Enjoy paradise views on the 30th floor (3002- A, Aloha Unit) in beautiful Waikiki beach. This clean, spacious condo ( ONLY SLEEPS 3 ), is situated close to Convention Center, restaurants, family-friendly activities, the Ocean (minutes), and nightlife. True Queen-bed with dresser, Sofa-bed (twin adult size), Black-out curtains, Bistro style dining table/4chairs, flat screenTV (Newly installed Jan2023 ROKU Express 4K+device); WIFI FREE included and full kitchen with view of Waikiki ocean. This island decor condo is located a short 10min walk to Waikiki beach. This Hawaiian Monarch 300+sq ft., studio has full Kitchen (includes all basics plus coffeemaker, hot water kettle, toaster oven, rice maker, blender), Full Refrigerator, New microwave, portable fan and A/C unit. Shower tub with installed spa dispensers for Shampoo/conditioner and Body wash.This high floor unit is constantly being upgraded and well kept. Cleanliness is a must and we are dedicated to making your stay fantastic!

Located at the "Gateway" to Waikiki, the Hawaiian Monarch overlooks Fort DeRussy Beach Park and the sparkling ocean! Enjoy the recreation deck with its swimming (salt water) pool and panoramic views of Waikiki. Nearby, is Food Pantry Grocery Store, 7min(0.3miles) walking located @ 438 Hobron Lane, 96815).
Gym located on Lower Level (LL) and Security sets up your pass on Lower level, $5US for your entire stay, 6th Flr salt water pool/Jacuzzi, BBQ deck area, located on 5th Flr (cards only)Laundry room(no cash), Rent a Car on Lobby level as well as Coffee/Bakery, Golden Pond convenience store, and Cream Pot (one of my favorites for breakfast/brunch!) to experience.
-The Building is 24/7 security controlled in all areas for your peace of mind.
-Luggage can be securely held by Security Office (Flat rate $5/luggage) til checkin or late checkout can hold before departure.

*Park-a-Lot garage on site: Rates $10 for first 2hours, then $6 for every hour after or $35/day but if you rent a Smart Car from the agency in the building they offer discounts. -1 keycard to studio, if lost or missing $20 per card to replace. Keycards allow you to enter building areas and condo. Simply check-in at Security office and they will re-key card.

The location is excellent, public transport’s great. The studio is nice & clean. Perfect if u want to do home cooking, kitchen’s fully equipped. (Honolulu’s expensive to eat out every day). Tv, WiFi and airco working great. Shops r in walking distance. Will come back next yr same time!! Thanks Eva, u’r a wonderful host. Warmest Aloha & Mahalo!!

The not so good: building is old and tired, the unit is small - not suitable at all for four adults. The good: too many to list but summarized as follows: -Eva is awesome, instant replies and very helpful -Million $ view -corner unit, windows open and the trade winds blow through. We never used A.C once -pool and pool deck are great, best sunny exposure, clean and large - nice gym ( 5$ for your full stay ) - bike locker ( 20$ / month ) - new bbq’s on the pool deck with sink, counters, lights - 20 min walk to the beach - 15 min to Waikiki downtown shops - coffee shop / pizza / sundries / pub in building - kitchen in unit is small but complete - unit was well stocked - WIFI very strong * Overall excellent value: looking forward to our next stay already !

The most amazing views in Waikiki, both ocean and mountains! We loved looking at the ocean while having a breakfasts. In the evening, we would open the windows and listen to the city sounds while looking at the Honolulu lights. Unit is a bit older but well kept and has everything you need. Walking distance to both Waikiki and Ala Moana (Magic Island lagoon our favourite beach), about 20-25 min fun walk as there is so much to see. I travelled with two teens who loved the stay and exploring around in the evening by themselves (10 min walk to all Waikiki action). They felt safe as there were always lots of people walking around. Lots of food choices, grocery stores around. Right in the building you can rent a convertible Jeep for a day ($150) to explore the island (parking is expensive in Honolulu). This unit is ideal for light and practical travellers, who would use city bus, taxi or love walking around. We used bus to/from airport, Pearl Harbour and loved it. Bus stops are close to the building. Host, Eva, is super responsive. Rental is great value for money. We are planning to stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks Eva for a great stay! We already miss those stunning views!

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, decor and full amenities included in the unit. There were over 180 degree magnificent views from the (almost) wrap around windows. Especially the ocean views overlooking the beautiful park and if the Ali Wai Canal. The condo is within walking distance to both Waikiki and Ala Moana Shopping Mall. We ate breakfast (Large Açai Bowl) at Tropical Tribe, which is a few short blocks away. We highly recommend this condo as it is run by a lovely lady, Eva. Patricia and Cliff
