Condo was perfect for our home base on the North Shore. Property is a little older, but we'll maintained. Grounds are beautiful. Location was really good. Pool was very nice. Just what we needed for our family trip which included my husband and I and our two adult kids and their significant others. It was a little tight with the 3rd couple using the loft, but they were only there one night. Would be perfect for kids.

The owners communicated well. Everything we needed for our stay was available with the house (towels, chairs, snorkels, boogie boards). Washer and dryers are an added bonus. Plenty of places to sleep with lots of extra bedding. Short 5 min walk to resort, beaches and trails. Would definitely come back!

Excellent stay. Property was very clean and looks out on the scenic golf course. Easy to walk to Turtle Bay Resort for wedding we were attending. Nice to have coffee on the patio before the rush of wedding activities commenced. Air conditioning throughout was extremely nice.

We were celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday with a few of her friends and it was an unforgettable weekend! The condo was beautifully decorated with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was far enough from the hotel for privacy but close enough to get to the beach and restaurants in the resort. The pool was just a few steps away. We all had a great time and would seek out this same condo again. The owners were in contact to ensure we had an amazing time, which we did. We didn't want to leave and wish we had booked a longer stay!

The property was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures depict. Tons of lovely amenities (beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, umbrellas, boogie boards, coffee, tennis, pool, grill, washer/dryer, etc). Definitely happy we had this place as our home base for our North Shore adventures. Emily was super helpful and quick to respond when we had inquiries. Excellent property. This place is convenient, owners has clear communication which makes intake much easier.
The only thing I have to say is the upstairs shower could use an upgrade. Over all lighting downstairs is slightly dark.
But everything else is excellent! AC wonderful!!! New & works!!! Kitchen had what we needed, bath was sufficient location to the pool was great! This condo is very thoughtful & hit all the key notes for travelers with children. We will keep it on hand for future travels.

The rental of this condo included all the kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, linen and cleaning supplies available. Each room had an air condition and television. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the pickelball, tennis and basketball ball courts.

This is the place to stay on North Shore away from the city and crowds. Beautiful property, great accommodations, great location, all amenities are as stated. Definitely a bonus having beach chairs, snorkel equip, umbrellas, boogie boards. Great beaches are close. Security was excellent. Great restaurants at Turtle Bay. Loved everything about it, did not want to leave. Highly recommended. Will be back in the future.

Very comfortable little condo. Didn't need the bunk beds in the loft, but what a great idea. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Area is very beautiful and so peaceful, loved sitting outside in the evenings. Lei's Lei's, restaurant on property, walking distance is great. 3 days not long enough, loved it there.

Great location with acess to all of the North Shore. Property was very well stocked with plenty of towels, beach chairs and toys (even tennis rackets and umbrellas)! Kitchen was also well stocked only downside is the size if you are a family and plan on cooking a lot keep this in mind. A few little things to note
1. Lysol seemed to be sprayed everywhere upon arrival and was on the toilet paper but condo was very clean overall.
2. Upstairs toilet is super loud
Other than that it was a great stay and we appreciate the book with the clear and easy instructions.

We had a party of 6 adults and the place was perfect. It had everything we needed for cooking and eating. The ice maker works well, so we had ice for our coolers every day. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer worked great and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkels to borrow. AWESOME PLACE. Highly recommend!

Check-in and check-out were very simple and we enjoyed this home away from home very much. The only little suggestions we have are, more lighting in the kitchen and more information regarding beach access would have been helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this condo at Turtle Bay. It's close to all the things we love about the North Shore and far from the hustle of Waikiki. The beaches and bays at the resort are well within walking distance and the golf course views are beautiful. Plenty to explore just minutes away; beaches, hikes, food trucks and the PCC.

All of the positives in all of the reviews are spot on, and Emily made our stay exceptionally wonderful. She was available for questions and helped us get situated. We’ve visited family on the North Shore many times through the years, but the access to TB plus such a comfy nest made all the tenderness of a family wedding extra spectacular!

We've stayed at different Turtle Bay Condos before and this one is our favorite! This was 2nd time we were able to reserve and it did not disappoint. The location with patio opening to grass lawn, short walk to beach, stables and Lei Lei's restaurant. The set up and amenities; comfortable furniture, plenty sleep space, lanai space, beach chairs and toys. Communication was quick and easy. Thank you for making our annual family get away exactly what we wanted - play and rest time with each other.

Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances you need. However, if you are a light sleeper and want the a/c on at night in the bedrooms, the a/c units are loud.

Everything was perfectly wonderful with this home just as advertised. The location is perfect for getting around the North Shore. Perfectly situated on the golf course, it was clean, quiet, spacious; just perfect. The AC worked great, the Keurig was stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the beach gear was ready. We are a family of 6 and there was still room for more. The only tight space was the kitchen, but no big deal. All appliances and everything worked great! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Turtle Bay is a nice resort and the condo set up is quite lovely. We all enjoyed our stay and were relatively comfortable. AC units in the bedrooms are a bit loud if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise you likely can't find another spot that is as tidy and clean for the price on this side of the island.

I can't say enough for this condo. If you want to relax you can do that with convenient pool, food and beautiful beach nearby. If you want to use this a starting point for north shore activities you can do that too Food trucks 2 miles down the road Kualoa ranch and all the north shore beaches are right there Highly recommend as driving on the north shore can be very slow . 2 lanes and traffic can be bad most times speed limit is 35 Just pointing this out if you are going to explorer the island that this is another reason to stay in this beautiful condo Owners have thought of everything And this place is well stocked for any kind of cooking They also have a cooler, beach chairs, snorkels , floats and towels so you don't have to purchase all that The AC was needed for us as sept is a warmer month I did have to communicate with the owners about the LR tv setup and the response was instant iF we ever go back we will definitely rebook I should also mention to go the left of turtle bay resort to see the most spectacular beach . It's about 10 min walk from the condo Always go to Lei Lei restaurant and pivot your walk from there Aloha!

Our stay on Oahu was amazing all around. This place was at a great location on The North Shore, right next to Turtle Bay resorts. We found some local food trucks that we frequently visited and the vibe on The North Shore is completely different from the business of Waikiki/Honolulu area. The supplied beach chairs/towels were perfect and we definitely used them a lot, bouncing around to different beaches. Emily was great to deal with and our entire party has 0 complaints. Highly recommend.

All the info for arrival is well articulated in the VRBO app. Unit was really clean and had everything we needed. I didn't realize just how close it was to Turtle Bay Resort where we had dinner one night and it was a pleasant walk - about 10 min. There were four adults and we had plenty of room. You could have slept 2-3 kids in there at the same time with plenty of room for all. I highly recommend this place....thanks for having us!

The property was well maintained and it was nicely stocked. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, had beach towels for us to use, plenty of bathroom supplies and more. It is an older building, but well kept and clean. My only disappointment was its location. I thought it was closer to the water than it actually was. It is on a golf course and I wasn’t too crazy about watching people walk behind the unit. AC in downstairs bedroom was loud and we were either hot or cold.

First of all I just want to say that this was the best night of sleep I've ever had in any rental or hotel ever. The A/C was strong enough to make it nice and cool and they had really good quality sheets and a wonderful memory foam mattress. Honestly I wish I could've stayed longer.
I think the only tricky thing was making sure I had a parking pass. We got in after 9pm and it was a little confusing working with security.
Great furnishings, and lots of space. I appreciated that we were able to borrow some body boards for a short walk to the beautiful beach near turtle bay resort.
Last thing was that we did a load of laundry while we were there, and I think the vent out of the dryer was broken? It seemed like it was blowing hot air back into the house.

Loved everything about the condo. It was perfect and provided the best base to explore the north shore. With so many things to do and see, you will spend most of your days out but this is a great condo to come back to in the afternoon to chill in. Would definitely recommend to friends coming to Oahu!

There is a long list of rules for renters. But, that's likely why the accommodations were clean and comfortable. One of the rules was to wash off sand from feet, using the garden hose, before entering the unit. There was no garden hose on site. The bath drain was slow, maybe because previous guests did not have access to a hose. The VRBO site did not include hair driers or iron/ironing board in the amenities list, so we brought our own, then found both on site. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal-prep and cleanup easy. Overall, an excellent unit.

In Hawaii for a family wedding. This property suited us perfectly. Full bedrooms up and down were perfect for us and our son and daughter-in-law. Sleeping loft would be added value if young children. Our host Emily was responsive to questions. Access to all things Turtle Bay (except the hotel pool) increased our convenience. Ate at all the restaurants, which were just what we needed and wanted. Other family stayed on the property, so everyone in close proximity. And access to all things on the North Shore, from Kualoa Ranch, the wedding site, to the funky village and food trucks of Hale'iwa, including Ted's Bakery and Sunrise Shack in between, the great surfing beaches, along with Waimea Falls Park made the visit easy and convenient. The unit was clean and well maintained and exactly as depicted. We would definitely return if we return to Oahu.

Great place to stay! Great location, beds were comfortable, couch was comfy, tons of beach toys, chairs, etc. Would definitely stay here again Bathrooms could be updated. The only pain was their was only one key fob for the unit to go through the security gate. So if you will have more than one car it can be a bit of a pain. Otherwise, we loved the place!
