Rental had everything we needed and is conveniently located one block away from the beach. WiFi did go out halfway through our stay, though I attempted to reset the routers this did not resolve the issue. I notified client service, which should have sent someone. Half of the lights are WiFi enabled so we had to rely on two lamps for the rest of the stay.

This unit is in a perfect location, within one to two blocks of Waikiki Beach. You can walk to do most things without having a car. There are lots of restaurants, shopping, the beach, Waikiki Market, and tour busses are just a short walk from the unit.
If your are looking for a 5 star accommodation, then this VRBO is not for you. The unit is small but functional. It has a full kitchen and is more of a studio set up. The bathroom is small as well but has great shower water pressure. The lanai has a peek a boo view of Waikiki Beach. The sliding glass door to the lanai can be difficult to open, so use two people to accomplish the task. All in all, if you are looking as we were for a great location to the amenities of Waikiki Beach, then this is a good choice. We spent very little time hanging out in the unit, so it met our needs perfectly.

This studio is located just a block from Waikiki beach. It has everything you can possibly need during your vacation including a well equipped kitchen with microwave, full refrigerator, 4 burner stove with full oven, toaster, rice cooker, pots and pans, utensils, etc. In addition, it also has everything for the beach including beach chairs, beach umbrella and two boogie boards. The view from the balcony is just great! We had our breakfast every morning watching the surfers at the beach. The building is somewhat dated but that didn’t bother us. The apartment needs some updates. Steve was very responsive to everything we requested and is updating the apartment. We had a great time in Waikiki and enjoyed staying in this apartment. We will definitely be back!

The unit was in a great spot! Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the beach! The only complaints are the bathtub did not look clean and they did not have enough parking at the unit! The property manager, Steve, was easy to get ahold of and provided alternatives for parking and was available to answer any questions we had! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

My sister and I spent a month here in May, and I could not recommend this place enough! The check-in process was so easy and the condo ended up being ready for us early.
The place was super clean, has great views, and is one block from Waikiki Beach and ABC Stores, plus close to so much shopping and restaurants (Recommend Pai's Deli, The Sunrise Shack, Paia Fish Market!). Very walkable but also close to the bus line and car rentals.
We felt really safe as two young women, as there is a restaurant next door as well as other hotels so there are always people around and the area is well lit. The building door is locked all the time as well so only people with keys can get in.
The place is small, but feels a lot bigger when you open the curtains and let in all the natural light. We only ran the A/C at night as it's almost constantly breezy and comfortable.

The Seashore Condo is centrally located and within walking distance of everything we needed or wanted. Pick up for our Pearl Harbor tour was just across the street, as well as a coffee shop conveniently located in the Hyatt Regency. We enjoyed our coffee each morning on our balcony while we watched the waves and surfers.
The city and street noise are real. We embraced it all as part of our experience.
Steve was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions.
We would certainly stay here again!! Mahalo Steve!!

Spent 7 days at the Seashore and was our first visit to this property. We chose it due to its easy access to the beach, (1 block), and easy access to all the shops on Kalakaua, Kapiolani Beach Park, and Diamond Head. No need to rent a car as both transit and taxi/Uber etc all readily available.
While the property is an older one and the description on the site is spot on, the unit was exceptionally clean, the A/C worked great but not always needed as there often is a nice breeze from the ocean. Fantastic view from the lanai in the morning to check the surf, and perfectly shaded to enjoy in the afternoon and evening.
We look forward to coming back and booking this unit again.

Comfy bed and enough room for 2 to be comfortably spread out. Close to food/shopping/bars/BEACH. Still quiet enough with people outside, lots of outside equipment to use for lounging or playing at the beach! Parking/driving looks a little chaotic so we didn’t rent a car, just used uber/Lyft when we needed it. Great place to stay overall and would stay again!

The first major reason to stay here is the location.This property truly has unbeatable location, literally steps away from the Waikiki beach and most of the major shopping/dining options in the area. Bonus is it's right next to Hyatt Regency where alot of the tours offer pickup at.
Unit overall is fairly clean with a modern furnishing, pretty much exactly as you see in the pictures. Its abit on the smaller side, but perfect for solo traveler. Even though its not listed in amenities, there is actually a TV in the room (its the painting facing the bed) and has netflix access. A few sets of towels and beach towels were provided. There were also some snorkeling gear on the balcony.
The second reason is the massage chair. Its absolutely amazing especially after a exhausting day of walking and activities. Make sure you give it a try!
Points deducted for WiFi not working. I contacted their support number twice, both times they said they put in a case file and they will get in touch but never heard back from them since. I fixed the internet myself on the 4th day no thanks for them. (It seems like this isn't the first complaint about their broken WiFi. In case they still refuse to fix it, the actual network name and password is on the bottom of the google device where the modem is plugged into)

We loved our stay at the property. Steve, the rental manager was excellent. Responded quickly to text messages and emails, check-in instructions were clear, accurate and easy to understand. The room was exactly as pictured on the internet. Central and accessible to all the places in Waikiki. Price was reasonable.

Arrived to sheets in a ball on the bed covered in black sand/dirt. Towels in a bunch on the shower floor. Dirt all over the floor. I called immediately to inform Vacasa and was told a cleaning crew would be in touch within a few minutes. A few hours went by and I called again and they said that no crews were left to clean that day. I asked to be moved to a different rental for the night/until they could clean and was told that they’d get a new room sorted out and call in 15 minutes. 2 hours later no call. I ended up sweeping a portion of the floor and sleeping on the floor until midnight when Vacasa finally called and attempted to book us a hotel on a different Hawaiian island…
Towards the end of the trip I caught Covid. I called to see if I could cancel my next Vacasa rental on the big island and to extend my current one at Seashore 93. Both were booked direct through Vacasa. Vacasa refused to cancel, refund, or credit the other rental AND refused to extend the current stay at Seashore 93. We ended up having to pay and additional $2000 for 5 nights at hotel one block away because of it.
All in all, horrible experience.

This is a great location, affordable, has everything you need. It's close to everything. I stayed with my 9 year old daughter. It's safe, secure, super convenient. Communication was great, super flexible keyless entry to avoid having to deal with keys. Quiet side of the building. Ocean views. Kitchen. A block from the beach. Right next to Moku, the best place to rent boards in Waikiki.

This place is very new with great amenities inside. The best was decent for being away from home; got brand new pillows which was a plus. The unit had beach items, always a bonus and didn’t have to purchase them.
The only downside was the floor was extremely dirty and I had to wash it. Sweeping regularly is normal due to the sand. Also the hot water tap in the kitchen did not work. Kind of a bummer when washing dishes.
Otherwise overall a great place to stay. Location was fabulous and the view was honestly perfect. Very bright and airy environment.

We had a fabulous week here! Mike was super responsive and even had fresh homemade muffins, which were delicious, waiting for us upon arrival. The place had everything we needed. Location was close to everything at a fraction of the cost! Awesome view of Diamond Head and the ocean from the lanai. We were in search of the best Mai Tai on Oahu and we think the Mai Tais at the Shore Fyre restaurant next door were the best! Hope to return again in the future.

This property is in an ideal location to enjoy Waikiki! One block from the beach, great views and close to a wide array of shopping and dining.
The room, kitchen and balcony were perfect for the amount of time we actually spent inside.
Throughout the booking process, check-in and stay, Steve was extremely communicative and helped to provide a stress- free stay!
The building manager was incredibly accommodating and able to suggest great food and places to visit.
We would definitely stay here or at another one of Steve’s properties again!

Created an opportunity for us to book a place that provided just what we needed. The location of this unit is great! We can see Waikiki from fhe Lanai. My husband and I enjoyed coffee every morning outdoors as we saw the surfers catch a wave. The unit provided the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable. The ac helped cool things in the room. I recommend to keep the curtains closed when not in the unit it helps with heat. Although this unit is right next to a 2 restaurants and busy intersection the noise level was barely there. We never were bothered at night. People all around you are very respectful and helping. Thank you for an amazing vacation! We will book again.

Our time at the Seashores studio, was awesome. For a studio it had a very nice kitchenette with stove and oven, microwave and coffee maker. Bedroom area very spacious, with room for clothes to be hung, table and chairs for dining, nice size TV and private bath. Very clean and comfortable. I recommend this studio highly. Will stay there again!!!

We had a little bit of difficulty finding the property upon our arrival, but once we did, the check-in process went well. Every detail was explained very well in the emails. We were able to park our compact car in the parking lot under the Seashore, which was very nice. The room was nice and clean. We utilized the washer and dryer which was also very helpful for us. One thing we didn't enjoy so much was the amount of homeless people that seemed to come around every evening after dark, and so we didn't like to spend more time outside the building then necessary, otherwise they would be asking us for money. Overall though we enjoyed our stay at the Seashore. -Joel

This place was super close to everything. You could see the beach from the deck. You can walk to the bus station, the beach and restaurants. Steve was extremely responsive and took care of all our needs. The studio is small but has everything you need and is great for 2 people. Loved being on the 9th floor corner studio.

I am so glad we chose this place! Steve was wonderful and responsive, also checked in on us time to time. We were able to reserve a parking spot with David so that was a huge plus for us. Really didn't want to spend my time looking for parking.
The place was very clean and smelled clean. I loved how close it was to the beach and the view was wonderful! Every time we came back to the room, I mostly stayed on the balcony because who wouldn't. The showers, sinks, toilet, and kitchen appliances worked well. Loved how the elevators were super fast. I have no complaints during our stay. Such a great location!
Actually my only complaint is.... on the balcony I could smell the food from the restaurants next door and I always felt hungry. Lol 😆😝

Nicely furnished studio on the 9th floor of a small (compared to most others) condo building. Nice little view of the beach from the outside deck. And only a couple of minutes to the water. ABC store and restaurants right on the corner. So convenient. Looks just like the photographs in the listing. This is a place you’ll want to return to.
