Our son is stationed on Oahu serving in the Marine Corps. This is our second consecutive year staying in this condo complex and have nothing but good things to say. Joanne’s is an amazing property owner. Very timely with inquiries and the condo had everything needed for an extended stay. The kitchen was very well equipped as we prepared most meals there to avoid costly restaurant visits. While it would be nice to have a bathroom in the loft area, our family managed just fine. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit.

The accommodations were wonderful! Everything we needed for a great vacation! Our host was always available and always willing to help us out with any of our questions.
The birds do sing loud at times but u just need to appreciate the beautiful songs they sing :) And there can be road noise but nothing a set of earplugs couldn’t drown out. Overall it was a lovely place with an amazing hostess! Would definitely stay here again if we came to the North Shore.

Really nice unit. AC kept the place nice and cool. Unit is kept very neat and clean. Well stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook. Plenty of fridge space and full bin of ice in the freezer for cold drinks.

Thank you Joanne. Your place was wonderful , very clean with all the amenities and beach supplies a family could ever need. A few other reviews mention it’s near a noisy road. The road gets a little nosy at certain times but it’s not too bad and very quiet at night. And because the unit is on the upper floor and on the corner the view from the back lanai/porch is wrap around and actually better than the pictures with lots of gorgeous Hawaiian vegetation visible from front and side.

We love our stay. The property is nice. We enjoyed the pools and how close it is to the beach. It was a little noisy by the road but we live by a busy road at home too so we are used to it. Would love to stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasant and much too short. Only problem was with a broken pull out bed that the manager made us aware of just before arrival. But overall it was a charming little condo and a very nice place to stay.

Was a great property for our family, came with a surf board, chairs, a wagon and all the snorkel gear. We walked up to the resort each night and had dinner which was a bonus.

Beautiful close to a lot of things. But i ordered a room for 6 sleepers. Was told 2 bedrooms with 1 king, 2 twins and a Murphy bed. I actually only received 1 king 2 twins and a couch...no bed. Little disappointed with the false advertizing.

This rental is great. We have stayed at several of the condos in this community in the past and this is one we will return to. The condo was clean and well maintained. When we arrived there was already ice in the freezer, water in the fridge, and chocolates on the counter. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, plates, glasses and cookware so you don’t have to wash between cooking and eating. There are quiet air conditioners in each room, we could even keep the loft cool during the middle of the day.
The owners were really attentive. During our stay there was a power outage for the community and the owner took the time to contact us to let us know what was going on and to make sure we were ok and where we could get meals if the power outage lasted too long. Fortunately, power was restored after 5-6 hours, but it’s good to know they were there to help in case there was a real emergency.

Turtle Bay is a high end resort and we enjoyed walking the grounds and eating/drinking at their many restaurants and bars. Beautiful views.
This condo is about a 10 minute walk to the main hotel. It is a quiet neighborhood with gate controlled access. The walk from the parking spot to the front door is minimal.
Once inside you will find all the amenities. It was comfortable and quiet. No complaints. The owner should think about an update the bathroom in the next few years, though.

I am a frequent travel to the HI islands, and this was my mom and aunts 1st time. The check-in details, communication with Joanne, and cleanliness of the unit was top notch. If you need absolutely quietness this corner unit may not work for you because it is part of a larger complex. The cars passing in and out of unit was not an issue for us. The tub was extremely slick, and my aunt nearly slipped. No one in our party thought to feel the condition of the tub. Luckily there was a anti slip bathmat underneath the sink. My aunt only found that after she took her shower. Two of the stair lights were not working properly (one was very dim and the other one was not working at all). The property was well kept, and other visitors were quiet at night time. We were there at the time of the Big Eddie surfing competition so the traffic heading to Waimea Falls (southeast) was bumper to bumper. Waimea Falls is fairly close and I would highly recommend visiting. Beds were clean and comfortable. As three women traveling, we basically felt safe except the condo didn't have deadbolt. I would say the stay was a 9.5/10.

Wonderful place. Fully stocked with everything you could imagine for the beach including chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, wagon, snorkel gear, and even surfboards…..the place was very clean and orderly. All the linens were fresh and organized. The master bedroom had an air conditioning unit which was great…..also fans throughout. The property manager could not have been nicer or more accommodating. She answered all of our incessant questions quickly which we really appreciated…..great stay!

Amazing family get away. Everything as described in listing. The owner addressed my concerns in a prompt manner. The location was awesome and a short walk to the Turtle Bay resort. My only "critique" would be the washing machine- while I am happy there was laundry available there, the washing machine (rubber seal on the front load door area) desperately needs to be cleaned / replaced. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in this area.

The stay was very relaxing and had all the amenities. The only drawback was some neighboring condo renters that had to have a conversation outside the unit late at night but after they were made aware moved on.

We had a wonderful stay. The Host was very helpful and prompt to reply to any questions we had. She was able to provide brand new boogie boards for my kids to use, and gave great beach recommendations. The condo was perfect and very comfortable, we loved having a washer and dryer, and enjoyed walking around the property. It was a perfect place for our family to stay while we explored all of the North Shore.

We had an amazing vacation and this condo was the perfect location to base out of. Joanne and Victor were both phenomenal to communicate with both before and during our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, included gear for lots of water/beach activities. The condo is perfectly situated to all north shore activities/beaches and under an hour to Kailua, Lanikai, Diamondhead and Kualoa Ranch. Can’t say enough good things about the condo or the owners!
