive. That’s just how it is in Waikiki nowadays since parking is premium. We were just too lazy to park in the cheaper garage. The upside were the friendly employees in the valet service. They get a10 out of 10.

We have stayed in other units at the Ilikai and this Unit was the best one. Very comfortable. Nice balcony and view. We could watch the Hilton fireworks from the balcony. Hope to stay there again the next time we go to Hawaii.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. You can see out into the ocean, both pools and the Hilton lagoon and beach. The location is within walking distance of the mall, many restaurants and the beach.

Everything was wonderful. Studio very clean beautiful view. My only negative was the bathroom towels were stained and washcloth’s look like someone had cleaned their shoes. May benefit from some bleach or new towels. Only one hand towel for 8 days. Also no shower soap. Had to go out and purchase but otherwise a wonderful comfortable place to stay. Thank you.

Power was out the first night and when it did come on the shower was backed up and flooded with black water. Had a Plummer come by while we were in the room in the evening to fix it. He worked for 2 hours pounding away in and out and making noise and couldn’t fix it. After 2 days of no showers they decided to move us to another one of their apartments. When they did move us there was pounding on the floor above us. So much for a relaxing stress free vacation in Hawaii. Very disappointing!

Room amenities are poorly maintained, the building is beautiful and the view from the room is too, however many areas in the room are not ideal. The couch & pillows are dirty, smelly and have leftover food stains from perhaps previous visits. The pillows of the couch/seats are bird feathered and smell terrible. They are also not best for me due to a few feathers that the pillows would release. Same with bed pillows… The bed is sunk in the middle and it was so uncomfortable. The only AC window unit is located in the living room did not reach out to the bedroom so, the room stay was always warmer and less comfortable. That same AC unit when turned on smelled like mold/mildew… I think the filter needed a cleaning or a change. The rug in the living room has other pieces of rug underneath and shifted so easily and folded, we tripped once and luckily did not hit anything hard. The shower faucet leaked and had to be shut so tightly due to a lot of calcium build up, then it was so hard to open again for use. I always visit Oahu 2-3 times per year to get away from my on going cancer battle, so I had booked this room in hopes of a great stay, my only daughter accompanied me as it was also her 20th bday celebration and we took her 8 month old son (my grandson), we were all so happy to be celebrating together life, love & the baby… but definitely the stay in this room was not an ideal experience. The owner accused, charged me 50 for a trash bag in the hallway. We would not recommend.

Location, location, location. Right next door to the Hilton Hawaiian Village, and minutes walk to the convention center. View is beautiful and your minutes away from any way in the island you would like to go. Bed is comfortable, AC works well, and the deck is even better! Would highly recommend staying here, and we will again!!

The sunset view was great. A lot of noise from the harbor (one boat specifically) and someone was smoking on the balcony of a nearby unit so it was a little stinky at times. The closest beach was very rocky not exactly related to our stay but something we noticed. Bring your own beach towels and look into beach chair rentals because this unit only has one and the carry straps are damaged. We didn’t have any intention of cooking for ourselves but this unit also had a limited variety of cooking utensils. The ac unit is dated and extremely loud, we would leave it one when we weren’t in the room and that seemed to work good enough for us. Overall, it functioned just fine as a place to sleep. We don’t typically visit Honolulu but if we do again we will likely look for somewhere more central on Waikiki beach.

We love the view from our balcony of the marina and the hotel is located a short walk to beaches and close to nightlife and excellent shopping. The Massive and famous restaurant Alamoan Mall is a 10 minute walk away. The unit itself is nicely decorated and well equipped for longer stays. The hotel while older is kept wonderfully maintained. Overall this is a wonderful property for those wanting to experience the true Waikīkī experience.

Pros: location near lots of shops, restaurants, beach, conference center, etc. Having an AC was wonderful, nice complex. Graciously allowed us to check in a little early. Suggestion: Provide shampoo, conditioner, and more than 1 towel per person for a 4-night stay:)
