Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

The unit was nicer than the pictures with a great view out over the Harbor. You can see a fabulous sunset each night. And there’s live music below for a couple of hours in the evening which was really nice. It stops at 10 PM so not a problem as far as sleeping. The unit was very quiet and comfortable. The bed was amazing. It was nice to have a kitchen. It’s a short walk down a ramp to get to the beach and lagoon by the Hilton. Property manager was very nice. I’d definitely stay here again.

This VRBO was perfect for my wife and I. The lanai was a great place to have coffee and tea in the morning. We used the oven and cooking utensils to enjoy leftovers from a few of the great restaurants in Waikiki. Waikiki beach is just a short walk away, and the onsite pool is even closer and great for cooling off in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfortable! The provided cooler was a blessing, perfect size and we used it daily! Great WiFi. Hotel workers and other residents were very friendly and helpful! Loved that there was an affordable convenient store and restaurant located at the hotel as-well as a coffee shop and ice cream parlor!

I loved the Ilikai for the location and the amenities on property. The lagoon and beach were right there. The property had laundry, a store, and ice cream shop, a great coffee shop, and a great place to rent paddle boards, surf boards, and so much more.

The unit has an expansive view to the marina and ocean. Every night it was a treat to have our meals on the lanai watching the sunset. The access to the Lagoon and the beach was easy. Similarly, the 15 minute walk to the Ala Moana Mall was easily doable.

Only thing dishes were not clean. First two knives, three plates and cup I pulled out were not clean. Had to wash someone else's dishes. I will definitely be back.

Condo is in a great location with a terrific view. The only drawback was the office chair was torn up....I had to work at the desk every day so had to put a towel down to keep the torn fabric pieces off my clothes....other than that, great place, well appointed and decorated.

We’d stay again. We have 2 small kids so the unit worked for us. Would be too small if they were much older though. Only down side was Porch not suitable for small children.
