You can see diamond head and the beach from the balcony. Beautiful views to wake up to! Everything we needed was in walking distance which was good since we chose to not rent a car. They do offer parking for those who do have a vehicle which is another good option.

Tiffany was very accommodating & was very easy to get a hold of! We weren’t aware parking wasn’t valet, we just assumed but Tiffany handled the situation in a timely manner. Loved the view!!! Probably my favorite thing about the rental.

Stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon. We loved being so close to everything we needed. A lot of good restaurants were around the corner or a short walk away. Beaches are all also so close. The room is small but you don’t really need much as you’ll be enjoying the city. The bed was surprisingly really comfortable.

We made reservation and we could not stay. We cancel the room not only was not allow. We just want to get the cleaning fee since we did not stay. . Condo owner agree but vbo says it is not allow. Totally mess up. Will never come to your website ever again

This stay was incredibly frustrating. I am still unable to reach the host through support. On the day of my arrival, the host let us know that the swimming pool was not active and was shut down due to maintenance. It was down the entire time we were there. It was the main reason we booked this location to begin with. The internet was out for half of our stay despite repeated attempts to let the host know that it was out. The host finally had to call spectrum and do a three way call to troubleshoot. The host sent a colleague to retrieve the internet boxes and halfway through our trip, we were finally able to use the Wi-Fi.
I can understand if the host sees these things as out of her control, however we were never offered a discount, partial refund, barely even an apology, etc.
We were told by VRBO that we qualified for relocation assistance and then were told the host ignored all contact from VRBO during and after our stay. We were not relocated and we have not received even a partial refund or apology for this. The location is very small and in a full condo complex. There would be a nice pool on the fifth floor if we were able to access it. The balcony has a nice view. But it was an expensive and frustrating experience and I would not book it again.

This was my first visit to Hawaii & I had an amazing time! The condo was great, had everything I needed and was very accessible. The views of the mountains, ocean and Diamond Head were perfect, especially for sunrise!! Everything was very walkable & the beach was a short walk away with Biki bikes available around the corner! All details and recommendations were communicated efficiently and effectively - I was in great hands with this booking and highly recommend!!

Terrific view, clean and functional unit. The fact that the pool was closed for maintenance April 3, 2023 was not disclosed in the rental information and should have been. The project has been ongoing and is as of this date, overdue for completion. Other than this complaint, I enjoyed my stay.

Visiting my daughter graduating from UH, this location and space was wonderful, comfortable, very cozy and welcoming. We had the best of both worlds hotel/ feel of home. The Balcony was our morning spot to rest, relax and unwind. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location was perfect in the center of Waikiki. We walked to the our favorite breakfast spot, Egg n things each morning. The hostess, Tiffany was very good at replying quickly. Parking having your very on spot was so very convenient . As long as our daughter lives in the island we will be aim at making reservations to stay here at Tiffany's. Thanks for a beautiful experience. Of the amenities was perfect everything you needed. ❤️

This was our first trip to Hawaii. The property was clean and satisfactorily met all of our needs. It seemed to be centrally located in the Waikiki area. We appreciated the 20th floor balcony with a view of Diamond Head and a partial view of the water and the Fireworks on Friday nights.

The location of this condo is perfect as you have the beaches close, main Waikiki "strip" if you want to visit local restaurants, shopping malls, street artists and bars/clubs.
The condo location itself has a 24/7 managed office on the ground floor to make sure everything is okay and security is maintained. The condo is safe,secure and quiet with a lovely balcony view. The bed is comfy and there is an air con unit as well as a floor stand to use which really helps in humid nights!
The bathroom is tidy with no issues and there are multiple towels available to use. There is a fridge, coffee making facilities (tasted good!) and a microwave if you wish to use it. TV is available although we were out most of the time and majority of the channels aren't that great though!
Dining room table glass top was a bit loose but if you manage it with care then everything will be okay.
If you look at the location then it is well positioned as there is a local ABC store, tour guide shop and souvenir store close by. If you don't want to drive the local bus routes are close by and the prices are very reasonable.
Parking is not included but for a low price you can pay daily for the allocated space inside the complex and it's wide enough for a large SUV. When you compare the prices of other parking areas this location is extremely well priced!
If you need to wash clothes then on the 5th floor there are 2 laundry rooms and also a patio area with a pool.
Host is fast to respond. Excellent!

The room was very clean and the view was so nice. Also the parking garage is very easy to get in and out. We got a studio because we knew we were there for a short time. We heard they have fresh chocolate chip cookies in the lobby but we never got down there to get some. Also the bed was very comfortable.

Everything couldn't have gone more smoothly. We really enjoyed our first time in Hawaii here. I got up early to watch the sunrise every morning, from our 20th floor balcony. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach and mall. I would highly recommend this host!

The apt. is great for a short stay. The location is convenient to many restaurants within about 8 blocks. Close-by grocery store.
Parking is extra ($15 or $20/day). Very easy to arrange with the host. The host is very responsive to Q's.
Wi-fi is great, we had some trouble with the TV service, but age 66+ brains sometimes have a hard time with remote controls' codes. The instructions on the wifi/cable server were clear but did not work for us.
The view is stupendous! The yellow paint shown in some photos is obsolete, the current paint scheme is blu-ish. Personally, I think the old yellow would have been preferable.
Very nice spot, and very use-able for an extended stay if you're willing to deal with the results of cooking in a small space.

It is located very close to the Hilton Hawaiian Village as well- we loved that. Overall, we had a great stay. Tiffany always responded to any questions we had within minutes. Perfect for one person or a couple. Location is close to shops, restaurants and beaches. I did not have a car, but parking was $12 a day, very reasonable for this area. I was not planning on cooking, so if you are, there is no stove, though I did see a hot pot. The microwave, coffee maker a fridge were plenty for me. I would definitely stay here again. The views from the unit are beautiful!

Pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Landlord responds very quickly and is very helpful. Only thing we wish it had was a kitchen to cook but landlord does provide microwave and Minnie fridge.
