Check in was easy. When we arrive to our room, the fan and air conditioner was already which was great. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The free car parking was an extra bonus. I would stay here again.

This place was amazing! It’s close to downtown, and you can easily walk to plenty of restaurants. One of the best parts was the parking. I highly recommend choosing a place that includes parking because it’s very limited in the area. Overall, I had a great experience, and the balcony view was beautiful. The bucket of water you need to dump is super easy to manage; you can do it 2–3 times a day with no stress at all. I totally recommend staying here!

The big plus is you get a parking spot and there's a washer and dryer with a nominal fee. The rental company is top notch. Great communication and easy check in and out.

The place itself is great — I’ve stayed in these condos for years and usually have a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this particular management company was very unresponsive and made the stay stressful. The agreement said the parking fob and elevator key would be in the mailbox, but neither were there when we arrived.I spent over 2½ hours calling, texting, and trying to chat with them — no one ever responded. There was no emergency or after-hours contact number, which is unacceptable for a property in Waikiki. I had to rely on strangers to access the elevator and parking garage. Because we couldn’t get to our car, my husband had to use Uber for transportation to church and the gym and they won’t reimburse me these costs. On top of that, there was ongoing construction and the pool was closed — neither mentioned in the listing.Overall, the condo and location are great, but I wouldn’t rent again through this management company unless they drastically improve their communication and follow-through.

Excellent location & well equipped comfortable studio unit in the middle of Waikiki; detailed instructions are received 4 days prior to occupancy which included no check-in prior to 3:30pm, when we arrived just past 4pm the reception desk was closed, so basically they don’t want to physically interact with arriving guests; on entry, we could not figure out how to control the AC & ceiling fan, so it would be nice to provide such basic instructions (in our opinion); fortunately by calling the help number given, we late at night eventually figured out that there are 2 separate systems & controls; we also never figured out the TV channels, but I guess we shouldn’t be watching in Hawaii anyway; other than these 2 hiccups, the unit is as described & we recommend it as a base for exploring Waikiki!

The room was really clean, everything you needed to cook was there too, just need to buy the condiments. The balcony overlooks the street opposite, which is nice, and I find that compared to other apartments, this one is quiet.we will come back to this apartment.

This was a super cute studio for one person or a couple. It was dated and could use a remodel but it was clean. I loved the little balcony. Shower head had good pressure. I appreciated the bidet seat. Kitchen was adequately stocked. I appreciated the tea pot and tea diffuser kettle. A/C was only used at night and it filled up the entire 3 gallon bucket. It was very heavy to empty in the sink. The only suggestion I have is please put a chest of drawers or something to keep clothes in other than the hangers in the closet. I ended up using the sofa to place my clothes on.

Great location that was walking distance to everything. It was a short walk to the beach. Easy access for parking but it was a little tricky parking your car within the limited parking space. Still managed to park our rented Mazda CX5. The elevators were relatively quick and the whose place was very clean and well looked after. We felt very secure staying here and loved the balcony for morning coffee even though there was a constant drip of water coming off the balcony above. We would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend Robert's studio unit at Marine Surf Waikiki, 21st floor. It's centrally located to numerous shopping and restaurants locations. Minutes walk from The International Marketplace, the Royal Hawiian Center and the beach. We couldn't asked for more!The unit is warm and cozy. My husband and I celebrated our 35th anniversary and stayed in his unit for 11 days. Everything was perfect, from the balcony with the awesome views of both the beach and the mountains. The views were spectacular! Unit comes with a full kitchen with ALL the amenities we needed. We cooked breakfast several times. Every evening we would sit out in the balcony to eat our snacks and have a glass of wine. We truly enjoyed the night views and listened to the calm sounds of the ocean waves.We would definitely stay in Robert's unit again and would highly recommend to all our friends and family. The unit also came with a RESERVED parking. NO parking fees and NO resort fees! Our rental car of 8 days remained safe the entire time in their parking garage.WE CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN AGAIN!!!I thank Brandie, Property Manager, who made the initial contact with me. She went over some important information how to access the unit upon arrival. She responded to my concerns promptly. She is delightful to work with.

We had a really nice stay. We loved that it was right downtown, that the parking was included, and the ease finding our room. If you use the AC, you do have to empty a bucket about twice a day, but it wasn't bad. The views of the city were beautiful and we liked that we had a balcony. We do wish that communication for all the check in and check out information was through the app and not our email. The emails got bumped to our spam folder, and that can be problematic.

Wonderful place for a week long business project. In the heart of Waikiki, but between the two busiest roads so it was peaceful and just out of the action. Walkable to so many restaurants and great shopping. Terrific views and safe and secure. Brandie made it soooo easy to check in and free parking in Waikiki is such a bonus. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect location if you are just staying in Waikiki. Walking distance to all the shops and beach. Even better is the assigned private parking if you are renting a car. Used the one light-weight beach chair and umbrella on all of our beach adventures. One needed touch that someone else mentioned is the smoke detector, it will go off not matter how hot your shower is, I even tried to place next to the a/c unit while my wife was in shower and it still went off. After that I put it on the patio for every shower. Super easy check in/out. Amazing and thank you!

Perfect! Easy check-in and check-out. Everything you need during a vacation. We liked the fact that we can cook our own meal or go out to eat. Location was perfect with nearby eateries, mall, and beach. Designated parking spot was the one essential factor that was a clincher for us. No extra fee for parking.

I was nervous when I walked into the unit and saw the bed, but it was absolutely fine. Overall we loved the place, its close to everything like shopping, food, Beach etc.
We had hard time checking in because the instructions were not sent to us and they took forever to send them again. The Lady wasn’t in much os a hurry to send them. I had to call multiple times.
Therr are ants everywhere in the unit, looks like this building doesn’t have a regular pest control because ive seen other reviews about the same control.
There are 2 bathrooms but if you’re using both showers at the same time the water pressure is low.
But besides all these things we had a blast, the best this is you can walk to everything

It was nice and very convenient to the beach & close to stores & restaurants. The steak house on the 1st floor was superb, we will talk about it for years to come. Unfortunately we had a couple of hiccups one being that a fob stopped working but James was quick to fix it. Another was one of the elevators was out for a day. We just had to wait longer for a cab that was empty enough to get in. My daughter & I both slept great, had hot water for the showers. The showerhead was messed up where 50% (or so) of the water leaked around the edge & not going thru the sprayer. That made it hard to get the sand out of our hair. Probably need to replace the shower head.If im ever lucky enough to come back I'll definitely stay here again.

The best feature of this property is the location - closeness to the businesses in the area, to Waikiki Beach, and for this specific unit, the allocated parking. The unit itself is in good condition and everything worked. Some suggestions for improvements include: 1) Perhaps some upgrades to soundproofing the patio doors - street noise, especially garbage disposal starting at 500am is hearable daily. 2) some upgrades to the shading - while the shading worked, it was not complete - due to how the shades are configured, it is difficult to get close to blackout conditions - sunlight could come in even though all shades are down 3) some instructions for the TV / cable would be ideal - upon activation and turning on - the TV was not on the right input and one has to experiment to get the cable tv working. 4) AC can be improved - it is adequate - but needs to be maintained regularly 5) Water pressure in the shower could be improved - perhaps remove the water flow restrictor in the shower head. Other than above points, the unit is as advertised.

Where to start….this was a great find! Committing to a condo for our trip was overwhelming. I spent a lot of time researching before selecting this condo and it fit our needs perfectly. Location is prime - you can walk to the beach, food hall, Royal Hawaiian center, international marketplace….everywhere! Bus stops are all over the place but it’s best to have a car and this condo has free parking, which is huge!! We had a Malibu and it fit in the spot just fine. No large sedans or SUVs. We brought tide pods, baggies for beach Sammie’s and snacks, a few extra rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags in case we ran out. We did buy a liquid hand soap to use - my personal preference. They provide hotel style soap and toiletries. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The building is secure and other visitors and desk folks were friendly. We used the beach chairs and cooler provided. Was so happy they had a cooler! They also have an umbrella but we didn’t use that or the boogie board. Had a really great stay here and plan to book again for our trip next year! Highly, highly recommend. This place checks all the boxes!

Pros:- Spacious for 2 people: Studio with a full kitchen AND a dining space- Awesome location: close to everything, was within a block of a Target and walking distance of so many restaurants- Parking included: saved us from so many headaches not having to worry about parking since we had a reserved spot for us- Safe: Key fob required to access floors, gave us a better sense of safety and security - also had a nice lobby/ entranceCons:- Strange experience with check-in: Upon checking into our room, the deadbolt lock had activated but was not latched in, so when we arrived, our door to our unit was open. As stated above, the building felt very safe and upon entering, nothing looked out of place so this ended up not being a big deal, but it was strange arriving to our unit with the front door cracked open. Overall, this was a great place in Waikiki though and I would definitely stay here again!
