Over the years, I have always enjoyed staying in the condo units of the ILIKAII. Many years ago with my family. I still enjoy have good memories of staying there in the past and I’m very happy to return. The condo I stayed in Nov 17 thru 28, was bright, clean, comfortable.. and best of all ... gave me the southern ocean and courtyard view that I always want.. I prefer staying on a higher floor level , so was happy with the 10th floor. I always feel safe with all aspects of the ILIKAII. It’s so nice to have the easy access to the beach.I would suggest that the condo owner should replace the stove top elements as they are damaged, and unusable. I could not cook on any of the elements. But overall, I totally enjoyed my stay.And very impressed with the professionalism of the management company.Thank you Sachi.Best Regards Kathy

What a wonderful stay for us! New air conditioner, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Kitchen had an ample variety of utensils, plates, pots and pans. Great location with use of the hotel pools. The management company is professional, has great communication and is responsive to the clients. And the view is incredible!

The cleanliness hit us a bit as we walked in, doors, walls, corners were pretty grubby but as we looked more the important things were clean:beds, fridge, toilet, sink shower.
Outside: Nice harbour view, usable balcony, basic furniture, we took on chasing the birds away along with the toy owls that are there to help. We always shut the AC of when on the balcony as it was loud. some of the local bars bump out the music, but it doesn’t go past 8 or so.
Kitchen: very small, nice new fridge good microwave. Stove was VERY old burner style/ crooked burners but we still made good meals, sink plug did not work so we used a large bowl for dishes. Lots of dishes, pots clean. Needs a pairing knife though.
The bed and hide a bed were comfy and clean. The chairs were were comfy and new.
3 beach chairs and one beach towel. Could use a cooler and more beach towels- we didn’t want to use the nice white ones.
We had a great holiday, for the money we paid it was a correspondingly reasonable accommodation.

We loved staying in the condo. The location was excellent: short distance to our favorite beaches, parks, restaurants and Ala Moana mall. The view from the condo was amazing! The AC worked well, and we felt comfortable. We had a great time during the New Year celebration, and we are planning to come back.

The location of this condo is great. It is walking distance to many things. However, the unit needs updating. Also there is no mention of a dishwasher and they mean it. Kitchen is quite small. Beautiful view from this condo.

Great location. Nice base for all day adventures. Fantastic view. Agree with others that place is dated but did the job well. One downfall is that balcony occupied with birds. Droppings on the furniture made it impossible to use.

Wonderful location on the outskirts of Waikiki. Enjoyed adult swim time at the pool every morning. Definitely relied on the AC as afternoon sun hits the Makai side windows, but can't beat having an ocean view in the morning. Valet parking service was amazing. Appreciated extra linens and beach towels, Thank You. Very clean.

We love staying at Llikai we felt location of condo is prefect. The view from our room was great exactly like I could imagine. We like the convenience of having a small market in the lobby the price where not outrages. If you stay here, you need to stop at Dave ice cream so delicious specially the coconut macadamia ice cream. The service was great for the condo I had 2 small issues they were immediately on phone and helping. We also asked for early check in and they conveniently allowed us. The condo had plenty of room for the 2 of us and was very clean. They had basic needs for uses in the kitchen. If 1 thing I could say about the condo probably needs is maybe update towels and sheets. Parking will be a extra cost if you have a rental car.

The property is exactly as other reviews have stated: the room is clean and in an EXCELLENT location. We rented a car and there was easy self parking lot just next to the building. Close to grocery stores, multiple beaches & parks, and restaurants. The view is great and the pools are lovely. The only thing is that the room could use some updates as it is a bit dated.

My favorite thing about this room was the lanai and the view from our room was awesome.also there were some really nice beach chairs available the location is perfect. Only one thing wasn’t good the fridge did not work , management was quick to respond but we didn’t feel like we were going to be there long enough to need to get it fixed before we left. I’m also hoping the deposit will be returned.

Had a wonderful stay at this property! It is dated but it’s clean and very well stocked with everything you will need BUT the view is why you will want to stay here.. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything but just far enough away from busy Waikiki!! The Food Pantry is 2-3 blocks away with a fresh deli for all your food/drink needs!! The property managers are wonderful and communication with them is great!!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a bit dated but it is very clean with many amenities provided.. The view is why you should stay here, to look out on the harbour and ocean is amazing! The location of the hotel is great, has many amenities including 2 pools! The property managers are very helpful and I was so impressed with their prompt response to any inquiry! The food pantry is a short walk away with a fresh deli and full grocery store so you can enjoy the lanai at times without going out to eat.

We love the morning rainbows and the evening sunsets from the lanai. The beach and many restaurants are within easy walking distance, even for octogenarians. On the negative side, this southern view gets too hot in late afternoon in September.

View and room is nice, but dated, laminate coming off, few tiles missing, rust in Bathroom. Birds nesting in AC unit, left droppings on the table, chairs and flooring of the Lanai - so we didn't go out there much. Property Manager didn't return our call. With a face lift (and no birds) this would be a great place!!

The location is great, the kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook just about any meal. Property managers are quick to respond and help with problems such as locking yourself out at 10pm. There is a room divider for some privacy great for a couple or family with 1 or 2 young kids that can share a fold-out couch.

I booked this condo as other family members were staying in the Ilikai also. I chose it partially because of the marina and ocean view,(lovely) and the decor. I could not be more satisfied ! The furnishing were comfortable , clean and tasteful, and the condo was supplied with everything you need.

I loved the Ilikai. Our unit was super clean and had a to-die for view. The room was very quiet and we were not disturbed at all. The beds were comfortable and we had all that we needed. The kitchen had everything for us to enjoy a few meals in. The valet parking was so quick and efficient. I would 100% stay here again!!

The property is dated but large and clean and the view is so soothing and spectacular that it makes you forget the rest. The rental agency was super helpful when we locked ourselves out. The location is great close to the beach, park, mall, restaurants.
