Our stay at the condo was exceptional! It lived up to its presentation—clean, conveniently located, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The perfect size for our family of three. Niki was fantastic with communication, and her detailed information booklet was a great help. Although we were too occupied with the surrounding nature to utilize the beach gear provided, we loved that they were available. We highly recommend the Diamond Crater hike and the Makapu’u Point Lighthouse Trail, beautiful! The condo had everything you need, from a great coffee machine to soaps and the daily necessities like paper towels. The parking was a bonus as well! We’re so glad we booked Niki’s place; she was an amazing help and quick to respond to all our queries, even helping us try to locate items left behind. We highly recommend staying here - great hosts, great location, great experience!

My first Vrbo experience was fantastic. The host, Niki, is a great communicator and very accommodating. It’s conveniently located and I was impressed with how much closer to the beach. The view from balcony is also amazing. The place is clean and they got everything we needed. Highly recommended!

We just returned home from an amazing stay in Waikiki! The condo went above and beyond our expectations…check in was seamless, the view was AMAZING, and it was so clean and inviting. The space has everything you could possibly need, including so many spices, salt/pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, etc. It was so nice to have the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and a wagon for beach days too! Plus the beds were comfy!! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Stayed here for first visit to Oahu and was not disappointed. Easy walk to the beach and very accessible to other attractions. Host was an excellent communicator before, during, and after trip. Unit was clean and up to date. Included all possible amenities that we needed. Appliances were even top notch and not rental grade. Nice touch is that the drawers were all labeled so didn’t spend half my trip looking for stuff. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very spacious, clean and had a great view of the ocean. It was also just a couple blocks away from the beach and various restaurants. The host was also quick to answer any questions and gave very detailed instructions for our stay. Great experience for me and my family. Mahalo!

Once you figure out the parking and head to your room, you are immediately greeting with an amazing view of the ocean! The unit has clearly been remodeled recently, it is very clean and modern. Very bright and airy. Kitchen is fully equipped and balcony holds extra supplies for the beach. Unit is near to the laundry and trash room and we found that very convenient.

Overall, a nice property. The unit has everything one would need, and then some. It is perfect for a couple. We really appreciated the "beach wagon" so we could transport the chairs (provided) and the umbrella (provided), as well as our own small cooler and snorkel gear, to the beach. The beach is a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We decided not to rent a car, and relied on Uber/Lyft, and excursion providers to get us where we wanted to go. Noise level from the street (even on the 22nd floor) was a little surprise, but this a CITY with LOTS of people. You get used to it. The owners are very responsive to communication. We didn't have any problem - so no real reason for constant contact. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a very good stay at the condo! Kids loved all the beach stuff provided. Place was very clean with comfortable beds! Lots of little extra’s included which was awesome ie coffee, sugar, spices, soap. Extremely well equipped rental compared to our one on Maui! Would highly recommend! Never needed to contact the owners as no issues but they contacted us to make sure we were good and check on if we needed anything! Top notch!

Our stay at Niki’s condo was great. The condo has everything that you might need. The location was very close to the beach and in the prime location, the kitchen was equipped very well, beds were also very comfortable. We really appreciated a free parking. We had an amazing time and we will definitely come back and book the condo again, if available.

First time renting with this owner! Communication was excellent from the booking to a few minor issues that came up with the internet. Was dealt with immediately and resolved.

Condo is perfect for a couple or small family. Location is close to everything: beach, shops, zoo, restaurants etc. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, good view from the balcony, pool area is fun for the kids. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

I have stayed in many places in Honolulu, both condominiums and luxury hotels. This is the best, most complete value I’ve found yet. This cozy, stylish condo on the 22nd floor is perfect for couples. single travelers and families/groups of four. The location is perfectly situated for shopping at either end of Waikiki and great for walks and runs to the various beach parks off of Diamond Head Rd.
Firstly, it was absolutely SPOTLESS. Secondly, everything is explained , in complete detail, from entry and parking to extensive information regarding the best restaurants and things to do. (P/t resident daughter gave her seal of approval!)
The ease and swiftness of friendly communication is also a big plus, I felt so at ease asking questions and always received a quick answer.
While I was there to just enjoy a few days with my UH student daughter before we headed home for Winter Break there is a wonderful assortment of beach going accessories on the lanai, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped.
I will be certainly staying here again and highly recommend this property.

This property has literally everything you could want or need for your Hawaii vacation! The condo was very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed for the beach including a beach wagon to carry all the beach supplies including chairs, towels, and even floaties! Just a couple blocks to the beach and/or easily accessible parking to get around the island in our rental car. Highly recommend this property - we can't wait to come back!

This was one of the nicest hosts we have had the pleasure of staying at their place, willing to make everything ideal for us with easy communication throughout our stay, great recommendations, and for the first of many times we have stayed in Waikiki, there was not a single thing we wished we had access to! We feel they truly had thought of and it all and then some! Very nice, stunning views of the ocean and beach, clean and appealing accommodations and very comfortable! We loved the location, as for us in particular it was close to our daughter who is settled in a home close by and attending UH! Also close to the beach, many restaurants and places we appreciate to not have to repark the truck once we were settled!
The complex is also really nice and clean with great facilities and parking was well thought out. We really appreciated the accommodations for oversized vehicles while moving our daughter in during the week!
If you are up for the 7 mile trip, the recommended walk/hike to the top of Diamond Head from the Condo was one of our highlights ever on the Island and it was nice to be able to do it without having to once again, move the car! We left early in the AM to beat the heat and stopped at a nice coffee shop on the way back!
Definitely not our last time here and this will be our first choice to stay in the future trips back. We were sad to see it was already booked for our next time out! Beyond grateful to Nikita & Minesh for generously offering their beautiful property!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s clean, confortable, very well equipped and has a nice ocean view. Everything you need for beach leisure is provided. Free parking is a plus in this part of the city. Minesh and Niki are very helpful.
I would definitely recommend it to my friends and would stay again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (two teenagers and parents) for our stay on Oahu. The condo is clean, well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. It is an easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Sitting on the balcony for a cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the city and the ocean was a treat. Each teenager had their own bed and we were very comfortable. Parking on site was a bonus. Highly recommend this property for a taste of city life in Waikiki.

Great location. Great beach and trip amenities (cooler, wagon ect) love having coffee and tea available so we didn’t have to go out every morning looking. If you are looking for a condo in the Waikiki area - you have found the best! To start, Minesh is an outstanding host. From the initial inquiry and request to our on-site stay and departure - he was fabulous. The condo is five star! It is in the Waikiki Banyan complex which is conveniently located to everything. Minesh has renovated the condo and it is immaculate, well-equipped with beautiful décor, amenities, furnishings and amazing view of the city, ocean and lights. We loved it. The location is about a block from Waikiki beach where you will find all kinds of fun - the beach, upscale shops, nightlife, both casual and fine dining. It was also convenient to have a parking spot in the garage. I highly recommend a stay at the condo for a true relaxing retreat. We also appreciated Minesh's recommendations on dining and activities. If you are planning a beach day, you're covered as the condo has everything you need: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, pool floats and beach toys. Everything in the condo is in top condition and you can see the pride in ownership and commitment to a five-star accommodation. Thank you Minesh for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy 8 nights - we loved every minute!

The property was newly remodeled, with a great view of Waikiki. We found some issues with cleanliness and reported it. The owner did find out that his regular housekeeper had NOT cleaned before our stay, and refunded me $100. The property was well stocked. Just missing some small items like a broom, measuring spoons, and we would recommend a full length mirror. But overall it was great!

If I can give this review a six stars I would that's how much we loved. Host Minesh has been exceptional from pre-booking to throughout out stay. He responded quickly to our questions, made recommendations to sightseeing, hiking, restaurants and local supermarkets even before we left for our trip. During our stay he checked with us several times to see if we were enjoying our time in Waikiki. He is awesome!
The property:
It is the best property we have ever stayed at. It is clean, modern and fully stocked. Trust me when I said it is well stocked! The kitchen has all new appliances and filled with all kinds of seasonings. It also has cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. It made it very convenient when going to the beach. Oh, the Waikiki beach is literally one block away. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. We had booked Hilton Waikiki Beach resort and once we saw this property we ended up booking this property and canceling the Hilton Waikiki and I am glad we did.
We really love this place and would definitely come back again.
