This spacious unit includes master bedroom and full-bath on the bottom floor, and 2nd bedroom in loft with full-bath. It has everything you need to relax in style.

It sleeps 4 people: a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size bed in loft. Very well equipped TV's, AC units in the master bedroom and living room, ceiling fans, granite counter tops, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer. Additionally we provide fast wifi, beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards and a cooler.
Unit 190 is a 2nd floor unit of approximately 900 sq. ft. with a lanai.

Turtle Bay is a unique area located on the pristine North East Corner of Oahu. Turtle Bay Hotel is a five minute walk away and offers several bars and restaurants.
Four miles from famous beaches such as Sunset Beach, Pipeline, and Waimea bay. It is 12 miles to Historic Haleiwa town where there are many local restaurants, banks, activities and shopping. 15 miles to the Polynesia Cultural Center, 45 minutes to Honolulu Airport and 6 hours from the West Coast.

Security Deposit you paid: This deposit is intended to encourage prompt check out. This deposit is also intended to ensure that the unit is left in the same condition as it was found. This deposit does not purchase additional time.

Smoking/Pets: Smoking is not allowed, as all units are non- smoking. We love pets as much as you do, but unfortunately they are not allowed.

Lock & Key: The lock pad is on the front door. Please open the screen to access it. Your code will come in the ‘Before You Arrive’ email.
Gate Code: The Gate Code provided will allow entrance into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
A parking pass will be at the unit for your car. Please park in designated parking stall.
Should you require a guest parking for 1 additional car, A Guest parking pass will be at the unit for your guest. Park in designated guest parking stall.
You will need to place the Parking pass on dashboard at all times.
A fee of $50 will be charged for loss of parking passes

Please keep unit free of crumbs: Tropical bugs LOVE crumbs! When cooking and eating-in, please clean thoroughly immediately after. This helps insects out of the unit. Tip; Wipe down counters and sink. Store food in closed containers, and refrigerator. Please DO NOT leave dirty dishes, empty food containers, take out boxes or excessive garbage in the unit at anytime. Please DO NOT eat on the couches or beds leaving crumbs or food wrapping behind. We must enforce strict rules regarding cleanliness to avoid potential future issues with bugs. We take great pride in not having a problem with insects. Please note, if our cleaning crew find dirty dishes or excessive garbage in our home upon your check-out there may be a fee deducted from your deposit. Thank you.
Air Conditioner: Please help us conserve energy by closing doors & windows to the rooms where A/C units are on.
Turn A/C units off when you leave the house
Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am
As courtesy we offer basic household supplies for the first days of your stay.
Laundry: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE loading items in washer. Please shake sand off towels, outside, BEFORE loading in washer
Sand: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE entering the house and showers.
Trash: Please take trash out to dumpster by parking area

At CHECK OUT:
Please leave our home the way you found it
Please clean dirty dishes, or load them in the dishwasher. Please start the dishwasher. Make sure food and crumbs are cleaned up
Please take garbage out to dumpsters by parking area
Please strip the beds and start a first load of towels in the washer
Please leave a set of keys in the lock box and all other sets of keys, Fob and parking pass hanging where you found them.
Should you misplace a key or a gate fob the fee is $50.00 each.

The property was just as nice as we had seen and read about. Communication was the best Ive ever experienced while renting a VRBO. Quick and full of information. Everything we needed was here from shampoo and conditioner (not always avail at rentals) to a stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

We have never stayed in a VRBO property before. We booked through VRBO on the suggestion of a friend familiar with Oahu that told us to book North Shore & VRBO. I am a previous furnished rental manager, so my expectations were high. This condo did not disappoint in most areas. Pros: The beds were clean & comfortable. There were plenty of towels - bath, hand, kitchen & beach towels. The location was PERFECT. Quiet complex right across from one of the pools and walking distance to the Turtle Bay resort restaurants & beach. It was nice to have the kitchen to be able to keep drinks, snacks & light breakfast items. Cons: Only "cable" TV in the living room. No TV in the loft. TV in the bedroom had no cable & streaming via internet was laggy & disconnected frequently. (Owner was contacted and did respond quickly. Was going to get cable tv company out, but could not schedule within our visit. We did find that Netflix streamed pretty well on the tv, though still laggy at times) Loft was too hot for our adult kids to sleep up there, so they slept on the living room couch. (Which was fine for them, my husband worried about it more than they did) he bought an oscilating fan, which did help in the loft - we left it for the next guests) Condo was neat & clean until the last night we were looking for my sons necklace that he lost.... we lifted up the couch and found lots of trash, old food, dust-bunnies, etc. *Housekeeping should make sure to move furniture when cleaning in the future since it's all hardwood floors. Overall, was a comfortable, clean (99%), convenient place to stay. Would definitely consider staying with this owner in the future if (when) we return to Oahu. North Shore is THE PLACE to stay while in Oahu.

Well maintained complex...lovely bar at the Turtle Bay Resort and Roy's offers a wonderful menu for dinner. We spent most of the time exploring the area or at the pool. Very good food trucks on the shore.

Only one complaint that owner can't correct. I'm 6'4" staying in loft. Ceiling slopes sharply and I constantly bumped my head. Had a minor plumbing problem. Owner had a plumber there next morning on a holiday.

This property was the perfect way to spend a few days exploring the north shore with two young kids. The amenities are excellent with great dining, beaches and even supplies for the beach (chairs, umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear, etc.) Overall the stay and accommodations were excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This property was the perfect way to spend a month to celebrate some major milestones. Safe, beautiful and short walk to several beaches. Monk seals and turtles were a couple of the natural attractions. The accommodation is well stocked with beach necessities and the host is extremely responsive. Property manual needs some updates in terms of tv instructions and entry. This one is staying on our list!!

We enjoyed staying in such a nice quiet place. It had it all swimming pools in just a short walk over to turtle Bay Beach. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the other side of the island. There were a lot of fun little extras she had beach chairs and coolers plus information about where to eat and shop. The beauty of Turtle Bay without the exorbitant price. Comfortable, clean, well suited for two couples or a small family. Very easy walking (less than 5 minutes) to all the dining, bars, beaches (snorkeling!) and hikes around the resort. Easy communications with the owners. Highly recommend!

It was important to us to have the kitchen and laundry amenities for our longer than usual vacation. (Making up for missing one last year). This place had it all! We are familiar with Turtle Bay resort. This unit gave us the use of most all of the facilities of the hotel by checking in with their protocols each day. So truly the best of both worlds. And our kids that live on the island could come visit and we had fun family dinners. The pool outside the unit was so convenient! It served us well. Well stocked with necessities. And the beach chairs were perfect, we kept in the trunk and used them every day on our beach and sunset visits around the island! Thank you!

The main feature of the condo is the location. Just steps to Turtle Bay golf, pools, Turtle Bay Resort and beautiful, mostly empty ocean beaches., the condo was comfortable for the three of us. The condo is fairly clean and well stocked with the few dishes and towels you will need. The condo has two old, noisy air conditioners that keep things moderately cool. The loft is still rather hard to cool down. The manager was friendly and helpful. A bit challenging to get into the locked gate for the first time. We finally had to dial a 2 for security and they checked our car through. We had an overall great time and appreciated our morning walks along the many wooded trails and beautiful ocean. .

This is a beautiful condo. It had everything we needed. The loft was perfect for our teenage son to have his own space. It was a great home base to see all the north shore sights. The entire Turtle Bay resort area is gorgeous and felt very safe. We had everything we needed to cook. The chairs on the balcony were so comfortable. I loved having my coffee out there in the mornings. The beach chairs and other beach items provided were a very nice touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again.
