Spent 4 nights in September. Everything was excellent, zero surprises. Communication with the owner, check-in and check-out, and the entire process was a breeze. The place was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked with high-end cookware and every utensil and small appliance you'd need, and the bed was comfy. Plus the view. All in all, would stay here again and would 100% recommend!

I don’t think I realized that this condo was on the 21st floor of a 36 ish story building. The height does give you a great view which we really enjoyed. The condo is within easy walking distance of any of the sights along Waikiki beach. I especially appreciated having laundry supplies in the condo; the washer/dryer were on every floor and worked fine! The little coffee shop in the lobby has great baked goods.

Everything was top notch. East access to the beach and dinning. Pool and hot tub were nice. And the bed was very comfortable. Will be returning.

We stayed for four nights on a layover with the goal of getting some beach time prior to our further travels. The location of the unit was great - just a few blocks from Waikiki Beach. The unit was comfortable with amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in . We really enjoyed having the beach chairs, straw mats for the beach, and boogie boards available for our use. Laundry was available which was helpful. I would definitely stay here again if in Waikiki.

Having stayed in VRBO properties numerous times I'm sometimes prone to saying, "matched the photos". In this case the home far exceeded the photos. This home is beautiful and equipped way beyond any reasonable expectation. Make this place your home during your next trip to Hawaii. You will not be disappointed. Lastly, and most importantly, the owners (Hosts) Mr. & Mrs. Riggs (Art & Debbie) are seriously interested in their guests welfare, comfort, and enjoyment and I've never said that about any previous host and I've stayed in VRBO properties over 100 times.

Very nice, recently renovated condo. Tile floor throughout is really nice. Kitchen has all the essentials to make cooking really easy. Bed is great. Beach supplies are amazing. We will be definitely stay at this place again in the future.

This condo is a quick walk to the beach and all restaurants/shops. Debbie was very helpful and assisted in getting the check-in information when it had gone to my spam without me realizing. She also helped get in touch with property management when minor fixes were needed to the condo during our stay. Would recommend staying here!

Pros:
The condo itself is clean and as pictured online.
The condo is in a good location.
Everything was provided for our stay including kitchen and beach gear!
Cons:
The pool/recreation area is older and dirty.
The parking attendant holds up the line entering into the condo every single time.
Neutral comments:
Our check in process was delayed due to an error but was corrected immediately once we reached management.
The air conditioner is a little loud but cools the unit quickly.
For the price, a good option.

We ahead a great stay in Honolulu. The apartment was a few blocks from Waikiki Beach. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It can be loud at night when sleeping but should be expected with a city. There was a fan in the room that we used and it helped drowned out the noise. My only recommendation would be that the sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on. I have sciatica issues and it aggrevated it. My husband had no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

This unit is on the 21st floor of a 40 story building. It looks brand new, with granite countertops modern decor and new foam mattress king sized bed. It has two large screen HDTV’s, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The pool on the sixth floor outside deck is well kept and very warm. There are also two jacuzzis. There are three elevator banks and we never had to wait… This was a lovely experience…. Mahalo

Absolutely fabulous property with millions dollars view. There is everything for your enjoyment: TV’s, beach chairs, choice of towels, comfortable mattress, all possible dish-ware and equipment for cooking, even professional chef’s knives (how many VRBO properties have at least one decent knife?)!

After landing in Honolulu we paid careful attention to the instructions to make sure our check-in process was smooth and we could unwind once we arrived. We parked in the garage and went up to our room on the 21st floor, only to find that someone was still in it cleaning the condo. We weren’t given any explanation at this point and instead told to go all the way back down and speak with the supervisor at the property management company on the 5th floor of the opposite tower. Keep in mind we are carrying all of our luggage with us for each of these trips. The supervisor let us know that even though it was 4:45 and our check-in time was 4:00 our room wasn’t done being cleaned and that it should be done within an hour. We then had to follow the supervisor back to they condo (luggage in hand) and get the parking pass. This whole experience was extremely disappointing and we would have loved to check in at the time we paid for and was listed in our contract. At the very least the rental company should have reached out to us to let us know the rental wouldn’t be ready in time.
The room was very clean and we were grateful for the amenities. However, we likely wouldn’t come back due to the poor customer service from the rental company.

Our stay at this condo made our Hawaii vacation fabulous. Our son and his family live in near by Hawaii Kai so staying at this beautiful condo made our family time together wonderful. We will hopefully be able to rent it again next summer when we return!

The property was clean, well-equipped and everything the advertisement showed. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked beach and pool equipment. The location is about 2 easy blocks from Waikiki beach.
