Townhome accommodations were wonderful! Just steps from the pool and the backyard golf course was wonderful. My daughter enjoyed the hammock everyday! Easy walk to the horse stable and trails to the banyan tree and beautiful Kawela Bay! Ample towels were greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay there!

We stayed in this town home in early July 2023. The location is amazing with easy access to all of the North Shore offers. The pool is steps from the front door, you don’t even need to put on your shoes. There is no hot tub, but the pool has a very deep side which the kids found very entertaining. The layout is spacious and easy for our family of four. In fact, it felt extravagant with the space. We used the bottom bedroom as our “closet“ and kept all our suitcases in there and then our kids stayed in the loft and we stayed in the master bedroom. The beds are super comfy, we have no complaints about our sleep. If air conditioning is a must for you, like it is for our family, there are multiple air-conditioning units and fans throughout the house, which kept it cool. The kitchen is well stocked and fridge is big! The washer and dryer were so nice to have, as we are on the islands for many weeks and this was a midpoint stop between places with no washer/dryer. You can tell that this townhome is loved by their family and you can see why. Only thing that’s missing is a view of the ocean, but the view of the pond is very nice. We hope to be back!

Only one of the beds was comfortable which was disappointing. The toilet upstairs was leaking so it was out of use for the first two days. There were 6 of us so that wasn’t great. The kitchen was well stocked and close to walk to the ocean. We had a good time being together but this p,Ave needs an upgrade.

This condo is well equipped with everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and is extremely comfortable. Everything is in good condition and the rooms are good size. We feel that the location of the unit is the best in the place because it has a wonderful view of the pond and evening sunset. The condo is on the Fazio golf course which is currently not being used so we walked several miles on the cart paths each day. The Turtle Bay property is exceptional with beautiful beaches and lovely walking paths along the ocean. We highly recommend the area and this condo!

What a lovely home, and a beautiful location. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The Turtle Bay Resort itself has many wonderful things to offer: the beaches, the trails, the hotel restaurants and bars, the golf course and swimming pools. We used all of them, and also enjoyed the North Shore with Haleiwa and the shrimp trucks and many other great beaches. The house itself could use some updating: the kitchen utensils are a bit lacking, the lanai is stuffed with messy storage equipment rather than seating, and many of the drawers were quite disorganized. The refrigerator had lots of leftover food from previous tenants that we had to throw out. But even with these small inconveniences, we really enjoyed ourselves. Loved the hammock and outdoor chairs in the “yard”. A beautiful view of the golf course and small pond!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Honolulu. North shore and it’s surrounding communities are truly amazing. This was a great location, walked every morning across the golf course to the beach. Everything we needed was there in the house.

My husband and I took my mother to Hawaii to celebrate her 60th birthday. I wanted to book a place where we could relax yet still be close to all the activities we had planned. The hosts where easy to communicate with and organized. We had no issues getting into the condo and it was very spacious and mostly quiet. There is a neighbor next door that likes to leave his screen door open, so you can hear him speak very loudly on all his personal and business calls, but it didn't bother us since we were mostly gone the entire time. They have a nice hammick outback and it was my husband's go to place every time we came back to the rental. The golf course is very pretty and relaxing. You can walk to the ocean from the condo but ithe beach is covered with sharp corral. You need to walk more to find a beachy area, but we decided to drive to Waikiki for the breach. The rental is close (by car only) to CLIMB works/Keana Farms, Polynesian Cultural Center and Kualoa Ranch. There is a small shopping center about 10 mins away that has a grocery store. It is far from Waikiki, but we made a day trip out of it. The only issue is that the top bedroom has an enormous ant problem. My poor mother had to deal with them every night even after using the ant spray that the rental provided. There is obviously an ant nest by the roof, as you can see their trail from the bed frame up to the ceiling. The top bathroom also had cockroaches (which could be due to the climate), but the bottom bathroom and rooms did not have much, if any, insects problems. I would recommend just staying downstairs and ignoring the suite upstairs until the insect issue gets resolved. Other than that, it was a good place to go for our first time being by Turtle Beach.

Beautiful property, inside and out! We’ve stayed at turtle bay condos many times but this was definitely the nicest one. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the unit was spotless. Even though it is a condo, it is so private that you don’t feel like anyone is around you. We actually enjoyed part of golf course being closed behind us so we could hit some balls with the golf clubs provided. and the biggest benefit was the THREE AC units! They actually worked very well and kept the place very comfortably cool. We would stay here again any day!

I have stayed at several VRBO properties over the years and this was by far the best I have stayed at. Just a great, well kept apartment with anything one might need during a week stay. Pool is literally a 50 foot walk out the front door and the local beaches are gorgeous! What a wonderful find. If we ever get the opportunity to return to the north shore of Oahu I would gladly stay here again!

We thorough enjoyed our stay here and wish we had a few more days. The condo felt like home to me, my husband and our two sons (18 & 21). The beds were so comfortable, the place was clean and well stocked, the view was beautiful and peaceful, not to mention a lovely, short walk to the beach and Turtle Bay resort. There is no reason to pay the high price of a hotel room at the resort when you can have the space and peace of this fabulous condo. If we are blessed enough to be able to visit North Shore again, I would stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for sharing your home for others to enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with our 11 yr old and 20 yr old. We had plenty of room as there were 4 of us and accommodations could have held more of us. We enjoyed the nice peaceful area. We walked to the Turtle Bay area to swim in the beach. There was a hammock, patio furniture and pond in the back yard. Our son loved the pool which was never crowded when we were there. We were very pleased to have air conditioning as the other resort we stayed at didn't have air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable. This was such a nice place to stay. There's a restaurant Lei Leis that is close by so we utilized it so we didn't have to travel much. There was a beach approx 9 miles from us that we were able to take photographs of the sea turtles which was awesome. Everything we needed was there to make for an enjoyable trip. We hope sometime we are able to visit again. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

We loved our stay here- even better than we thought it would be. This place had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was completely stocked and there were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There are plenty of walking trails and we loved having a pool to hang out at when we weren’t at the beach. The area was quiet. We really loved everything about it. We wish we could have spend our whole time there.

The location of this property is wonderful. The North shore has so many fun things to do. If you are thinking of staying in this area, check out the Turtle Bay resort. It was beautiful! This unit however has an ant infestation. We woke up the first morning to large ants crawling all over the upstairs bed: We contacted the owner who refused to do anything but say they have never had a problem and a few must have gotten in. We were forced to spray rai all over the place since they wouldn’t assist with the issue. We found small ants in the downstairs bedroom, both bathrooms and living room every day of our stay. Several days we woke to large ants crawling on the bed. I couldn’t stomach sleeping in the bed so I slept on the very uncomfortable couch. There are any traps under every bed and white powder also. These insect methods are clearly not working. There were roaches in the upstairs bedroom our last morning there. We are very careful about only having food in the kitchen so it want from food. This house was such a disappointment.

This place was perfect for what we needed! Living on the south shore of Oahu, it was so nice to have a quiet spot on the North Shore to relax and decompress. I loved reading in the hammock out back and watching the cattle egrets around the pond. Unfortunately, it was pretty overcast while we were there so we didn’t catch any sunsets but maybe next time because we will be back! Everything was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy drive to Waimea Bay for a day at the beach and plenty of food trucks for yummy meals. We also had dinner and breakfast at the Lei Lei Grill. The mai tai’s were very good and the bonus was being able to walk there and back along the golf course. Mahalo!

The owners of this condo have thought of just about everything you would need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Perfect rental for the two couple in our group. The guys golfed with golf clubs provided, we all snorkeled and boogie boarded with equipment provided. Outdoor patio table was perfect for breakfast, happy hour, and hammock perfect for little nap after busy day. Swimming pool directly across sidewalk from unit. Beautiful trails for walking. Quite community. Owner is quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place, and or return!!

My husband and I were very pleased in choosing this condo for our stay in the Turtle Bay area. The location was great! We were able to walk to the Turtle Bay resort, to the beach and enjoy the walking paths to Kawela Bay and Kahuku Point. We appreciated the artful decor of the condo and had all amenities needed. We spent most evenings in the backyard of the unit enjoying the beautiful sunset over the pond. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in the Turtle Bay area.

When I am looking for a place to stay, I rely on the reviews of others and only rent 4 stars and above. This was an almost five star rating and there are many reasons why....
We were two families, six in all staying here. Two couples, a 14 year old teenage girl and 21 year old son. Our trip was postponed due to the pandemic in 2020 so we were thrilled to finally be able to travel again. The unit was very spacious. Enough so that everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The pictures you see here are VERY accurate and are exactly what we experienced. It checked off everyone's boxes, with the four main ones being: close to beach, accessible pool, air conditioning and comfy beds for all. The pool is literally a ten second walk from the front door. Also cleanliness is key and this place was clean!
We were very busy during our stay in Oahu, as our son got married in Honolulu during our stay, so we did not get to relax on the beach at Turtle Bay as much as we had wanted to but the option of that short walk to the beach is a huge plus!
Both bedrooms have comfortable king size beds, something we really tried hard to find for both couples. The loft area was a very nice size for the "kids" to hang out in and there was ample room for their luggage and all their other belongings. With a futon and a bunk bed and extra futon mattresses available, it could have slept even more people.
The grounds are beautiful. The neighbors were very nice. The owners provide a few chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, floats and more. Much appreciated.
Should we ever come back to Oahu, the north shore is definitely where we would want to stay and would definitely try to reserve this particular unit again.

We had great communication with the owner. This community is easy to find not far off the highway. Our young family found it easy to get to both the Polynesian Cultural Center and the Waimea Valley, so much better than driving up from Waikiki or Honolulu each time. Would stay here again.

I took my family to Oahu where we stayed in the Moss Family Townhouse in Turtle Bay on the North Shore. It was a wonderful location and the unit was exactly what we needed. The Moss' are easily assessable for any needs or concerns. It was a safe neighborhood and very friendly. Directly across from the pool was so convenient for my kids. We will definitely stay here again!

We have just stayed at the Moss families home and everything was as described. Could not have asked for a nicer home for the 6 of us. There were snorkels, flippers and beach gear in a storage unit on the balcony along with tennis gear to use. Beautiful outlook over the golf course for afternoon drinks out the back. Pool was straight out the front door of the unit. Lei Lei's restaurant was about 150 meters away for drinks and some meals ( can be a bit pricey for those on a budget. ) There are plenty of other eating options though within a short drive. Haleiwa town was great for a night out for dinner and cocktails.
The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Close drive to all the sights on the North shore. ( a car is a must up there ). All in all I could not fault it or the care the owners showed with information and responses to any questions I had. If staying on the North shore I will be be trying to stay in this home again.
PS. One minor thing is that maybe a few more bath towels be supplied as we ran out.
There were plenty of beach towels though.

The photos are exactly as shown on the website with comfort, accessibility, and extra amenities that a family would enjoy. Skip Waikiki and stay out in the country on Oahu. Turtle Bay Hotel is within walking distance with a beautiful beach and you’ve got one of the best surfing spots in the world down the road. The hosts did a fantastic job and I see why their property is reserved most of the time! We were lucky to have it for a wedding during Mother’s Day weekend. If available next time, we would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for sharing your home with us. We very much enjoyed our stay. The weather did not cooperate much during our week there but overall enjoyed Oahu. Turtlebay golf Palmer course was very nice. Ted's bakery is a must when in that area. So many things to see so little time. Small minor hicups about the home which can be easily fixed. Curtains are not thick enough to convey heat protection and privacy. Upstairs shower the pressure knob is broken, therefore unable to adjust pressure. Lastly the a/c in the upstairs bedroom would require a diffuser as to not blow the cold air directly onto the right side of the bed. Putting a blacket and something heavy to keep it in place does the trick. I had one of the fob's fixed as it was deffective. Moss family were available and friendly for all questions. Thank-you.

We had 2 tweens and 4 adults. More than enough room. The master bedroom on the main floor has the best, most comfortable king bed ever. I usually never sleep well on vacation, but had no issues here! We never saw any bugs - the place is super clean and nicely decorated. We were able to use the chairs and boogie boards. The pool was straight across from the unit and came in handy for keeping an eye on the kids. The brand-new fridge is really nice too! Thank you for delivering it that morning before we arrived!! Happy hour at Turtle Bay was nice too. Thank you for having us!

This condo was perfect for our stay on the North Shore. We were visiting for a family wedding and the six of us had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed, and much more! We loved being right on the golf course and walking distance to the Turtle Bay Resort. Although we had many rainy days, the sun was shinning bright on the day of the wedding...thank goodness!
