We had a great time. Room was as described. We love the Ilikai and loved the room and the view. Walked to lagoon and beach. We loved cooking in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. So close to everything and can walk all over. Mgr Stevie was very responsive & resolved A/C issue quickly. My family will definitely come back when we stay in town. Mahalo

Room was unclean. It had a bad smell. The bathroom had mold in it. There was a hole in the Sheetrock beside the shower. The blinds were broke and some missing so could not close for light filtering hard to sleep. Ice maker did not work. Room was not as advertised.

Spacious, well-furnished property. Accurate listing: steps to the beach. Can't see fireworks (Fri night) from balcony but beach view is preferable. I thought the furnishings were great and not "dated" as a prior review said. Bring ground coffee if you don't want to use the coffee shop in the lobby, but pretty well everything else you need is there. Would definitely return!

Amazing location and very well appointed. Lots of space for famiky of 5 and views are spectacular with wonderfully large windows 180 degrees overlooking water! We were able to walk to just about everything....shopping and more shopping, tons of restaurants as well. Easy and quick walk to beach too! Coffee shop in lobby was wonderful and we are coffee snobs! Food there also delicious for breakfast. Highly recommend.

The decor is old fashioned but the posted pictures are accurate. The condo was clean but could use a really deep cleaning and new carpet. One of the AC units broke while we were there and the property manager responded quickly, although a technician was not available until the next day. We were very pleased with our stay in 2602.

Perfect condo for my small family. Close enough to the Waikiki hub, but far enough away to not deal with crowds! My little one was a big fan of the 10 min walk to the beach!

Lovely unit. The pictures are very accurate. It's nice and quiet on the side the unit is on and you get beautiful sunsets. Everything was super clean. If you're a coffee drinker, bring coffee. It's very expensive to buy the coffee in the market downstairs. I'm sure you can get it cheaper in the ABC Store or the market close by. Everything is very convenient. I would certainly stay there again,

The Ilikai is a nice hotel, great area and the unit is great for 2 people. Lack of a dishwasher is sad but there is no where to put one. We managed. Property Manager was great - quick response when we had an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, our room was clean comfortable and close to the ocean for swimming, fishing and we also enjoyed the fireworks from our couples dinner boat. Definitely would recommend fun for the whole family. We hiked Diamondhead as well the views are spectacular as well as the lighthouse we hiked. Mahalo.

Good for the low price. We could not use fold out couch bed because mattress foam seemed very old. Ended up sleeping on couch. No iron so you may want to delete that in list of things available. 2 blow dryers one not working. Location is very good close to laundry trash and elevators. Plus nice to have outside patio area. Very noisy street side but we had earplugs. Location is excellent.

this is a beautiful property...right in the middle of everything, walking distance to beach, pools were fantastic and not over crowded,and two balcony's giving different views. on one we watched the pools, boats, and ocean and the other we looked into the city plus watched the sunday night Luau next door! And everything you need is there. Thank you for sharing your property.

The location was lovely and convenient. However, the kettle was broken and the only saucepan leaked so there was no way to boil water except in a measuring cup in the aging microwave. I contacted Hawaii vacation properties and they said they would be by to drop off a new kettle but they never came. We were there 8 days. Overall, the unit is run down ( cupboards, baseboards , patio furniture), but the location was great.

Everything was clean and as advertised. The shower was weak, but otherwise it was a really pleasant stay. The view of the marina and the ocean in the distance was fantastic, and it was relatively quiet (unlike on the other side of the building facing the lagoon). We appreciated also the kitchen appliances, like the kettle, and the spacious refrigerator. It's a perfect cozy unit for a couple.

This location was perfect for our stay, which included two 80 yr olds. Full kitchen, coffee on the balcony overlooking the courtyard/marina/ocean each morning. Activities on site included live music, couples dancing, hula show and a view of fireworks. Pesca restaurant on 30th floor for happy hour food and sunset was wonderful. Always able to find a spot at sunning pool. Easy walk or Uber to nearby restaurants and beaches.

Our accommodations did not disappoint. We had beautiful views of the city and of the beach. We were even able to see a Lakalaka - Tonga dance from our balcony! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the living area was perfect for the six of us! Definitely a place we would consider staying again if we took the family on the next trip. Our host kept in communication, all of this equaled to a fantastic vacation!

This property was right beside the Hilton. It was a great location. We ended up using Uber instead of the car we rented when going around to the local beaches and restaurants that were too far to carry stuff.
Honestly we could have only rented a car a couple days to see the North shore and going to the Polynesian Cultural Center. We chose to park at the hotel and pay the $45 a day. You can park in the street for $1/hr. We did that the first day but then decided to just have the convenience of having the car onsite.
The property is as listed. The space was perfect for 2 couples. The view was awesome in the morning having our coffee before we started our day. The kitchen is small and you need to wash the dishes by hand. It was fine for us to have breakfast in the morning. We had intended to eat out every night. May not be ideal if you are planning to do a lot of your own cooking.
The beds are very firm. With both husbands having hip replacements, they found the beds were very firm for them. (I’m a side sleeper and found it very firm as well) A topper would help.
Ernest was very responsive when emailing him and very accommodating.
Would recommend this property.
It is nice that it’s a private suite yet the cleaning staff come in daily is an added bonus.

We always stay at Ilikai... the hotel is very clean , lobby is relaxing , great coffee and icecream spot on main floor.We thoroughly enjoy this particular suite mainly for the view. The place is abit outdated ( esp the kitchen) stove from the 70’s but then again, it did work .. especially since we cooked majority of meals in room .Well stocked with utensils/ cooking pots/pans.Bathroom very outdated , shower tiles need to be changed .Our biggest issue was the air conditioner, too small for the unit, very old and has a water tray which we had to empty 2-3 times a day or it would overflow. Overall, it’s truly the view that we enjoyed the most.

View is amazing, loved being able to watch the fireworks from the balcony. However, no dresser or second nightstand in the second room is a huge letdown for the price point of the unit. Also, the cable would not work, not a huge deal as we're on vacation but would like it to be functional. The walls between bedrooms are too thin and the actual opening between the rooms is not kosher as you can hear everything being said and what is being watched on the tv's. Overall, the view makes up for most of the short comings but I would not repeat unless the price point was similar.

Well we had a very nice stay this unit has been well taken care of all the amenities were there pots and pans pretty much everything we needed. We ran into one problem but it was not a real big issue really. We were assigned a parking spot and that was a very important reason for me choosing this place. On the second to the last night we pulled in and someone was in the spot. We had to call the property manager and ended up parking in the valet parking so it worked. He said he would let valet know. Well next night same thing but was told to park in another spot and in the morning a so-called parking citation. Anyway a little frustrating but it worked out okay.

Hello - our experience with the condo was wonderful. We had an issue with the pull out bed the first day, but Jana was on top of it, and had it corrected for us ASAP!! thanks Jana... Views were absolutely beautiful, location was pristine, you can walk to most places and eat at the great variety of restaurant's... over all I give this a 10 out of 10. Our place was great. Nice space, perfect location for us. When I needed to connect with the host they were very responsive and helpful. We needed wine glasses and they delivered that first night a brand new set of 4. A couple of things were not working perfectly and I let them know so they would be report the next guests. TV system would not work for us but we didn’t really mind. I also did not ask about figuring it out because we were busy with our plans for Oahu! A smart tv would be a good investment to make a smoother and easier process for guests but again for us no tv was fine. Hotel was nice also, condo owners in the hotel don’t have as many privileges but not that affected us. The restaurant on the bottom floor Cinnamon (?) was closed the entire time and should be updated in the listing. Overall I would stay there again: location, ocean view and peaceful spot.
