Rosina’s apartments was spacious, comfortable, and had almost everything you could need for your stay in Waikiki. The included parking space is a massive $$$ saver as most hotels in the area charge $40 per day. Short walk to the beach as well.

We stayed two nights and the location was great for getting to Pearl Harbor and providing easy in and out access for a short stay. Parking was provided and that was convenient and much appreciated. Me and my family stayed here for 7 nights, having the extra space was great with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen and living area.
Close to the Hilton lagoon which my kids love. It is a little walk to the centre of wiakiki which we knew, so often caught an uber which was only around $9.
Would definitely recommend this unit to other families.
Just note the washing machine and dryer is not in the unit they are shared machines on the level

This is a very nice property. Great location, well maintained, and a good value. The manager is very prompt in answering questions and easy to work with. The on-site parking that is provided was so convenient and, those who have stayed in Waikiki before will recognize its value. Great views from the two balconies and easy access to the pools and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was perfect. We had 6 adults/teens and were all comfortably slept without issue.
It was great having use of a kitchen and also 2 bathrooms.
The apartment was clean and with good amenities.

We had a nice stay in Waikiki. Traveling were my Father and Mother in law, my wife and my two teenage kids. We enjoyed watching the surfers from the lanai as there was a decent south swell that would show up occasionally. The Ilikai is a great launching point for anything in Waikiki, the North shore and Pearl Harbor. There is a market onsite that had the essentials, a good ice cream shop, a nice poke place and a few other restaurants that we did not try. The unit was in a nice location and was in the shade the entire time of our stay in the middle of June.

The property was in an older condo building that was both a hotel and residences, which I didn't expect. The location was good though, close to the beach and walking distance from a lot of shops.
There were a few things that would make me rate this property lower despite the above:
- While the unit seems to have been renovated, it felt very old (e.g., the dust vents were filthy, balcony rusted, etc.)
- The place felt so cluttered with too much furniture, it's a small unit so lots of unnecessary furniture made it tough to move around, especially with unpacking suitcases
- Pest control entered the property without telling us and we got a notice left on the counter -- seems like a planned building thing but then shouldn't the owner have told us? We had 2 napping kids, so it threw us off.
Overall, I would skip -- there are a ton of more modern places in the area that would have felt more clean and a better experience. Definitely one of the more disappointing extended stays we've had.

Well before our stay, Rosina made arrangements to accommodate our early arrival into Honolulu, which made life so much easier for us. The apartment is just as pictured - big, bright and in a fantastic location. We were delighted to find we could walk to Waikiki beach in a matter of minutes. The shops and cafes downstairs in the hotel are great too. I highly recommend booking Rosina's beautiful accommodation.

My husband and I have been coming to the island for a few years now and have our own "favorite spot" where we stay but its too small to share. This year we wanted to bring our adult kids and their significant others. This was the perfect place! Each couple had their own room and bathroom while also having plenty of shared space to hang out as well as a wonderful kitchen to prepare meals in. There were some issues with the air conditioning but the property manager came as soon as she heard to assess and fix the issue. Wonderful place, definitely would recommend!

My wife and I booked this to celebrate her 60th Birthday. Our 3 adult children and one of their girlfriends joined us for most of our stay. Rosina left us chocolate covered strawberries in the frig when she learned we were there celebrating a BD. A very classy gesture! Thanks Rosina! The unit was clean. The view was great. The kitchen was set up well and stocked well. Rosina responded quickly whenever we had a question. The check in process was easy. I would definitely rent this unit again. Highly recommended.

Everything is conveniently located and the unit is central. Parking was a breeze and very appreciated for our stay. The balconies were lovely - we did have little ones and did not let them out there for personal reasons. If we ever visit again, I would strongly consider staying here if available.

We loved our stay at this condo! We have 3 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. We spent most of our time on the lanai with such an amazing view. The unit is centered downtown Honolulu and is walking distance to many restaurants and about a 20 minute walk to Waikiki which made it a great location for us! The host was very responsive and the unit had basically anything we needed. All in all we had an amazing week here and would recommend it to others!

After doing much research and wanting ia codominium on waikiki we found this beautiful property and this wonderful unit. The condo is right next to the Hilton Hawaiian village with many restaurants and shopping amenities so you do not have to drive. This unit has a beautiful view and it's very well maintained and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great value. A regular hotel room at the Hilton next door is over 5000 a week with no view. Quite the bargain staying here for the space you get.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The property was conveniently located to the beach. We took a short walk to Kuhio Beach, which was a little more upscale. The property was well-stocked with so many amenities - pool floats, beach chairs, beach towels etc. There was a little confusion about our reservation, but the host was easy to communicate with. The cleaning lady did show up a day early thinking we had checked out, but that was minor. The only issue with the property was the AC in the second bedroom didn’t work, but my daughter didn’t mind so we reported it when we left. Great value and decent location.

Great views of downtown from the master bedroom’s balcony and good views of the ocean and pool areas from the whole living space as well as the other balcony and other bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and laid out. The main swimming pool was quite warm and seldom full. Our daughters family also enjoyed their stay. They mentioned numerous times how nice the unit was. This was the perfect property - the location was central to everything, the parking space it comes with was a hug plus, and the amount of space was great. Our only complaint was that it was listed as having 5 beds and it only had 4, but that wasn't a huge deal. We stayed 8 days, 7 nights and couldn't have been happier! Thanks Rosina :)

It was a little unnerving to be told we needed to contact the host upon arrival to have them meet us for the entry code. It took a bit to get a hold of them so we were nervous. In the end it all worked out and the place was very cute and clean, central location. Do note that the laundry facilities are a shared/pay facility, not in the room.

This condo is exactly as it is described, clean, pretty and great location. I would highly recommend this property! The only thing that could be added is a dresser in each room for clothes storage. There are closets in each room but had to get creative with folded clothes.

This condo is very nice, the common areas are exceptionally spacious and beautifully decorated. The included parking was a major bonus. The only negative is the lack or storage in the bedrooms. There are no dressers in either bedroom, only closets to store your belongings. A small chest of drawers would be a great convenience. I am surprised I have not read any comments on this in previous reviews. The second bedroom is very crowded with two queens. Overall, very nice, we would stay there again.

The hotel is older but well kept. The unit is very nice and upgraded. Both bedrooms are about the same size with their own bathroom. The kitchen is well supplied... no complaints. The location is great. There is a view of the beach and it is an easy walk to numerous shops and restaurants.

Upon arriving, the view from the condo was amazing. (The sunsets were top notch) The location of the condo was great for the sights we wanted to see, close enough in to town that we could walk to Waikiki. The ammenities were exactly what we needed to use for the family while staying there. ( appreciated the kitchen spices etc. as its nice to have without having to buy everything) The building had everything we needed while staying there which made it easier to purchase last minute items, ice cream, coffees, the pools were nicely heated too. Having individual air conditioners in each room was nice to have to make it more comfortable. Thankyou to Rosina as her personal touch in the condo was great, freshly cut flowers and the decor. She was very accommodating and always was available when we had questions. ( a great hostess for sure) Our only beef was that the ensuite bathtub in the main bedroom did not drain when we had a shower. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Nicely updated condo found in the exact condition represented online. Nice that there were a few beach chairs, boogie boards, and a fan for our use as well. The ac units worked well and kitchen had a decent amount of supplies. We loved the 2 balconies for extra space and short walk to beach. Elevators are in short supply so plan to get in your stair stepping or wait for 10 plus minutes during busy times of day. Loved the view of the water and pools.

We've traveled to Oahu 1-2 times a yr. since 2002 and have stayed at the Ilikai for the past 3 yrs. I "discovered" this particular condo and was so impressed with the fresh, bright beach decor. The space was roomy, comfortable, and beyond cozy. The 2 lanais were a plus...view of "everything". We appreciate the efficient, helpful and friendly service from
beginning to end! Such a convenient and easy process. After staying in Waikiki for 19 years, we know that parking is an issue. A parking space with this condo is beyond a bonus!

Our family had a great stay at this property! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and tours! The unit was exactly as pictured and included everything we needed for our stay. The host had beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards available, which was a great addition to the well stocked condo. There is a reserved parking spot included, which was essential with a rental car as the parking in the area was in short supply! My favorite part of the unit was the balconies, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the amazing views! We had a wonderful vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Miss Rosina was a delightful host and, despite a minor communication mishap, the experience in speaking with her was a wonderful experience.
The room itself was more than we could have hoped for and we would love to stay here again, and again, and again! It is truly a magical place.
I suppose my only complaint would be, though completely unrelated to the room or Miss Rosina, would be the bell experience at the Ilikai.
We wanted to leave our bags at the bell for the day as our departure time was later in the evening - at it was $2 a bag which I thought was a bit ridiculous.
At any rate, as I mentioned, this part of the journey had nothing to do with the extreme delight we had staying at our luxurious room.

A lovely condo, spacious for 5 people. The layout of this condo was very open with city and ocean views. The patios were great to just sit and soak in the beautiful views. Waikiki Beach is just steps away from the hotel which was very convenient. Personally, we prefer visiting the beaches on the east side, Kailua and Waimanalo to swim. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and boogie boards provided in the unit. The location of the hotel was off to one end of Waikiki which is less busy and quieter in my opinion.
Having 3 grown girls, we ended up shopping frequently at the nearby Ala Moana Shopping Center. The shopping center had many restaurants and a busy food court with varied choices of food. We especially enjoyed the Shabuya, a Shabu Shabu restaurant there!
This unit comes with parking which was great. Definitely need to rent a car to get around. There are many interesting places to visit all over the island so having a car and free parking was very convenient. We had a great time snorkeling at Sharks Cove which was free. I think we saw more interesting fish there than Hanauma Bay. Just watch out for the sharp rocks!
