My husband and I stayed here with my parents while we were all celebrating our anniversaries. The property is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The views were breathtaking. Check-in was easy. Parking was a bit of a pain as the garage is small and the spaces are tight. It was a huge plus that the mall is within walking distance. The only downside is the kitchen has ZERO spices, condiments, or oils. The ice maker hadn’t even been turned on before hand so we had to buy ice! Also, one of the hair dryers did not work, so my mom and I were shuttling it back and forth. All that being said, We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was very easy, and the room was clean with a view,That was unbelievable. You have everything you need. Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. They also provide paper towels, trash bags, and a few dishes and glasses. The beds were very comfortable. The location is a short drive from the airport and is convenient to Downtown Waikiki, and the international market. You can walk all over the place and just next-door to the Alamoana mall. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

We always stay at the Ala Moana Hotel. This rental was on a high floor, so it was both quiet and had a beautiful view . For the price, the property was OK. It was clean, but had a couple of items in need of repair, including a cracked sink. The room is in need of modernization...but, considering the price, we were satisfied.

My friends and I really enjoyed the place and will definitely rent it out again in the future. It did the pictures justice from how spacious it was to the views from multiple balconies. We didn't have any issues during our stay as other reviews might have mentioned. Checking in and out was easy. It's not owned by the hotel, but there was a good amount of supplies provided. I'd highly recommend it!

We encountered a major problem upon our 6P check-in. Due to the absence of an important document which is required and must be submitted by Lei Hawaii Realty prior to guest arrival, we were unable to access the property. Calls were made to Lei Hawaii Realty but since it was past office hours, we were directed to voicemail. This issue has been a recurring problem according to hotel personnel so let this be a warning to those considering this in the future to make sure they will not be adversely affected by this irritating issue as well. With no guarantee of immediate resolution, we reluctantly made a reservation for the night (extra expense) with hopes to resolve during office hours the following day. Fortunately, we simply stored our unpacked bags and left the room intact while we sought nourishment, hoping for a surprise response from Lei Realty. Upon return to the room at 9P, we received the miracle email which eventually gained us access to the condominium, allowing us the ability to cancel the emergency room reservation w/o penalty. Fortunately, we had purchased insurance so if push came to shove, I'm confident we would have prevailed. Anyone wishing to make future reservations with Lei Hawaii Realty may want to consider this for their peace of mind. I personally will avoid commerce with them in my future travel plans. Lei Hawaii Realty Needs to get their act together! I invite them to respond to this critique. Having been in Hawaii multiple times since 1984, we knew what we weregetting property-wise, so this unit fit all our requirements satisfactorily. We thank the OWNER for providing us a nice place to stay!

The condo was a great size for the number of adults we had with us. The location is right in the middle of shops and restaurants and lots of fun things to do. However there are a lot of homeless people camped around the center and several topless bars close by which leads to a rougher group of people in that area.
There is definitely not anything to really cook with which is one of the reasons we didn’t stay in for dinners.
However, I would definitely recommend this place for adults again.

Our family recently stayed at this property and we have mixed reviews. The suite layout was great and very spacious. Large bedrooms were a plus. Having multiple lanai’s was great and and afforded different views of the city and ocean. Perfect location to shopping, restaurants, parks and beaches, everything walkable. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. I suggest looking into another cleaning service. All 3 showers were dirty (hair and mold on 2 of the curtains). The carpets need cleaned and shampooed as evidence of the false eye lash we found on the floor. The couches are stained, one more heavily than the other. It was disappointing to see the lack of cleaning supplies and basic kitchen necessities. I’m on vacation and don’t want to think about the little things needed to cook (oil, salt/pepper, foil, baggies, etc). I would have rather paid another $50/$60 for these basic items to be there. It’s the little things that matter. This hotel is fairly close to a hospital and we heard sirens (police/emergency vehicles) almost nonstop. Just something to be prepared for. All in all, this is a beautiful unit if more attention is made to the cleanliness of it.

The property is in a great location next to ala moana mall. We were unable to check in on our first day because the property manager didn't send the paperwork to the hotel, and we were unable to get a hold of the property manager. Luckily vrbo helped us out to get a room for that 1st night.

On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, balcony with view wonderful, and location (with easy access to Ala Moana Mall) terrific. Drawbacks include: insufficient amount of soap (we had to buy bars) and shampoo, dirty and wet towel left under the sink, and the parking under the hotel while very convenient was also expensive. Overall, we are happy about our stay.

Our recent VRBO stay was nothing short of spectacular. The accommodations provided plenty of space for five adults, ensuring a comfortable and spacious stay. What truly distinguished this property were its unrivalled views—we were treated to spectacular panoramas of the ocean and the mountains, giving an amazing backdrop for our stay.
However, no stay is without its minor hiccups. We encountered a few issues with some small appliances that unfortunately broke during our stay and a minor inconvenience with the kitchen sink backing up. Yet, it's worth noting that these concerns were swiftly addressed by the attentive management team. They responded promptly to our reports, and to our delight, we were provided with brand-new appliances in no time. The quick resolution of these matters truly demonstrated their commitment to ensuring a hassle-free experience for guests.
Despite these small setbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to book again for another two weeks or more. The combination of ample space, unbeatable views, and responsive management make this VRBO rental a top choice for anyone seeking a memorable getaway in the Waikiki/Honolulu area.

We needed to travel for a medical procedure for our 2 yo. It was so nice to have such a large space and have everything go so smoothly. The location allowed us to be very efficient and have fun. We would definitely recommend this as a rental and would be thrilled to stay here again.

There was only 1 handrail in the shower and the bathtub had such high walls that if you had issues with your legs, you would not be able to get in. Also there were no handrails for the toilet which was quite low. We were given only one full roll of tissue and a used roll. We had to ask at the front desk for the number to the rental agency, which I think there should be some card with information for the tenant. The positive thing is the property was clean and the bed very comfortable. Since the property was a little cheaper than the regular hotel stay, then I would say you get what you paid for.

The views from this condo are amazing! Location is in walking distance from everything you need. The condo is very large and roomy and the beds are very comfortable. We did have issues with the dishwasher and washer but nothing you couldn't overcome. The noise from the mall below were loud enough to need earplugs for a light sleeper and the unit could be a tad cleaner but overall it was well worth it. Kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook.

From the moment i stepped in, we were all blown away by the breathtaking view. The property was super clean, well equipped with everything we needed.
This property is located in Ala Moana Hotel, which made everything super convenient. We were able to walk to Ala Moana Beach everyday, which is a beautiful beach, way less crowded than Waikiki Beach. It was also super convenient that there's Ala moana mall right next to the hotel, everything was within easy reach.
Overall our stay at this place exceeded all expectations. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!!!

We stayed here recently and can’t believe all of the 4-5 star reviews. Yes the views are incredible, and the size accommodates large families/parties, but that’s ALL it has going for it. The place is old, and shows it’s age as there are zero modern amenities. There are no smart TV’s (we had to watch movies on our laptop), no Keurig for coffee, only coffee pots for full pots of coffee. We rented this place thinking we could use the kitchen to eat in, however when we saw the beat up cookware and the rusty knives, that was a complete turn off. There was extremely dim light in the kitchen, and my son who cooks said no thanks. So a lot of extra expense went into eating out. In addition, the place was not super clean. The carpets were visibly dirty, and one of the showers smelled so strong of mold and body odor, we could not use it. The main master bedroom shower had mold on the tile and in the grout joints. The place does have a washer and dryer, but the washing machine does not spin!! We ran a load and it shuts off at spin cycle, leaving us with wet soapy clothes. After staying here one night, I broke out into a horrible rash and I have to wonder if they’re using the broken washing machine to wash all the linens and then just drying them soapy. I have stayed at a lot of places and this was the first time this has happened to me. After reporting to management, they offered a $250 refund which is equal to 10% of ONE night’s stay. We were there 5. Not worth the price, won’t be back
