We stay for 8 days, with no internet or TV. It says it has an XCERCISE ROOM, but nothing was available. Poor communication: no response when someone is on vacation; they come to the room for work, not related to us.

Location is excellent in the historic building. Everything is 5 star, except they need to switch bed sheets, pillow covers to hotel grade cotton, these were polyester. Need to thoroughly clean the living room sliding door bottom rails, door is hard to open as rails are filled with rust.

Communication with the rental agency was excellent from start to finish, with clear and responsive service. The property is in a great location, right on the doorstep of Waikiki, and it was very convenient being able to store our luggage with the hotel when we arrived early.The condo itself is spacious and comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen is fairly basic with a limited amount of crockery and cookware, although this was not an issue for us as we ate out most of the time. One minor drawback was that the condo did not have a safe, and the security features, particularly the locks on both the main door and balcony door, appeared somewhat dated and could benefit from being upgraded for additional peace of mind.One of the highlights of our stay was the wonderful view of the Hilton Friday night fireworks display, which we enjoyed from the condo without having to deal with the crowds on the beach.The condo and building are a little dated in places, and the public areas could benefit from some refurbishment, but everything was functional. The location more than makes up for this, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within easy walking distance. We also found it very easy to get around further afield using Uber, although there is also a reliable local bus network available.Overall we had a great time!

Great location, the unit was exactly as described. It was very clean but some items are starting to show some wear. The second bedroom is a bit challenging as there are no dressers or even space to put luggage. There is barely enough space to get around the beds making it a bit challenging. The AC units worked great, the kitchen well appointed. The view was phenomenal and having (2) lanai’s provided great views. Beautiful sunsets and a few morning rainbows. Great place as the complex has everything you could want including restaurants and a small market. Very close to all kinds of great shopping.

The room was nice, but some appliances could use some updating. The AC unit needs to be cleaned. The check in process was a little hairy because the code wouldn't work, but thankfully the host was very quick to respond and we ended up just using her code to get in. Gorgeous view of the water and close to what ever you need in Waikiki.

Valet parking was extremely convenient, but the cost is 45 a day, don't be surprised by that. There is a really great snorkel shop right downstairs, with reasonable prices and a really great guy! There were plenty of towels and bedding for three of us.

This is an outstanding location close to everything. Room was clean but needs some freshening. Wall corners and furniture had multiple dings. Entertainment center had cable wires hanging out below tv. Not dangerous but unsightly. Mattress size was smaller than frame size. Bathroom and kitchen plugs required tlc to make electrical connections work electrician should inspect. Tv operation instructions. missing from binder. Overall a great place just needs a little freshening. .

The property was in high traffic area. It had lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Also close to a beach. The room was on the 11th floor. The elevators were slow but loved that there was a reserved parking space in the garage. The room was clean and had a mini frig, microwave, some plates, bowls, silverware, glasses and mugs. It worked for us to stay a few days but for a longer visit, a full kitchen would work better.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great. The Lagoon was great! Everything we needed was in walking distance. So we did not need a car. We used Uber, the bus, and tour busses picked us up right at the hotel or within walking distance. My husband and I had a great time.

The condo is in an excellent location. We arrived in time for the Friday night fireworks. We watched right from the balcony which is huge. The balcony overlooks the Hilton’s lagoon, the beach and the marina. We watched surfers everyday. There were views from every window.You could walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The two bedrooms were tight but we made it work. The master was much bigger. It was nice to have laundry in the unit.We rented a car and were able to sight see every day. It cost 45 per day for valet service but it was worth not having to find parking.Our Pearl Harbor trip was the most informative and moving.The two pools on property were very relaxing. We had good communication with the hosts. There were five adults and one child and were quite comfortable.

The room for sure had a great view of the marina. Easy access to locations. Check-in was easy enough. However, we got in late and checked in approximately 8 PM, half hour after checking into the room, we found three live cockroaches walking around on the table, and two on the dressers! It was disgusting ! There was also a wet carpet stain on the right side in front of the television we know because we stepped in it, and our feet was all wet!! contacted the host as well as the rental property via text and email heard back in the morning and their answer was that Hawaii has these natural nature “habitats” on island … I get the geckos, lizards mosquitoes…ok. But cockroaches??? Really!? That’s disgusting.!!! Oh… and found out the wet carpet was from the a/c dripping/leaking , so am going to assume will be mold under carpet .

Great location, very short walk to the beach. Nice view from the balcony however there are quite a few birds that seem to frequent this balcony. Comfy bed, good size room for two adults, but I think it would be tight with four. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The property manager was great! Good communication. Easy check-in and check-out process. Loved the condo! Nice 2bd/2ba corner unit. Plenty of light and beautiful views of the water and sunset.This is a busy complex and so there are a lot of people going in and out of the elevators which can get congested, but it’s never too long of a wait. Dave’s ice cream is downstairs and is well worth it.The lagoon is just behind the unit and is easily accessible. Just beyond the lagoon is the beach. Beyond the docks and the rocks, there are surfers. Just wear booties if you decide to venture in that area and avoid stepping on the rocks, since it’s covered in sea urchins.

Location is great - better than other condo locations we've stayed at previously in Waikiki area. The restaurant and bar downstairs were great and the staff was always pleasant and helpful. Parking was a breeze. The unit itself was clean and spacious and we had no issues with anything - A/C worked as expected, appliances are all in good repair - furnishings flooring, etc. all generally well maintained. The only things we would have liked were some basic items that would have been helpful/appreciated, like salt and pepper and glass cleaner. We would have loved to have been able to regularly clean the dining room and living room coffee table glass, but there was no glass cleaner anywhere in the unit.

Great place to stay without robbing the bank. Valet parking was very convenient and fast. Pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable and left my best friend with horrible back and neck pain but regular bed was ok. Pillows were stained yellow with other people sweat which grossed me out beyond all belief. Shower dripped constantly but wasn't annoying or anything. Door to patio was the worst needed 2 people to open and close it and was the absolute worst part about the condo for sure made it impossible to enjoy using the patio
