Great condo in a great location! This condo is located directly across the street from part of the Hilton Hawaiian Village property, and a short walk to Waikiki beach. The condo itself was clean and had full kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was outstanding. The owners provided a binder with very helpful information about the condo and the surrounding area. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. There are lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t even use a rental car during our stay as we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. I recommend this property!

GOOD: Hotel lobby etc. is very nice. The restaurant PESCA on the top floor is incredible. Breakfast is excellent at a good price. There are fun things located on the first floor of the hotel. The views at night are beautiful.
BAD: The location is OK. Facing West makes it so hot in the afternoon, you are not able to set on the porch. I would stay in an East facing condo next time. The Condo itself is ok. The kitchen is usable with a mish mash of things. But plenty there to use. Beds are fair. One is good, one sinks in the middle. Linens good. 2 out of 4 barstools broken, bed table looks straight from college dorm. Kitchen cabinets are a bit beat up. Bathroom is good, shower floor needs scrubbing. Porch furniture is ok. Rattan table needs to go. The view at night is great. Honolulu needs to clean up that harbor. It is very bad. We saw rats.
Built in 1964 this must have been a luxury location.
2023 show wear and tear on the building. Overall, it is a fair place to stay, but I would not return.

A very nice clean condo. Equipped with everything we needed. It’s on the 19th floor but we never had to wait long for an elevator even at busy times and being on high floor gives the best views. We never heard any noise from neighbours. We had a slight issue accessing the condo at first because the door was broken but I emailed Jeannie and she was there within an hour and got it fixed for us. I would highly recommend this property

We loved our stay at the Ilikai! The location was perfect and the condo had everything we needed - we were able to walk along Waikiki beach, swim in the Lagoon and Ocean, and enjoy ice cream every night downstairs at Dave’s Ice Cream! The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. There was a small market downstairs at the Ilikai and an ABC store across the street, as well as a Target and Walmart within 10 min drive. And to top it off, the views were absolutely amazing from the lanai - the sunsets were gorgeous every night! Can’t wait to come back!

There were a couple things that were a bit worn, but everything worked and was comfortable and clean, and the view was incredible. Kitchen could use a couple bigger pans. We had such a nice stay with a great location! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

Excellent location in a lively hotel. Parking was our biggest obstacle to "chillin". Choices included valet $45/night, $28 on top of Redlobster Resto, or test your luck with the $1/hr parking in back (often full). Kids loved Dave's ice cream just in the lobby and the pool was nice but a little small. They served free lemon water and sunscreen though.
The unit was well organized, felt clean and comfortable. We loved the beds. Wish there were more choices of pillow fullness and maybe more comfortable bar stools (with backs) for future choices. The views from the deck were phenomenal!
The unit overall was great. We would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here in March of 2023. The location is wonderful, both where the building is and where the unit is within that building - a higher floor. Check-in was easy and communication with property mgr was good. Only real complaint was that the listing leads one to believe it was remodeled recently but that didn't appear to be the case. Wicker table outside was torn/tattered, a bar stool had a back that was broken and other relatively small things like that. Regardless, I would stay there again.

We stayed here for a graduation we attended. The location was very good for the area we like to stay in..not too close to Waikiki, but close enought to the beach, shopping and food places. Parking is convenient in back at marina or in the hotel valet. Theres a nice view, comfortable beds and a full kitchen. Bathroom was updated

This location was less than a mile walk to great shopping or Waikiki beach. Plenty of activity around the building with a great cafe on the 1st floor. Furnishing was adequate for the rental price range of this property.

The property was very clean and came with lots of little extra things to make staying there pleasant, like a blender, a waffle maker, an iron, paper products, and several fans to keep air moving if the AC was off. The communication with Jeannie was clear and accurate, and the binder was helpful.
The standout is the incredible view over the marina out on to the ocean - it was beautiful in the day and the night! We enjoyed coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening on the lanai looking out.

This property is right next to all the action of downtown Honolulu with views and amenities of a 4-5 star resort. The apartment is clean, well furnished, and has one of the best views around! 11/10 would recommend.

Updated, clean and comfortable. We appreciated little touches – plenty of towel racks in the bathroom and the fact that the owner sent in advance a list of supplies that would be provided in the condo (3 soaps, 1 paper towel roll, etc.). The lanai is large, and the view is beautiful (bonus for kids: watching planes coming to and from the airport). The beds were comfortable, and the a/c was quiet. There were no ants / insects of any kind in the condo (which is often a problem in Hawaii). One small complaint is that there was black mold in the corners of the shower – something that bleach would take care of. Location is very convenient in terms of proximity to swimmable beach and restaurants.

We truly enjoyed our stay and Jeannie was very responsive and took care of issues immediately. Although we primarily used the unit to just sleep in it and shower, definitely was comfortable for our family of 5. The location of the unit was gorgeous for sunsets! Having stayed in South Waikiki earlier this year it was good to switch it to the North this time around. The unit was clean, furnished and accomodating. Great views and quiet also. If there is one thing to bring up is that there were some nats/fruit flies in the shower. I don't know if they were coming in from the vent or through the drain pipe. Otherwise, I would stay here again without a doubt.

Our stay here was amazing. The location is ideal for all the Oahu excursions. The condo has a beautiful view and very comfortable. There is a coffee house and a restaurant within the Ilikai that is so convenient. We highly recommend this for your stay in Waikiki!

Even though it rained every afternoon and Oahu experienced a record rainfall, the studio at the Ilikai was comfortable and the view was spectacular, even through the rain. The access to the beach is a short walk down the Ilikai ramp and I enjoyed my 3 week stay. I will be back in a few months.
Also, Jeannie, the property manager is kind and responsive and very helpful for anything that you may need.

This was our first stay at Ilikai, the condo was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, had no trouble making ourselves home. Had a little difficulty finding coffee in the condo but I managed to get some from the market downstairs. The only minus would be no bathtub for my little toddler but otherwise would stay again.
