This 334-square-foot studio has a queen bed and is perfect for one or two people. There are two elevators to service the building; we're on the ninth floor, and there are only six units per floor.

For your convenience and security, we will ask you for a code that is easy for you to remember, and we will use it to set the keypad lock to your room.

Though it is on the smallish side, it is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay in paradise. It features an ocean view lanai, a new air conditioner, a fully furnished kitchen with granite counters, a full-size refrigerator, stove, free personal WIFI, broadband internet, flat-screen TV with cable, all linens and towels, a microwave, toaster, hair dryer, and coffee maker.

Because the condo faces the northwest, it is not blasted by the sun during the day and usually provides a comfortable temperature. The unit has air conditioning and a fan when needed. If you have a late night on the town, you'll appreciate the new room-darkening drapes when you want to sleep late the next day, or for a nice siesta after a morning at the beach and a relaxing lunch.

Honolulu has the best weather on the planet! We get lots of sun, and our average daily temperature only varies slightly (nine degrees F, five degrees C) between Summer and Winter.

It is a great location for those who love the outdoors. The beach is across the street, where you can surf, boogie board, catch some rays, and swim; the lovely Kapiolani Park is a great place to walk, run and even hike up Diamond Head! It is also the perfect location if lying on the beach is your choice for exercise!

We have a Walk Score of 88, and the only reason it isn't higher is that they factor in schools. A rental car is not required because everything is so close. However, if you choose to visit places not within walking distance, the Honolulu bus service is a 5-minute walk, or maybe you'll decide to rent a sports car or motorcycle from across the street! Many car rental companies are available in the area, too. There is limited parking at the building; most guests do not use a car, and parking is not included in the rent. Public parking is available in the neighborhood.

The Seashore building is not fancy; it has no front desk, waterfalls, or valet parking. However, it is the closest you can get to the beach in a vacation rental. Some of the Beach Boys who work at the surf rental/lesson places on Waikiki Beach live in the building. Do not be surprised if you see sandy footprints in the elevators! There is a surf shop on the ground floor and another right next door (along with a couple of restaurants), so there are usually people without shirts and shoes hanging around or working at the surf shop. So, if you are uncomfortable around surfers, another building would be better.

Our unit is a great home base for exploring the island. Diamond Head, Honolulu Zoo, Honolulu Aquarium, Pearl Harbor, Chinatown, the big waves on the North Shore, Polynesian Cultural Center, Kailua, world-class golf courses and more are all easily accessible.

Whether you simply want to relax or see everything Honolulu offers, this is a great place to stay!

This unit is so perfectly located in all aspects. The restaurant on the corner, Shorefyre is delicious. Just a short walk to anywhere of importance. Would loved to have stayed longer but it was already booked for the next week. *Thoughtful amenities were included also.

This place is as advertised. It is a small well maintained unit in a great location close to the beach. It is a good value for the price. Works out great as a place to come back to after a long day of exploring Waikiki. The owner is very attentive to addressing any issues or concerns to make sure the stay is as expected which is reassuring. Would recommend staying here if looking for a good place on a budget.

This unit is in a perfect location, within one to two blocks of Waikiki Beach. You can walk to do most things without having a car. There are lots of restaurants, shopping, the beach, Waikiki Market, and tour busses are just a short walk from the unit. If your are looking for a 5 star accommodation, then this VRBO is not for you. The unit is small but functional. It has a full kitchen and is more of a studio set up. The bathroom is small as well but has great shower water pressure. The lanai has a peek a boo view of Waikiki Beach. The sliding glass door to the lanai can be difficult to open, so use two people to accomplish the task. All in all, if you are looking as we were for a great location to the amenities of Waikiki Beach, then this is a good choice. We spent very little time hanging out in the unit, so it met our needs perfectly.

This studio is located just a block from Waikiki beach. It has everything you can possibly need during your vacation including a well equipped kitchen with microwave, full refrigerator, 4 burner stove with full oven, toaster, rice cooker, pots and pans, utensils, etc. In addition, it also has everything for the beach including beach chairs, beach umbrella and two boogie boards. The view from the balcony is just great! We had our breakfast every morning watching the surfers at the beach. The building is somewhat dated but that didn’t bother us. The apartment needs some updates. Steve was very responsive to everything we requested and is updating the apartment. We had a great time in Waikiki and enjoyed staying in this apartment. We will definitely be back!

The unit was in a great spot! Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the beach! The only complaints are the bathtub did not look clean and they did not have enough parking at the unit! The property manager, Steve, was easy to get ahold of and provided alternatives for parking and was available to answer any questions we had! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The Seashore Condo is centrally located and within walking distance of everything we needed or wanted. Pick up for our Pearl Harbor tour was just across the street, as well as a coffee shop conveniently located in the Hyatt Regency. We enjoyed our coffee each morning on our balcony while we watched the waves and surfers. The city and street noise are real. We embraced it all as part of our experience. Steve was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. We would certainly stay here again!! Mahalo Steve!!

Spent 7 days at the Seashore and was our first visit to this property. We chose it due to its easy access to the beach, (1 block), and easy access to all the shops on Kalakaua, Kapiolani Beach Park, and Diamond Head. No need to rent a car as both transit and taxi/Uber etc all readily available. While the property is an older one and the description on the site is spot on, the unit was exceptionally clean, the A/C worked great but not always needed as there often is a nice breeze from the ocean. Fantastic view from the lanai in the morning to check the surf, and perfectly shaded to enjoy in the afternoon and evening. We look forward to coming back and booking this unit again.

Comfy bed and enough room for 2 to be comfortably spread out. Close to food/shopping/bars/BEACH. Still quiet enough with people outside, lots of outside equipment to use for lounging or playing at the beach! Parking/driving looks a little chaotic so we didn’t rent a car, just used uber/Lyft when we needed it. Great place to stay overall and would stay again!

This property has a balcony with a great view of Waikiki beach, so we enjoyed beautiful sunrise and sunset. Property building is a bit dated and could probably with an update/sprucing. Inside the unit is fine.

This property is in an ideal location to enjoy Waikiki! One block from the beach, great views and close to a wide array of shopping and dining. The room, kitchen and balcony were perfect for the amount of time we actually spent inside. Throughout the booking process, check-in and stay, Steve was extremely communicative and helped to provide a stress- free stay! The building manager was incredibly accommodating and able to suggest great food and places to visit. We would definitely stay here or at another one of Steve’s properties again!

Steve, Created an opportunity for us to book a place that provided just what we needed. The location of this unit is great! We can see Waikiki from fhe Lanai. My husband and I enjoyed coffee every morning outdoors as we saw the surfers catch a wave. The unit provided the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable. The ac helped cool things in the room. I recommend to keep the curtains closed when not in the unit it helps with heat. Although this unit is right next to a 2 restaurants and busy intersection the noise level was barely there. We never were bothered at night. People all around you are very respectful and helping. Thank you for an amazing vacation! We will book again.

Our time at the Seashores studio, was awesome. For a studio it had a very nice kitchenette with stove and oven, microwave and coffee maker. Bedroom area very spacious, with room for clothes to be hung, table and chairs for dining, nice size TV and private bath. Very clean and comfortable. I recommend this studio highly. Will stay there again!!!

We had a little bit of difficulty finding the property upon our arrival, but once we did, the check-in process went well. Every detail was explained very well in the emails. We were able to park our compact car in the parking lot under the Seashore, which was very nice. The room was nice and clean. We utilized the washer and dryer which was also very helpful for us. One thing we didn't enjoy so much was the amount of homeless people that seemed to come around every evening after dark, and so we didn't like to spend more time outside the building then necessary, otherwise they would be asking us for money. Overall though we enjoyed our stay at the Seashore. -Joel

This place was super close to everything. You could see the beach from the deck. You can walk to the bus station, the beach and restaurants. Steve was extremely responsive and took care of all our needs. The studio is small but has everything you need and is great for 2 people. Loved being on the 9th floor corner studio.

I am so glad we chose this place! Steve was wonderful and responsive, also checked in on us time to time. We were able to reserve a parking spot with David so that was a huge plus for us. Really didn't want to spend my time looking for parking. The place was very clean and smelled clean. I loved how close it was to the beach and the view was wonderful! Every time we came back to the room, I mostly stayed on the balcony because who wouldn't. The showers, sinks, toilet, and kitchen appliances worked well. Loved how the elevators were super fast. I have no complaints during our stay. Such a great location! Actually my only complaint is.... on the balcony I could smell the food from the restaurants next door and I always felt hungry. Lol 😆😝

Nicely furnished studio on the 9th floor of a small (compared to most others) condo building. Nice little view of the beach from the outside deck. And only a couple of minutes to the water. ABC store and restaurants right on the corner. So convenient. Looks just like the photographs in the listing. This is a place you’ll want to return to.

This property had the perfect location for staying in downtown Waikiki. We felt comfortable walking to any of the shops or restaurants without feeling like we strayed too far from the condo. Also beach chairs and boogie boards were on the balcony, that was a pleasant perk.

The unit itself was fine, adequately equipped, clean, comfortable bed and good linens. The building corridor need to be refreshed. There is a restaurant next door that has open air music and surf board rental which creates a lot of noise. Also a motorcycle rental on the adjacent street. The noise was not after midnight, but we did not use the balcony in the evenings because of it. . This unit is probably too close to the "action" for older vacationers. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive.

Just completed a two week stay at this condo and it was lovely. It's got just what you need for a vacation at the beach. Comfortable bed, kitchen essentials, lanai with view of the beach, and sunset, perfect location. The airco works great but you may find you don't need/want it with the lovely island breezes. Steve M., manager, is absolutely a pro, detailed, helpful, and easy to reach. The studio was in the heart of Waikiki Beach,it was secure, clean and we felt very comfortable there. It is walking distance to everything even to the beautiful St. Augustine church. No car needed..We enjoyed a gorgeous view of the Ocean and sunsets right from our balcony every day and the beat of the vibrant life of Waikiki beach, I wish I could leave there!!! I give it 10 stars!!!!

This little condo was the perfect spot to catch all the action on Waikiki Beach! Beautiful views of the beach, including sunrises and sunsets! It is in the heart of the city and in walking distance to just about anything! Many tours around the surrounding areas with local pickup here and around this address! There is an ABC store right across the street that is very convenient for snacks, drinks, and more! The condo is as pictured and Steve made sure we were all set with multiple communications during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!
