The 36th floor is very high so elevator rides are long. But the condo is great, everything is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Decor is feminine and very relaxing. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach with a breakwall so can wade in the beautiful water and easy walking distance to everything, stores, restaurants, more beaches.... Parking was included and spaces were available at all times. I would stay again.

My partner and i stayed here for 3 weeks. We had an absolutely amazing time and are so glad we did our research to find this gem. The condo was beautiful, clean and well equipped for our needs. With parking included, it was easy to rent a car for the days we needed. The views of Diamond Head are breathtaking as well as the ocean and sunset views. A fully functional kitchen was a big money saver for meals. It truly felt like home while we were there. Sunrise and coffee on the lanai is a must. Check in was vey easy. By far, this was the most peaceful stay we've ever had in Waikiki. The only real negative thing i can think of was having to leave. Mahalo nui loa, we will return!

Loved the property and location. having a small store and coffee shop downstairs was great. being close to everything in Waikiki was amazing....and the views are incredible. Property was just like pictures. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas we a plus . The pool and hot tub on the 6th floor was great and rarely busy. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

This is a wonderful location with amazing views of Diamondhead and the ocean. The condo is clean and is perfectly located for easy access to the beach and all that Waikiki has to offer. Great place for anyone looking to explore and enjoy Waikiki.

Such a beautiful view from the unit, minutes walk from the beach, building even has a great little coffee shop, pretty much everything you could ask for. It was really spacious and we especially enjoyed all the beach equipment. Will definitely book this one again.

Good location 2 blocks from the beach. Parking included which was essential with a rental car. Beautiful view from the 36th floor. Well equipped kitchen if you need to cook. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Very dated decor with stained area rug. One window A/C in the living room which meant that the bedroom area got very hot when the door was closed for privacy. The sofa bed broke after our first night so we had to sleep on an air mattress for the rest of the week. It was unfortunate because a comfortable bed is essential for a good nights sleep while on vacation.

Arrival was very easy. We called the property manager, who was very nice, and was able to easily get into our condo. It was amazing walking in and seeing the view of Diamondhead. Breath taking. Everything was very clean. We did have a little issue with the TV. We had an issue with connection of the cable tv. However, that didn’t matter because we spent a lot of time outside and on the beach. Amazing location and place.

We loved staying in this condo for our Oahu trip. The views of Diamondhead and the ocean are simply stunning such that the photos do not do it justice. Plenty of space in the unit, comfortable beds, great ac, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach equipment. We hope to stay here again!

If you’re looking for a clean, good-sized condo that’s a block from Waikiki beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping, this is it! Add in amenities like free parking and a spectacular view of Diamond Head and you won’t want to stay anywhere else!

Views were fantastic apartment was quite nice and met our needs couple little repairs that need to be performed but other than that a good stay. Table and balcony was too big for the size of the balcony as were the chairs. It would’ve been nice to have the beach equipment stored over near the air conditioner and enough room for four chairs and a couple small tables.

My entire family was in Hawaii for our nephew's/cousin's wedding and we were SO happy about our condo at the Waikiki Banyan! The view was incredible, the furnishings were comfy and cute and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked! We would definitely return and would recommend to any/everyone we know!

We could not have asked for a better condo to have stayed at for our vacay!
It was spotless, the views were incredible, the beds comfy.
Kitchen was very well equipped - had everything we needed plus added bonus of some sundries that were greatly appreciated such as salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, fresh ice, etc.
I also loved all the cleaning supplies.
Kids loved the pool for early morning and early evenings.
Location was fantastic, quick walk to the beach and free parking also a huge plus. We made use of the boogie boards, umbrellas and cooler.
Lots of food options close by, and hubby and I enjoyed taking turns running up and around Diamond Head in the early mornings.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing time staying here. It was so nice to be able to make a meal “at home” and have a full refrigerator to store water and cold drinks. The elevators were quick and there was plenty of parking, very safe and secure. Also our view was incredible!

This condo is just a mere 5 walking minutes away from Waikiki Beach and there are 4 adult beach chairs (and 2 kid-size ones), to 2 beach umbrellas, and a couple of boogie boards. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you have in your own kitchen, including Tupperware-like containers to pack snacks! If you need your daily dose of Starbucks, there’s one within 3 minutes walking distance. We stayed at this condo for one week with 4 adults and the space worked out very well. It has plenty of storage for both clothing and groceries. There is a public washer and dryer in a room that’s right next to the condo entrance. Very convenient! You can pay for your loads via an app or with quarters. The views are spectacular. The pictures speak for themselves. You’ll see the sun rising behind Diamond Head in the morning from the lanai on one side and you’ll see the sun setting over the ocean on the other side. It’s convenient that parking is included. The garage spanning the bottom 5 floors of the building has tight corners to navigate and the spaces are narrow but it’s manageable. The check-in process was flawless. This condo has everything for a wonderful and memorable stay in Honolulu.

The apartment is on the corner of the 36th floor so the view is awesome!! Unblocked view over Diamond Head from the balcony & a lovely view of Waikiki beaches from the bedroom & kitchen windows. The apartment is tastefully decorated with very comfortable furnishings. All beach equipment supplied. The kitchen has a few necessities like salt & pepper etc. An easy 1 block walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Great value for money. The only downside is the lift is very slow!

The condo was as advertised - great views and very clean. Easy check in and check out. Free parking was great too. No issues there. The pool was prefect as was the jacuzzi. The only negative was the loud A/C unit. It is right next to the bedroom and the noise is significant when you are trying to sleep.

Have stayed in the Banyan on many trips to Oahu but this is the first time in a corner unit. Bonus view from the kitchen but really enjoyed the Diamond Head and Ocean view. the condo was well furnished with all necessities and very clean.

We checked in right around sunset and as soon as we opened the front door our Jaws dropped. Amazing corner unit views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach that you really can't experience anywhere else. Place was very clean. Kids slept on the pull out bed with no issues. AC worked fine. So many beach goodies to use during our stay, boogie boards, awesome Tommy Bahama beach umbrella and chairs, full face snorkel masks. The only thing we didn't find was a beach mat, but we brought our own anyways. Bathroom was clean and had some basic toiletries, and a couple sets of towels. Really appreciated how close the laundry room was (right next to the front door) but didn't hear any machine noises. You can hear the noise from the street if you have the windows opened in the bathroom and kitchen, but only noticed it when people were cheering and clapping from a hotel a block away where there was a fire dance performer. We could watch him from the kitchen, so cool!! Loved the free parking downstairs, we rented a jeep and wasn't sure about the low ceiling height but we made it no issues! Would 100% stay here again.

We had a grand time at the Banyan and would do it again in a heartbeat. The condo was clean & quiet, the views spectacular, the bed comfortable, beach supplies included - yep, everything you would need for a great stay. Even though it was on the 36th floor, the elevators were fast and never crowded. Parking of course was a huge plus also.

This condo in the Waikiki Banyan is nice the view is pretty from the lanai with Mountain View’s and partially ocean view. If you want a ocean view you can stand and look out the kitchen window.
Communication with Shari was terrible as she gave us the wrong person to check in with. Tried to get ahold of Shari about the issue which was the day before we left! No return phone calls from her. I had to google this property manager found out she had passed in July and our trip was September 4th! Finally got ahold of another lady who helped us at this property management company. You gave us check in info and such not cool for starters. Place was fine I would not cook on have the rusted filthy pans that were in there! Pulled a bowl out one morning that had stuck on broccoli still on it! So long story short would not stay there again. Yes you can walk to the beach a long block about 6 minute walk only good thing plus free parking. Tried contacting this owner to no avail even while there not cool at all!

This was, so far, my favorite condo/property in Waikiki after staying there for many years. The location, for my needs, near the zoo, is fantastic. The unit itself is spacious enough for one or two people and occasional guests. I stayed there a full month and felt at home. The view is amazing. The building, Waikiki Banyan does need some updates but overall a good value.

We had the absolute best time staying in Oahu at this lovely condo. The views are absolutely stunning! You see Diamond Head and the ocean from practically every window. The condo itself is so well stocked- providing beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella is so very thoughtful and helpful! We loved the ease of this location to walk to the beach and restaurants. We also used it as a great home base to explore all of Oahu. We kayaked, snorkeled, hiked and ate our way through Oahu. You will not be disappointed in this property. It’s the nicer VRBO I have ever stayed in. Mahalo for sharing your lovely home in Waikiki!! We hope to be back!

This unit was everything you could imagine. When I was younger the Banyan was known to be a little outdated. However, what Shari and her Team has done, goes above my expectations. The condo was fully loaded with all the appliances you could think of, bedding/sheets/towels for days! And a bright and clean unit that oversees Diamond Head. It couldn’t get any better! Condo was exactly as described and what you see in the photos. Light filled Condo was very clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach equipment, like beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for kids. Waking up to the view of Diamond head each morning is beautiful. There's an ocean view from kitchen and bedroom too. The sofa bed was good size and comfortable for our kids. They have a twin blow up bed on site which we also used for our youngest one. Free parking was a big plus for us as street parking in Waikiki is normally a big challenge or pricey. There's a small convenience store in complex if you need something fast, although we went to Safeway, about a 10 minute drive, for essential food. Kuhio Beach is a 5 minute walk, which our young kids enjoyed as it has a seawall and calm water. Complex pool was warm in May, even at night. It was nice to have a corner unit as it was very quiet and no neighbor noise. Overall, great place to stay. Highly recommended!

This condo is perfectly located to view Diamond Head and the surfers on the beach. Easy walk to the beach for a swim and great food all around! We liked the convenience of the store and breakfast bar downstairs. The pool and snack bar were inviting, but we didn’t have time to partake.

Can't say enough good things about this property, but let me name a few. This is a great location, close to everything, restaurants, Waikiki Beach, grocery stores, etc., ect.. The condo was immaculate and the bed very comfy. There were beach chairs available along with a beach umbrella and boogie boards. Waikiki Banyan has a great little cafe (Banyan Breeze) and a handy little store stocked with essentials. There is free parking which is rare on Waikiki Beach . The owner Shari and her agent Jeannie are very amenable and easy to work with. The condo is in my opinion the best value in Waikiki. We would stay there again and again.

"Wow"s were what we said as soon as we entered the condo. Views of Diamond Head mountain and the ocean were breathtaking. The unit was very clean, comfortable and convenient, and the owner was very kind, so were the people working in the lobby and parking area. Before we leave we already dreamed to come back again!
