Really cute place. Unfortunately, the roof was being redone during my stay each morning. Owners were unaware and ended up giving me one night for free. (Maybe bad communication between roofers and property manager?) Besides that everything was easy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and well stocked. Our two kids (6, 3) loved the pull out couch and eating breakfast on the patio. You can hear the birds and palm trees through the open windows and really feel away from it all.
The pools were great and often only had 1 or 2 other families in them. It was about a 10 minute walk to the swim and snorkel beach in front of turtle bay. We sometimes drove down and parked the car since with all the chairs, picnic, towels, etc. it was a bit much to carry there and back.
A few things we felt were missing were a whisk, tongs, plastic dishes to take to the beach, and clothes drying rack (since you can’t dry stuff on the railing). Those items would be been nice but not necessary!

We visited after a busy week in Waikiki to relax and enjoy the slower pace of the north shore. The location was very convenient to Turtle Bay resort and nearby uncrowded beaches. Because there is a spiral staircase to the bedroom, we took the advice of other visitors and left our heavy suitcases downstairs.The motion sensor light by the stairs worked well for bathroom visits during the night. The well-stocked kitchen was great and we really enjoyed the modern A/C system and updated windows and sliding doors which provided a very quiet and comfortable stay. The book collection was varied and interesting, especially the traveler's journal with entries and recommendations of past visitors. We stopped at the Rise and Shine Cafe in Mililani on our drive to the condo and highly recommend their Eggs Benedict and Belgian waffle.

We loved our stay! The location was great for us near Turtle Bay and away from Waikiki. There was plenty of space for the two of us, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was clean and everything was in working order.
It bothered me that several windows had no coverings, one with a straight view of the bed from downstairs. We put a blanket over the railing for privacy.
The spiral staircase was fun but very narrow. I loved it until I had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night! We never fell or anything. The motion sensor light by the stairs was helpful.

I loved waking up to the trade winds blowing gently in from the windows, the quiet yet secure (24 hour security) of the area, long walks along the coast to see some seals, etc., and then spending the rest of the day at work in the warm, comfortable home. Everything you need is here and the host was responsive and warm. Thank you for a great stay!

This was such a beautiful property to stay at. It was clean, the AC units kept the place nice and cool, and the host was responsive when needed. It’s located by Turtle Bay which is lovely. Everything we wanted to do and see on the north shore was only 20-40 minutes away in either direction and the drive was always perfect, very little traffic. It was a great home base for us. I wouldn’t say the walk down to the beach is a 5 minute walk, more like 13 minutes (we googled it after trying to walk there one day), but it is close enough to just drive down and find parking. All in all I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again in the future!!

This was a great place to stay. It looks better than the pictures. This is a good alternative to the resort nearby. You have tons of privacy and it's very quiet.
The stairs to bedroom can be a little tricky. I recommend leaving your heavy suitcases on bottom floor. We would definitely stay here again.

Unit was nice. Should really be clear to perspective renters that handicap or partially challenged individuals should not stay in this unit. The bath lower faucet to fill the tub doesn’t work and plug also was missing.
I will be looking for 1st floor unit next stay.

The location is excellent. Just 5 minutes walk to turtle bay resort. The beach was beutiful and much less crowded than the other beaches we visited. The parking spot was close to the condo so we had no problems bringing things to and from the car. We highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. There were beach chairs, coolers, and other items including beach towels available for us to use. We were close to several beaches and could walk to one. There were nightlights everywhere which was really good since the bedroom was in a loft and bathroom downstairs. The only issue in this condo would be the spiral stairs to the loft if you had mobility issues, they are narrow. I would stay here again.

The place is very spacious the pictures do not show well how large the place really is. Only negative I can say about the place is that I wish all the windows had black out currents, some windows had no currents.

We loved this place! As we use VRBO often, this place is exactly as it appears. It was clean and incredibly comfortable. Since we have some food allergies, we need a kitchen when we travel and this place had all that we needed. Response to inquiries was quick and though this trip was for business, I have already booked it again for pleasure in February.

The condo was clean upon arrival and the check in and check out processes were a breeze. We especially loved that they had beach chairs, an umbrella, and other supplies needed for a day at the beach! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

This vacation rental took my breath away. I gifted this stay to my son and his partner who was here for her first ever trip to Hawaii all the way from Norway. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. The photos here do not do it justice. The layout, the artwork, the two balconies, the privacy of the bedroom up the spiral staircase, the high ceilings, the light green and white color combination, the sweet breeze that flows through the apartment from the ocean, the nearby tennis court, the kindness of our host and the ease of check in/check out, the short distance to the beach, the proximity of one of Hawaii's most iconic and elegant hotel resorts, the total remove from our usual busy stress-filled world was truly magical. I can not recommend this property more and I will definitely seek this one out again on my next trip home. Thank you for offering the highest quality of vacation paradise!

We loved this condo! Perfect for our family of 4, myself, husband and 2 kids age 6 and 9. Pools at the condo complex are really nice and close by. We used the charcoal grills often which are also very nice. Great running trails all around and a short walk to the beach! Loved this sweet little condo so much!

This unit is beautiful, well stocked and VERY quiet! Easy check in process. Nice pool and grill area. Everyone we came in contact with were super nice. The back lanai was our favorite place to sit and read with a cocktail and enjoy the view of the lush trees and listen to the birds. Short, beautiful drive to Haleiwa town and great beaches. We will return!

We had a wonderful Hawaii experience recently and this condo was part of the reason why!! It had everything we needed for a fun family stay. Pools, tennis court, short walk to the beach , 7 minutes to our grandkids, etc. The condo is airy with a cute loft bedroom. The view out the balcony window is wonderful and there are many added equipment items to use...tennis rackets and balls, paddle boards, etc. We had a lovely time! Our grandchildren could visit and Lisa is so friendly and approachable!

I’ve stayed at a number of air b&b’s in Hawaii and other locations over the years and by far this was beyond expectations. Photos generally look better than the real thing, but in this case we were surprised to find that it was so much better than anticipated! Very well stocked - pots, pans, containers, glasses etc brand new utensils and other cooking items that are so nice to help make you feel at home and like the owner would truly want to stay there too. Nice fluffy towels, clean bedding, and comfy beds/pillows, and the extra fans were handy to have (not to mention thank goodness for the A/C!). Huge washer and dryer with laundry detergent was so nice to have after our beach adventures! Boogie boards, coolers, snorkels and beach chair were so nice to help relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches. I’m a “clean-freak” at heart and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo and having proper cleaning products / soap supplied. The property manager Lisa communicated all the information clearly and was quick to respond to any questions. She went above and beyond by sending some info on events happening during our stay which we wouldn’t have otherwise known about! Overall we had an amazing time and were sad to leave. Hope to be back again soon!

I felt fortunate to find such a nice unit at the Turtle Bay condos. I have stayed at two other units, and this was by far the nicest. The dual split AC is fantastic, so powerful you just adjust it when needed. The unit has all new windows, that keep the heat, humidity and noise out. If you close the windows, you don't even hear the lawn crews, that's good, because they are always up to something. The tree house description is right on, nice treed views and largely private. The kitchen is unusually well supplied, and modern. The bathroom is a bit small and not as updated as the rest of the condo, but has a great powerful shower, and hey then you cool off with the AC. They have lots of fans available and I suggest you point one into the bathroom to keep it comfortable and dry, as the ceiling exhaust fan makes more noise than air flow. Lately, Lisa the property manager is top notch. Great communications, easy directions, and was always helpful and accommodating. This place is easy to recommend, and I will certainly try to stay there again on my next trip.

Very quiet unit, lots of windows, doors to let the trade winds in to cool you. Everything in the unit that you might need for a comfortable stay. Bed upstairs is great but the pull out sofa bed probably needs to be replaced.

We loved our stay. Walked around the trails, ate breakfast every day at LeiLei's and one dinner at Beach House. I am 83 and daughter is 43. I slept downstairs and I do stairs but it would have been difficult for me to go up and down, especially to pee at night, so it worked. Nice equipment. We used the boogie board and beach chairs. I would stay their again! Thank you.

What a little gem this property is. Awesome location, located about 10 minutes drive from several popular beaches (Waimea, Sunset, Bonzai Pipeline). Not to mention, Turtle Bay is practically in the backyard. Also less than a 10 minute drive from a popular food truck spot, where you’ll have plenty to choose from. The condo itself is great. Clean, lots of amenities for the beach, nice appliances (including washer and dryer), and 2 air conditioners. Also several fans, if you don’t like too much chill from the A/C, lol. Front and back porch, which for me added to the cuteness :-) And the parking spot is right near your unit, which is an end unit, which we liked. Bed was also really comfortable, and my kids said the pull out bed was as well. Also, communication with Lisa was great, as she was always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!!

This place was the perfect fit for our stay on Oahu's north shore. Oahu is very busy right now, but you would never know from the "lanai" (balcony-there's two by the way!). It is so quiet and serene and there are beautiful trees all around. The condo has floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors and if you have the screens open on both balconies, there is a lovely cross breeze that goes through the apartment. The apartment has all the basics--fully supplied kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella, coolers, snorkel equipment. It has a very efficient cooling system, which not all apartments in Hawaii have...you often just have to be satisfied with having the windows open. It is walking distance to a beautiful pool and Turtle Bay beach where you can swim and snorkel. This really did feel like a home away from home and we didn't want to leave! We definitely hope to come again!

Lisa, the property manager does a wonderful job to make sure that you are taken care of. The condo was so clean and comfortable - such a cute surf sanctuary.
This was a perfect and safe place for our family to relax and rejuvenate for our daily adventures. As Oahu is not too large, the location felt ideal for nature adventures and not difficult to spend time in the city as well.
This is a definite repeat for a return trip.

Light and bright, feels cheery and comfortable. We have stayed a few times now in this unit. It's always clean and it feels like you're away from everyone, very quiet. You will feel right at home! Wonderful kitchen with everything you need! Having two lanai's is the best. Washer/dryer in the unit is wonderful. The beach and walking trails are so close, a simple walk down the sidewalk. We enjoyed grilling steaks by the pool and met some new Canadian friends. Drinks at the Turtle Bay Resort's beach bar for sunset. So much to do on the North Shore! This is true Hawaii.

Overall the place was fine for the two of us. Had enough kitchen supplies to get us by. The AC works but it still gets warm upstairs. The spiraling staircase would be tough for some especially elderly people. Nice supply of beach toys. Had no issues with neighbors, nice and quiet. Great to be close to Turtle Bay Resort. I was happy to be in a gated community and see security guards roaming around. Our hosts, Rob and Mary, were very accommodating. Lindsey, our contact when we arrived was very helpful. The condo is exactly as shown on the pictures. Condo is very private. It feels like we are the only one there. It is quiet; you will hear the wind and the birds. Relaxing stay, loved the area. I saw a couple of security personnel walking around. There is camera's everywhere; you will feel safe in the area. We used the kitchen a lot, the appliances worked well. The bed upstairs is comfy. The Air mattress downstairs is surprisingly comfortable too. The lanais are amazing, we kept the glass sliding door open when we are inside the condo, and kept the screen doors closed ( there was a lot of huge mosquitos). The washer and dryer are located on the main level, so convenient to have it. We appreciate all the little extra this unit provided, pool toys, snorkelling gear etc. The pool is clean, only a few steps from this condo. Parking is great as well, short walk. This area in general is great for family with children, It's just too bad that the lady across the hall is unwelcoming, as soon as we arrived, she was waiting there by the door to give us a warning to basically do not make any type of noise, this put such a bad vibe on the first hour of our stay in this unit. My kids are not the rowdy type, I wished she would have waited till the next day to say something, to actually wait and see if we are the loud type, before giving us (the talk). The next day, we passed by her outside, we said Hello, but unfortunately she re iterated again that we should not make any noise because the walls are paper thin. Personally I think that there is enough sound proofing, I think she is just miserable :) There’s a Foodland close by, you can get everything from soy sauce to fresh fish, but they are close on Sunday’s, so do your grocery haul any day but Sunday. We went to Polynesian Cultural Centre on the week of our stay in this condo; it was pretty close to this area. The owners of this condo Rob & Mary are accommodating, and responsive to questions. I would give this place a 5 star, but I have to deduct one due to the very unfriendly neighbor, we felt like we are walking on egg shells the 6 nights that we were there.

Overall nice stay. The owners were very sweet, however, difficult to get ahold of property manager. the place was clean and offered laundry so that was nice. I have 10 year old twins that ate breakfast on the deck every day and used the boogie board that was supplied. The kids ended up sleeping on floor because pull out couch was very uncomfortable but that was fine with them : ) If you are looking for updated style this is not the place, it needs some updating. However, super close to the resort and town and all the amenities we needed. Again the owners were great!

This home is a very large space with front n back lanai. The 4 unit buildings are set up for complete privacy. We came from a sugar beach condo whose lanai viewed 40 other lanai. This was such a relief. There were plenty of toys and beach items in the closets. The bed was comfy. The loft bedroom has a dresser and closet, but I kept my stuff in the bathroom closet and livingroom dresser so I did not have to go up the circular stairs with bags or laundry. The hiking trails and beaches are wonderful. The nearby food trucks and turtle bay resort activities are a bonus.

Perfect accommodations-just what we needed. Spacious condo with 2 decks, close to the pool and tennis courts. Unit was clean and had everything we needed, including a cooler, beach equipment, every kitchen need, beach towels, etc. Short walk to the beach, grocery not too far away. Booking and communication with the owners quick and efficient. Property is showing its age a bit; we had to fix the toilet and struggled with the door locks but overall what we expected for the price. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

We had such a wonderful time. The condo felt like home. When we arrived we found the condo clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. I was a bit worried about no air conditioning in the loft as I like to be cool when I sleep but with the fans going we had no problem with being too hot. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, it was so nice to be able to have meals in. A quick walk to the beach that has a nice area for swimming and the hotel has great coffee.
The only part of our trip was the neighbour. Minutes after we arrived she knocked on the door and was quite rude. She was upset that the door was shut loudly. The door is a bit sticky so it takes effort to shut it quietly. We were careful to shut the door gently from that point on and had no further interactions with her. This interaction didn't ruin our vacation and we would certainly stay at the condo again, just a surprising start to our vacation.
