The property was great. It was beautiful, quiet, and had absolutely everything we needed. Our only issue is that it was listed as having 3 bathrooms and there were only two. I had even asked if there were 3 bathrooms because I only saw 2 in the pictures and was assured there were indeed 3 bathrooms. Having 3 bathrooms was the main reason we chose this rental. We made it fine with just the 2 bathrooms, but we were very disappointed that it had been advertised as having 3.

My husband and 2 children (12 and 10) stayed here for a week. While it is a walk to get to the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and atmosphere. We drove down to the turtle bay beach (you can walk in 10 mins) and loved that the beaches were empty. The house had beach chairs, boogie boards, and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved our time here, and hope to be back some day. Definitely check out the food trucks down the road and Ted’s bakery!

We stayed here in 2021 for our daughter’s graduation trip and couldn’t wait to get back for our next daughter’s graduation trip. It did NOT disappoint! Paul, the manager is great to work with, the location is perfect, and Turtle Bay is a safe, family-friendly environment. They even added things to the amenities like a crockpot/slow cooker which was perfect for having a meal ready after a long, adventure day of surfing, snorkeling, or checking out the island. There are plenty of water toys like body boards to enjoy and beach chairs to use. We were well taken care of. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. During our stay, I had a question and Paul was quick to reply by text. I highly recommend this condo!

We had an amazing time, close to Turtle Bay, however you cant use the facilities of the hotel. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, far distance from Honolulu (much traffic on the road). Nice beach, small swimmingpool.
But overall a great condo with everything you need.

This condo worked well for our family of four. We love the location, and the check in was pretty easy. The public beach access at Turtle Bay was fine for snorkeling and pretty good for surfing.
It would have been nice to have check out instructions. We were surprised that there was no bath soap in the showers and only a roll or two of toilet paper available. We were headed to the store for some groceries anyway, but it would be good to know ahead of time.

We love this location as it's a short walk to Turtle Bay Resort and some amazingly beautiful beaches. I hope we get to return next year for more amazing view and relaxation.

The condo is in an excellent location, the facilities are very good and the North shore of Oahu is one of my favourite places in the world. The only downside was a lack of attention to detail with regard to the cleaning of the condo. However I raised this issue with Paul, the property manager, and he has assured me that this has been taken onboard and will be dealt with.

Just what we wanted. The property had all we needed and plenty of space. The pool looked really nice but we didn’t use it. Quiet location close to lots of beaches. Easy to get to lots of beaches and food.

This was a perfect spot for me and my friends to gather while staying on the north shore for another friends wedding. It was well equipped with enough snorkel gear for us to take turns checking out sea turtles and enjoy the area! The kitchen was well equipped which allowed us to cook some meals and make some cocktails at home. Check in and checkout were seamless thanks to a keypad locking system, which allowed our friend group freedom to spend the day apart without caring about who had the key. The condo neighborhood has access to pools and tennis, and is walking distance to the resort nearby which is a great spot for grabbing a latte and watching the ocean! Overall, the place was clean upon check-in and the large communal space made a perfect gathering space for me and my friends. I would love to return to this home if I find myself on the north shore again!

This condo is a LEGAL rental in the Turtle Bay area. We had 6 people stay here ranging in ages 4 to 67. The condo itself was wonderful, it does need a little updating and probably some pest control. There were little ants in the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom. They are barely seen with the visible eye they are so small. I would suggest the owner provide some RAID available for use. It is understandable to have bugs due to the tropical climate but it should be addressed. The main toilet was not available for use when we got there but the owner was very responsive and attentive.
The Turtle Bay area is amazing, right in the heart of the North Shore, close to all the food trucks and a good selection beaches. Very close to the town of Haleiwa and away from the Waikiki hustle. The neighbor was nice, I think he lived there but he enjoyed our littles coming and going and didn't complain about any kid noises. There were lots of things available for us to use which was great, an umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler, beach toys, boogie boards etc. It made going to beaches much more enjoyable with the chairs.
Overall was a great stay, and I would recommend staying at Paul's place again. In fact i will probably book it again for next year.

The location of the condo complex is fantastic and provided an easy home base to explore the North Shore of Oahu. The protected snorkeling bay is within a very short walking distance, as is Roy's Beach House (amazing restaurant) and many walking trails.
The condo itself is in need of a significant deep clean. Our family doesn't typically stay in updated places or expect shiny amenities, bells and whistles when staying in a condo. However, we do expect that the condo is clean, particularly during a pandemic and when we are required to pay a separate cleaning fee. The walls, closet doors, and drapes had layers of dirt; the screens, sliding doors and louver windows are in need of a good scrub; the appliances need to be cleaned, including the inside of the oven; the upstairs shower had hair on its walls upon our arrival. Additionally, I found a bobby pin in our sheets on our bed, which was a little unsettling. Lastly, there were sugar ants everywhere. I realize that it is a tropical environment, and insects are to be expected, but they were all over the counters in the kitchen, making it difficult to prepare food and eat at the counter.
We also were unable to use the downstairs toilet the the majority of our stay starting from when we walked in, due to a seal issue that flooded the bathroom if left running. These things happen, so we made due, but unfortunately we never offered any compensation for having to only use the upstairs toilet during our stay.
Again, a great location but the condo is just in need of a little TLC and a true deep clean.

This place is a perfect location for snorkeling at sharks cove and swimming at hukilau Beach and the restaurants at Turtle Bay are awesome! We loved this place - very quiet and the security was kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was quite nice but the owner only supplied one key fob for the vehicle access. I assume he had two at some point in time but only provided us with one so we had to leave the fob in the condo and walk to get it every time we came back because we had 2 vehicles. This was a major pain.

Received check-in information 3 days before arrival (after I messaged the owner to ask questions). Got to the condo to find it just as described, yet it felt (and smelled) aged.
Overall, it was acceptable for our family (Dad, Mom and 2 young adult children). Here are a few pros and cons:
CONS: We couldn't get the living room AC to work, the master bedroom always smelled of mildew, and the king-size bed in the master bedroom had MAJOR dips / body impressions, making it difficult to sleep.
PROS: It was in a nice area that felt very secure. Nearby Turtle Bay Beach was enjoyable to visit (though I wouldn't really say it's within walking distance). The location is good if you don't have a lot of activities planned for the honolulu/waikiki area (or don't mind doing a lot of driving). It was nice to be able to cook our own breakfast each morning before heading out for the days' adventures. We refilled water bottles from the kitchen tap, and it tasted fine. Having 6 beach towels available for our use was very handy! And it was nice to have the combo washer/dryer in the unit.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. We found everything we needed & more. Cooking was a joy in the kitchen with the open concept to the living room and large porch. Sleeping was comfortable with a bathroom both up & downstairs. It was so close to our favorite snorkel place Turtle Bay, which could be reached by a convenient shuttle bus. The beach chairs were an additional comfort to take wherever we went. Only the pool was not warm as advertised but who needs it with the beautiful ocean out there! We were so sad to leave!

We were family of 5 traveling between Waikiki and north shore. Location provides easy access to many must see beaches and 8 mins drive from Ted’s bakery. Amount of space was sufficient. Very big kitchen.
What was curious was the intermittent scratching noise with high winds. It may have been tree branches on tin roof but sleeping in the main bedroom with this sound woke us up each night. Property manager responded he may take a look during day but never heard back from him.
Also master bedroom has a bad mildew dank smell which permeated if AC not on. That room needs a deep clean. King bed is soft but may need replacement mattress as grooves of body’s have made deep dips into mattress.
Kitchen was spacious and had everything but some knives in drawers had stuck on food from prior renters.

This property was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to have a great week! We had 4 teenage/young adult girls and 2 adults. This rental was perfect and plenty of space for 6. The neighborhood was very family friendly and safe. I really appreciated the owner/manager Paul. Very easy to contact and very helpful and informative! I highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants a relaxed vacation on the North Shore.

We enjoyed our stay. The a/c units in the loft and the living room worked well but we really didn't need to use them. The a/c in the master bedroom just blew warm air. We had one warm night in which we would have liked to have it working.
The kitchen is very well stocked. We had everything we needed. The condo also had beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, etc. It was nice to have those things to use.
The condo is very close to all the famous North Shore beaches but was in a quiet area, which we liked. The pool was steps away. Overall it was a nice stay.
