The property is well located with amazing views of sunrise and sunsets. Very close to Waikiki beach. We enjoyed to be in the balcony every day during our stay watching the surfers. Tom the owner was very kind and comunicative. We felt like we were at home, the condo is very comfortable, clean, and has the necessities for ojr stay, the kitchen is remodeled and clean. They provide detergent, a first aid kit, and even a scale if you are that brave to use it during your vacation 😉. We are very happy and thinking to come back soon.

We stayed here for a week and a half with our three kids, 10 and under. It was super clean, comfortable and quiet. We had plenty of space for everyone. We love the location, near Leonard's Bakery and Ululani's Shave Ice (our favorites!). The onsite laundry and free parking was such a great bonus and easy to use. Watching the surfers every morning was a great way to wake up. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The condo is conveniently located to the beach with good ocean view from the balcony and bedroom. The beach floats and chairs were also handy to have!

I stayed for the third time in this clean and pleasant condo. the new kitchen is great with a lot of space, the wifi works perfectly, and it is a luxury to have the separate bedroom with a breathtaking view of the ocean every morning. Can only recommend it!

We loved the location and amenities! Ice packs in the freezer, float tubes, three types of chairs to take to the beach, adequate cleaning supplies, and many other small things. The location was great for walking to the beach, restaurants and many other sites. We had a couple minor issues and the owner was extremely responsive and communicative. We would stay there again!

The condo was a short walk to everything Waikiki has the offer. The view was beautiful and even woke up in the morning to a rainbow. Highly recommended.

Condo was very clean and had enough of the basics (TP, etc). to get us by until we could go to the store. The view from the lanai was nice and we watched the surfers while drinking our coffee. The walk to beach, zoo, shops, was very short. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this unit to anyone looking for a home away from home vibe in Honolulu.

February 2023 We (all seniors )stayed 1 month in this beautiful condo. The condo pictures are exactly what you get. We all were impressed by how accurate the pictures were. The walk to the beach is not too far about 2-1/2 blocks. I never felt fear walking to and from the beach by myself. The police station is not too far from the condo. We had a lot of rain and wind in our month there . Rain last only about 5 minutes and than you get a rainbow. We all miss looking at the ocean from our condo,
The bus system is the best system I have ever used. Bus people were so helpful when traveling around the island. We used the bus for sight seeing.
I will use Tom's condo again when I go back to Hawaii.

My mother and sister really enjoyed their stay at the Waikiki sunset. It's at a great location on the quieter side of Waikiki. Everything is in walking distance so they didn't need to rent a car, but I live here and it was great to have the option to use the parking facility for free. It's nice to have a full kitchen and a relaxing and clean atmosphere to hang out when you just want to chill watching the beautiful sunset and ocean from you're lanai. I highly recommend this place and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions that I may have had. Mahalo

We recently spent 12 nights in Honolulu. This condo is in a great location. It has everything you need from comfortable beds to beach chairs. There is a great view of the ocean. This property had recently been updated. All new kitchen and appliances. Great spot to stay.

Let's start with the host Tom. Simply put he knows what people are going to need in Hawaii. He had beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels at our disposal. The pics are accurate, but once you get there you will be blown away!! The view is OUTSTANDING!! We were a party of 5... 2 over 40, 2 eighteen year olds and a 14 year old. We were very comfortable. Beach is 5 min walk and this place is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! The owner Tom was always available and a pleasure to meet.

Perfect location at the east end of Waikiki. Great for families because the zoo is right next door, aquarium nearby, and you’re at the beach within minutes. Awesome view from lanai and bedroom. Easy check in / checkout process. Tons of excellent food options nearby but we also had Safeway deliver groceries to our door since there’s a kitchen and full fridge/freezer.

Our family's first trip to Hawaii was a great success, starting with our stay in Waikiki. It is not a 4 star resort but then again your not paying that rate either.
We knew we were planning on being on the go in Oahu so we didn't care about amenities. It was a great home base and we fit 5 people. I would not suggest that unless they are little kids.
The condo was very clean and had everything you would need.
I had asked Tom if he thought we could fit 5 and he said it would be tight but it had been done before. He later sent me a message telling me if I wanted him to do it, he would have a futon brought over from one of his other properties. I told him that would be great but when we got there it wasn't there. I called and within 30 minutes it was delivered. And that was a Friday night at 9:00.
He messaged me the next day to apologize that it wasn't there when we arrived.
Great customer service along with a great place.

It was a pleasant stay for us. Very clean. What you see is what you get. Everything is almost well provided. It’s like staying in your own home. You don’t even have to contact the host as everything is within reach. The best part also is the free parking. Close to the beach. Air conditioner is so great that it will give you a nice feeling after strolling out in the heat. The only thing was we cant stay longer on our last day due to the upcoming check-in on the same day we’re leaving so we ended up renting a car for a half a day (but charged a full day rate) to keep our luggages. Thanks to Tom and Lani. I will surely come back to your place when i come back again. - Luz L

My family of four had a fabulous time staying at Tom's place. It was well kept, clean, and stocked with everything from bodyboards and beach chairs to excellent coffee. He was very quick to respond to a minor issue of below par towels and he had excellent replacements delivered promptly. We were very happy we stayed in his place and hope to stay there again next time we are in Waikiki.

This is our second time booking a condo with Tom at the Aston Waikiki Sunset. This one bedroom condo had everything our family of four needed to make our stay a confortable one and not to mention a great view. A short walk up the street to the beach and the chairs, boogie boards and umbrella provided was an added bonus. Tom is a pleasure to deal with and would definantly be staying here again in the future.

We will definitely stay in this condo again. Tom was very accommodating and easy to work with. The condo is well kept and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not to mention the views! It is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. You don’t need a car to get around but you should consider renting one for the day and explore the island. You won’t regret it!
