I want give the most honest review . Overall I liked my stay and I would return . But I would also look for something a little bit better before returning . Originally I was accidentally sent to the wrong room . Ppl make mistakes wasn't too bothered ; it got cleared up quickly The first thing I noticed when entering the room is the dust on the sliding door rail is very thick and hasn't been cleaned in years .The only real complaint i have is whoever is responsible for cleaning this room does a rush and subpar job . There was popcorn in the base of the sliding door . Nice size crumbs under the sink . There also was a whole old sandwich in a ziplock bag within the futon . I hope this is read and gone over with their cleaning team Side note ; the bathroom was very clean which makes a big difference They leave plenty of things to use for beach days .chairs , boards , floaties , snorkeling gear . For the most part the place is in pretty good shape . You'll see some rust on a few things ; Curtains eventually need to be replaced. However, nothing made us feel uncomfortable . There are 2 pigeons living on the balcony . With that comes a nice amount of bird poop . In all there was more good than bad . We enjoyed our stay . It worked well for us .

Gloria was wonderful to work with and replied to messages immediately. I would like to meet her in person sometime.We found parking in a lot behind the Iliki at 1 per hour, but searching for spaces can be hard. Parking across the street at the Discovery Center seems readily available - cash only at 25 per 24 hours.

We did not use the parking even though there was a free parking pass included with the unit. We have stayed in that area before, but at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon Tower so the view was equally as good. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook with. The only thing I had a problem with was the Wi-Fi did not work well now on the balcony.Would sray there again.

The location was phenomenal and the views outstanding. At this location you can walk to everything, yet you aren't so crowded as you would be if staying further in Waikiki. The two pools were ideal, as well as the lagoon and beach. The unit is fully furnished with towels, beach chairs, etc. Clearly this facility caters to tourism and the clientele are gracious, even when elevators become busy. For sure, we will be back.

Christy’s place was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the pool and spent even more time at the beach and lagoon. The location was convenient to all the sites in Honolulu and the amenities at the Ilikai were great, from restaurants to valet to laundry. Seeing the fireworks on Friday night was a highlight for our kids. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai each morning, watching the surfers down below. The kitchen was well-equipped as well. We will definitely be back!

I loved the location of the condo for a fantastic view of the ocean and high enough to negate any traffic noise. The A/C worked great and the bed was very comfortable. The condo is positioned nicely between Ala Moana Park/Shopping Center and Waikiki Beach.

Pictures accurately reflect the unit.Owner was prompt with requests.Check in was easy.The space was beautifully updated.The only suggestion is to get the cleaning crew to clean the outdoor deck floor space each cleaning.Those floors were extremely dirty.Overall terrific. Parking was easy and very convenient. The pool was lack luster to say the least. The room was comparable to what was listed, however the lanai furniture is not as comfortable as what is shown and there are minimal cooking items/dishes however what was there was fine for our needs.

The rental unit was great and the views and space were perfect for my family of 4. Great access to beaches and walkable to local food trucks, downtown shopping and breakfast spots…only issue is parking is expensive if you have a rental car and the valet is a traffic mess…elevators can also be slow…but that all doesn't take away from the beautiful condo and experience you get with this space and location.

We had everything needed to make an amazing Easter dinner. Listing was accurate,room was clean and we had ample towels.Onsite washer and dryer were cheap ,large capacity and wifi . So it notified yiau when loads were done !Location was amazing,free pagoon next door (with fireworks on Friday,a short walk to the ocean and the harbor were most excursions leave from .I was very impressed for the value !

We loved the location next to the HHV. My daughter loved walking over to swim and relax. I liked being a little away from the crazy. The view was wonderful, nice kitchen and bathroom. I would love to stay there again. The only thing was the elevators get really crowded and one was broken. Thank god for the bathers elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosina’s property. Having two real bedrooms and bathrooms was so helpful and the space worked well for us with a baby. Rosina was very responsive and kind - she was wonderful to work with and one of the best hosts I’ve interacted with! Having two balconies was nice for the views and cross breezes, and the kitchen was helpful for a longer stay, too. We will definitely book again if/when we are back in Honolulu!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the host communication was great and the unit was clean. The only thing which kept us from rating it 5 stars is that we selected this place because the listing said it is a 1-bedroom condo (it says there is a bed in the bedroom, and more beds in the common spaces). However, it is a studio, not a 1-bedroom.

The stay was great. The host was very kind and helpful but the condo was a little outdated and dirty. Checking into the room it smelled a little like mold but quickly dissipated after airing out the condo. I think the smell was coming from the dishwasher. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious for 5 people and the parking worked out well. There are 1 per hour parking spots by the lagoon, free parking until 10:30 PM or paid parking lots around the condo. We were able to park in the 1 parking spots 4 days out of the 6. It’s in the middle of Waikiki so everything was walkable distance. I do recommend staying here. It was a great first trip to Hawaii. Side note: we did laundry on the facility but the laundry soap dispensing machine DOES NOT work and had to purchase laundry detergent at the general store in the hotel.

We have rented a condo at Ilikai for the past 10 years. This is the first time we had a unit that was so filthy. The bathroom vessel sink wouldn’t drain properly. Both the sink and shower had soap scum. The refrigerator had some white crusty spill in it. The dishwasher smelled like dead fish. We then discovered it wasn’t working. We believe the previous renters cooked something with fish and then they also discovered it broken. It was a disgusting smell. Some of the cabinets had stuff spilled down the front. After looking at that we noticed that all the cabinets needed to be wiped down they were filthy. The property mgr. wanted to send someone to repair while we were there. We opted not to have them just show up. We also received a notice that they were going to enter our condo and others on our floor and spray for pests…..They claim it was harmless? I suffer from asthma and my Dr told me absolutely not. We notified the building security and they removed our room from being sprayed. We were annoyed with issues within the condo especially since it was apparent that it’s been an issue for awhile. Why they couldn’t have fixed these issues before we arrived is a mystery. We requested some sort of refund or compensation. We shall see if we get one. We were told by George that they wouldn’t make a decision until after we left. We ended up cutting our trip a day short because of the rain storms. I notified them and suggested they get in there early and address some of these issues.

Super clean and comfortable beds. Kitchen awesome for saving money from eating out every night. Grocery store is close. Slept family of five perfect. 2 adults 3 children. We are returning guests, This PH was immaculate, Panoramic views. This place had everything to offer. Convenient location, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, washer and dryer worked very well. Bedrooms were pleasant and most comfortable. And with The Empire Steakhouse on the top of this building it was easy to slip away for a quiet intimate dinner that we . We are coming back for sure. Great location.Everything like abc store and restaurants nearby. Our favorite is Dave’s ice cream downstairs. Liked that it wasn’t as busy and crowded as on the other side of the strip. Great view, the patio balcony was wonderful to watch the sunset. It was shielded from the winds and was always warm. Our room had everything that we needed including towels and toiletries. Beds were fine and everything in the kitchen worked. Nice to have laundry facility on the same floor and paid valet parking was convenient and easy. Great value! We would definitely stay here again!
