Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. The only critiques we have are that the online listing wasn't completely accurate, as there was mention of a Playstation 3 in the room and games for rent in the lobby, neither of which were true. Also, the TV remote was only partially functional and the TV casting was very hit or miss.

The apt was in centre are to shopping downtown beach. Things the were list online were not there like hairdryer DVD player beach towels They did get us the hairdryer and beach towels.it was a older building not all the washers were working The building was kept clean.

My stay in the apartment was 4 1/2 months, I lived in the apartment during my studies. The apartment was very clean. The size of the apartment was perfect for me alone. The apartment is very well equipped, from dishes to towels, to vacuum cleaner, everything is available. The building itself offers a washing machine and dryer on each floor, these need coins. Parking spaces are also available. The location of the property is more than central, within a short walk to the beach, the bus stop can be reached within a minute. There are plenty of shopping facilities. I really enjoyed my stay here, I would be happy to stay again!

Very Hawaiian 🌺 feeling in lobby with seating and good pool area. BBQ spot needs a light to permit cooking past 6 pm. A toaster and broom/ dust pan would complete amenities in our room. The deck door needs fixing as locking mechanism is questionable? Hotel location is perfect to access the heart of Waikiki

The beds were the deplorable conditions. The queen size bed had a huge dip on one side. The twin size bed had lost its frame and was declining towards the floor.
Carpet was extremely dirty.
The sliding door raddled constantly with the slightest wind.

We wish we had a broom and dust pan in the room. Everything else in the room was great. The loved the property, it was lovely, clean and pretty quiet. All staff was very hospitable, friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Very nice!

The room slept and fit the three of us very comfortably. The location is walking distance to anything you may need, which is really nice. The attendees were very attentive to all of our needs. The amenities are nice! They provided chairs for our beach visit along with beach towels, free dvds for our viewing enjoyment, cold water for our water bottles, and a bottle opener for our Pinot! I gave the cleanliness of the room a 4. There were some elements of the room that, to us, looked untouched that should have been but nothing so bad I would recommend not being there. The refrigerator is a compact one but suited our needs as we bought groceries to prevent us from having to eat out for every meal. We rented a car and the parking garage was nice, clean and easily accessible. The laundry room was nice to have as well…we used it 2 or 3 times. I’d go back to this place in a heartbeat

This condo was a great place to stay. It was exactly as described and there was the bonus of the use of beach towels and chairs which was handy. The only thing I would have liked was a broom so I could sweep the floor daily. Cleaning is around if you need but it’s nice not to have to ask. A hot plate also would have been nice to have but that was not in description so we new that. Everything was great and well equipped for our stay.

There was a leak in the unit before I moved in, so they temporarily moved me into a studio. They did refund me the difference and did everything they could to make it up to me. After one week in the studio, they moved me to the one bedroom unit. Cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved and there were some issues with the elevator during my time there. There was only one toilet paper during my time there, but I’m sure I could have gotten more. Good internet and TV stations, but unit is a little older. Overall not bad!

Check in was really easy and everyone was really helpful and friendly. Walk to Waikiki Beach was short and having access to restaurants and shops was nice. My only complaint would be not having paper towels or drying towels in the sink area.

Front desk was very professional especially Vinh, housekeeping was very helpful and friendly (Alicia G.) always smiling. The only problem that we had was the last 4 days of my staying, we have a couple downstairs on room #801 that was smoking weed on the balcony pretty much all day and hrs, the only think that the front desk was not able to do much because it was a private property, but they were very concern about it and took care of it. Casey was very helpful as well, great communication.
