We love to stay on the north shore as it’s much quieter and more relaxed. Instructions to condo and all information provided was super helpful.

We enjoyed having a bit of extra space for our first time to Oahu. The property was a pleasant, short walk to Turtle Bay resort where we could snorkel or take surf lessons. The property itself was well equipped with towels and the kitchen had everything we needed! I definitely will stay here again!

Loved this location and it's proximity to all our North Shore activities. House was very clean and we felt very safe in this little community. The only drawbacks we came across, but not worth losing a star, was the lack of a cookie sheet so we had to get creative with cooking some meals, and the island counter was rampant with tiny little ants so we had to make sure all food items were in the pantry or fridge. Oddly, we didn't find the ants anywhere else in the condo.

This is a great property that is really close (about 10 minutes walk) from the main Turtle Bay hotel and the beach. It is also about a 15 minute drive from Waimea Valley or Pupukea. There is guest parking as well, which is nice. The AC does make the house really cool and helps to have ceiling fans.
Downside was that our family found 3-5 roaches (dead and alive) during our stay. A few of the large ones were crawling on the living room walls. The water pressure for the showers are also a bit low. Overall though, great place to stay.

Great location and property for our family of 5. Short walk to amazing turtle bay beaches and short drive to others. The condo was well stocked for our cooking and beach needs. There were towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. AC units in rooms to keep cool and a little lanai with a couch for bird watching or book reading. Our property manager was very responsive. Great place to stay for a relaxing family vacation!

We arrived at midnight and followed the instructions to check-in. My grand kids called the property the ‘condo’ and immediately felt at home. The location was close to the resort beach and beach chairs in the condo was a plus. Loved the full kitchen and the washer/dryer. Two and a half bathrooms was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. The A/C was excellent and cooled the whole condo. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed the property, it had extras and we left some beach activity extras as well for the next guest. The cleaning process was easy, however we wanted to make sure to wash towels, and clean up so the housekeeping did not have much to do. The only thing that might have been helpful is information to the closest grocery store, closest restaurants, food trucks, and nearby activities. Otherwise check-in and check-out were very easy . We would absolutely stay again! Thank you

Would highly recommend this condo. Great location and the host provided everything we needed to make our stay great. One thing you should know is the condo guests are not allowed to use the resort pool but the condo is located close to a community pool.

Directions to unit were inaccurate so took a while to find but once there everything was fantasic. Thanks for a great experience!

Great stay! Will be back. Please just check on the drip coffee pot. There seemed to be rust where the pot sits so we did not use it.

Second story condo offers great views of the Turtle Bay Golf course, easy parking, great floor plan. The upstairs loft is roomy and the beds are so comfortable. They had a few spices for cooking and ice in the freezer for drinks. We were able to use some of the beach chairs.

I read other reviews prior to booking. They were all very accurate! From booking to checking out, everything was seamless. Adrienne was a wonderful host and made sure everything was clean and ready for us. She was also very responsive when I text. The beach and many activities were within a short five minutes walk. We booked this property for a destination wedding it it really met all of our needs. A nice pool with barbecues, lots of beach trails, access to the Turtle Bay Hotel (restaurants, bars, coffee shop), and a beautiful beach. The complex is older but nicely kept up and our condo was clean (I knocked it a star as the half bath upstairs was ok but needs updating- no plug by the counter, and no air circulation). Nice kitchen and loved the balcony including the couch and hanging chair. We would definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kuilima Estates. The property is exactly as shown and is fantastic. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft, the kitchen was well equipped, and the property is in a nice, quiet, safe location (gate access and security roaming the parking lots). We loved that we could walk 5 minutes to the beach at Turtle Bay if we didn’t want to drive to any of the nearby beaches. Lei Lei’s restaurant is a 3 minute walk if you have a last minute craving and don’t want to cook. Location is ideal as you are 15 minutes from beaches and food trucks either way you decide to go. Long walking trails available as well as the golf course if you need to get out for some early morning exercise. Can’t say enough good things about this property and the owner who is very responsive to questions and is focused on making your stay the best it can be. We spent a few days in Honolulu as well and wished we had stayed the entire time at Kuilima Estates. If you are fortunate enough to get to stay here you won’t regret it.

We had ant problems for most of our stay. It was really bad the first day. After tracing the lines of ants back it source - we realized the problem. Most of the dishes in the cupboards were put back dirty - and it attracted multiple lines of ants. The host said they would bring by bug spray but she never did. I ended up cleaning all the cupboards by hand. She also refused to refund any money of the cleaning fee.

North shore is a beautiful location with amazing views and sunsets. The property had access to all the trails and goodness of turtle beach resort just next door. The golf course views are wonderful, the sound of the ocean just on the other side of the trees is heavenly.
The property had plenty of room for our group of 4 and felt cozy at the same time. We did have a challenge with the parking instructions and Adrienne was so quick to respond to help out. Only suggestion- The property could use a good deep cleaning and some updating with paint touch ups and worn out fixtures but that doesn’t keep you from enjoying the space.

We loved our 3-night stay! We were 2 parents, 2 kids, and 1 grandma. Loved the little balcony with beautiful view of palms and golf course greenery. Swimming pool just a short pathway away was wonderful! Super clean, great towels/bedding & everything you could ever need for the kitchen. Adrienne was fantastic to communicate with via text. Close to all the fun North Shore activities, like Waimea Falls, bays and beaches, Haleiwa shops and restaurants, and food trucks! We’ll definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Away from the bustle of Honolulu, on Oahu’s north shore. Turtle Bay has lots of restaurants, hiking trails and beaches. The condo was well designed for 2 couples. Be aware that there are stairs involved, so not a good choice for those with mobility issues. This site was everything we wanted, and very well insulated. We’d never have guessed there were people living next door.

Comfortable condo overlooking a part of the well manicured golf course and a part of the Turtle Bay Resort community, within easy walking distance of the Resort and all of its amenities. It's an easy drive to all of the North Shore beaches, allowing for an early start and avoid the crowds that clog the roads later on. Well-stocked kitchen, washer-dryer, and multiple bathrooms, and comfy beds made for the perfect home away from home this holiday. The only hiccup was during check-in where we had some difficulty locating and accessing the unit in the dark (later than anticipated arrival) but it all worked out just fine.

This is a great location on the North shore side of Oahu. With lots of things to do on that side of the island our host was superb she gave us her contact number , she was easily accessible for questions or any concerns we might have had and her recommendations for things to do were great. The place is located in a very quiet area and has a Lanai that overlooks a lush green golf course. As you seat there you could just hear the ocean waves in the background. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Adrienne answered promptly when we got lost finding the correct entrance gate. The home was clean and cozy. We especially loved the location. It was a short walk to the beach and we did not have to drive far to explore Haleiwa, different beaches, and the many food spots. Ted’s Bakery is a must! The only minor issue we had was not having clear instructions for opening the gate.

Could not get into tennis courts which was a big selling points since my son is a competitive tennis player that practices every day. Had a different lock than the fob or keys could open. I think thats managed seperately and don't think its accesible with the rental of this unit. A little misleading.

As a local my family and I don’t do staycations too often, and just like everyone else were tired of staying home due to covid. So for my daughters birthday before baby’s arrivals we decided to stay out in the north shore area. The condo was about a 10 minute walk from the public access beach at turtle bay, and from the bay you can walk the other side if you want to go fishing. Everything I needed to make meals was in the condo. Check in was easy, and the host had always replied right away when I had a question. My kids and their friends definitely enjoyed the short weekend stay cation! They’re excited to come again in the near future.

The check-in process was the easiest we've ever experienced. The space was spacious for our family and the children loved having their own beds in the loft. There is a great view of the golf course. We had an issue with a tinkling toilet which we reported during our stay, and some other questions came up to which Adrienne promptly replied. The community is gated so we felt very safe and we hardly saw anyone else. We didn't use the pool so we can't attest to its condition or convenience. But the location of the property is near Waimea Falls, beaches, and some great snorkeling.

Great location! The condo allows you to utilize the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort amenities (except for the pool). It is also a short drive to many other north shore beaches. It has great Air Conditioning and we really liked having 2 1/2 bathrooms- which we feel is very important when traveling with a group. The hostess, Adrienne, is very helpful and responsive!

This is a fantastic condo for families- had everything we needed including gear to enable great beach day excursions including beach chairs, umbrella, boogy boards, snorkel gear. There's numerous great beaches in the area, one of which we experienced seeing the large sea turtles up close!

We could not have been more impressed with this property. It was perfectly situated in the North Shore, and due to its proximity, enabled us to do activities in the mornings before the crowd showed up. For example, we were able to snorkel at Shark’s Cove, eat shrimp at Giovannis, lounge at Waimea Bay and paddle board at Haleiwa easily and without fuss as all of those attractions are within 20 minutes of the condo.
As for the condo itself, it was just as described in the listing. Our party of 8 was comfortable and all of our needs were met. We loved being able to do the laundry. We were also walking distance from the Turtle Bay Resort, which we visited a few times. My wife and I enjoyed Roy’s Beach House and the hike to Kahuku Point. Lots of things to do just in that area.
The host Adrienne was responsive and allowed us to check in a bit early. Everything we needed was provided for., even beach chairs, body boards and umbrella! We also appreciated the ice cold AC. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back to this property whenever we find ourselves back in Oahu and the North Shore!

Nice clean place. Simple, clean, modern, close to the hotel. Great communication with owner. Easy to deal with. There is a door immediately to the left of the stairs which is not part of the unit. Little hard to tell. Overall 8.5/10

The unit is cute, good size for our family of 4, kitchen is nice. Bathroom needs a good clean and replace towels.needed toilet paper and paper towels. Also, promised beach chairs and umbrella that were not in the unit.not a big deal to my husband but was for me.owner apologized, however I would of just purchased chairs on the way up and left them for future guests. I would recommend to friends.
