This condo was exactly what we wanted! Beverly was fantastic and gave us some great ideas of places we could go. Turtle Bay was an easy walk and we even saw a turtle swimming there. So much to do and see in North Shores! Loved all the beaches!

This cozy condo was a great place to stay for our 10 day vacation. Our first time in Oahu and fell in love with the island. Only recommendation would be to add air conditioning in the loft otherwise had everything we needed and more. Beverly was very friendly and accomodating.

Such a great time in Turtle Bay in this lovely condo. The unit was clean and did fit our needs perfectly. The only down side would be that arrival information was missing, but worked out in the end. We had to move unit during our stay, but had a good and constructive communication and found a solution everyone was happy about. Would love to go back.

This property was everything the listing said and more. We did have to reach out to the owner to get the entry instructions, but Beverly picked up first call and it was smooth sailing from there.
The North Shore is amazing, relaxing, quiet and BEAUTIFUL! Staying so close to the Turtle Bay resort was awesome. No, you can’t swim in the resort pool, but everything else is fair game! And Beverly’s condo is about 20 steps away from a great, heated pool.
Overall, the condo was great. The balcony overlooking the garden and golf course was so peaceful. Cannot say enough nice things. 5 STARS!

This was perfect for our family of 4 with older kids. Great location, Beverly was lovely, and I swear would bail us out of jail in the middle of the night if she had to! So sweet! The place was comfy, and after paying $65 a day for parking in Waikiki for 6 days, free parking is a luxury! Lots of gear and beach items left behind by previous guests, which was GREAT! There is no longer carpet as shown in the pics, but pergo. So that is a bonus. Futon was comfortable for my 18 year old! They do need black out curtains for the master. I would invest in a high top table for the patio, so the rail isn't at eye level when sitting there having coffee or drinks, and a collapsible beach wagon (cheap on amazon) would have been really helpful to haul beach gear down. Otherwise, just drive to the beach and find parking. The walk with the beach stuff was a pain. But plenty of beach towels there, linens, extra pillows. Before you stop at the grocery store, look to see what is left there from previous guests! Lots of seasonings, unopened peanut butter, jellies, and even Truly's greeted us on our arrival. We paid it forward and left some Titos! I would stay here again! Go to TOA luau!!! Family run Luau and about 15 mins away in beautiful waimea falls park!! The food land 10 mins past turtle bay had great Poke and everything you need. The best selection of roadside food trucks on the island are on the North Shore! DON"T waste your money at overpriced restauants! Mahalo Beverly and Mark!

This condo is quiet and VERY clean, although I think the stairwell and upper carpet needs to be cleaned. Well stocked with kitchen items. Beverly, the manager, was very kind and helpful. All in all a good visit.

No indication was given in the photos or property description that the condo unit was up a steep flight of 14 stairs. We knew there would be stairs to the loft (which were also pretty steep) but were unprepared to lug groceries and enough bags for a week's stay up steep stairs just to access the unit. I would never have rented this property had I known.

The property was very clean and the property manager was wonderful. She was very kind and responsive. We were disappointed to find out although there were picture of the Turtle Bay Resort we were unable to use any of the amenities connected to the resort. When we arrived we were told that the condo residents (once hotel guests) could use the resort pool, hot tubs, etc… There was a mall pool for the condo complex, but it did not feel like we were staying “at Turtle Bay- just a resident condo down the road.

This condo is great. My kids loved sharing the loft and having their own space. We loved having our own space downstairs as well.
The condo is clean and has all the basics you’ll need. It has a stocked kitchen to prepare meals.
We enjoyed movie nights, the heated pool and overall comforts of this condo. We would definitely stay here again.
My only negative was not receiving any instructions about arrival/check in until less than 24 hours before check in and after a text and 2 phone calls asking for them. A simple email a week before stating the instructions would be emailed to us on the day of arrival would have even been appreciated. When traveling far to come to Hawaii with kids I just needed the reassurance that we had a place to stay and that we would be able to check in.
Once the instructions were received though, it was a breeze. Beverly communicated easily and promptly.
Again, this property is even better than the pictures.

Stayed for part vacation and work. Great location and nice place to stay with close proximity to Turtle Bay Resort and facilities and beaches. Nice pool, lots of beach equipment available to use right at the unit (snorkle, mask, wave boards etc.). Bev was awesome getting us checked in - thank you! Comfortable, clean, and well appointed!

Four adults had a fabulous time at this property. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Very clean. Car park included. Pool a few steps away. Lovely pool area! Kitchen is well stocked with equipment. Lovely balcony overlooking golf course. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Upon arrival, Beverly was so sweet and helpful getting us checked in. Our stay was great. The condo was in a good location for us to get to our weekend Spartan event 30 minutes away. The condo provided all that we needed to prepare our meals. After our departure and arrival on Maui we realized we forgot something very important (& new) back at the condo. Beverly was AMAZING and helpful in getting that returned to us! We can't thank her enough for her graciousness and help to return it.

I would definitely stay here again. Traffic was light, close drive to several tourists areas. Our favorite snorkeling spot was sharks cove (15min drive).

We loved having a washer/dryer and full kitchen. It made it really easy to be gone for a week or more. The pool was a 2 minute walk away and the main Turtle Bay hotel with all the restaurants was an enjoyable 10-15 minute walk. I didn't realize there was no central air when I booked and although there is a wall unit in the master bedroom, the rest of the unit got pretty warm. We left the sliders open during the day with fans on and that made it comfortable. The unit is nothing fancy but had everything we needed at a great price. The check in process threw me because our plane landed an hour before the check in time and we still had no access information. I got an immediate reply from the owner when I messaged about it but for a few minutes I was worried we'd arrive and be locked out. The on site manager Beverly was delightful, friendly, and met us to let us into the unit. Overall, a fantastic stay!

We stayed at this property for 6 nights (2 adults, 2 kids)... and we are very happy with our experience. The townhouse is large, clean, and well situated on the grounds of the Turtle Bay resort. Kawela Bay beach is a short walk away, where turtles can be seen every day in the water. The property has some good restaurants and is a close drive to Haleiwa, Waimea, etc. Beverly answered my text queries quickly and well. There's nothing negative to say about this place at all, I'd definitely stay here again next time! This place represented excellent value for my $.

This condo worked well for our group. The location right by turtle bay was a beautiful way to experience the North Shore. I wish it had been cleaned more thoroughly for our stay. The showers and sinks needed extra scrubbing, which we did, the loft space was musty and pretty much every surface was a bit dusty, if not dirty. Beverly, the property manager and Marks mom was very sweet and accommodating. Communication was a bit lacking, I was not sent check in information and Mark didn’t reply to any of my messages asking. He did pick up the phone when I called. Also, the air conditioning was a window unit in one bedroom, which did nothing for the loft area.

The condition of the unit was very nice. We did have issues with the internet. The phones, and old Ipad worked. We had some new laptops that gave a no internet. You may wish to look into that. Other wise everything was wonderfull!

Fantastic location and updated property with a newer and well stocked kitchen. The layout was great for family of 4. Property manager did not respond to emails but did respond to voicemail, and we had to call and email several times to get the property house number and access info. Once we met the property manager she was lovely, but her son manages all the online and email exchanges from CA. Was disappointed by amount of dust in the high and low areas of the fans, furniture, etc., and in the quilt and shams upstairs. Once I washed the linens upstairs my daughters dust allergies abated significantly. Anyone without allergies like myself probably wouldn’t notice. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this great place with access to trails beaches and horseback riding, but share this info just to help others be better prepared for their stay.

Overall it's a nice safe place. Good communication with the manager/owner. Only a couple reasons I couldn't give it a 5 star review: 1) there were decent amount of bugs, ants, and a couple lizards we saw in the unit (I know it's somewhat common in tropical places) 2) some of the advertised beach stuff was broken (umbrella in particular). It is a nice place though.

Great, quiet location. This 2 bedroom was perfect for our needs. It's a great location if you're looking to stay out of the city life but close enough to get wherever you want to go on the island. We really enjoyed access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Would definitely stay here again. Mark and Beverly are wonderful hosts.

This place was very clean! The property manager, Beverly (who is the owners mother), was so welcoming and attentive. She greeted us and was just so sweet. Our family has stayed at Kuilima Estates over 15 times within the past 30 years and this is the first time we’ve had a property manager greet us and show us the place. It was awesome. Thank you, Beverly, for sharing your aloha.
The place itself is perfect for a party of 5. And it is more updated than many of the condos we’ve stayed in.

Owner and her son are easy to work with and very kind. The property is perfectly located for activities along the north shore and Haleiwa as well as down the east side of the island for places like the PCC and Kualoa Ranch.
The condo itself is comfortable and has the basic needs. The kitchen is stocked well enough to cook your own meals if you choose. While they do have toilet paper and paper towels, if you and your party tend to use a lot or are staying for more than a few days, just pick some up at grocery store when you buy your food for your stay. They have some basic beach equipment including boogie boards; for those of us who aren’t experts, they work just fine. The do have a set of snorkeling equipment, but if you want more, there are many places nearby you can rent them during your stay.
The condo doesn’t have A/C, but the breeze through the screen doors at the front and back, along with the ceiling fans, makes it perfectly comfortable unless you like to be an ice cube. Haha.

This property was everything I needed for my staycation! I was celebrating my 25th birthday and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here with my friends.
Mark gave me his mother Beverly’s information for the check in process and she was so kind to let my friends who traveled in different vehicles in. The unit does come with one parking stall and there are guest stalls as well, but you will need a permit from security. Beverly made us feel very welcome and gave us a quick rundown on how to use the keys and some information on the property.
The unit is very clean and cozy. It is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos and there are hardwood floors, not carpet, if that matters to some. The unit was stocked with kitchen appliances, towels, and stuff for the pool or beach. We have no complaints about the neighbors or other residents, despite some warning from other reviews and Mark/Bev. Be sure to keep the screen doors closed because the mosquitos will swarm in! The space was perfect for what I needed for my lil getaway.
I would definitely recommend booking here if you are looking to stay on this side of the island! It is a little far from stores and restaurants (at least by Hawai'i’s standards lol) so consider getting what you need before you head over here. But there a lot of local trucks and vendors nearby so definitely check those out!

10 minute walk to beach, and the beach was not super busy. Driving to town will take a while with traffic but that is worth it for the amazing stay.

This condo unit has nice space and is well taken care of and managed. I have nothing but great things to say about Mark and Beverley whom were very helpful during our stay. That being said, proceed with caution if you are planning to have more than one or two people stay in the unit. Their is a retired couple directly next door to the unit that are not pleasant, and certainly lack the Aloha spirit of Hawaii. Upon checking in to our unit the first night we were met with an abrupt instruction to quiet down while simply conversing with the property manager about the unit while checking in at 9:58. Needless to say, we learned quickly that our presence wasn’t welcomed.

We enjoyed our stay here and there were plenty of fun things to do on the north side of the island. Turtle Bay has at least two beach spots perfect for little kids that are right by this place. Great location!

Loved our stay at Turtle Bay! The condo was just perfect and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our family of 5. Very clean and located close to some of the best food and beaches on the North Shore. Thankful for the warm outdoor pool and washer and dryer (inside the condo). The birds are quite loud in the morning, but it’s all part of the experience. There’s beach chairs, boogie boards, and lots of other things to make the stay even nicer. Wish I could have stayed forever.
