Stayed here with my partner in December. It was perfect for what we needed. The place is a bit on the older side but everything functions well and the turtle Bay Area amenities are a plus (walking trails, beaches, a couple bars, pool, etc). One point of note, hot water is a finite resource in the shower :) didnt get in our way, though!

My family and I stayed here after spending about 6 days in Kapolei. It was such a nice way to spend the last half of our trip. Very relaxing. The condo had everything we could need and the washer/dryer was such a plus. The pool was right outside the door and warm but refreshing. The bed was comfy and the futon was also surprisingly comfy (I slept on both). Would love to stay here again!

The accommodations at Swaying Palms were comfortable and met all of our needs. Kuilima Estates West was the perfect location for us. We thoroughly enjoyed strolling to the secluded beaches on the east at sunrise and on the west at sunset. The gardens of exotic trees, fragrant flowers and beautiful birds enhanced our daily jaunts. The North Shore is slower paced and relaxing, yet about an hour drive from most attractions. Judy was so helpful and attentive to our needs. Her great customer relation skills with attention to details resulted in our excellent experience at Swaying Palms.

The Swaying Palms condo was fabulous. We enjoyed morning walks around the beach and golf course. The condo was great for two people. Fully equipped kitchen. Would recommend stopping at Foodland Grocery store to get your groceries. The pool is a short walk from the front door. There is also the Golf course cafe for breakfast and coffee. Lots of outside areas to check out up in Turtle Bay.
Our host Judy gave precise instructions on what to do. Everything was great. Mahalo!

This was the perfect place for our several days on the North Shore. It was close to all of the beaches/areas we went and provided a spacious, comfortable spot to come back at night. Beautiful grounds around the property and plenty of pools to cool off in! The owners were so helpful and responsive to all of our questions and any issues they had. Highly recommend it and will definitely be back next time I’m in Oahu!

Our stay at Swaying Palms for three nights couldn't of been a better choice on the North Shore. The condo was so cute with the ocean decor. The kitchen had a great set up, even though we didn't do a lot of cooking, but we enjoyed having the refrigerator with an ice machine and having a washer and dryer was very handy. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and drinking our coffee on the patio that overlooks the beautiful golf course each morning. Walking trails over to hidden beach and Kawala Bay were beautiful and the closest location to the Turtle Bay Resort in Haleiwa was a plus. I appreciated how quiet it was Swaying Palms condo. Judy was an excellent communicator back-and-forth before we came on the trip and during and after we couldn't of found a better place to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We hope to return again, many times.!

Perfect spot for myself, my mother and my adult daughter to enjoy a girls trip. Wonderful condo located by Turtle Bay Resort. Easy to drive down the island to the East or West and hit up beautiful beaches or Kualoa Ranch and Polynesian Cultural Center. Clean and comfortable. The queen bed was comfortable, as was the futon couch (much better mattress than you'd expect from a futon). Lots of extra touches such as supplying laundry soap and plenty of towels. We would definitely rent again when we return to Oahu.

This property has it all. It feels like your home away from home. Very clean and friendly property. The people are very nice and helpful. You are just a short walk away from the beach. There are very good restaurants walking distance from the property. You can dip in the pool or ocean which ever you prefer . If you wanna play tennis or basketball it’s available. Choose from two 18hole golf courses to play on. There are even BBQ to use if you wanna get your grill on. Two thumbs up. I will be staying here again. Love it.

We were impressed at the communication, location, cleanliness, and quietness of this property and the owners. It was a perfect location for us to stay at so we can explore the entire island. we absolutely loved our stay in this wondrous, magical spot. Every day we felt like we were "coming home." OUr days started out with coffee just sitting taking in the golf course and a daily walk to the beach . .after that our days were gobbled up with many obligations but that long twisting road that took us by beach after beach soon become a cherished ritual . . It helped remind us of all things important - family, the immense power of the ocean, the spectacular beauty of the mountains and the ageless nature of trees . . .It was a potent reminder of the grandness of the world. This condo was perfect - location, amenities, Judy the mgr. EVERYTHING . .we were absolutely content.

Thanks Judy for being a great host! We are renting on Hawaii since many years and this renting was absolutely professional. Turtle Bay properties are great for strolls in the woods and on the ocean. Great coffee & more in the top notch remodeled turtle bay hotel. All in all 1A* regarding price & performance. Most important annotation in this review: we will absolutely return to this place 🌈

We stayed for 3 nights after a stay near Honolulu. We LOVED the location. So close to beaches that had very few people on them. We walked to Secret Beach and Kawela Bay. They are just across the golf course and, yes, you are allowed to walk across the golf course. (We actually never saw any golfers) We saw many turtles and enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Judy was very responsive to our texts.
I gave this 5 stars as we loved it but people should know that a few things need attention in this unit. There were several signs saying things like, “don’t open this sliding door as it is impossible to close” “don’t turn the fan on high speed, it wobbles” “if the closet door comes off the tracks, here’s how to fix it” etc. These things didn’t really affect our vacation, but I feel like there are a few things that need to be attended to in this unit.

Wow - what an incredible property. In walking distance to turtle bay resort, and there’s so many things to do (nightly music, beach access, horseback riding) that you can do. The check-in/out process was seamless and we were so thankful for all the awesome recommendations from the owner. Can’t beat a clean safe property within close distance to all the best things to do on north shore.

A beautiful vacation home, in a very good environment. From there you can explore both the East Coast and the North Shore. Many beaches invite you to stay. We spent several very busy days in Waikiki and wound down our stay here. It was perfect. Close to action if we needed more-the resort and the Vans pipeline were close. We took The Bus was easily accessible.

This property was in the perfect location to explore the North shore on Oahu. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities needed for your stay. Saw some of the most beautiful rainbows I have ever seen from the patio.
The property manager was very responsive on any inquiry I had.

We wanted a place to stay that was close to beaches but could also be used as a launching pad to explore the rest of the island. This condo fit the bill nicely. It's a well stocked, clearly labeled condo walkable to several beaches. A few things to note: the second sleeping area is in the living room on a comfortable futon. The living room gets lots of light and there isn't a way to make it darker. Also, beyond the beaches and the Turtle Bay resort, most things are not walkable.
We enjoyed our stay here, and if we come back to Oahu we would strongly consider renting this again. Mahalo, Judy!

The description/pictures does not do justice to how nice the condo is. Property was as presented, and owner was very well organized, gave us information in advance that answered most of our questions and couldn't have been nicer to deal with. The Communication with the host was wonderful and very helpful, as was there for anything we needed.
The home had everything that we needed and was perfect for me, my wife and my teenager (15 years) boy. The location is very convenient as it is easily accessible to Turtle Bay resort and nearby beaches (North Shore) which included our last day adventure at the Cultural Polynesian Center. The space was very clean, quiet and more than we expected. It was nice to be able to cook in a well-stocked, spacious kitchen with lots of pots, pans and utensils. We use the blender a lot for Pineapple smoothies.

We truly enjoyed this condo. Downstairs unit, with a cute deck right on the golf course. A quick walk to Lei Lei’s restraunt on the golf course. Delicious food!!!
The room was clean, and very well maintained. My husband and I had the one bedroom, and our oldest son took the futon. The bed was so comfortable! My son was very happy with the futon.
We stayed for our youngest sons wedding located at the Turtle Bay Resort, so the condo was very close which was convenient.

This property was the perfect spot if you want to explore north shore. It was about 10-15 minutes from Shark's cove, Chun's (good spot for beginner surfing in North Shore area), food trucks, and more! The property itself was very clean and the check in/check out instructions were easy to follow. Judy was very responsive and accommodating to a couple last minute changes we had. Overall, great experience and would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the North Shore was just lovely. We wanted a slower pace for our vacation between Christmas and New Years, and this delivered. The kitchen had what we needed to make our breakfasts and a couple of dinners. We ate breakfast out on the porch each morning, and walked over to Lei Lei's (which was a 2 minute walk) for a drink and snack each afternoon. With the windows open and the ceiling fans running, we were always comfortable, never having to turn on the A/C in the bedroom. The location was perfect for trail walking, and getting to our north shore activities, like horseback riding and ziplining. Also, not too far of a drive to some great food trucks, the Polynesian Cultural Center and the Dole Plantation. Very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting the North Shore.

My partner and. i had a wonderful week stay at the Swaying Palms condo. Pre-arrival communication with Judy was effortless, with prompt and informative responses to all our questions. Arrival was easy, great directions, and if yo have the time, take the longer route from the airport over the mountains to Kaneohe and then along the windward coast to Turtle Bay… such a lovely ride! The condo as promised and more., better than the pictures. Easy check-in, clean, comfortable and a great location. Peaceful and quiet, with great amenities, the pool right outside the door, Lei Lei restaurant and the beach walking distance (though we drove most times, easy parking). The condo itself, well equipped if you want to cook, comfy bed, nice furnishings… had it all. One of my favorite parts, having coffee in the early morning on the lanai overlooking the golf course… doesn’t get much better! All in all great stay and value on the North Shore.

We loved our stay and had an amazing time! The condo was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning in the bedroom worked great and wasn't always needed as there is a nice breeze through the space. The condo is in the perfect location with a short walk to nearly empty beaches, the stables, Lei Lei's, and right across from the pool. It's also a short drive to all of the places on our list, such as the Kahuku food trucks, Rainbow House Shave Ice (best acai bowls ever), Ted's Bakery, Waimea Valley, Laniakea beach, and Haleiwa town. Since the golf course was still closed, our 4-year-old was able to run around on the grassy area right outside of the condo. Judy is a great responsive host and we definitely recommend staying here!

We loved staying here. Clean and accommodating. The hosts were in contact up to the days we arrived letting us know about different restrictions due to the pandemic going on throughout the island. There was everything you needed from cooking a gourmet meal to going to the beach.
