First, location. The condo is on the North Shore of Oahu. If you like to surf and/or snorkel, this is a great location. Many of the iconic surfing locations are within 30 min. For snorkeling, Sharks Bay and Turtle Bay are great. Go early to Sharks bay to beat the crowd. Many fish and a few sea turtles. You can snorkel in the shallow pool or in the deeper sections. The pool is great for kids or first timers.
Second, the condo. We are a family of 5 (19-51 years old). We all fit with no issues. Fully stocked kitchen where we cooked meals (we at at food trucks across the island as well). Nice and cool with window units in the bedrooms and the living area. Nice view of the golf course from the balcony. Easy walk to the Turtle Bay resort area. Communicaiton with owner was great. Can't wait to return.

Great location. Gina’s directions are spot on. Easy access to beaches. Lots of water shoes, flippers, goggles, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and a yellow beach umbrella, if you don’t want to bring your own. We brought our own ZIPOUTE full face masks ($32 Amazon) that worked amazingly well for snorkeling. Nice to have a separate bed for each child in the loft. Water filtering pitcher in refrigerator. Decent snorkeling at Kuilima Cove, better at Pupukea tide pools (wear water shoes). Only 20 minutes or so, depending on traffic, to Waimea Bay Beach Park (our favorite) & Waimea Valley with beautiful gardens and a swim in the waterfall. The Toa Luau is wonderful and tickets get you into the Valley free that day. A wonderful family vacation! Thank you!

The location is great. Overall the unit feels like a lot of leftover household items and not a lot of care.
The broken screen in the lower bedroom has a "sorry" sign on it. The dishwasher practically fell out of the wall - I informed the manager who replied that maybe some kids were playing with it.
There's no window coverage in the main room. There are ample "electricity is expensive in HI" notes but this one item would make a huge difference.
I used to live in Oahu so I'm familiar with the challenges of property. This one, however, is really lacking.

We enjoyed our stay and felt that we received solid value for the money spent. Both the exterior and interior stairways felt a bit unsafe - especially the interior stairs. Also the screen doors need some work and the air-conditioning was very loud.

Good location but poorly maintained. Trouble getting into the front gate. The security guard said that he was not authorized to open the gate which on our instructions said that he was. We were supposed to park car (but there was no place to park), walk to find the unit and get the key fob, walk back to the car with key fob to let us in. We did have an issue and attempted to contact the manager, but no response.

Great condo on golf course at Turtle Bay. Just a short walk to Turtle Bay beach and lots of walking/jogging trails. Awesome location for the North Shore - easy to get to Haleawa and Laie. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a comfortable queen bed in the master and a queen and 2 twins in the loft. There are plenty of fans and A/C units to keep you comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of beach equipment. Highly recommend this property.

The property was easy to find driving in from Honolulu. It is conveniently located on the North Shore for access to the beaches, Turtle Bay, the Polynesian Cultural Center and all the North Shore communities.
We felt the pictures did not do the property justice. It was roomy and felt larger than it actually was. The property is clean and well cared for. We brought our own snorkeling gear, but there are a variety of snorkel sets there for those who don't want to bring their own gear. Overall A+. 5 stars.

This was a great find! We love to walk and hike, and the resort has a fun trail system. The walk out to Kahuku Point is spectacular! This location provided us a great home base for the week with easy access to all the North Shore has to offer.
The sliding door did stick a little, but we managed!

Our family of 5 wanted a place where we each had a comfortable bed in a good location. Within a short walk to Turtle Bay, beautiful landscaping, nice pool, clean unit, lots of beach toys, snorkeling gear, pool toys, etc. Also had plenty of air conditioning units to keep us comfortably cool at night. The condo was perfect for our trip! I loved that it was in between all the North Shore hot spots. The beach gear on the porch was even better than advertised! The ac units worked very well to cool down the condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable.

The condo is in need of painting and repairs. The walls & trim are pretty dirty & the balcony door is almost impossible to open. Some of the trim is even rotting away. The balcony has so much stuff on it that there’s not much room left on it. It’s very dated & the LR curtains are pretty dirty & worn. Bathroom vanity is updated like stated but both showers are in desperate need of an update. I truly hate to be so negative but just making some updates & upgrades would go a long way. The closet in the kitchen needs a very thorough cleaning since that is where the garbage is kept & it’s pretty disgusting. There is a Mr Coffee machine but it’s in need of replacement. I know there are other units on this property that are the same price or less & are very clean. Location is good & Gina is very responsive.

The place was very nice and had a lot of extra amenities like the snorkel gear. There was plenty of towels & even extra bathroom supplies like soap & shampoo. The air-conditioning was very sufficient in making our stay comfortable. We noticed that the sink was leaking in the kitchen & when I notified Gina she was very prompt & replied she would have it looked at. I would definitely stay there again.

This unit met our needs completely. I wish I had known how well stocked the beach gear stash was before I packed all my stuff. Everything we needed was there. Even sunscreen and bug spray! Plenty of towels. Very comfortable beds. Huge washer and dryer. Much bigger than some stackable units I've seen. We really enjoyed the comfy island decor. AC's worked great but we never needed the upstairs or living room ac. My daughter and her husband used it in the master bedroom at night a few times. Mostly because the screen door was broken so they had to leave the sliding door closed. Neighbor dog barked every time we came or went but it was all good. View from the lanai was green and beautiful. Getting to Turtle Bay super easy. Swimming pools here are absolutely gorgeous 100% tiled! And they stay open. till 10:00!!!! Had an issue with the fridge. It died and Gena got right on it and had it replaced as quick as she could. She took great care of us.

This place worked perfectly for our group. Two couples without kids with us. A family with children would do well here too. My wife and I were upstairs in the loft and the other couple was downstairs in the bedroom. Everything we needed to enjoy Hawaii was on the back deck. Our trip was simplified by the amenities. We love it’s location on the North Shore because that’s where we spent most of our time. Thanks to Gina for providing us a wonderful time here. This property is so close to Turtle Bay, easy walk for the sunset each night. Quiet and comfortable, had everything we needed and more. The pool was an added plus, had it to ourselves one day for a few hours. Communication with the property manner was easy all check instructions were well noted. It is really hard to impress me with a Hawaii property because I live in Hawaii already. This property is so worth the drive and the money. Quiet and clean, it's also close enough to the beach and the pool. Would definitely recommend it and rent this place again.

We LOVED this property. The location was perfect for us on the North Shore of Oahu! The space was clean and comfortable for all of us and air conditioning in all rooms! When we arrived the air conditioning was already on and the tv was set with Hawaiian music playing as well as a welcome note with chocolates. Talk about feeling the Aloha spirit. The property has plenty of beach accessories, everything you could possibly need for a great day at the beach.
I would definitely stay here again!

The loft with 3 beds is a little tight, but you can’t beat the location if you have an event at or near Turtle Bay. Great experience overall. Master bedroom has great privacy, loft not so much. Overall great value.

A great place to stay at the North Shore. We were able to walk to Turtle Beach and walked some trails nearby. The condo was exactly as listed. I had a couple of questions when we checked in and Gina got back to me right away. Even though we didn't take advantage of it she also had a bunch of equipments for renters to use. We enjoyed our stay there and would rent again.

We loved the location….we could walk to turtle bay. We also loved how the condo was stocked full of snorkel equipment, chairs, coolers, sun tan lotion….anything you could possibly need. The A/C worked wonderfully, too. The pool on site was very refreshing as well. Next time, we will stay longer!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was a great location away from the crowds in Honolulu and Waikiki.
The property was clean and fully equipped with all of your cooking and beach needs. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. The AC’s were a nice bonus to!
Lastly, Gina and her cleaning lady Extrodinare, Tina, were helpful, kind, and accommodating.
We wouldn’t hesitate renting there again and hope to again someday!

We loved our stay. The location was perfect...just a 10 minute walk to Turtle Bay. The biggest perk for us was all of the beach gear that was available (snorkels, boogie boards, waterproof phone cases, sand toys, beach umbrella, towels and chairs). We also enjoyed using the pool. Ted’s bakery and Seven Brothers were awesome food options within 15 minutes. Beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure, nice neighbors! Great for our family of 6.

The condo is such a deal for the location and price. There is an ac in the master bedroom with a very comfy bed, and also in the loft with the 3 other beds. It gets a little warm in the day while you’re gone but cools down quickly when you turn them on.
Great location near everything, and you can snorkel right at the Turtle Bay Resort’s beach, minutes away.
Condo is well maintained with just a few small things that could be fixed (refrigerator door’s large bar was broken so you can’t put anything on the door, no blinds on slider door on living room so room gets warm, drain plug in upstairs bathroom wouldn’t stay open). Very small things and the good things definitely outweigh them!
The washer and dryer were wonderful to have in the condo and going home with clean clothes, instead of tons of laundry, was so great!
The owner is very helpful and responsive and has many items for your use at the condo which was great; beach toys for kids, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment, etc.
We really loved staying here and had a great time. We will definitely book this condo when we come back to Oahu!

My husband, I and our 3 teenagers loved the condo- Very comfortable! Fully stocked with beach chairs, body boards, snorkel gear and plenty of towels. Wi-Fi and Directv as well. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. We love Turtle Bay and the location was excellent. We will book this condo again! Owner was great to work with.

This place is awesome!!! I think the last poster just likes to complain. We loved this place everything was great. Yes it is upstairs and so is the loft. As for uneven steps she must have been drunk I could find any I looked. The appliances were fine. The beds were great the couch was super after a long day out. I guess if your old and have a platinum spoon up your but and want an over priced 5 star resort this place may not be for you. This condo was paradise. Full stocked. Had boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and beach towels. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach unless your on a walker or can't walk at a normal pace. The pools here were very nice. The food and drinks at turtle bay were way over priced and not good at all. Thank you Gina for sharing this little piece of paradise!!! Please don't let the negative post stop you from staying here. It is a very nice place to call home while here. But if you are after a 5 star resort type place who likes over price low quality stuff this is not a place for you. This is a very quite and peaceful place. So again thank you Gina our stay here was awesome. This place is worth staying here.
