We love the space. The rooms are perfect. Furniture is stylish but the actual rooms can use some updates. The front door doesn't open well with the carpet, the bathrooms all need updates. The shower heads / controls definitely needs to be replace. The toiletries also needs to be updated. We did not have any bath bars so we all had to use face / hand soap. It would be nice to have good toiletries. Doesn't have to be premium but normal quality would be nice. The unit should provide a starter kit of Hand/face soap for the sink, bath bars for the shower, shampoo and conditioner separately. Also the sink in the kitchen smelled pretty bad. The refrigerator seal is coming off. But other than that we love the unit and would love to book it again.

We turned a business meeting at the convention centre into a extended family get together with my two adult children. The suite was spacious and plenty for 3 people. There was a bit of a grease film in the stove/kitchen area and the kitchen did not have anything for basic condiments such as salt and pepper or cooking oil or anything so be prepared to buy everything if you plan on cooking at all in the unit.
The hotel is well appointed with a very comfortable pool area for lounging and the beaches are just across the road. Amazing shopping is located right next to the hotel with some fun places for happy hour. Our favourite amenity was the Signature Steak House with an amazing Happy Hour and top floor view.

Loved this 2 bedroom suite at the Ala Moana hotel. It was so spacious for 6 of us 4 adults and 2 children. Having 3 full baths was amazing when it was time to get ready for outings. Only thing I would suggest is more trash bags. I get it about a starter kit but no one is thinking about trash bags. Other than that, everything went smooth and we had a great time!

The most impressive part of this condo was its impressive views! For our party of 5 it was more than adequate. The kitchen has enough plates, glasses and utensils for our needs since we ate out for most meals. Our party was very comfortable there and took advantage of the 5 balconies. The location was perfect too as it was close but not too close as to get bogged down in Waikiki traffic and it was within walking distance of Ala Moana Beach Park. The largest outdoor mall in the country was conveniently located across the ramp from the hotel. The beds were comfortable and enough linens were provided. I would absolutely not hesitate to stay there again.

The location is perfectly located. Close to the airport and easy access to all of our favorite spots. The size of the unit is great for our family, giving everyone adequate space for downtime or gathering together. We have stayed here multiple times and will come back again.

This place was Epic! It's huge! Loved having 6 different balconies to check out the views with. I would 100% stay at this place again! The actual hotel is very nice! The only thing that could be better are larger ironing boards. The tiny one that are there are incredibly small and both do not work properly. Besides that everything else was terrific! I'm actually going to help a friend with his hawaiian trip and I am highly recommending to him that he stay here for his time on Oahu. Thanks Luana Realty for such a wonderful place to stay!

Easy access to the Ala Moana Shopping Center and restaurant venues next door. We had an excellent VRBO experience here and would happily recommend it to all.

This apartment is incredible. Spacious, well-equipped, beautifully decorated, literally the best views (about 270 degrees) of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Incredible sunset vistas that combine the skyline and the sun disappearing over the ocean horizon. The building’s amenities are great, it’s connected to the Ala Moana mall, which is fantastic, and the staff working there were excellent. We did have a bit of trouble checking in because the people at the front desk actually don’t control this apartment, since it’s privately owned and rented out through a third-party - the communication allowing us to check in early was not seamless, which caused us some hassles. But ultimately, it was a fantastic spot, and one where we would definitely stay again.

The unit was exactly what we needed! We were working at the Ala Moana Hotel so location was a must! The unit gave us enough room to spread out and get our work done in our unit before heading down to our event. We would stay here again. There were plenty of shampoo, soap, towels, etc. but if you need hair conditioner bring it. A little side note, the room is starting to show signs of wear but with it being in HI totally understandable.

Our Family and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here in the future. Only small issue we had was with the master bath sink. It would not drain properly but we pulled the plug up and it worked perfectly. Parking was a bit difficult as the parking lot would be full every night by 8Pm but parking staff helped. We missed our flight and got in contact with Luana Realty and they made it very easy to stay another night! Very satisfied with our stay!

This was perfect for 4 adults and a 15yr old. We had so much space and it allowed everyone to have privacy plus space for us to come together. Beautifully decorated. Great location. We are residents of Big Isle and this was a great getaway for us. We will return.

It was very crowded at the hotel but being on the 34th floor made it easy to get an elevator. Views were amazing! Furnishings brand new and modern, and beds were incredibly comfortable, almost felt like the tempurpedic beds I have back home. We all slept very well. I’ve read past reviews about roaches in the unit but we found absolutely none, in fact this was one of the cleanest vacation homes we’ve stayed in. Loved being close to Ala Moana Shopping Center…there’s a bridge connecting the hotel to the mall located on the second floor. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again on our next vacation to Oahu.

The house was beautiful, well furnished. We were a family of 6 and we loved staying in the house. The issues we had were with the slow WiFi and it was challenging to connect to work most of the time. The management company was not helpful with a few house keeping requests. We stayed for 10 days and they refused to provide us with a new set of towels and asked us to use the laundry services in another floor. No laundry basket or detergent were provided in the house. Otherwise, it was a very convenient location and the house was spacious for 6 of us.

This 2 bedroom is very large and conveniently located. It was clean, comfortable, and offered views better than the listing showcases. We would definitely return! Also, the happy hour at the restaurant on the top floor is amazing, wished we could have gone more than once!
A couple of suggestions for the owner- the kitchen is not stocked very well with utensils, cups and plates. The TVs are old and small- get new smart TVs and hang them on the wall. Lastly, it would be useful to have a plastic laundry bin to take laundry down to the laundry room, which is located on a separate floor.

This condo was perfect place for our family to spread out in. We enjoyed the views from the balcony and were not bothered by the construction on the hotel side at all. It is very close to great shopping and Ala Moana Beach Park which is safe swimming for the kids.

It was my mother's 85th Birthday celebration and she loved the condo. The views were spectacular and it was very spacious. Each bedroom was large and plenty of closet and drawer space. There are 3 full bathrooms. No washer and dryer in the unit but coin-operated ones were available on the 13th floor. The condo is connected to the mall which allowed easy accessibility. We did not rent a car and used the Waikiki trolley to get us around. We also took some tours that picked us up at the condo. Everything is pretty convenient. The mall has plenty of eating places including a large food court. The mall also includes a Target, grocery store and drug store. We decided not to cook and enjoyed the Signature Restaurant on the 36th floor which has a great happy hour. The cafe in the lobby and on the 3rd floor offered great breakfast options. We used the fitness center every morning. The pool was closed during the weekday due to construction but the beach is within walking distance. The famous Waikiki Beach is just a few stops away on the Trolley. The condo was on the 34th floor with spectacular views of the ocean, mountains and city views from one of the five balconies in the condo. There was a long wait to check-in due to not enough staff but the condo was worth the wait.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay!
Suite was clean, linens well stocked and pillows/furniture/appliances well maintained.
Contrary to a couple of the previous reviews, we did not encounter any cockroaches during our weeklong stay.
$34/day parking was the only additional fee we were responsible for.
Will definitely stay at this again!

Everything was great except my family and I found a few baby cockroaches and a lizard in the kitchen and in the restrooms. That was unpleasant especially every guests/party that stays there had to pay for a cleaning fee. Therefore, we were somewhat disappointed to see them in our suite. The views are nice and we loved the 6 balconies around the suite.

Property was in a perfect location, with a perfect view on multiple balconies. The room agreement contracts shares with you of the possibility of roach/ant sightings and warns no refund will be given in this case, given Hawaii’s favorable climate. This should not be taken lightly! I killed 10 roaches alone all different sizes. They were even in the fridge. Other members in my party had kills of their own. Besides this, the owner was responsive to other requests, beds were comfortable, and shower water was nice and hot.
