The views from the balcony were great. You could see the ocean, Ala Wai canal and the mountains. It is centrally located in Waikiki within easy walking distance to everything.

The apartment was centrally located, clean and easily accessible. Communication with the landlord was extremely friendly, quick and helpful. We (two friends) spent a few days exploring Honolulu and the apartment was perfect for that!

When in Hawaii, the indoors isn't much of a priority, but if it's yours, the lanai and view here are not to be beat! A big priority for me, location, was fantastic- so much walkability (!!) to beach, shops, food, happy hours, and more! And I loved having a door code so I could leave for the beach without worrying about a key or having to have anything on me.
Only possible mark down: ac unit was at bottom of unit, and tucked into an odd little square of the room, so cold air flow (any air flow) wasn't great. But any old little fan could fix that (I didn't bother to ask since I acclimated pretty quickly). Over all, wonderful space, easy and simple everything!

We were gone all day and only needed a place to crash at night. High enough to help keep the street noise down. I would add a small broom. Everything else was good.

Excellent property! The balcony provided such an amazing view of the island and the beach, and a nice area to hang out and relax especially at sunset and sunrise. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Huge plus for the kind size bed that was so comfy! The area was nice and safe and near basically anything you need. Only a 5 min walk to the Beach and there was plenty of restaurants and shopping to do all within walking distance as well. Would definitely book again if every coming back to Oahu and would definitely recommend for anyone coming to visit as well!!

Our stay was wonderful, location is great, close to everything ,the view is spectacular. Check in was super easy and the hotel staff very nice if you have questions!! Just on or 2 things that should be done the windows were really dirty hard to see the beautiful view so I washed a few of them specially the patio door , that’s my reason for 4 stars on cleanliness, and they should supply a broom and dust pan. We had rain, went to the beach so gather some sands on our sandals by the end of the trip the floor was sandy and our bed got sands too!!
I would stay here again if I would comeback it’s affordable and the room had everything we needed

The reservation service was quick and follow-up was very expedient. The room was very basic but had a wonderful location and view. Could have benefitted from the addition of a comfortable internal chair or small sofa as well as a toaster. Definitely enjoyed the keyless entry convenience, complimentary daily newspaper, small but refreshing pool, lobby's Christmas decor, and friendly hotel staff. Air conditioning worked well as long as the unit blinds were kept closed during the heat of the day. The one downside was the lack of baggage storage on our last day but we were warned in advance and the hotel front desk staff provided us with contact information for a Waikiki area private storage business which was close and secure. Thanks for an enjoyable stay and we would certainly return on a future visit to Honolulu.

It was just OK. Missing staff for travelers:
- no simple wine glasses
- no wine opener
- no place for towels to dry
- no bathroom ventilation
- no seating area or table inside the room( only outside balcony)
Overall-OK…
Hotel frond desk staff( it was one man he was are not really friendly…
Probably will not come back to this place…

This is not a condo. Its a private room in a hotel. No hot plate or stove,, only microwave. Coffee and shampoo enough only for one day. Owner only gives enough to start your 1st day, then he asked you to buy your own supplies if staying more than one day (bad room service).

The room was a bit smaller than the pictures show, but it was clean, and they had what was needed. The room was hot during the day even with the air because you get the morning sun. We bought a fan to help, and it worked. So, if the owner could put a upright fan in there it would be a plus. You do get the breezes at night so that was nice. You were pretty much in walking distance to all you would want to see in Waikiki, which was convenient. From this room you get a small view of the ocean and the canal. As far as noise you heard traffic and the occasional person, otherwise not bad. Parking was stressful because we were never sure if we would have a spot when we finished our day, the lot is very small. We were lucky enough to have one when we came back though. There is a parking building nearby, but we were not sure where it was. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. Overall, it fit our needs for our short stay, and we would recommend for a couple on vacation.

Property is as advertised. Great location in the heart of Waikiki. Didn’t spend a lot of time in our room while there but it served it purpose for us with no complaints. Parking can be a little tricky if you are driving, basically first come first serve. But we were able to find a spot if not at the hotel then down the street every night. Great room with a good view at a good price. Would book again for a future trip!

The condo was great for what we needed. We always got our coffee down the street at the ABC store. I wish there would have been cups in the room because we brought our own coffee. The cheap good coffee at the ABC store worked out fine.

Great location. The views are awesome & the lanai/balcony big enough for 2 chairs & the folding table that was thoughtfully supplied. Neighboring lanais are a distance away, this is good & unusual in Waikiki hotels where they often abut & must listen to other's conversations. Being in end unit was also a plus, more windows & privacy.
Room itself was a bit dated, older carpet, drapes & furniture but they were clean & serviceable. The important things; bed, appliances & tv were on new side. King bed is very comfortable & had SIX pillows! Fridge is bigger than a mini which was nice.
There were more than enough towels, tp & paper towels for my 3nt stay which was appreciated.
The lobby has a cold/hot water dispenser, hand sanitizer, free local paper, vending machines for late nt snacks & drinks. Pool is small but clean, seating in sun or shade.
My critiques of the room; Altho' there were plates, only one utensil, a fork which was dirty. Only one large plastic vessel to drink from. Would have liked having a cpl glasses & coffee cups. The microwave looked as if had a butter explosion inside (note for your cleaner). Easily wiped but never needed so didn't do it myself. Having dish soap & individually wrapped sponge provided was nice touch. These things are easily solvable & my guess is they will be so no worries.
I like to read in bed & for me, the bedside lamps did not emit enough light to do so comfortably & only overhead light in room is blocked by entryway. Perhaps a different style lampshade (they are currently an elongated cone shape) would solve this or I could bring my itty-bitty book light next time!
All in all, a 5star place when considering the price & location. Reason for my 4stars...
Altho' management was responsive in a timely fashion to queries I had before traveling from Hawaii Island there was one email that never got answered & it bothered me a lot... I asked if would consider full refund past the 2wk prior to travel cancellation deadline should I, or any of the few I hang with display signs of illness (Covid) prior to my travel date. I wasn't about to travel if ill, the responsible thing to do. As a VRBO owner myself, we have slackened our own cancellation policy during these pandemic times. Answer remained to be seen should I have fallen ill, glad I didn't have to find out. Just sayin' it bothered me to not have an answer prior to trip.

This place is super cheap and really just has the essentials to stay the night. We didn’t really cook, although there is a microwave and plates, utensils, etc. it is really close to Waikiki beach and the only ABC Store in the area that is open until midnight is on the same street, which was very nice. The only thing that was hard is that on weekends the Aloha Surf hotel doesn’t let VRBO/AirBNB people park due to the limited stalls. We found that out the hard way at 10:00 at night and had to figure out where to park, which ended up being a 20 minute walk. What is dumb is that at least three of the parking stalls weren’t even used that night, which was a little frustrating. Overall, we had a great time and if you want to hit Hawaii cheap, this is a good place to do it.
