Perfect location if you are just staying in Waikiki. Walking distance to all the shops and beach. Even better is the assigned private parking if you are renting a car. Used the one light-weight beach chair and umbrella on all of our beach adventures. One needed touch that someone else mentioned is the smoke detector, it will go off not matter how hot your shower is, I even tried to place next to the a/c unit while my wife was in shower and it still went off. After that I put it on the patio for every shower. Super easy check in/out. Amazing and thank you!

A convenient location with accessible parking in the heart of Waikiki. Very good communications with the owner/manager. All amenities and beach gear were supplied so there was nothing missing from a great Hawaii vacation. Highly recommended.

Excellent location close to shops, food & beach. Apartment has comfortable large king size bed, good air con, nicely furnished with everything you need. Kitchen & bathroom cabinetry is very dated but not a major problem. Also, smoke alarm goes off from shower steam if the door is open. We enjoyed our stay & would happily stay here again. Property manager was excellent and the property was very clean and tidy.

Perfect! Easy check-in and check-out. Everything you need during a vacation. We liked the fact that we can cook our own meal or go out to eat. Location was perfect with nearby eateries, mall, and beach. Designated parking spot was the one essential factor that was a clincher for us. No extra fee for parking.

On sight parking is the real perk of this cozy studio. Kitchen had everything we need utilities wise, but it would be nice to provide the very basics for cooking (salt, oil). Wi-Fi was fast. Lanais were lovely. Street noise was only bad on Friday and Saturday nights. Clean, cute, comfortable. We had a great time.

This unit was simple, comfortable, clean and convenient. The building seemed very safe, parking was extremely easy and there was actually a view of the ocean from the lanai. I was nervous when I walked into the unit and saw the bed, but it was absolutely fine. My only suggestion for improvements: the unit is down to two spoons, and the drying rack needs a silverware holder.

This is the fourth time I've stayed in this room.I'm always satisfied. We were able to see the Hilton Hotel fireworks on Fridays from the lanai of our room, so we were able to see them twice this time.It's a shame that the parking lot attached to this room has a slightly low ceiling, but it wasn't a problem for us.The room furniture and beach goods are provided, so we had no trouble having fun.The location is in the center of Waikiki, so it's convenient for meals, the beach, and going out. There is also an Aloha Steakhouse on the first floor of the same building, which was delicious.I have just one request. I would be happy if you could provide the appropriate amount of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent for the number of nights and the number of people staying.

Place in dire need of a reno. Everything in there in desperate need of an update. Toilet too small for anyone over five feet two inches to properly use sitting down. Less than basic. Screen door barely would slide open. Appears run down and shabby.

Overall we loved the place, its close to everything like shopping, food, Beach etc.
We had hard time checking in because the instructions were not sent to us and they took forever to send them again. The Lady wasn’t in much os a hurry to send them. I had to call multiple times.
Therr are ants everywhere in the unit, looks like this building doesn’t have a regular pest control because ive seen other reviews about the same control.
There are 2 bathrooms but if you’re using both showers at the same time the water pressure is low.
But besides all these things we had a blast, the best this is you can walk to everything

It was nice and very convenient to the beach & close to stores & restaurants. The steak house on the 1st floor was superb, we will talk about it for years to come. Unfortunately we had a couple of hiccups one being that a fob stopped working but James was quick to fix it. Another was one of the elevators was out for a day. We just had to wait longer for a cab that was empty enough to get in. My daughter & I both slept great, had hot water for the showers. The showerhead was messed up where 50% (or so) of the water leaked around the edge & not going thru the sprayer. That made it hard to get the sand out of our hair. Probably need to replace the shower head.If im ever lucky enough to come back I'll definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience with this rental! Property was clean upon arrival. It was nice to have extra amenities such as beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a small cooler. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having a free parking spot was a huge plus. Check-in/out was easy. Will definitely come back again!

The best feature of this property is the location - closeness to the businesses in the area, to Waikiki Beach, and for this specific unit, the allocated parking. The unit itself is in good condition and everything worked. Some suggestions for improvements include: 1) Perhaps some upgrades to soundproofing the patio doors - street noise, especially garbage disposal starting at 500am is hearable daily. 2) some upgrades to the shading - while the shading worked, it was not complete - due to how the shades are configured, it is difficult to get close to blackout conditions - sunlight could come in even though all shades are down 3) some instructions for the TV / cable would be ideal - upon activation and turning on - the TV was not on the right input and one has to experiment to get the cable tv working. 4) AC can be improved - it is adequate - but needs to be maintained regularly 5) Water pressure in the shower could be improved - perhaps remove the water flow restrictor in the shower head. Other than above points, the unit is as advertised.

A/C in bedroom was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Cable TV would not work, sliders wouldn’t open and even if they did there were no screens so bugs could come in. No dish towels, no wash clothes!

Pictures were misleading, we got the penthouse and expected something really nice. It was old, needed an upgrade, window handles broken, air condition in bedroom never worked, washer in kitchen was stuck and could not open to remove our clothes, TV in bedroom was having problems, the manager was very cooperative and got us a refund percentage for all our trouble. The parking area was awful, very difficult to park with limited space.

Where to start….this was a great find! Committing to a condo for our trip was overwhelming. I spent a lot of time researching before selecting this condo and it fit our needs perfectly. Location is prime - you can walk to the beach, food hall, Royal Hawaiian center, international marketplace….everywhere! Bus stops are all over the place but it’s best to have a car and this condo has free parking, which is huge!! We had a Malibu and it fit in the spot just fine. No large sedans or SUVs. We brought tide pods, baggies for beach Sammie’s and snacks, a few extra rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags in case we ran out. We did buy a liquid hand soap to use - my personal preference. They provide hotel style soap and toiletries. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The building is secure and other visitors and desk folks were friendly. We used the beach chairs and cooler provided. Was so happy they had a cooler! They also have an umbrella but we didn’t use that or the boogie board. Had a really great stay here and plan to book again for our trip next year! Highly, highly recommend. This place checks all the boxes!

This was our first time to Hawaii. The location was great as several of the other guests at our son’s wedding stayed in the area. We could walk anywhere in Waikiki. We were able to get food and prepare in our room as we needed. Again everything was close. Brandie stayed in communication at all times. This was especially helpful when we were delayed flying in and arrived late. Had a fantastic time.

This was a great place to stay. It was walking distance to everything in Waikiki. The host was super chill and easy to communicate with. This place was a huge plus because it came with a parking stall. I think the only con was that it could get a little noisy in the morning. You can hear other people opening the sliding doors to the balcony.I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Apartment was clean and walkable to restaurants and shops. Was a bit confused re instructions to check in in terms of temporary parking but there was someone on duty to help.The parking spot itself is very tight and just about coped with a mid size SUV. Would def not work for a full size or bigger. See pic.The noise does travel, so even though it’s a high floor we could hear the traffic etc. Also whoever was above us decided to open and close their balcony doors from 5am. But this might be a temp resident so luck of the draw. I would say the whole building could do with a revamp in terms of the patio doors.

Great Location and Free Parking. Be prepared for a not spotless room and having to do AC maintenance. Bedding may or may not fit the bed. Not enough racks/hooks for towels for more than 1 person. AC is loud but it does help drown out the outside noise as it is not a soundproof room. Balcony table is too large. Fine for 1 person but if a second person has to get to a chair or if you want to get to the drying rack, good luck. If you just need a place to rest, aren't a light sleeper, FREE parking in the heart of Waikiki and don't mind cleaning when you arrive and maintenance of the AC, absolutely stay here and spend your money you saved on fun stuff. If you want a spotless, quiet hotel room with maid service and 24/7 concierge, this is not the place for you. I would definitely stay here again by myself for work. Would I bring my husband? Probably not because he would not be happy about having to do a "chore" with the AC.
