Just back from a wonderful stay at this condo. Check in super easy straight onto the condo. Location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants in a few blocks. Really appreciated our welcome basket - very thoughtful! Please look just as advertised, ultra clean and very comfortable and what a view. Kitchen has everything you will need and loved all the beach gear. Laundry very convenient at end of hallway. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Courtney was great, very responsive to us and helpful. Sad we had to leave

Location is perfect. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a nice beach vacation. Construction was sometimes a problem, but it was manageable. I would strongly recommend this for couples or very small families and would gladly return. If a pair of glasses was found, would you please send then to the address on our registration form? I will reimburse the cost.

There are plenty of space for four adults. The host also included beach accessories (umbrellas, chairs, and two bodyboards) and a big cart to push all that around in the sand. The apartment was cleaned well when we arrived. The host responded very fast when we encountered a wifi issue (router needed to be restart). The building was going through a few renovation when we stayed. I would pay attention to the bulletin board in the elevator. During our stay, the elevator was shut down for about 1.5 hours and the water was shut off twice (about 2-3 hours each). The apartment was quite and no noise from any neighbors. Also, I would drive up to floor 4th or 5th for easy parking. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 6 nights and it was just perfect. Courtney even left a handwritten greeting and a welcome basket with coffee, etc. We loved the condo on the 31st floor of the Waikiki Sunset building with amazing views from both rooms. It is just a few minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. For the fact that is a large building, it was very quiet. There is also a convenient laundry room on the same floor.
The included parking was great, easy to access and available 24/7. Mahalo for the wonderful stay Courtney!

The location was only 2 blocks to the beach, easy walk! The condo had such nice finishes and was well stocked with every you need including some coffee! Plenty of towels. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella and rollbag. We had a few minor requests and Courtney promptly replied. The view from the lanai was amazing. You won’t find a better place to stay in Waikiki in my opinion

This condo is exactly as pictured on the web. It has the perfect location and view from the 31st floor. Courtney, the host, is very accommodating and the condo has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. The beach is only one block away and the beach wagon was so helpful. If I could rate it 10, I would for cleanness, location, and a wonderful host. What a wonderful property and hostess!!! The location is awesome! We were able to walk to a concert in the Shell theater about 2 blocks away. We walked to the beaches, shops and restaurants everyday! The condo was super clean and comfortable. The laundry mat at the end of the hall actually has an app and you can pay electronically (you don’t need a bag of quarters.) We had everything we needed for a weeks stay and felt very safe. While staying here we went zip lining, visited Bellows beach (only open on the weekends because it’s a military base Mon-Thursday) with miles of white sand beaches and less people. Took a boat tour and saw Gilligans Island and Secret beach, snorkeled and saw Manta Rays and turtles! Highly recommend staying here.

This was the second time I have stayed at this condo, and it was as enjoyable as the first. The unit is clean, updated, well situated to the beach, quiet. The manager, Courtney, was very attentive and happy to help in any way she could. I would definitely stay there again.

Our whole experience was seriously amazing. From the WONDERFUL host to the clean condo, we were SO happy. And I have to mention - I am VERY particular when it comes to cleanliness and can sometimes feel weird staying in another person's home but this place was spotless and we honestly felt at home from the beginning. I didn't want to leave we just felt so at home! The views were even better than the pictures. The beach equipment was so clutch, especially because we had our kid with us. She has a beach wagon that held beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and anything else we wanted to bring. She had all the amenities. It was just an all-around perfect stay. Thank you SOOOO much, Courtney!

Excellent location 2 blocks from beach. The condo is nice, well remodeled and furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. The view is awesome. Parking is a plus. I wish the full size surf boards were included :) Body boards were available though.

Past reviews said it all and then some! This place was exactly as pictured on the website. It was well stocked with everything that was needed. Even a beach cart with umbrella, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and beach towels were all provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting out on the balcony with our choice of beverages which made for some serene times during our stay! Courtney was always very responsive with questions and concerns we had before and after our arrival. Would definitely book it again!!

We can't say enough good things about Courtney's apartment. She clearly knows how to make a comfortable environment with quality linens, appliances, kitchenware, and more! Everything was great and we had a lovely 5 weeks in Waikiki.
The view is fantastic and the photos in the listing really don't do it justice. The location is extremely convenient, just 2 blocks from the beach, and steps from the very frequently serviced bus stop on Kuhio. We got monthly bus passes (currently US$80/mo) and used them nearly every day. A single bus will take you to the Safeway grocery store (think Loblaws quality (and price) for you Canadians) and a single bus will drop you back. The Honolulu Bus service services the entire island so the bus pass will take you anywhere on Oahu!
Courtney was a fantastic host, very friendly and accomodating and considerate. We would return to her apartment in a minute!

Our stay in Waikiki was just incredible! The condo was the perfect home base for our stay. Beautiful apartment. We loved the view of Diamondhead and the ocean from the lanai and from our bed! Kitchen was great for us to make some meals. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and rolling beach bag too. The only issue we had was that the router wasn’t working at first, but Courtney was very responsive and it was taken care of quickly. We can’t save enough positive things!

We stayed at this property for a week to celebrate my aunt’s 90th birthday. It did not disappoint. The view, in and of itself, is worth the price and experience. It was absolutely stunning, and we spent several evenings on the balcony watching the sunset. We had an amazing view of Diamondhead to our left, and the ocean and setting sun directly in front of us.
From the moment we arrived, Courtney had little goodies waiting for us. She was an excellent communicator, and she provided help in any way possible. We had a late departing flight, and she was kind enough to allow us to keep our luggage in one of her other condos until we left for the airport later in the afternoon.
She even helped us carry our luggage downstairs and into the other condo when we had to move it for storage. Additionally, she escorted us down to the lobby for our airport shuttle pick up.
The condo is clean, and the linens, towels, and dishes and flatware were lovely. The decor was wonderful, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance to Waikiki Beach, shops, restaurants, and anything else we could’ve wanted. There was a mini mart in the building and an ABC store a couple of blocks away. I am telling you that it was the perfect place to stay for my aunt’s first visit to Hawaii.
This was a fabulous condo with an amazing hostess, and I would recommend this unit to anyone. It does not disappoint! A truly fabulous and memorable experience!

Courtney is amazing. She was so considerate. She knew we were coming at night. she did a little shopping and left it in the fridge for us. The property was spectacular. The most beautiful ocean views. She left us lots and lots of towels, kitchen cutleries overall it was a perfect experience. The day we left, our flight was 10 PM . She allowed us to check out at 6:30 PM. We enjoyed the day on the beech. Even had supper before we left the airport. 10 times better than any hotel experience I have ever had. My daughter enjoyed the apartment so much. She was crying when we’re leaving saying Bye-bye Honolulu from the beautiful balcony

The property was just as amazing as described by VRBO. Four female adults stayed in the condo. Loved the extra space as compared to previous hotel stays. Free parking was an added bonus. Courtney's rental was perfect for our family of 3! The condo was clean and as described in the listing. The views of the ocean and Diamond Head were awesome to see everyday. The free parking is definitely a plus since we had a Turo car rental. The location was perfect as we could walk to the beach and parts of downtown Waikiki. Courtney has been very responsive throughout the whole process. She provided beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards! A+ Recommended!

We just completed a month long stay and Courtney was absolutely amazing! She communicated with us the entire process both before, during to check on us, and after. The condo is exactly as pictured and extremely clean. The location was perfect just off Kuhio and the included parking made it absolutely convenient as we had a rental car the entire stay and the parking garage was easy to park and exit. Internet was great and Courtney was able to accommodate us as we still worked a bit during our stay. Laundry and the trash disposal was convenient as they are at the end of the hallway. Elevators were no problem and we didn’t have any issues with wait times. The mini mart has everything you could ever need! Watch out ABC stores!! Last but not least…the view of the lanai…PICTURESQUE!! You can watch the sunset right off the lanai!! We definitely recommend booking Courtney’s condo when in Oahu!! We look forward to staying again for future visits!!

This place is a block from wikiki beach and a lot of other attractions. Stayed for 2 weeks and only used rental for tours on the north shore. We walked everywhere else as we were in a great location.

What a fantastic place to stay in Waikiki! Courtney's property ticks all the boxes. The apartment was spotless when we checked in, and check-in itself was contactless and seamless. Linens, towels, fixtures were probably the nicest I've ever seen in a vacation rental. The location was very convenient and having parking privileges included with the rental was a plus. And the view! Open the curtains for a full ocean view, and step on to the balcony to easily see Diamond Head.
This will be my first choice location for any future stays on Oahu.

Our family of 5 stayed here for three weeks, and we had a wonderful time. The condo was updated and clean. Waking up to that view everyday was enough to make the trip worth ist for us. On top of that, it’s only about a 4 minute walk to the beach and there are so many amazing restaurants within a few blocks. Also, Courtney was so helpful! We loved it!

People need to know how well stocked this place is. There's a new washer and dryer at the end of the hall. Laundry soap in the room. Lots of beach towels, the kitchen had everything, including spices. It's set up well.

The location, sea view and free parking were excellent. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and we appreciated it very much. The only thing that may be an issue for others is the fact that the building is old and construction happening right at our floor. We could hear the workers' conversations from inside our unit. The wall outside our unit was taped with construction plastic.
