Easy walking distance to the beach or drive if you prefer. Everything you need is in the condo. Either the kitchen or a trip to the beach. Foodland is 5 miles away. The area around the condo is quiet. No leaf blowers too. We would stay here again.

We loved this condo. Location is easy--so walkable. The 2 beds upstairs was key for us, as was the 2nd bathroom upstairs. The upstairs bathroom wouldn't work for a bunch of giants, as the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom max'd out at about 6' but worked great for us. Clean. Decent beds. The upstairs AC was critical for the nights, but otherwise, the breezes did the job. So well stocked with multiple snorkels, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, sand toys if you have kids with you. etc. Would stay here again!

We used this as our base when we explored the North Shore and we were able to utilize the Turtle Bay beaches. We also booked some activities through the resort. Highly recommend!

This condo has plenty of space for a family of four—the second full bathroom was a great addition to the the standard 2 bed 1 bath condo layout. Kitchen had all we needed, and the location on the north shore made all day trips conveniently close.

Jo Ann's townhome was perfect for our stay. It is in a great location - close to all the beautiful beaches and Turtle Bay Resort Proper without being in the hustle and bustle. The extras (snorkeling gear, boogie boards, ice chests, etc) were so nice to have. We stayed with our 1.5 and 4.5 year old, which was a bit stressful at first since the stairs are steep and open to below. However, once the little one got the hang of it we were able to relax. There was a baby gate available but it wasn't strong enough to keep my kiddo off the stairs. We would absolutely rent this place again.

Travelled with another couple celebrating our 30th anniversaries. Everything from booking the townhome to check-out was perfect. Beautiful townhome in a fantastic location. Easy to access, great parking, quiet location. Loved using the pool at the end of our busy days of exploring. If we come back to Oahu, we will definitely try to book here again!

Overall this was a great unit that comfortably accommodated my family of four. We loved that it was stocked with everything from spices to laundry detergent. Having ac in each sleeping area helped us to sleep so well as it gets hot at night with little trade winds.
We would have gave it 5 stars if it wasn’t for how loud our neighbors were. You can literally hear everything from the downstairs master bedroom as it faces parking lot and entry doors to other units below and beside you.

Condo had almost anything in terms of supplies for laundry or other cleaning, and beach supplies. Basic spices for cooking were appreciated. The area was extremely quiet which was great. Dining area for the table was quite cramped.
One thing that we have appreciated in the past from other condo owners —- often allowed a much later “checkout” time when condo was not booked for the following day —- this helps so much for many tourists who leave the islands on late night flights. The condo was a little expensive, but we would definatenly rent this condo again.

This was the most organized and well stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at. It had everything our family of 6 needed, and more. We loved that it was a gated community. Everything was clean and nice. The complex was quiet and beautiful. My husband said that if we come back to Oahu, we will stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is in such a quiet, peaceful complex. We loved the pools and played some morning tennis most mornings. The condo is so close to both of those. You can hear the peaceful birds in the morning. It is so nice after the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. You can really relax here and still close to so many fun beaches and sites. The condo is awesome and is so well stocked. It feels like you are home away from home. It was perfect for my family. The breeze at night and day is perfect and it keeps the home cool and comfortable with the fans too. We loved Laniakea Beach!! It is a close drive away and you will see many huge sea turtles! And the beach is so beautiful! You will love it too! It was just dreamy! We also loved Sunset beach and snorkling at Waimea Bay. We also loved Ted's Bakery and Angel's shaved ice in Laie. We tried a lot of shaved ice and Angel's was our favorite. Seven Brother's restaurant in Kahuku was so yummy and such a cute place! The condo is so close to Laie and the Polynesian Culture Center which we loved too! We would definitely stay at this condo again! We loved it! Thank you so much for such a wonderful and memorable trip!!

Condo was immaculate and exactly as described...very nice. Jo Ann is a great communicator...quick and helpful. Instructions for everything were easy and accurate. No problems operating or connecting to anything...TV, wifi, appliances, key fobs, lockbox, AC, parking, etc. Sooooo easy. And lots of beach toys, towels, etc. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

From day one, Jo Ann and Ron made us feel welcomed. All directions and instructions getting to and into the condo were very detailed and easy to manage. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. We had no issues needing to grab extra supplies (other than food) for our stay, or the beach, as everything we could possibly need was provided for us.
Our overall experience was great and we hope to visit again.

This place was AWESOME. They supplied way more than you need. Did not have to buy any household items like most VRBO. They supplied paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, dishwasher soap. They had mini surf boards, beach toys, snorkel equipment, tennis raquest and balls--so much more than you need. North shore area great and the place right on golf course on second floor. SO EASY and SO CONVENIENT. Love love love this place.

This condo is in great condition and well maintained Location is great for access to the north shore. The community was fairly quiet although you will hear neighbor’s doors bang shut.

This condo was perfect for my family. It was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. The kitchen was nicely updated with all appliance and pots and pans for cooking our meals. The loft was perfect for our kids with it’s own bathroom so my husband and I had our own space in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. It was nice to sit on the lanai early morning to enjoy some coffee. We would sit there during the day and have drinks while our kids ran and played in the grassy knoll. The place is a short walk to the beach. We loved our 15 min stroll to Kawela Bay where the waters were calm enough for our young kids to play in the water and float around on the boogie board. The place had beach toys, coolers and boogie boards. Wish they had a wagon to make our trek to the beaches easier. Location is a short drive to the market, Kahuku shrimp trucks and Waimea. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful place convenient to all the northshore beaches and restaurants the townhouse had everything we needed all the snorkel equipment you could possibly need. Boogie board, chairs and beach toys and more. The home was perfect very comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen beautiful view from the balcony the pools and bbq grills close by was great to have to grill while the kids swim. Joann was so helpful and very understanding when we had to reschedule due to the pandemic. Mahalo for sharing your little piece of paradise hopefully we can come back soon to this beautiful place. We enjoyed our week stay at this condo. It was very clean, easy check in/check out, excellent communication with owners, comfortable beds, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, games and a close walk to multiple beaches around Turtle Bay. Big enough to spread out with two teenagers and having multiple bathrooms was a plus.

Jo Ann and Ron’s townhouse In Turtle Bay was awesome. Jo Ann was very friendly and helpful. She responded to messages promptly and made sure that everything was ready for our arrival and the townhouse was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our vacation. The beach chairs, mat, umbrellas, and boogie boards were very nice to have for our days at the beach. We didn’t go over to Turtle Bay because the hotel and resort were still closed; but the location was close to several nice beaches and the food trucks in the nearby towns were great places to eat. You feel like you are at home with all the extras provided - kitchen items, washing machine and dryer and then there was shower items. We really only needed to bring our clothes and food. What an awesome experience! Exceeded our expectations! The condo is SUPER clean and nicely updated. Whole condo is well-stocked with everything you need. Location is perfect. We're so glad we stayed on the north end of the island, the beaches are so much more beautiful here. We're literally on the golf course and it's been so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. You can walk right over to the beach within a few minutes. Great places to eat nearby and amazing beaches everywhere for the kids to play on.
JoAnn has been SO GOOD to us before and during our stay. Super attentive to our needs, responsive to our questions, and you can tell she really wants to make sure you have a great experience in her condo. We didn't have a single issue. Highly, highly, highly recommend staying here. The beds are comfortable, the condo has a wonderful layout, and it's open and inviting. WE'RE SO GRATEFUL THAT WE FOUND THIS PLACE! A big shout out to JoAnn for making our stay so amazing! You would be crazy not to stay here.

This is the perfect family rental! The condo is super clean & has everything you need to feel right at home. We walked to the beach, explored the trails, shopped & enjoyed eating at several of the roadside trucks. Very close to many North Shore beaches, Polynesian Cultural Center & an hour to downtown Honolulu & Waikiki. My husband & son enjoyed using the snorkeling equipment that was at the house & I appreciated having a washer & dryer to use. Overall a great experience & would definitely stay here or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation away from it all.

I got this unit for my sister and her family as we stayed in another unit. My family greatly enjoyed this unit, especially the central AC.
The property manager Jo Ann was great!! She responded immediately to all my questions. Instructions on getting to the unit was provided the day prior to our stay. Had no problem getting into the unit. Jo Ann also allowed us to check in early and provided late check out.
The unit is clean and has a beach theme. Although we did not use it, all sorts of beach supplies are available on the lanai. We would love to stay here in a future vacation.

Loved the proximity to many things we love on the north shore including Waimea valley and Haleiwa. The ocean was a short walk well worth it as we were able to see sea turtles and whales.

We rented this unit based on previous reviews, and I am happy to add another 5-star review. Jo Ann was a great hostess and her condo is a dream. We came with our two teens, and they appreciated the separate, full size beds in the loft.
There is air conditioning, but we only used it once, on a warmer night. If you open the front and back sliding doors and just use the screens, there is a refreshing cross breeze through the condo. We cooked most of our own meals and everything we needed was there to bake, cook, etc. There were even some spices and other staples left behind, so I recommend checking the pantry before venturing to Foodland for groceries.
If you do want to eat out, Roy's at the local resort is excellent, and there are many food trucks within a 10 minute drive either way. The condo is super close to Kahuku Farms, which offers farm tours and excellent local food and gifts.
You can see the ocean a bit from the lanai out back. It's about an 8 minute walk to the beach, and about a 20-30 minute walk on trails to Kawela Bay Beach Park. This is a chill little beach that doesn't get the big waves and is perfect for kids getting in. There are also sea turtles! The park also features a gigantic Banyan tree and miles of paths up and down the north coast.
Jo Ann has provided wakeboards, snorkel gear, tennis rackets, a small cooler for lunch, and pool toys among other amenities. The condo is very clean and well kept. We didn't see a single bug inside the 10 days we were here. The grounds are well kept and private.
There are three identical pools in the condo complex, very well maintained and with lounge chairs, bbq grills, and some tables and chairs, as well as grassy space.
We enjoyed having a quiet place away from the cities, with two showers and a nice open living space. The drive to Honolulu is about an hour from here.
Beautiful property, gracious hostess, easy to get to activities and places to see all over the island. I'm really glad we found Jo Ann's condo and will try to rent it again if we come back to Oahu! What a gem! Thanks, Jo Ann!

This location was fabulous for us. Super close to North Shore locations, Laie and the PCC, as well as food and grocery places. JoAnn was super awesome and helpful. Snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, even a cooler! Everything you need for a day at the beach. The townhome was cozy - perfect for our family. Parking was awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend!

great place to stay but you need to rent a car to see everything there is to see. We knew that ahead of time so were prepared. Spent 10 days here with my daughter and her husband, lots of space. Unit well-equipped and very comfortable. Owner forgot to change the towels in one bathroom but she messaged me and I found the stash of clean ones. They had lots of beach towels too. Power went out during a storm on our last evening but we were able to find the battery lantern and some flashlights. Outage lasted 3 hours. Garbage pick up could be more frequent...the bins were full and overflowing the whole time we were there. Finally picked up on the last day. Most of the pots and pans could use replacing, Teflon coating coming off and other are very warped, resulting in uneven cooking, espcially in fry pans. Lots of games, movies and books available. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning too.
