I booked this property because it said that parking was included. Lo and behold, if you don’t book far enough in advance, there is no parking available. This should be explicitly stated in the booking. I had to find my own parking. As you know in downtown Waikiki, it’s sparse and expensive. The toiletries were watered down. I left an item at the property, but could only get it late the next day. I was leaving the island early the next morning. If I had been informed when the housekeeper found it, I easily could have returned. Or if they had been available any time at all after I messaged at 4 pm, I could have gotten it that afternoon before I left early the next day. I was simply given the housekeepers phone number and told to coordinate with them. Of course, the housekeeper charged a fee to mail it back to me. The property was clean and in a good location. There was nothing extra. It’s a basic accommodation. Don’t expect customer service.

Property is clean and welcoming. Nice amenities like electric kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge. Check in instructions were perfect and checking in took less than 5 minutes. Building is safe and nice. Host was very communicative and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. Parking was reasonably priced and secure in a garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good option for a stay. About the same quality if not slightly below hotel quality but definetly for sure above motel quality for room and furniture. However what really puts this place above its pay grade for price that makes it a bargain is the amenities. Full kitchen with bits and pieces others have left behind or left by host. Fridge, freezer, toaster oven, utensils, even oil and salt and pepper for those who don’t want to eat out every meal. Also there’s raised pool on the fifth floor with two hot tubs and lots of luxury feeling seating with a barbeque patio that you’re free to use. Throw in its easy walking distance to major attractions and Waikiki beach and you’re set. The condo is located in a hotel, but you retrieve the keys from a lockbox, which I actually prefer as there’s far less hassle. Other guests/host left behind other kind items including goggles, a board, a beach chair, and beach umbrella, and some other stuff you could use as opposed to renting. Definelty reccomend it for anyone who’s on a budget but still wants some luxury feel.

This was a lovely trip. The property is near shopping, food (including the coolest little diner ever- Rock Island), and access to one of the best beaches. My family of 7 enjoyed the property and amenities the entire length of our stay. If ever on the island again, I know where we are staying.

Overall our stay was good! Beds were comfortable, loved having 2 bathrooms with shower, and a washer and dryer, the entire place was mostly clean. The TV in the living room was broken, the beige couch was fairly dirty, and the blinds needed some new panels but overall everything else was great. I think a couch cover for the couches, fixing the living room TV, and putting new blinds panels is all I would say they need to update. It’s was close to the beach, there was a food truck village just across the street, and lots of shops and food near by. Pool was fun and had easy access. There was a little shop on the lobby floor if you forgot anything (like laundry detergent). Accessing the key cards was simple. We would stay here again.

Check in information was not sent on time and caused a little stress for us, but fortunately we were able to reach someone to help. My husband compared the unit to a college students cheap apartment with bare minimal amenities. You can tell everything that is in the unit is the cheapest available and an attempt to cut corners. Here are just some examples of what it was like staying in the unit:- Unit has a shared entry with next door unit and makes it extremely difficult to move luggage and belongings through the entry way. - Picture fell from wall onto table due to typical noise from next door unit- Instead of replacing the microwave over the stove (which we’re assuming is broken) added a counter top microwave to an already small counter top space and now there is zero space- If you’re over 5 foot / you can’t use the shower without sitting or back bending due to the comically small shower/tub area- Shower only has one curtain liner that is too long for the shower and causes it to block the drain when in use. - One of the chairs had a broken/loose leg- Not a full set of serving ware or plates - there was only one spoon which we had to share when eating breakfast I guess for the price it may be “decent” for the area but I would recommend spending the extra money and staying somewhere else.

Badly in need of TLC. Laminate flooring, table, baseboards, dresser all swelled from water. “Sofa” badly stained. I (6ft) cold not stand in most of the shower as my head would touch the ceiling, and the shower head was even lower. Oven did not work-waiting for part…? A/C loud and aimed directly at bed. Listing says parking was 25/24hrs, nope try 50! 45 if u book multiple days. Decent area, nice 10 minute walk to the beach/food/shopping.

This place was in a great location. We were in the middle of shopping, the beach, and we had tons of wood options which was great! Condo itself was pretty clean and it had most of the things we needed for our stay. The host provided detailed check in instructions, making the check in process super easy. The host was also very responsive whenever we reached out with a question! Overall it was a good stay.

It was a dream. It was fantastic. My wife, Suélia, my son Mário — who is going to study at Boston University — and my daughter Marie Odile, who celebrated her 15th birthday and attends Ithaca High School in NY, were my companions.We spent a dream summer in Honolulu. We stayed in a comfortable place for 10 days. The bathroom was functional, the air conditioning was refreshingly cold, the kitchen was practical, and the beds were comfortable and clean. The elevators were modern, and the location was very safe. The locks and security features were perfect — and the view from the apartment, what a dream...The reception staff and the lobby with its little shops were also excellent. The receptionist kindly printed our boarding passes for the return flight.I already miss it, and part of my heart is still at Waikiki Beach. The unit was dusty, the drapes were dirty, and there was a termite-infested chair. The bottom dresser drawer is broken, and the aerator is missing from the faucet. I texted the owner about the unsatisfactory cleanliness, but there was no response. After I committed a houserule violation to which i paid the fine for on the spot. The owner started to text me about my checkout plans. 6 separate times in 2 days i was asked when I was going to checkout and then checkout procedure

Host was awesome. Good communication, helped us arrive an hour earlier than expected. Property is ok. Bed was comfortable, location is good. Not the cleanest but it was what we expected for the location and price. Air conditioner was loud, but kept the room cool. Beach chairs came in handy.

Kitchenette is quite small. Although there are appliances to use to cook with, finding a place to plug them in is challenging. The sink is also difficult to use to wash plates & electric skillet.

Our family of 6 enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony and Friday Night Fireworks. The house is well equipped. The upstairs bedroom can get very hot. The building is dated, but the location is great. We loved the food trucks across the street.

Had glass on floor, it was terrible my daughter and i both steped on glass pierced our feet, and found small shards around the room. The floor was so dirty i was sending the owner a pic of my feet, i never noticed at the time but the pic of my foot has a few pieces of glass on it. We packed our stuff and left, The owner came next morning immediately cleaned the floor. Then my daughter when to take a shower after they left. Glass in shower. ( last customer broke the shower door) i called vrbo tried to get a refund to go somewhere eles. Owner said no downplayed how much glass was there and down played how bad an experience this was. He did come immediately again and clean the glass in shower. I was so frustrated, was on the phone times for 2 hours with vrbo, it was a nightmare. Look if stay here you will find some glass still hinding. I will never stay here again.

This condo is perfect for our family - 2 adults and 3 very tall teenagers. Having a condo with 3 bedrooms was needed. We put the girls in the master suite with the king converted to twin beds. We put the boy in the bedroom with the queen bed. We indulged ourselves with the fabulous 2nd floor bedroom. An added bonus is that everyone had their own bathroom with shower as there are 3 full bathrooms.

We didn’t need a car to get to shopping, food or the beach. The apartment has only minimal cooking items but its clean and comfortable. The bathroom is newly remodeled and is very nice.

The unit was great. Communication with the owner was clear and prompt, the apartment was stocked with everything I might need, the location was great, and it had convenient parking available for an extra cost. As an added bonus, Jerry at the front desk was very helpful. The only downside was that the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for sleeping. I'd definitely stay there again.

So great condo, everything there as listed, with lots of towels. The host responded quickly. Wifi was fast. Close to the convention center, and room was reasonably quiet. The bakery near lobby was so great, and food trucks were across the street. Highly recommended it.

Communication with the owner was always good, friendly and quick.The location was perfect for our vacation; you're right in Waikiki, close to the popular spots. What we liked best was the view. You can see the sun rising early in the morning and have a wonderful panoramic view of Waikiki and Diamond Head.

Hotel position not so bad, no issues in the areaThe issue for us was when arriving, the access to the drop box key did not make sense, but eventually we got in. Can probably blame jet lag for that.The room size is ok, beds/sheets as expected.But the bathroom, it’s 10 years past a refit. The toilet did not flush, the flush handle just flopping around not connected to anything, could not get hold of anyone so had to take the top of the cistern off to access the release chain every time to flush. Looked to have been like that for a while as the cistern chain end had corroded off and can see attempts to temporarily fix.Also the shower/bath did not drain, it filled up to halfway up with shower water then slowly drained out over a few hours, disgusting, also dangerous as hair conditioner accumulated at the bottom of the bath making it slippery. Used the plunger next to the toilet to try and get the bath to better drain, the black muck that came out made me almost sick and did not change anything.We stayed for 8 days like that.Really think what you want from a holiday if you want to spend a bit more for better memories.We did for our last 3 days in Hawaii.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. This is a no-frills studio but the view and location are great. As others have mentioned there are not a lot of lights in the apartment so if you need to work or read at night you will want to bring an extra light source.

Small little unit but good location. Major issue was parking. Asked about it in advance, was told it was available at the parking lot in the building. We parked, checked in, and later security knocked on our door telling us we had to move the car. Texted the host and she wrote “due to short notice our parking spaces are currently occupied, and that parking needed to be paid in advance.” Good information to have had before we arrived! Not helpful. Security told us where to park off-site. Host did step up and talk with security later so eventually moved back to the ramp in the building. Had to move the car 4 times during a 5 night stay. Very stressful since we had activities planned and time commitments to work around.
