A good spot for a family vacation on the North ShorePros: Very clean, large seating area for gatherings and dinners, comfortably fitted a family of four. A short walk to Turtle Bay Resort and Cove. Nice views of the golf course and large lanai. Cons: Beds are old and offer little support, air conditioning units do not work, located adjacent to main road to the resort and the resort’s maintenance building, which means traffic noise and power washing all day.Overall a good clean updated condo adjacent to the larger Turtle Bay Resort in the sleepy little north shore.

I think the difference between an ok stay @ an accommodation and a great stay is the attention to even the smallest of detail. With the amount that we paid for our stay, we were expected to replace things that we used. Of course, we did. I cannot expect the individual who cleans the condo to be responsible for our concerns.
1) The living room carpet is filthy.
2) No kitchen trash can.
3) The AC units in the bedrooms are so loud that it makes sleeping difficult.
4) No Kleenex in the bathrooms.
5) Difficulty with all of the TV channel changers & getting the TV to work properly.
6) ALL of the towels in the bathrooms smelled AWFUL, like they had been sitting damp in the washer for sometime then dried. Had to wash them before we used them. Were they clean to start off with?
These concerns may not be a deal breaker for some however, when one pays as much as we did for accommodations & cleaning fees, you’d expect more.
Please consider these concerns for future guest & your accommodations will not just be OK but exceptional.

Our family loved staying in this cozy place while vacationing on Oahu. It’s in a nice quite resort community that has beach access within walking distance. We enjoyed snorkeling there and took advantage of the beach towels and chairs the property owner left. We also enjoyed playing on the ukulele that was left - it was a nice touch. The kitchen was on the small side but had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the use of the fans and air conditioning as it was warm the time we visited.

From the welcome card & hand crafted popsicle treats after a long day to the basket full of beach towels, this place is special ❤️ We initially planned to stay at the resort but it was outside of our budget, so we looked for more affordable options and found this gem. I am so grateful we did! We had a parking space right in front of the condo which made loading and unloading a breeze. Our condo had 2 bedroom PLUS a loft. Don't over pack! The washer and dryer came in handy and I only wore half of what I brought. Also, I didn't use my shampoo, conditioner, or body wash because the Maile brand bath products that were provided made me smell like a beautiful tropical flower garden. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our first trip was to the grocery store, Foodland --10 minutes down the road. We loaded up with staples, drinks, and snacks which was perfect to pack picnics for our many beach days and sightseeing. It saved us a ton of money from eating out! Besides, the best food is from mom-and-pop restaurants & food trucks. Open the patio doors to let the beautiful tropical wind into the condo where you will find picnic table, grill, and all the beach equipment you will need! Check in and out process was seamless and it felt like you were coming home rater than "checking in" at a hotel. Our hosts were available but everything was thoughtfully prepared and perfect so we never need to reach out. This is 100% the best travel decision you will make.

We had a great stay here! Place was clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and toys, especially since we had a 1.5 year old in our group. Loved walking down to the resort (0.3miles maybe?). Every morning for our morning coffee and to enjoy the view. Great spot to enjoy the North Shore and less busy areas of the island. We were a little worried about the AC after reading some reviews but they worked fine and we stayed cool. It was a nice bonus to have the pools nearby for a quick dip!

We had a great stay here! Place was clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and toys, especially since we had a 1.5 year old in our group. Loved walking down to the resort (0.3miles maybe?). Every morning for our morning coffee and to enjoy the view. Great spot to enjoy the North Shore and less busy areas of the island. Such a beautiful place. Clean, updated and comfortable. All of the amenities you need for long beach days are included; chairs, towels and an umbrella. Grocery store is close by and the food trucks are amazing. The street noise, occasionally, broke up the serenity of this location. It is just off the main entrance rode into the Turtle Bay Resort. But overall it was an excellent place. We will return.

We loved staying at 6 West. The unit was exactly as described and had plenty of room for us on Spring Break. Having beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler was a great plus for trips to the beach that was within walking distance. The property manager was great; immediately available for questions and super helpful.

Very close to condo pool. Loved having 1 room and bath upstairs and the other downstairs...very nice for 2 couples.
The condo is close to the road into Turtle Bay Resort so you will hear some road noise, but a fan on will help if you need it.
Overall..very good and would recommend it to others.

Good experience, but i would not rent again, nor recommend. The reason being the air-con needs to be upgraded. It is old and extremely noisy and placed very low above the floor . The screens need replacing out to the golf course.

A few things to note, unit very close to Lei Leis so there is at times some noise from that and the unit is close to the main road so there is some noise from that (especially in upstairs bedroom). I would rent this unit again.

A few things to note, unit very close to Lei Leis so there is at times some noise from that and the unit is close to the main road so there is some noise from that (especially in upstairs bedroom). I would rent this unit again.

We came here for my sons wedding at kualoa ranch, which by the way was beautiful and amazing!! But this property here was so accommodating and wonderful. All of our extended family stayed in their own condos so we all had our own space but we were able to be together for meals and beach time!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Three thumbs up for this property in all categories. The condo itself was clean, updated and well-appointed. We appreciated the extras such as beach gear and the ukulele very much. Location was primo for the North Shore, (very close to Foodland and the fun places in Kahuku) and we especially appreciated being able to walk to the Turtle Bay Resort for our dinners and spa treatments, in addition to having a convenient bus stop for treks into Honolulu on public transit. The restaurant Lei Lei's was our favorite - a short walk from the back door to amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinners with excellent service. The parking situation was easy, and the security staff were warm and friendly. The pools were well maintained and peaceful. We would return to this property in a heartbeat!

It was good. We haven’t stayed in any of the other units, so no basis of comparison. The furnishings were new in the living room, but did not care at all for the mattress toppers—made the beds way too soft (personal preference). Flooring was new and nice. Overall it was very pleasant.
