We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect, and it was just enough space for the four of us. The little extras we found in the closet, snorkel gear, a beach cooler, boogie boards, Etc made our trip that much the better. The Ilikai is beautiful, and having shops on the lobby floor made our stay very convenient. If we ever get the chance to return to Honolulu, this would be my first choice of accommodations. Gloria and her property management team was super easy to work with, and they even accommodated changing the dates of our trip. All in all, we love staying in this condo, even if I did fall and Fracture my elbow on the first day of our vacation while I was out and about and Waikiki!

Our check-in was so smooth and easy, even arriving after the office closed.
Upon entering the place was clean and beautifully set up. We all instantly went to the views! How perfect! The room with the two single beds and bathroom was perfect for our two adult kids, while the primary was lovely with the separation and own bathroom.
We didn't hear noise from other rooms at all. There is a little city noise in the primary bedroom in the morning, but nothing drastic.
The living and dining area were just right for relaxing and playing cards. We used the kitchen to have breakfast and sandwich food ready and frozen pizza. The $5 Uber to Walmart is a great money saver on food, so we only needed to eat out for dinner.
We spent most time outside, of course.
Check out was super easy as well.
This is definitely an easy location for all that is Honolulu.
We recommend snorkeling out front to swim with the turtles, swimming at Ala Moana beach and Waikiki reach, riding around on the Pink Line trolley to get oriented to the city, ordering Poke at Foodland Fams, renting a day car from Turo to drive around the island - Lanikai beach is fun for snorkeling as well - very clear and lots of fish, visiting Pearl Harbor, golfing - our son's preference had to rent clubs, and generally hanging out with family and friends.
We had a marvelous time and cannot recommend this location in Honolulu enough.

Gloria's place is perfect. You can't beat the location. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and the view was amazing. It was comfortable. Parking was a pain (expensive) but that is to be expected in Wakiki Beach. We had no complaints. I give this an A+

Great location, both for its position in Waikiki, and for its location within the Ilikai complex giving easy access to great restaurants and evening entertainment. Valet parking is a pleasant perk. The views are wonderful. Since an end unit, you get a patio looking down Al's Moana. And you get an even better balcony overlooking the oven and lovely sunsets.

The condo was even prettier than pictured. It was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The views were lovely. I prefer this end of Waikiki. The location is very convenient to stores, restaurants, and the beach. We didn’t rent a car, and everything was easily walkable. My only suggestions would be to add some liquid hand soap at the sinks, a couple of more rolls of toilet paper, a laundry basket, and a couple of beach towels. Oh, and some full sized ice cube trays. Other than those few things, the condo was well equipped. My friend and I would happily stay in this condo again!

It was close to being ideal but the kitchen furnishings were a little sparse with only 5 dinner plates (!) and we had to buy baggies, foil, salt and pepper, etc.
Lovely views and delicious restaurants. Easy to access the pool and short walk to the lagoon/ocean.

We had a fantastic stay at Glorias beautiful home. We booked it about two years ago, so we were really looking forward to this trip.
There was so much room my son and his fiancé had one end of the condo and my husband and I had the other end. We would have breakfast every morning before we left for the day and we enjoyed every coffee on the balconies. Gloria was always there to answer any questions we had. We didn’t really have to deal with the property manager as much because Gloria had everything perfect we would definitely stay here again, as it was away from the busy part of the beach thank you Gloria for trusting us with your beautiful place !

We enjoyed a few days at this property as we helped our daughter move to Honolulu. The condo is conveniently located and spacious, with an easy access to the Waikiki beach walk. As describes by the owner, there are only limited kitchen supplies, so you will need buy things like salt and pepper, Saran Wrap, condiments, etc

Staying at Gloria's place was wonderful! Everything was neat and clean! There were even some chairs and snorkeling equipment there. The location was awesome. You can see and hear the luau at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We sat on the balcony and had a private viewing. You cannot see the fireworks from the balcony. You do have to go downstairs which was not a problem at all. The views were also spectacular from the room! Gloria was quick to respond and was even able to let us rent the room an extra night when our flight was canceled. The location is fantastic...you can walk to Waikiki (it is a little of a trek) and you can walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center. Gloria's place was like a home away from home (in paradise)!

This was the perfect location for our family trip! It had everything within walking distance, and our teenagers loved that they could walk to the lagoon to swim. The patio was perfect for my morning coffee and our family enjoyed watching the luau next door while eating dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely stay in this traditional Hawaiian property. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed just as mentioned in the description. Great location, couple minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the designer shops and restaurants. Quite a few shops and bars on the doorstep. Nice touch from Gloria leaving a welcome gift for my husbands 50th birthday. Will definitely recommend Gloria’s apartment.

The property is in a great location. Here's the pros and cons:
Pros:
(1) Great location - we enjoyed sitting on the balconies and it was easy to get to everything.
(2) The restaurant on the main level is good.
(3) We enjoyed the spacious 2 bedroom condo which was perfect for our family.
Cons:
(1) The cleaning crew did a terrible job on cleaning the condo. There was hair on the floor of the master bathroom, the mirror on the closet hasn't been fully cleaned in quite some time, and the TV stand/dresser in the master had a ton of dust on it. You can tell it wasn't dusted for quite some time as well.
(2) While they stated in their listing that you only get a starter kit of supplies, extra dishwashing pods and toilet paper would have been nice. They should just add an extra $10 to the bill to cover this for guests. It costs a lot to buy 20 dishwasher pods when we only need up to 3 for the week.
(3) The throw rugs are quite worn. This is so cheap to replace that I'm surprised this hasn't already been done.
Overall, it's a really nice condo in a great location. But I'd suggest the owners invest in new throw rugs, hire better cleaners, and charge guests an extra $10-$20 to cover basic supplies.

Property did not disappoint. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and homey. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem was us, spilled some crumbs on the way out, couldn’t lock door properly and left my cane in the rush.

Our group of 5 all had a great time. The location was very good, and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.
The beds were comfortable, with the possible exception of the sofa bed, but the owner already said that it is being replaced this summer. Everything was very clean, and we loved the fact that there was no carpet. In fact the flooring looked brand new.
There is a nice Keurig coffee maker which makes pots of coffee as well as the single serve cups.
The pools were really nice, and the employees at the main pool in particular were very attentive and friendly. The ice cream place in the lobby was a huge hit, especially on “Two dollar scoop Tuesdays”. It was the best bargain in all of Hawaii! Each scoop was the size of a baseball!
It was a very short walk to the lagoon and beach, so that was convenient as well.
Probably the best surprise was the outstanding view of the Hilton Hawaiian Village’s fireworks from the balconies. They were only supposed to happen on Fridays, but we saw them on a Sunday and Tuesday for some reason.
The only (very) minor complaint we had was with the parking being pretty expensive, and the parking spaces were very narrow, but that is true for just about everywhere in Hawaii.
We would absolutely love to stay here again some day if we ever get back to Honolulu.

This condo is very nice. The pictures do not do it justice. We were so pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. The kitchen is well stocked including a rice cooker. The balcony was a great place to have your morning coffee and watch the waves. The condo is on a corner so you have 2 balconies to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the condo and the view. The hotel had all the amenities needed for a 10 day stay. The ice cream store and Cinnamons restaurant recommended. Close walking distance to the beach. It’s pretty rocky at the beach near the condo and swim shoes are recommended. The condo is located on the far east side of Waikiki so we had to walk a lot. If you don’t mind than it’s not a problem. The kitchen was well stocked but the dishes are getting old and dated. A better selection of pillows would have been appreciated. Many were too soft and two were needed. Overall I would come back and recommend this condo. Nicely decorated.

This place was excellent for location and amenities. The only drawback was the hide-a-bed in the living room. Mattress was very uncomfortable and we could not locate sheets for this bed. We used the sheets for the king conversion. We had a great time and would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful condo with fantastic views. Great amenities. 2 pools. Short walk to the beach where you can snorkel and swim with the turtles...Don't bother paying for an excursion to swim with turtles and other sea creatures. You can rent snorkel equipment at the surf shop on the first floor and they will tell you where to find the turtles. The building the condo is located in has many shops and a great restaurant. All in all, a wonderful experience. I would stay here again, no doubt.

The location was perfect for us. Lots to see and do within easy travelling distance. The bus stop made access to Waikiki shops and Ala Moana shopping centre a breeze. As runners there were so many park and beach views to enjoy. The Chart House became our regular watering hole. Views of the sunset from the apartment were spectacular and all the facilities made it a time to remember.

The property was wonderful for our family of five. We used it as a home base while we traveled around the island. Morning and evening we walked down to the beach and lagoon. Kids loved the lagoon and all the tiny fish. Be sure to pack your water shoes as the coral and rocks around the island are sharp! Would highly recommend staying here again!

Very conveniently located 2 br condo in the Ilikai, a famous building in Honolulu. Condo is in excellent condition with everything you could want for a family of four. Ilikai is equidistant from Ala Moana shopping center and Waikiki area.
Car rental available right in the lobby of the building. Ilikai also has a very nice restaurant and take-away bistro (and a place to buy sundries). Great communication from owner - easy check in and check out process.

This was the second of what we hope will be an annual trip for my adult disabled daughter, my sister, and I. I decided before the Pandemic to plan/coordinate these trips for my daughter because she cannot do this for herself. We pick places she would like to travel and activities she enjoys. Oahu was also special because my brother/her favorite uncle also lived there for many years and we have visited him through the years before he passed away.
We loved the condo complex, our lanais and views, the pools, and especially the lagoon! I was able to rent a paddleboard and paddle my daughter around the island and lagoon. We loved cooking together and our al fresco dinners on the lanai. Our last full day we celebrated with a late lunch at Pesca. We truly had a lovely time!

My grandson graduated from high s hook and wanted to go to Hawaii. While in Hawaii he had his 18th birthday. This property in Honolulu by Waikiki Beach has a terrific view and was very comfortable for two couples. I recommend the Valet parking ($35 day) for convenience. Since it is in the heart of the city near the beach, the traffic can be a little noisy but overall it was a great experience for the two adult couples in our party.

My family of 4 stayed at this condo for 4 nights. The property was just as pictured in the listing. Super clean, comfortable beds…our two teenage kids loved having their own beds. The location is just excellent and the views from the balconies are amazing. You just feel like you’re in the heart of it all. The amenities at the Ilikai are great too (restaurant, coffee/açaí bowl place, ice cream, convenience store…all onsite.). We didn’t rent a car, just took a taxi when we needed to. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. My parents stayed in another unit down the hall and we all loved staying at the Ilikai.

There is so much we loved about our stay - to name a few:
- Super walkable location; near great beaches and lots of restaurants
- Tastefully decorated, great layout, large closets, and tons of balcony space
- Well suited for disabled guests with elevator access, no steps within the condo, one bathrooms designed with accessibility in mind (walk-in shower with only a small ~6” step, grab bars in shower and around bathroom, shower stool available). The beach boardwalk along this end of Waikiki also increased accessibility!

After a two year hiatus because of COVID-19, we were finally able to get back to our "happy place'. Our stay here couldn't have been better. The property is clean and up to date. Overall, super happy with our stay at the Ilikai. Beautiful views from the lanai’s, clean, and comfortable place. My only complaint would be there was only 1 dish washer packet for our 5 day stay. We had to hand wash, which isn’t a big deal except there were only two small hand towels and no wash cloths. Nothing major.

This was a great property for my family and i to stay in. The communication with the property manager was good even with a small hiccup to start. The second room is right off the living space so who ever stays there will be up early.
There are no beach towels but there are chairs and a beach bag which was helpful.
There is only one dishwasher soap so if you are there for more than 3 days you will need to buy some or just hand wash everything.

I have stayed in Waikiki 3 times now and this was my favorite. The location near the lagoon is great for kids or the elderly. The beach is very close and calm in this area too. One of the best features for us was the ease in parking nearby. You can certainly use the valet but we choose to use the metered parking right before the hotel, near the harbor. It's $1/hr but if you're not at the condo a lot, it's much cheaper. The condo itself is a little outdated but is exactly as pictured so definitely no surprises. The second bedroom closes off with accordion doors but my father did say it got warm at night with them closed. He left them open slightly to get the a/c from the living room and all was good. The space is quite large and the 2 balconies are absolutely wonderful. The only downside for us is that the master bedroom bed was quite hard but that's just our opinion. We prefer a memory foam/ softer bed. Overall incredible place and we would definitely stay again.

we were very pleased with this unit and the property overall. especially having visited during covid, we were pleased with how the illikai tried to keep all those staying as safe as possible. most guests & visitors complied with the stated signs and all employees were masked. the unit we rented was lovely and had 2 lanais, one that caught a lovely breeze, but was on the noisier side of the building. hopefully, once the pandemic has ended, the hilton hawaiian village will resume holding their hawaiian shows on the rooftop stage, so any future renters and the owners will again have a perfect location from which to enjoy the show. the other lanai overlooked the illikai's two pools and the lagoon & one pool at the hilton hawaiian village, plus part of the marina and the ocean. we had everything in our unit to make us feel at home.

This was our first visit to Hawaii and it met all of our expectations and more. Your condo was the perfect location as we were not renting a car. We had plenty of space and loved having 2 bathrooms. We found good restaurants within walking distance that were reasonably priced. I loved the atmosphere of the Ilikai and especially having Dave’s ice cream off the lobby was a bonus!

The unit in location on the 10th floor on the south east corner of the Ilikai (both hotel and private units). The pictures of the view from the lanai are accurate! Great location to watch the morning sun rise while drinking coffee….or even early evening cocktails to watch the day sky set.
The unit was comfortable for our family of 4. The second full bathroom is huge! Some of the furniture is dated, but the owners recently replaced the couch, end tables, coffee table, and frig. Both bathroom could use a face lift, but both functional.
From the Ilikai, it’s a short walk to
The Hilton lagoon and beach.
Ala Moana shopping and park is less than a mile walk.
A few things to include - but by no means show stoppers:
- washer/dryer is shared and coin operated. We have family on the island and opted to not to use onsite washer/dryer
- valet parking is $28/per day. They highlight self park for $24/per day, but good luck with that
- this might be Covid related, but the elevator can get crowded during certain hours, but there is a 4 person max in each elevator. Half the time people respected that. We used the stairs going down a few times.
- Hilton fireworks are cancelled! On a normal non-Covid year, free fireworks on Fridays can be seen from the Ilikai…we were sad that it wasn’t happening
In summary, the unit is in a perfect location, lots of room, and we would return back if the owners would allow.

After a Long 30 years away…So happy to be back with my kids. The last time I was here I was my daughters ages. Place was clean, spacious, and location was perfect. I hope to be back…would highly recommended! Everything went smoothly, from checkin to checkout process! There’s definitely probably more updated condo’s but I felt it’s more important to put my $$ in doing, seeing,and eating out…but the views were perfect of Waikiki; lagoon, beach & Marina…5-7 min walk to the beach! Pools were clean and not crowded…which was nice pace from beach…anyone coming will be very comfortable. Owner is lovely, and ver receptive to quick questions prior to trip. The rep at Office was very nice and friendly and helpful

We thought the view was great. The condo was clean and met out needs with three adults and one teen. The sofa bed mattress was thin and would better match the condo description if it were a regular mattress. There were a few minor maintenance items that we let the maintenance folks know about. We were most impressed with the easy check in process, the condo’s convenient location and the views from the two balconies. This was a great value! The hotel in which the condo is located also provided free live entertainment throughout the week which was a real bonus.
We would stay here again for sure.

Me and my 3 young adult children came to Oahu for a 12 day vacation. The condo met all of our expectations! While there was amble supplies in the kitchen, we chose not to use them with the exception of the coffee maker and glasses.
The only negative thing I could say was the elevators were not working properly the entire stay. The building staff could have been more accommodating and compassionate with the issue.
