Enjoyed our stay here. Easy walk to lagoon and Duke’s beach. Stayed for a week with our college age children. Away from the very busy Waikiki beach center, but an easy walk or Uber will get you there. Very prompt and helpful response when we had an issue finding a remote for one of the fans.

The view was amazing! Basically that is what you are paying for. The property itself was run down. The AC were very loud so if you need quiet sleep this is not the place. The kitchen was equipped with the basic necessities pots, pans, and servingware. There are no basic cleaning supplies offered like wipes, sprays, etc. There is 1 broom to sweep, but no mop. If you are staying longer you will have to go buy some. Its a great location, easy access to lagoon/beach. There are many food choices in walking distance.

The stay was nice. This property is better suited for 4 people as our family of 6 was crowded for sleeping arrangements. There was also not enough extra blankets for the listed 7 person capacity. Most people may not have issue with the following, but as I’m a business owner and needed to still address business things while on vacation, it impacted our stay for sure. The internet constantly drops every few minutes and is very unreliable, which was surprising for the area. If you stay on this property, I highly recommend locating and using the Bathers Elevator as the wait for the main elevators can be awhile. The staff at valet were fantastic - please take care of them! Able to walk to a lot of areas to enjoy. I strongly recommend renting a car to drive the Eastern shore, H3 and the North Shore (especially Sharks Cove - make sure you have water shoes)! Monkeypod restaurant was the best around and we all highly recommend it! Also make sure you try the coconut sauce macadamia nut pancakes at Menehube Grille on property!

We enjoyed a great stay! The view from the balcony is wonderful. We particularly enjoyed being able to see the fireworks on Friday evening. The Ilikai is a classic Waikīkī building with lots of amenities. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great location and easy access to all of Waikiki. Unit is as advertised. We didn't use the kitchen for other than coffee, but it appeared to be well stocked. Good closet space with LOTS of hangers. I really appreciated the drying rack for swimsuits, towels, etc. on the lanai. Great views from the lanai. Also importantly to note, several conveniently located, and reasonably priced options for parking. We could always find parking (Secure lot charges 1 per hour!). The couple times I reached out to the host my emails were responded to quickly. The unit, specifically the bathroom, needs to be updated. There is no fan in the bathroom (so the reason for bubbling ceiling over the shower), the shower is old with what appears to be quick superficial repairs and mildew.The carpet has a few stains.But after saying that, I'd definitely return to this unit again.

Location was good. Unit is close to elevators, but you cannot hear any noise from the hallway at all. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom shower is excellent and towels were very plush. Bed was comfy and views were nice!

What a magical experience! The room although, small, fit 4 of us perfectly. The perfect size for what we needed. We were able to see the famous Friday night Hilton fireworks perfectly off the balcony. The views were pretty, the location wad perfect for walking the city and exploring the beaches. Communication with the host was flawless. Highly recommend this location.

The only thing was the sofa had to be replaced halfway through our vacation and the one they brought was way nicer than the one we had started with and the washer and dryer didn’t work and there was only two rolls of toilet paper for 6 of us.

I took our family of three and we had a wonderful time. The condo met all of our family needs. It had a full kitchen, beach chairs, and an umbrella. It is also in walking distance of anything you could possibly need. It is located right downtown so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs for evening city noise. Our 9 year old was fine on the sofa bed but I wouldn’t recommend it for an adult. We did accidentally lock ourselves out, and Gary was quick to help us get back in. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing view off the lanai! Bed is comfy. Ac needs work, hard to get the room cool enough to sleep well. Curtains need the hem mended. Check-In and check-out are seamless. Have stayed here three times now and will enjoy coming back again.

We had a great experience with our contactless arrival and departure to and from the hotel/condo. I like the fact that there’s laundry area in every floor. There are two things that I think they can improve in the room, that is to add more lighting in the kitchen and additional hook for the towels to hang. Other than that, we are very happy we booked our stay at Ilikai.

The location and parking are the highlights of this property. The manager is fairly prompt with her responses. The reason for the rating is for cleanliness and noise. There is a fair amount of street noise that can be heard from this 7th floor unit so it wasn’t possible to leave the windows open at night.We notified the manager when we noticed unpleasant smells coming from the sink drains. It was not resolved by the time we finished our stay. The sheets on the king bed were too small and could not be tucked beneath the mattress at all. There were nesting pigeons underneath the AC unit for the double bedroom.

The living room chairs must be 25 years old and are discolored not necessarily stained just faded in sunstroke not necessarily clean either I usually clean till dirt doesn’t show up on my paper towel. I’m an amateur, but I’d like to give their cleaning professional some advice that maybe they should do the same. Carpet and living room furniture should be replaced to reflect the rental rate they are charging You can’t beat the location and the view

It was as excellent as I had hoped.Clean & exactly as the pictures claimed.The fireworks were cancelled. For low clouds & such. That is not the condo fault. It's pounds like they usually have the fireworks. The master bed slider to the lania did not open. Dont let those things stop you. The condo was exactly what I was looking for. I would book it again. Great views and breeziness. Excellent AC units. Beaches and everything else you need is within walking distance. Also, the six floor wasn't as high as I usually would book. This was perfect. Fun to sit outside day & evenings. The main property was full of places to shop, sit, drink & eat too.

This was a decent place but beds could have been bigger and more comfortable.Kitchen with full fridge/freezer/icemaker and glass top stove/oven was great! Nice having two bathrooms. The lanai to spread out to was great! Way down hall from elevator. Owner should put belongings in back closet instead of front closet to allow guest's clutter space to exist in entry-way. Overall comfy place but not real spacious for more than 4 guests. Nice clean decor. Easy check in and check out. Parking included a plus. Quiet floor. Too much furniture that could be room for bigger beds.

Property could stand some upgrading, especially in the bathroom. I would stay again. Wasn't perfect, but nothing is. Didn't like construction happening with painters up and down on scaffolding...all theses things need to happen i guess. Had light bulbs out , took. 3 days to fix. Didn't all get resolved. Nothing was a deal breaker . If i was offered a slight discount, would likely use this Property again. Thankyou

Overall, the place was okay. I have stayed in worse. What made it just ok was that it wasn't fully cleaned, under the beds and furniture looked like the cleaning people swept the sand under it instead of picking it up. A couple of times, we saw cockroaches in the kitchen and the bathroom. The other thing was the AC not working well at all. I emailed the owner, and they sent someone right away on a Sunday, BUT I am a contractor, and I can tell you that whoever they sent didn't do a damn thing. The people who were communicating with me said someone had gone and charged the AC. Yeah, no, that didn't do anything. All they did was turn the temp down to 67, which they had a sign on the control to keep at 72, but even at 67, it cooled the living room, not where the beds are located, so I was not happy about that at all, sweating each night to sleep. The building itself was very nice, the pool was nice, and the view was amazing. The price charged does reflect the quality of the room; the photos look amazing, but in person, not so amazing. If you stay there and don't want to pay 45/day for valet, the parking lot in the marina is 1 dollar per hour, so was paying 10-12 dollars a day versus 45/day plus tip. I had to walk but not far at all.
