The location of this unit is excellent, right in the heart of Waikiki. A huge advantage of renting this space is having a parking spot, as parking in Waikiki is nearly impossible. Laundry right across the hallway is super convenient. The unit itself is clean. The bed was comfortable. The wall AC unit could be updated to a newer, stronger model but it did its job to keep us reasonably cool during the night as during the day, we were out about. There was construction going on in the building at the time we were there which didn’t allow us to go into the balcony. I wish we knew this beforehand but it was ok. The shower pressure could be stronger but again it did its job. Decor and styling of the place was ok. The bottom line is, the price per night is fantastic so the place is definitely worth the stay.

The parking was great and a real plus! When we needed some minor help in the unit, it was immediately given. The A/C was awesome and much needed. The unit was really clean throughout. It's obviously quite old, but very well maintained, with a nicely updated bathroom. The kitchen--including an icemaker in the full-sized fridge--was perfect. Our only suggestion would be deep cleaning or replacement of the 2 carpets. While not actually dirty, they appear so because of their age. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a full self-catering facility for 2.

Great location and clean room, but some issues with amenities.The location was perfect and the room was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made our stay comfortable.However, we were disappointed that the pool and lanai were closed due to construction without prior notice (though a partial refund was provided later). Also, although there were two showers, one only produced scalding hot water and was unusable.If the amenities were fully functional and the listing information was accurate, it would have been a much better experience.

Property was nice and well lit with lots of big windows, great kitchen for home meals and view. We appreciated the in unit, washer and dryer.Really close to lots of shopping centers, açai, bowls, smoothies, shaved, ice, and of course to the beach. My 18-year-old daughter was in heaven with all the shopping and the beach access. Besides the fancy shopping is also a local target close by for things you may have forgotten or needed on the fly.We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was really convenient for all areas of entertainment, shopping, food services The owner has put lots of good kitchen appliances in the kitchen to use.Kitchen is very nicely done.Few Recommendations:Dish washer soap would be ideal Dish clothes would be handy A broom so its easier to clean the kitchen and other floors A new rug in the living room, the picture shown on VRBO is quite dated and the rug is filthy Inconveniencea) The advertisement shows that the deck or patio is nicely set up however in reality its all under construction and risky to use. I had booked this place to spend time in the evenings on the patio with the green grass (artificial) shown in the picture however nothing like this was at the place itself b) Inside the property itself needs some good renovations especially in the bathroom c) In your instruction you should mention that once the renter picked the key the big key should be used for Penthouse (PH) in the elevator, this was not disclosed and was very frustrating trying to figure out stuff at 2 am in the morning when we arrivedd) No one is at the premises to help out, we asked for help to get in by other visitors in this building and let alone trying to figure out the keyse) The laundry area gets condensed and needs a good clean up. Has many built up lint on the walls and behind f) The air conditioner in the room is located where you cannot close the sliding door hence you cannot get the full black room to sleep

Having stayed here before, we knew exactly what to expect: an unbeatable location without the luxury hotel price tag. Check-in was seamless, the place was spotless, and the host’s communication was top-tier.While there was some construction noise, the host was transparent about it in the ad, so we were prepared. The street noise can be a bit loud in the evening, but it quiets down after 10:00 PM; honestly, after a long day of exploring, we slept right through it (though a pair of earplugs is a good idea!). The included parking spot was a huge plus. If you need a solid "home base" in the heart of Waikiki rather than a 5-star resort, this is it. With Starbucks, affordable coffee at McDonald’s, and a great steakhouse downstairs, you have everything you need within steps.

Great central Waikiki location steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Condo had everything we needed. Parking was easily accessible once you got used to the vertically challenged spots. We had an intermediate sedan so parking wasn’t too much a problem but was still surprised how many suvs were in the basement parking.Would definitely stay again and highly recommend staying here.

I had issues from the start of my stay. The condo was located next to the elevator and laundry room and very noisy. The WiFi didn’t work from check in. I had to call several times leaving messages. The lady advised me I had to do technical work before she could call Spectrum. I told her that wasn’t my job. I paid a lot of money to rent this condo. It was her job to fix it not mine. She finally agreed to come out to fix it. She came out the next day but was argumentative with me. It was finally fixed. I also couldn’t do laundry as the water was shut off in the building. It was issue after issue with this condo. I wouldn’t recommend this condo to anyone. I feel like I got ripped off by renting this condo. The parking was also an issue as the low height of the ceiling. It was close with my car and I could see where other vehicles had hit this low ceiling in the past. It was very difficult to determine if my car was going to be damaged or not. Don’t rent this condo!!!!!!!!

The place is in a great location close to the beach, stopping, and restuatants. The condo was very clean. The kitchen had all the necessities to make small meals. The pool was not avaliable while we were there, but the owner notified us ahead and was very accommodating. The only thing to mention is that it can be loud at night, due to the location, but we would stay there again.

Excellent location & well equipped comfortable studio unit in the middle of Waikiki; detailed instructions are received 4 days prior to occupancy which included no check-in prior to 3:30pm, when we arrived just past 4pm the reception desk was closed, so basically they don’t want to physically interact with arriving guests; on entry, we could not figure out how to control the AC & ceiling fan, so it would be nice to provide such basic instructions (in our opinion); fortunately by calling the help number given, we late at night eventually figured out that there are 2 separate systems & controls; we also never figured out the TV channels, but I guess we shouldn’t be watching in Hawaii anyway; other than these 2 hiccups, the unit is as described & we recommend it as a base for exploring Waikiki!

The room was really clean, everything you needed to cook was there too, just need to buy the condiments. The balcony overlooks the street opposite, which is nice, and I find that compared to other apartments, this one is quiet.we will come back to this apartment.

Great location that was walking distance to everything. It was a short walk to the beach. Easy access for parking but it was a little tricky parking your car within the limited parking space. Still managed to park our rented Mazda CX5. The elevators were relatively quick and the whose place was very clean and well looked after. We felt very secure staying here and loved the balcony for morning coffee even though there was a constant drip of water coming off the balcony above. We would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend Robert's studio unit at Marine Surf Waikiki, 21st floor. It's centrally located to numerous shopping and restaurants locations. Minutes walk from The International Marketplace, the Royal Hawiian Center and the beach. We couldn't asked for more!The unit is warm and cozy. My husband and I celebrated our 35th anniversary and stayed in his unit for 11 days. Everything was perfect, from the balcony with the awesome views of both the beach and the mountains. The views were spectacular! Unit comes with a full kitchen with ALL the amenities we needed. We cooked breakfast several times. Every evening we would sit out in the balcony to eat our snacks and have a glass of wine. We truly enjoyed the night views and listened to the calm sounds of the ocean waves.We would definitely stay in Robert's unit again and would highly recommend to all our friends and family. The unit also came with a RESERVED parking. NO parking fees and NO resort fees! Our rental car of 8 days remained safe the entire time in their parking garage.WE CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN AGAIN!!!I thank Brandie, Property Manager, who made the initial contact with me. She went over some important information how to access the unit upon arrival. She responded to my concerns promptly. She is delightful to work with.

Wonderful place for a week long business project. In the heart of Waikiki, but between the two busiest roads so it was peaceful and just out of the action. Walkable to so many restaurants and great shopping. Terrific views and safe and secure. Brandie made it soooo easy to check in and free parking in Waikiki is such a bonus. Can’t wait to come back.
