We were overall happy with the property. We found there was not enough clothes storage as there were no dressers. Had to go buy hangers before we could hang our clothes. No bedside table on one side of the bed. Adequate electrical plugs to enable charging. Kitchen was minimally stocked but adequate. The hotel grounds were lovely.

Great unit with FABULOUS view: you will definitely see sunsets all year long from this unit. It was very clean and the a/c works well. Plenty of towels and kitchen stocked well enough to cook simple meals in. Plenty of space and closets to store things for long term use. VERY responsive management when a minor issue arose. Please note: you do NOT need coins for laundry but you do need to bring or buy detergent and have (multiple) cards to pay for washer/dryer which can be fussy with taking payment. They are easily accessed less than 20 feet from the unit and seem efficient enough: a large load washed well and dried on low heat on a 50 minutes cycle.

We loved this space! The bed was comfortable, the space was well laid out, the view was perfect and everything worked exactly as described. The unit faces west which provided wonderful protection from the wind as well as beautiful views of the sunset. Location was excellent - easy access to great walking spaces, close to stores and ammenities. It was perfect!

We loved the pictures when we booked but once we got to our room it was so much more. The view of the ocean and the yacht harbor was so relaxing. The beds and couch, chair was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had just what we needed. Having a laundry room just steps away was an added bonus. Nice stay however, the room was musty and we feel it was from the AC. We bought some spray to drown out the musty odor. The cleanliness was average. It could use a deep cleaning every once in a while. We stayed in another condo in this building in april and it nicer.

Pillow and beddings had someone else's body odor. Used towels to cover the pillows and I sleep with two pillows.
Had TV remote issues. Could not turn tv off or control it. This is minor compared to the odor issue.

Great location. Nice room. Kitchenette was fine. Kitchen amenities were very poor. Expect to buy everything. No salt no pepper no nothing. The shelves will be bare. The knives were all serated and dead dull. The plates and cutlerly were mismatched. Blender did not work. Toaster was old. Mostly what annoyed us was there were no tea towels or dish cloths because we like to keep a clean room.. Lots of nice toilet paper and paper towels so we give them credit for that.. Had more to say but we apparently ran out of room. All in all still a great place to stay. You will just have to adapt.

The property was clean and had a stunning view. Right below the railing is a birds eye view of the back of the hotel where they put on entertainment. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and the bathroom was nice and spacious. There was also the much needed air conditioning that helped out immensely. 10/10 would stay here again.

The view, location, and building were great. Proximity to the beach, local restaurants and the balcony view were perfect. The bedding needs updating. There were two pillows, that were flat and lumpy and seemed like they were ten years old. The pillow cases were pilled and dingy. The comforter on the bed was old and dingy. Two other blankets were available, one was in a bag and was stained. Extra sheets and another blanket were on the floor in the closet, not sure if they were clean. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. We contacted management, rued their troubleshooting advice with out success.

The apartment was decent. Clean and cosy. Beautiful balcony view. WiFi didn't work at all. The WiFi router is very old, needs to be replaced. I recommend adding an extra drawer or a night stand. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We'll come back.

Everything was good except the bed. Two cheap, flat pillows, the sheets were scratchy, and the mattress felt old. We were rolling into the low areas made by years of use. It made for difficult sleeping. Everything else in the room was in good condition.

Our stay was absolutely lovely the room was exceptionally clean and beautifully Remodeled. We enjoyed the spectacular view. The service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this condo. Just a few suggestions for the owners to maybe help others. There was only one end table on one side of the bed it would be nice to have two And tables to accommodate each person. There was not a dresser or a luggage rack to accommodate for luggage. You would have to put your luggage on the floor I would feel sorry for old people that have to continually bend over to get their Belongings from their luggage. I would think that most people renting a condo do so to be able to cook and enjoy dining in there was not a dining table or an outside lanai table to accommodate us. The lanai furniture was not comfortable and I would say definitely needs updating. You have such a lovely condo I think if you added these additions you would be number one condo. Thank you for such a lovely stay I would highly recommend your condo

The condo was clean and in a great location. Easy to get to the lagoon near the Hilton Hawaiian Village and walkable to lots of other places. The balcony has a great view which can be enjoyed inside the unit, too (I'm afraid of heights). The bed was comfortable and there was closet space but no drawers. The internet was hit or miss and a lot of the times it was very slow. That was the only thing to improve. Overall, we had a great stay.

Check in process was very straightforward and the listing was very clear on what was/was not included, which set the proper expectations. Location is very convenient, the building could use some maintenance on the elevators, but nothing big that impacted our staying. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend to others.
